I ordered AGARO Regal Hand-held Vacuum Cleaner from flipkart on 13th july 2022 and made the payment online. The product was expected to be delivered by 16th but due to delivery issues the seller canceled the order. But I have not received refund till today[protected]. I called customer care but they are refusing to solve my problem.
Please look into the matter.

I have lost my phone with number which was registered in Flipkart so want to update the number and mailed the required documents on outreach but they usually do t help me out. Please escalate my issue and change my number as soon as possible. The senior don't accept my calls and customer executive cuts my phone

I ordered my phone from Flipkart on 21st July and now it's been almost 20 days and I still haven't received my package. I tried to reach out but they are not answering. I didn't got any help from them??? They are just sending repetitive messages....

I've lost old number and want to update to a new number and also submitted requested documents for verification and called customer care many times and been waiting for like 3-4 days. No resolution yet.

It has been past 8 days of delivery date and still my order is not delivered till now and the filpkart customer care also just pushes the resolution to next 48 hours and don't provide solution to the problem. I have neither got my product and nor the refund....

I ordered my shoes from Flipkart having orderID: OD[protected], I received the shoes on 31st July and filed the return for the same on 1st August. The issue was I received the fake product, there was no brand box, no MRP tag, and shoes were wrapped in plastic with only Flipkart brown box and invoice.
