We ordered groceries from Flipkart, the contact number that we provided got discontinued probably because of the sim chip issue, we tried to call the delivery person 6-7 times from another contact no. He didn't accept the call till 1 hour.
When he answered, he said rudely "Mai 1 ghante se call mila raha hun, abhi mai aage ki taraf hun mujhe car 2 baar back leni padegi delivery karne k liye, aap bahar aao lene".
We requested him for 15 min. explaining him the situation what happened with that sim, he didn't listen.
I finally went there 150-200 meters from my home, i asked politely "gaadi chalana nahi ata kya back lene me dikkat kya thi?"
He again raged on me "1 ghante se phone ni mil raha tha, mujhe hi akad dikha rahe ho"
I said "to kya order deliver ni karoge?"
He said "haan nahi karunga, jisko bolna hai bol do, jo karna hai karo".
I started camera and asked him to say that on record, he said "camera me kuch ni bolunga"
Attached is the small clip of the last statement and vehicle number.
And most importantly he marked the order "delivered" even before delever it and we still have not received the order or money, its been 2 days now.

Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
1. Do not make new account.
2. Stop purchase everything from flipkart (from other people's accounts also).
3. This would cause them business loss and this would be the best reply to flipkart.
Flipkart has insulted you by blocking your account and it is like if a shopkeeper has restricted you to enter his/her shop for lifetime. So, for your self-respect stop purchasing on flipkart. It does not matter if you are buying things at higher prices from other online store or from offline market. Because your self-respect is priceless.
I am doing the same thing since flipkart has blocked my account for a defective product replacement issue.
