I bought infinix hot 11 2022 mobile which is delivered to me aug 29.The reeceived product to me which is defective whivh it has microphone issues . I returned the product before returning thre product the techinician visit date also come he says it is a small problem you can return for this product. I talked to flipkarrt customer care executive which was even further worst like computer like repeating the same words.

I don't have access to my old mobile number and I want to update to my New mobile number then how i do it because OTP is coming on old mobile number but I don't have access to it

I am very old customer and I used to purchased so many items. But now Flipkart selling duplicate clothes when I order I found it is duplicate then I raise return request they blocked account. Now surprised thing after blocking account you are no where connected with Flipkart. No one has your details who r u how many orders I spoke multiple times' customer care they don't know anything only word they're repeating u will get mail and that main you can't contact. Means whatever they say only that is right and after doing this they store your details your any family member or find used your number for any delivery they target that. With on cancel, they blocked their respective account. How fare this is.??? There is no communication between customer and blocking team. So pathetic, that's the way they are in loss now.

I have not received a link regarding this or the physical gift card. Their customer care simply keeps resolving the query without helping. I have spoken to 9 people who have failed to resend the card.

On 31st Aug i received wakefit 6-inch mattress with 78x72 dimensions. After receiving the product i realized it doesn't fit my bed so i wanted to replace with new size. When i called flipkart since on app delivery was not even showing on Flipkart app i was not able to raise a request for return/replacement.

Today after 5 days Flipkart customer service saying to me we still dont have update on item delivery.
On 31st Aug itself i informed them i am going out of station for 3 weeks on 8th sept morning. but there is no according action from flipkart side.

I have purchased a mobile from OLX and I didn't know that the mobile is purchased under smart upgrade plan .Mine phone got locked after 6 month and from the guy whom I purchased the mobile his number is switch off so I can't get in touch with him.So please help me Flipkart team how can I get mine phone unlock.Please reply after seeing this message asap.Below I'm uploading the IMEI number and passkey.

Every month the amount is increasing. It is very annoying that the money is debited without the customer knowledge.

I was flipkart customer for many years atlast i ordered one product DDR3 RAM, but i received only empty parcel so I made a complaint to customer care, after this moment my account been blocked.
I called more than 30 times to the flipkart customer care, They are always telling this words “your account has blocked but there is no reason mentioned”. All executives telling the same reason, but they wouldnt unblocked my account, i have written multiple mails to the different teams no use. I dont know what to do
The major issue for me is i need to paylater every month, i cannot able to login. It will affect my strong credit score, this is the last day for my due, worst process ever from flipkart please do something. My number is [protected]

I ordered Realme 9 5G SE mobile for 3 times and it was cancelled by Flipkart due to delivery issues...then I received a call from Flipkart executive and she said asked me to order that mobile again and when the product will be delivered you'll get a Rs.2000 as a compensation due to cancellation of same mobile thrice...I ordered and received the product but didn't receive any voucher and when I asked them they said there are some issue and voucher isn't going in my Flipkart account...for last whole week they are asked me to give them time for 24 hours, 48 hours to resolve and it's been more then a week...still waiting for the voucher...and when I said them to return my product if you're not giving me voucher then there reply was same...wait for 48 hours we'll get back to you shortly...basically they lied to me and asked for ordering that product...I want my compensation...they harassed me in this manner for long

I have been purchasing from Flipkart since around 6 years using the same pin code (500100/500014) suddenly almost all products are not deliverable to any of the above mentioned pin codes. How come there was no issue in delivering for six years and now products are not deliverable?

Please do not ask for order details, had products been deliverable to my pin code, I would have happily provided Flipkart with the details.

I have ordered boAt Storm 1.3" CurvedDisplay Smartwatch but item is missing in the package just i got empty box i didn't get the watch in that .Even delivery boy didn't wait till we open the package .Please resolve this issue Asap

This complain is regarding order no - OD[protected] which was placed on 3rd August.

Firstly I did not received the vouchers though these were to deliver instantly as these vouchers were instant vouchers. I followed with Flipkart Support for 20 days and somehow it got delivered after escalating it to support and on their twitter handle.

Now after that I tried to use these vouchers yesterday and now all...

My Flipkart account got blocked by some unknown reason by Flipkart team. I tried many time also called customer care but from there no response. It is my only account and I ordered so many items from it. How can they block my account without any notice. Please unblock it.

the product has the seller name yet it gets unsuccessful all the time.
