    I ordered Sigri-wala Cute-2B ISI Certified Steel Manual Gas Stove Black vide prepaid order id number OD[protected] on 07 Aug 22. Item was Shipped on Mon, 8th Aug '22 through Delhivery[protected] awb number). Item was not delivered till 26 Aug 22. On 26 Aug I received a msg from flipkart that your item is cancelled by seller. After that on I received msg from flipkart that your item out for delivery and it was delivered on 04th Sep 22. on received item I seen wrong item was delivered without any invoice attached. I raised return request same day but flipkart not approved that request till last date of return and return request is cancelled by flipkart on 11th Sep 22.Now flipkart not resolving this issue and my rs 1354 is stuck by flipkart negligence. Now i want return the product and want refund.

      I had ordered Mimosa Paisley Kanjivaram Art silk saree worth ₹1, 889, Order ID-OD[protected]. Over the parcel there was two sarees mentioned and the cost was collected for both the sarees but prima facie it appears from outside of the parcel that it contains only one saree inside the parcel. So I quickly open the parcel and saw that there was only one saree of worth ₹ 2069. Immediately I approached to delivery boy who was with bicycle and was near my house make him to witness the situation . He asked me to contact with Customer care as so I did. From that day (25th of Aug) till today, several times I have raised my issue to Flipkart, which is still not solved and and it is rejected and marked as resolved by Flipkart. Every next day, I had registered complain about my issue, they gave me new proposed date for solving the issue . But no one is genuinely working on it . On 5th Sept and 9th sept, I consultant to customer care regarding rejection of my request. they said me that my Flipkart A/C is blocked for unknown reason. I have not received any email related account blocked nor the reason for the same. He assured me that my issue will be resolved till 10th sept. and concerned team will contact me they assured me.
      Today, again I contacted to customer care and address my issue and requested to talk with senior executive, after putting ne on hold, she replied that she couldn't connect me to the senior right now and said that contact after sometime. At 1:27 pm, today they send my email stating that that my returns are high. which I quashing because this flipkart Acount ( Account holder name- Kirti Singh) is new. I have only order 10 products, out of which 1 saree is missing( which is in dispute), three products are returned and one product was cancelled immediately because placed by mistake.
      Now it appears that they are ignoring my request.

      Kindly looked into this matter in depth because it seems carelessness and fraud by the seller. Do necessary inquiry with delivery boy, the seller and the flipkart

        I purchased Redmi 10 from flipakart along with insurance of JEEVES.

        My mobile got damaged on 22nd August but still didn't received any reposnse from Flipkart nor Jeeves.

        I send the all the photos by email but they are refusing that they received any email. Most hopeless experience ever.

        Today is 11 th September and it's been around 20 days, I am using damaged mobile.

        Please dont buy anything from FLIPKART

          I have been shopping on Flipkart scens 5 to 6 years.
          I have trusted Flipkart with the right delivery of product with assured delevery, but i am disappointed because they sent me the wrong product and the wishmaster is not even taking the return order.

          I ordered a Laptop Ram "hynix-pc4-2666v-1rx8-ddr4-8-gb-single-channel-laptop-hma81gs6jjr8n-vk"
          But i got the different model of korean version ram.

          I got the wrong model which is not supported by my laptop, so i filed a complaint regarding this issue to customer care and the return for this product was initiated.
          But when the delivery boy or also known as so called wishmaster came but he is not accepting the return even when everything is intact and bill is also there, but he is not taking my product for return saying he can't take this product because he didn't get the confirmation email from Flipkart, this is strange because if he didn't get the confirmation then why is he coming to pickup the order and this happened two times now i complained again and again to customer care and they raised my complaint but the wishmaster is not picking up my return order.

                If flipkart has suspended/blocked your account:
                1. Do not make new account.
                2. Stop purchase everything from flipkart (from other people's accounts also).
                3. This would cause them business loss and this would be the best reply to flipkart.

                Flipkart has insulted you by blocking your account and it is like if a shopkeeper has restricted you to enter his/her shop for lifetime. So, for your self-respect stop purchasing on flipkart. It does not matter if you are buying things at higher prices from other online store or from offline market. Because your self-respect is priceless.
                I am doing the same thing since flipkart has blocked my account for a defective product replacement issue.

                  Flipkart branch app shopsy They ran cheap sales and got defective devices at cheap prices.Maina ek oximeter kharida wo bhi kharab nikla aur maina usi din inha call kara aur email id pe complaint par inhona koi jawab nhi diya ek call pe mujhe bola they device are not return

                    Hi team,

                    How come my account is blocked that too out of no where. Without any intimation or notification.

                    Please get this unblocked as soon as possible. Its really frustrating to see this kind of treatment. There is more than rs 5000 currently traped in my flipkart wallet.

                    Blocking my money in their wallet is a fraud being done by flipkart

                      I place my order 7th September at 8.52am after that it going pending state and my money was debited.after 6to 7 hour i call customer care and they said to me wait to 24 hour my order will confirm either it will cancel and refunded but i wait 5days nothing was changed same order pending showing and no money was credited/refunded. Now I'm worried about my money. please refund it as soon as possible.help!

                        I am Flipkart Plus member which is a paid membership offered by Flipkart. I had ordered the product FUJIFILM Instax Mini 11 Moments Box Instant camera on behalf of FliqaIndia Pvt Ltd on 23rd August, 2022 which was promised by Flipkart to be delivered within 1 day. However, the product is not yet delivered.
                        I raised the complaint in Flipkart multiple times since 25th August and it has been almost 17 days Flipkart is trying to resolve the issue. Time and again I am being said that the issue will be resolved within 24hrs.
                        I am fed up with the fake promises provided by Flipkart customer service team. It seems that Flipkart has forgotten that the company totally stands on the basis of its customer to whom they are unable to provide value and quality service.
                        I feel harassed by Flipkart and need compensation for the same.

                            I have ordered a product name called realme 9 pro 5G mobile in Flipkart (Order ID - OD[protected] on August 26th. I have paid the full amount and the product was suppose to deliver on August 30th. Still I have not received the product yet.                                 The Badminton racket broke within four days of normal usage.

                                Hi, I purchased Adrenex R501 for Professional racquet in Aug 2022 through Flipkart Order OD[protected]delivered 18th Aug, started using 27th Aug 2022, replace/return policy ended on 25th Aug 2022, occurred on: 09/09/2022). I was surprised to see that within four days o[censored]sage(I play on weekends only), the racquet frame was cracked! I gifted this product to my friend as a birthday gift, and the product quality did not even persist for four days. She is an outstanding badminton player representing her dept in IIT Delhi Tournaments, and there is no chance for bad usage; not expecting this from Adrenex product.
                                I have seen lots of reviews of this racket online, and this is the best racquet in this range. But I am disappointed that the racquet frame cracked without any heavy usage.
                                I request a replacement.

                                    I use Flipkart Pay later service. I had a due of Rs. 661/- in July 2022. The due date was on 5th Aug 2022 but I did full payment on 1st Sug 2022.
                                    When I checked my CIBIL, it shows that the said payment is delayed by 21 days. It has adversely affected my CIBIL. My score is now down by over 70 points. I tried to contact Flipkart customer service but no response.

                                    Kindly intervene in this case to rectify my affected credit score.

                                        I bought a tv last year and never thought that after 7-8 months o[censored]se its panel will get faulty and when I complain it with Flipkart first they said we can't issue you a refund part will be replaced and it will be provided to you within a certain period, But now they said they are going to refund the amount once the tv is dismantled but they need all the accessories including the brand box!
                                        So the problem is that I don't have a brand box because it was drenched out due to heavy rains and I never thought that even if any issue will come with my TV it will not be able to get repaired. I guess changing the panel is not something that can't be get repaired!
                                        So now they are denying to refund the amount because of the unavailability of the brand box.
                                        Please help me with the same.
