This is to informed to the concerned authority that I have ordered 1 HP laptop carry case from Flipkart but after using it for 1 day I found that the product is fake and the product damaged my 70000 rs laptop. Due to that carrycase some fungus type white thing growed on my laptop and damaged the laptop from outside as well as inside it cost me a lot to repair that laptop from that day I am contacting Flipkart from 1 month but they are just busy selling their fake products they do not value about their customers they are saying that why you have not returned the product under 7 days so for their kind information I want to tell them that after delivery of product I have opened product after 4 to 5 days because I was busy somewhere and when I opened product after 5 days and used it for 1 to 2 days it damaged my laptop and the return policy was over it costs me a lot to repair that laptop but now they are not returning and refunding my amount so here by I request you people consumer affair to take necessary action against them and tell them to refund my amount as soon as possible. Otherwise the same will be forwarded to court complex.

I am unable to update the bank account details for refund through your website or application. I had received a link via sms from your side to update my bank account details but I am unable to do it through your portal.
Please solve this issue.

Who's refund i have not recieved till today, i talk to the customer care a lot of time but payment not recieved in my account till dated.

It’s been almost two weeks and I got no response, no resolution … This is the worst Flipkart logic, if you want to use a product, they’ll make you use it after a month or a year or they’ll return.

I have already complained about my issue but there was no response from Flipkart.
Hi I have a Flipkart account from 2017 and I'm still using it, but this year I lost my mobile number that number has been given to someone by the telecom operator and my Flipkart account was registered with that number.

I want to let you know that i have purchased a Oppo Reno 8 5G phone with flipkart costing rs 20628. The amount was paid by online Debit card ICICI . I am a very old customer to flipkart and the phone is my first purchase. As i ordered it on 8th of August 2022 and cancel 10th August 2022. Refund not done date 30.8.2022.

I ordered from flipkart .
I made payment through debit card of my ICICI bank account but the order was not confirmed. Later on I tried again which was successful. But when I checked my transaction history, it's been shown that money has been debited twice from my account, ie Rs 143(twice).

Please revert my one payment

I have paid my past emis on time. But after full emis payments suddenly paylater is showing as not available. I dont understand why this is happening even though i have paid amount on time. Please solve this issue as soon as possible

Firstly my product delivery was delayed and today showing my product delivery is cancelled

It is not connected with email and I forgot my password unfortunately now when I enter my phone number it requires email id also to reset password I try many times from last 4 months but now I am tired with this . Please login my Flipkart account with OTP so I will reset my password

I have ordered a sweatshirt on 21st August...and it said that I'll get it delivered by 29th which is today...but all of a sudden it says that the order is delayed and it will reach me on 5th of September...i want it as soon as possible or else refund my money..I'll pay it again when I will get the order delivered to me

I have odered on 10th August 2022 waited till 27th August and order shipped on 27th August and Seller 'truenet commerce' biggest fraud cancled the order on 29th August and increase the product price by 4000rs.
Flipkart is doing nothing with that.

I had a really bad experience with Flipkart, I have Flipkart pay later and I'm continuously using that facility. Recently when I checked my Cibil score it went very low due to this pay later. Monthly I'm paying my due amount and all my due are closed. But still, there are some outstanding showing on my account.

I have applied for a home loan and they have rejected my application because of my low credit score. It all happened because of IDFC and Flipkart. Now have no solution to reapply for the loan until the score gets better. So I can't buy the home.

I had placed an order on 3 August 2022, Order ID: OD[protected] and I had received the order 6 August GROC[protected] and delivery executive number: [protected] Pin 141.
I ordered grocery items, but I did not get all the items one product was missing ( Boroplus Antiseptic soap : Price Rs 147/- ). The delivery person said that I will update you later, but i have not received any update from that person. contacted customer care but they did not respond. I don't know who is responsible.
Please take an action against who is responsible for this incident.
