I have ordered OnePlus earbuds and I don't like the sound quality and want to return it however it's been headache to return, they are forcing me to use and while making complain they are disconnecting the call and Never calling back as per their policies which they mention on each call.

    I called customer care before i purchase tv, they quote first lg warranty covers and three years protection starts. After purchase both warranty starts simultaneously. Nearly makes about 30 calls no one was trying to resolve the problem.
    On 14 Aug i spoke with supervisor Amita, she straightly denied my request ( refun of my rs1299/-) I purchased 3 years protection after confirmed from your executive only. Dont make financial loser due to your executive misguidance. Please make my refund or extend 3 years protection on completion of LG warranty.

      I ordered Sony Liv premium subscription 999 rs from Flipkart assured seller and the activation code I recieved is expired and not working. Its been 19 days since the purchase. The overall experience with customer care has been awful and of no value. I paid upfront and not got the product. This is forgery of the highest level. I had contacted Sony Liv and they have categorically told that its the issue on Flipkart's end. Please provide full refund or new activation code. They gave me apparently a new code which was exactly the same as before so that they can mark their issue resolved. Order ID: OD[protected] Activation code: FKSSA4MDSG8Wser.

        Dilivery boy of my redmi note 10pro came at my door step there was a exchange on new phone dilivery guy check my phone and told sir u will recieve a OTP on my old phone and told me I am coming back in some time after that I have called him more than 50 time but he is not answering call and cutting my calls back to back and I am sitting home hopeless

            I ordered a watch from the Casio brand ( https://www.flipkart.com/casio-mwd-100hd-1avdf-youth-digital-watch-men/p/itm0713... ) on 22 Aug 2022, but I got delivered with a wrong model of watch on 26 Aug 2022.

            I had raised multiple return requests ( most of which were raised by the custom care executive ) and all are were rejected by the seller, even after providing all necessary details such as images, Aadhar for review.

            I had spoken to multiple custom care agents and even the senior members who had promised each raised return request would be the last one but all the return request were rejected without proper reason and without my concern.

            On Sep 1 2022, my flipkart account was also blocked without any proper reason. There has been no help from the flipkart customer care on this as well.

            Due to this, even though I have genuine reason to return the product and matches the return policy of the product, I am unable to return the wrong product and get my refund.

                I had ordered a playstation 5 horizon forbidden west voucher bundle on 22nd august 2022 and the delivery date is 4th sept 2022 i.e today, but I have yet to get any delivery agents details from Flipkart and it looks very like that it will delayed.

                This is a bad experience and I am really frustrated with this issue, Customer care have no clue about this issue and are not able to give me a definite answer.
                It is very surprising that the delivery even though the delivery is done by Ekart which is owned by Flipkart, the customer care are not able to provide me contact details for the same.

                  Hello Myself kishore I have account in Flipkart and it's blocked on August 13 and I raised complaint soo many time but didn't solved the problem.Now i have to pay emi for paylater throught only Flipkart and no other option is there have spoken to them any other option is there I'll pay but they are saying no.
                  If I don't pay emi before 5th of September my credit score I'll be impact So please help me from this

                        I have ordered Bata(in Offer price) shoe on Aug 12 2022 actual delivery date is Aug 26 2022 and its extended to Aug 30 2022, but today's date is Sep 4 2022 till now the product is not delivered and tracker not showing properly.                                 Flipkart Pay later and IDFC First Bank

                                Pay later section is unavailable while checking out the product.
                                Flipkart Customers executives are tellling that it has been blocked by the financial partner IDFC First bank, and IDFC executives are blaming Flipkart. Vice versa. I have been facing this issues from 2 months....

                                  Recently I have purchased a Exercise Bike (REACH BRAND) and Delivered on 25th August. This item supposed to installed by 28th Aug, but it was not done. So, I have complained and the Customer Care Executes told, it will be resolved by 1st Sept. It was not done. Today is Sept 3rd. I called many times the Executrices and requested the Return as the product is not installed I can not keep this in showcase. They updated the Installation Status as Completed.

                                  I have requested CC, either get it installed or Accept the return. They don't agree for the Return and I can request for the replacement as per their policy. I really dont understand whether Flipkart can understand the issue or not.

                                  Event I tried the brand and I dont get any proper response.

                                  It's really frustrating and the CC executives keep extending the resolution date and I could not connected to senior executive. I reached then luckily couple of time they too talk like a robot.. As per policy it cannt be returned,

                                  I dont know what to do with the product without installing... Is that the way Flipkart responding to the customer??

                                  Flipkart is not customer focused and they want do a favor to the sellers. If there is no customers, what they do with the sellers??

                                  We have paid for what the service we are expecting?

                                  I dont know whether their policy accepts the sellers not doing installation?

                                  If the issue with the seller, what is stopping Flipkart to accept the return.

                                  Flipkart is not gave this product freely and I have paid for it.

                                  I expect Flipkart to serve the customer and dont be favor of the seller if they are meeting the customers expectation.
