I had ordered grocery items more than 4k and product did not deliver. After multiple follow ups of 3 weeks Flipkart failed either to deliver nor to refund the amount. Customer services are so pathetic that they don't understand simple english and customer query. They have standard script " Please wait for 24 hours" I have decided to uninstall Flipkart. Amazon is 100 times better in terms of services and product quality. People should think twice before buying anything from Flipkart. They are not trust worthy and their services they have outsourced to some cheap call center and end results can't think off.
It's sincere request to all Flipkart buyers it's high time to stop buying from this people. Lot of options available either online or offline.. Do think of it.

I had taken a Samsung phone from Flipkart under the Flipkart Smart Upgrade plan, and I have paid the due amount But that phone got locked today. While I have both SMS and mail of balance repayment confirmation by Flipkart . so what can i doo .

We had received one campus shoe & two wooden temple on 28/08/2022 & 27/08/2022 but we were satisfied with product quality so we had raised return request on the same day of receipt of items, but it has been more than 13 days, no one have come to picked up the items.. Customer care executive are doing false promises only and also they have instigated us to cancel the return request of one product to re-initiate again.Order IDs are OD[protected], OD[protected] and OD[protected].

Worst worst delivery ever.
Showing my product in nearest hub since last 3 days But no delivery.
Several calls to customer care is also useless.
They are not giving the number of delivery agent..
Pathetic experience
Will never order from flipkart and encourage others to boycott your company..
False promises and updates is mental harassment..

I ordered a product i made the payment for that and balance deducted from my account but order is showing there was mention that If balance deducted so will be refunded in 4 hrs but i haven't got any refund i tried to talk with customer care but they are saying that again by again there is no order for this order id but its showing in my app and i have also payment proof

Whenever I try to log in to my account, it asks for the password but I have forgotten my password. Also when I try to contact with customer service it didn't respond.

My flipkart account has been changed to a different mobile no:[protected](which is completely unknown to me).

Now i cannot access my account with my previous registed no (i.e Mob [protected]) or my previous registered gmail id([protected]@gmail.com).

My Flipkart is linked with Pay Later With credits left. Please deactivate my account ASAP also deactivate flipkart pay later scheme.

I am a flipkart plus member, I have ordered groceries total 19 items, (Order ID - OD[protected] the delivery boy came with 18 items on 30th August 2022, and there was 1 item missing i.e. Amul pure ghee 1 L. When i enquired the delivery agent about it, he said 1 item is missing and I can raise complaint since he was not ready to take action at his end. He asked me to take photos of the delivered items and he himself took the same.
I requested for the call back on the customer support approx 2-3 times but no call back scheduled, then later i posted the same to on twitter tagging @flipkartsupport on 1st September 2022, and received a call saying the issue will be resolved soon, and they raised a return request. When i asked them why return request, when product itself was not delivered, to that they said this is the only option, you need not to return anything the seller will process the refund. The next day I got notification stating that my refund is cancelled, I again posted on twitter asking about the updates, to which a person from social media team sent me an email asking me my account details for refund, next morning again I received notification that my refund is cancelled by the seller, I again called up the support and they told me that the previous support person had put the wrong reason that is why it got cancelled, she assured me that this time i will not face any issue and she raised the request again with correct reason. Again the next morning the request cancelled by the seller, Again the same loop of customer support calls, explanation of the problem and new request, this time the SLA was set to 9th September.
Now today morning at 8th September 2022, when i opened up my flipkart app and tried login in, it says that my flipkart account is blocked

No product is delivered and no refund initiated, there is too much of mental harassment from the flipkart seller/ refund process and customer support and on raising complaint the account is blocked even though i am a flipkart plus member.

It's the worst app to order groceries, I have ordered 5 times now, and out of these just 1 of them was a smooth delivery, the rest were never delivered on the day promises and the support assistant would raise a case with a 72 hour TAT and that too is extended so basically I am without the necessary groceries and have to get it again from the market and, flipkart would hold on to your funds for 5-7 days without a resolution, I feel this is a scam by flipkart to feed on the interest accrued on the amount withheld for millions of such customers

I have ordered an product on Flipkart my amount has been deducted from my credit card but order is not yet confirmed by Flipkart. order is still on pending it's been 2days no refund has been done.

I purchased 5 items in 2021 but I am not able to download the invoice. Please help me out to avail the invoice.

Sir i had ordered 2 qty pocket lighter which was lowest offer this product so i had purchased on cod mode as the parcel delivery date was 11 sep i got the parcel 3 days earlier

When the delivery agent came and biker came i felt confuse i had ordered 2 qty and i got in small box.. When i open the parcel only 1 qty i had received immediately i had intimate flipkart executive and request them to raise the missing complaint of the product but after that seller had denied my refund request

And my return request has been cancelled by seller and flipkart

I told many time to executive to check the footages where the product has been packed the box was packed properly there was no cut no any fraud activities on the box... The seller had given only 1 qty

I had contacted customer care they told me seller want u r document of photo proof but i have not get any link to send the date of my documents

I m attaching the photos of the box of the product and product and all my documents which seller required from me as executive told me.. Because i m not getting help from customer care not getting revert on email also

I want to change the mobile number registered with my account to a new one but it requires otp sent to both old and new number. I don't have access to my old number anymore and therefore can't get it's otp. Please provide me a way to change the old number to a new one.

Mein flipkart se ek mobile purchase kiya tha jo mujhe missing box delivered hua eske regarding mein complaint kiya but mujhe koi resolution nahi mila and mera account v block kr diya gya mera amount refund nhi kiya jaa rha hai please help me

I ordered for a phone. After completing the payment flipkart shows payment not yet confirmed from the bank. There appears a message that it will be refunded if it has been debited from account within 4 hours but till now neither any refund nor they tried to help me in my issue in flipkart support.

I made a purchase of safari suitcase on aug 11 but when I received the item their was size fit issue so I decided to return the item. I made a return request on 16 aug which was under 10 days return policy. But after thata nobody comes to pickup my return and I have raised more than 6 complaints, made 20 calls and talked to different customer support executives and their seniors regarding the issue but none of them has resolved the issue and now they are ignoring my calls and account.
I wish to take strict action against their customer support policy
