Sir. I ordered Oppo enco M32 Bluetooth earphone on 23 August, price 1699 and it delivered 27 August. When i open the order the order was Damaged as one side i have initiated a return request but the seller buzzindia has rejected the return request and the company coustomer was not connected me. So what can I do. Its a scame from company to me please help me sir.

      Sir,
      This is to inform you that already I am faced a lot of problems for return request but I am already paid total my dues.So Repeatedly I am informing you solve my previous problems.But unfortunately I am harassed again. I ordered my OD[protected] on Dt-07th August 2022. Then the product did not fit my mobile then I returned it but Flipkart is not taking the return as Flipkart is ordering on pay later and I am forced to pay.

        I had ordered Juice bottles from flipkart grocery store which delivered on August 17th 2022. All the items were broken or leaked. Some were wrong items delivered. Even the parcel container was full with leaked juices. I will attached screenshot of those photos.
        So I raised return request. Again again inspite of rejection. At last they blocked my account without any message.
        After that I contact with customer executive they didn't response my query and not even transfer my call to senior customer executive. I also ordered sandals but they are not good so I had requested for replacement and after replacement I didn't receive the exact item. And they blocked my account. I am unable to get refund.

            Hi, I ordered a pair of Louis Philippe pants and received a pair o[censored]nbranded pants instead. I have tried returning this product but my return request keeps getting cancelled again and again.

            The order id is OD[protected]. I have talked to the customer care 6 times now to no avail. They file a return for this product but after 2-3 hours the return request gets cancelled. Nobody has come to collect and check the product. I get this reason in the email, "We’d like to let you know that your return request could not be fulfilled by the seller as their courier partner has confirmed delivery of the item in your order with order id OD[protected] with the product being intact." This has happened multiple times now and has cost me my time and stress. Please resolve this asap.

              HI We ordered a dining table and worth Rs23, 999. We have been patiently waiting even though flipkart has been delaying it indefinitely. We are tired o[censored]s having no where to sit and after they missed 3 guaranteed delivey dates when we are contacting them they keep disconnecting us and neither they are giving us a status nor refunding the amount so that we ca get the necessity things from other vendor. We are really harrased and i cant loose my hard earned money to such a scam company who cant service or support their customers

                Hi We ordered dining table and sofa worth 45000 Rupees and flipkart has been stalling us from last 3 weeks without any updates and not even cancelling the order and refunding the amount. They are wantigly playing games and not providing us any status or contacting us. We have elderly people who are forced to sit on the floor since we have no sofa and dining table to eat and we lost our hard earned money of 45000 and flipkart is not servicing the customers correctly. I have the recording of all calls and chats and will be presenting the case against flipkart and all agents who stalled us and i will be adding the elderly people health affected by this . Never had such a dumbass company and will never buy or even look at the site in future

                      This is regarding 2 order placed on flipkart. Details are given below:-

                      Both these orders have been delivered to me. 1st one on 1.9.2022 and 2nd one on 25.08.2022. Screen shot attached.

                      As per flipkart return policy both these products are eligible for returns and refund within in 10days of delivery. But return option is not showing on flipkart app for both these products.

                      When I am tring to call the customer care executive they are saying both these products delivery is not updated in their system. I have been following up for this problem since delivery of order ID - OD[protected]
                      PETER ENGLAND Slim Men Black Jeans which was done on 25.08.2022 at around 4 pm.

                      Flipkart is not giving any proper solution to my problem and just giving dates for resolving it. First they gave me a date that this issue will be resolved by 30.08.2022 but then itvwas extended to 1.09.2022 and now it has been revised to 6.09.2022.

                      It is very much clear that this is a technical error with flipkart but flipkart customer care staff a d backend team has proved to be completely incompetent to resolve it.

                      I also wanted to raise this request to flipkart higher authority through emails but flipkart does not provide any email id for customer complaints. It seems flipkart deliberately does not want to have and written proof of complaints related to their service. Still I have recorded calls of conversations with their customer care executives which I can produce if required. My request to flipkart higher official is to reslove my problem at the earliest of I will be compelled to go for further escalation of this issue with consumer forum.

                        My Flipkart account was blocked by Flipkart while I was trying to return the products. And now I cannot return the products as I cannot log in to my account.
                        Also, I received a pay later mail to pay the charges. I am not able to pay for the order as well.

                        It's been 2 weeks since these customer services have been trying to help.
                        But I received no mail from Flipkart except for payment transactions.

                        So Flipkart can mail me for payment reminder but cannot resolve my issue?

                        I am going to take legal action against Flipkart if you debited any money from my account.

                        Use your head to resolve the issue. Amazon services are way better than yours.

                          I am trying to close the Flipkart pay later service for which i don't find the option to do so and also i am out of country for some long time. Hence i am unable to use the call option to customer care. Hence could you please take this forward to close the service without Hassle. As its reflecting on my CIBIL as Consumer loan and making an impact

                            When I searched for job i Saw Flipkart back office job from timesjobs. do i applied and send my CV to this number [protected]. Them they say I am shortlisted. They take some details of mine like I'd proof, photo, my results photo. Then they charged me 301 rupees for application form. Then they again called me from different number [protected]. And asked me money 3105 for confirmation letter. I paid it and they send me the letter . Then they again called me from different number[protected]. Asked me money 11975 for offer letter. Again I paid it and they send me the letter. Again phone number [protected] called me ask me for 16900rupees for appointment and training letter. I paid it. They again asked money further i can't afford so i didn't pay . So i didn't get the job. They promised to pay me back and asked me for a request for refund the money letter I send it with my bank account details.they asked me for 45days to the money. Time is complete but i don't get my money and their numbers are switched off.

                                I've ordered a replacement for my ninja call 2 watch in which I've recieved timex watch, when I instantly sent pictures of the product which I recieved but my return got rejected without any notice, reason or any notification .
                                This happened three times now my return date is almost over what should I do ?? Isn't this a fraud!

                                      Dear sir,
                                      My name is Tarun Kumar Meena. I ordered a smartwatch from Flipkart. There is connectivity issue in the product so i raise my complaint on the same day of delivery. They send the technician to check the problem, then the technician also accept that there is problem in the watch and he write in the remarks that the watch is not working properly. Then again I raise my complaint, then also they send the technician and again they declined my returning request after technician accept the problem. Same process they did 4 times. I am continuously in touch with the customer care but they are not resolving my problem.
