Dear Sir,
I purchased the LEE COOPER Brand shoes on 18th Aug 2022, and I received the same on 22nd Aug 2022 afternoon, now I seen in evening after my duty off, I opened the box and I seen the 2 different shoes 1 is same as ordered and 2nd is other company, both are new shoes and the packing is very very bad the box is fixed with cello tape.
If I received the same shoes, then I think for keep but you sent right foot shoe only and both are different modal.
I raised the return request on 22nd aug 2022 but still my return not pickup and refund not done.
Please let me know how is the service of flipkart.
Let me know when you close this, will you give me refund or not.
