Hi I have ordered springtek orthopaedic mattress from Flipkart on 14-8-22 they have provided delivery date by 23-8-22 big suprise was there was no tracking ID provided since it was Flipkart assured product we thought it Will deliver on time.They have delivery date multiple times first is 31-8-22 so when about Aug 29 they have changed delivery date to 10-9-22 this is also expected date.I am requesting to refund the amount i have paid for that...

Hi,
My credit score has decreased because of IDFC first bank limited (sponsored bank for Flipkart pay later).
IDFC first bank filed wrong suits which are of
1. OVERDUE ALL AMOUNT

Based on the above issue I have contacted Flipkart many times over the past months. on JAN 2022 one of the Flipkart told me that there is no outstanding balance or any overdue balance in my Flipkart pay later account and it is showing in Flipkart because of a technical glitch. Regarding this technical glitch, our partner IDFC First bank limited directly reported the CIBIL and the suit filed will be removed or rectified in the next report. (Incident: IN[protected], IN[protected] )

I have called customer care to IDFC First . They informed me that there is an outstanding balance of 4865 Rs on my account number: they told me that they couldn’t access my account statement and told me that they are just a sponsor for Flipkart pay later and we can’t do anything about it, just resolve the issue with Flipkart only.
again recently, I contacted Flipkart on 17th feb22. They told me that “at any cost, my issue will be resolved by 22th of feb 2022.” After contacting me again 2-3 times on the 22th of feb22, they told me, “we will send you an update on this within 36 to 48 business hours.”
today is the 23th of feb22 they are not even replying to me.
when they are saying that there is no outstanding or overdue balance in my Flipkart pay later account. I don’t understand why they are not able to provide me with the full and final payment link and why they are making me suffer even though I am not at fault.

THEY TRAPPED ME, EVEN THOUGH I AM NOT AT FAULT. I HAVE PAID EVERY DUE ON TIME

    Im sahi,
    why flipkart and ekart has failed to deliver my mobile product ordered on 24 aug. 29 aug. was delivery date and which reached my nearest hub on 29 aug. but not delivered on 29 aug. and deliver date extended by 31 aug. and still my product not deliver to me and even no proper communication for delay in delivery. The tracking of product showing its dispatched and received stories from mother hub to local hub and back again. Please don't cheat customers like this.

        My name is trilok meena. i ordered a jeans of ED HARDY black jeans for my brother in delhi but he received a jeans of light blue colour and of different size(completely different product). then i file a return request seller told me to me to put product images i then i put 10-11 product images and my brother id also but after all important this he cancel my request and this happen 3 times. now my return period is over and customer support ignore my case and told me that we cannot do anything. so this is happen with me.

          Sir/Mam i have Ordered Global Sphere Sunshine Digital Multimeter DT-9205e Digital Multimeter (Blue 2000 Counts) from Flipkart. But Unfortunately i have received wrong and used Product and i have contacted customer care several times but no one resolved my issue. And i have initiated return request from my side but Ekart Courier is refused to pick up the product and saying "we can't take any wrong or used product.You have to contact customer support for direct refund without pickup". Please help me to get out of this problem. I want to return the wrong product what i received and get back my refund

            I have purchased a Lenovo IdeaPad s340 serial no :- MP1R4FMV and it is in warranty due to repeatedly facing issue in laptop service declared it a DOA and they provide me DOA certificate and DOA sealed bag and i contact to Flipkart for replacement or refund and they accept it on 24th of August and tell me that product will be picked up 26 of August and refund will be generated in 1-2 days then a day before of picking someone call me from flipkart and tell due to technical issue the tracking Id had not generated yet so there will be delay and it will competed on or before 30th of August and same thing a day before a executive of flipkart call me tell me that your tracking id has not been generated because seller don't get acknowledgement of this return so we have to cancel request and again make it but they didn't do anything instead of that they cancel my request then next day I call to Flipkart and again i have to raise the return request they tell me it will be picked by 1 of September but till now no tracking has been generated they giving Tat regularly i have all proofs regarding this concern

              I purchased TV on 10th Aug (OD[protected]. Installation was scheduled on 20th Aug. But it is still not completed and it is already more than 2 weeks now. Neither can I install myself nor return it.

              I got mesage about installation to be completed by 8pm atleast 5 days. When i call number they dont answer. Flipkart customer support executive keep asking me to wait till 8 everytime.

              It is so frustrating now that can't be expressed. Im mentally harassed now. Tv is just kept like a dummy box. I want flipkart to either install tv or refund money. After complaining on twitter, call and mail this is last platform. Next I'm going to file complaint in comsumer forum court in Pune. Jeeves which is installation partner of fliplkart is literally a fraud company. This company deserves to be sued in courr legally for harassing consumers mentally. Ome thing is for sure i will prefer buying offline for better after sale support.

                Today Date : 31/08/2022

                In between this time period I have contacted with Flipkart Customer Service at least 30 times regarding Return for my order and they always tell me sir wait for 24 hours. I was telling them every time that please confirm you will able to proceed the Return or not??
                they give me 5 dates

                25 August
                27 August
                29 August
                31 August

                ALSO THEY CAN'T DO IMAGE VERIFICATION
                always give me a time and say our team is contacting you but i can't get any notification from therir team side
                What is this, my time is not a part of your company boss and not for waiting for this type of things.

                Note that I am claiming Rs. 5, 000/- as a penalty for a quick compensation for my valuable time and for your wrong information providing system.

                I suggest to flipkart team also that you will take action on team also but my compensation amount will be paid by you and there is no scope for any compromise otherwise I will be forced for take legal action against Filipkart.

                  I order NIKE TANJUN NK MEN SHOES from flipkart but i received on 19 th august. And i recieved quality issue with different colour and i am raise a return request same day but no response from flipkart and flipkart rejected my request 4 time and when i was raise 5 th request on 24 th of August the status still show pending and when i call the said me to wait 24 to 48 hours everytime when i call. But not a single response from flipkart team. Please solve my issue and get my refund back.

                    I ordered a mobile from Flipkart in November 2021 Order ID OD[protected]. They rescheduled the order six times and finally cancelled the order after harassing for 17 days.

                    Further, I was persistently harassed by your customer care representative as no resolution was provided by them and they kept disconnecting calls for more than 15-20 times mostly when they were not able to answer my queries.

                    I have called numerous times, engaged on online Flipkart chat with customer care when the order was not delivered on the promised date and have also sent emails regarding the same but to no avail. After harassment and non-delivery, there was a refund of the payment amount only. I do not believe that a customer places an order to only get a refund with harassment after several days without any explanation or apology.

                    Therefore, when no justified explanation for non-delivery and harassment was received by Flipkart despite several calls and emails, the Consumer complaint was filed in November 2021 and the learned court had issued notice in January 2022. I had already sent the notice through courier and also via email dated Feb 16, 2022. But no one has appeared for Flipkart before the concerned commission.

                    Please note that an ex parte order will be passed against Flipkart if no one appears before the concerned commission despite several reminders.

                    In this regard, kindly assist me with officials concerned with these so that legal process can be served.

                    Alternatively, pay compensation for harassment along with a letter of apology.

                    Also, when the mobile was purchased, there was Diwali offer in Flipkart and also Amazon and other offline retail outlets. But when the order was cancelled from your side, no such offer was there causing me direct monetary loss along with mental harassment.

                    Flipkart harassed me mentally and never offered any justifiable explanation or sincere apology.

                      I have ordered Moto G52 Mobile (order ID: OD[protected] on 16 August 2022 and received it on 17 August 2022.Then I placed replacement request (Replacement ID:[protected]) on 23 August 2022 because there was network problem and connectivity issues coming in the set. They took request and proceed further for technician visit. Now the problem is, they haven't send anyone for visit and it's been a week passed and no further assistance is provided from their side .They are calling me 10 times and repeatedly asking the same question what is the problem because each and everytime different person call and always saying " sir, wait for 24 hours, your issue will be resolved soon by our special team ".I don't know what they are doing .They are simply extending the time. I purchased a new phone and I am not able to use it yet

                        I have purchased mobile as on 12.09.21 under this plan. As per the plan policy we can either upgrade the device or pay the balance amount after one year. I was unable to choose any of the options. I tried to get it resolved by the team from 28th July 22 and they provided me a solution of returning the phone and getting refund of amount which i have paid. The delivery was scheduled on 15th august, however the delivery guy came on 14th August and i was not available at that time hence he went and i asked them to reschedule the pickup. However they are not coming up with any solution and every executive kept saying that we have escalated your issue. It's been a month and no proper resolution from their side. I have provided my bank details also. I have raised queries many times and the App is showing the status as Resolved without any resolution. Attached herewith the screenshots.

                          I have booked flight from Nagpur to Mumbai on 25 may 2022 but unfortunately flight canceled but my booking amount Rs. 5932/- deducted. I have talked to flipkart customer care many times but they denied deductions and till today they have not returned my money.                             I have ordered a Boat WS 131 on 28 August 2022 from the Flipkart app next day at evening I received the courier of my product but when I open it it was the duplicate and used moreover damaged of local brand.
                            When I ask for replacement of that product that I received the BuzzIndia Flipkart seller denied to change that product

                                I have purchased my MRF tyre from filpkart. But it is not fit to my bike. Now they saying as per policy return time is over. Due to that I lost my amount and wasted of my product . Current no use. Please help me resolve my issue

                                      I have problem with the order ID - OD[protected]

                                      I was expecting the product on 29th August. On that day order status is showed the product was out for delivery but the delivery agent didn’t have my product. He claimed that he had no details about the product or my order number or name.

                                      I reached the delivery person through details provided by flipkart
                                      I called on [protected] (PIN : 195)
                                      That delivery person is said he doesn’t have my product.

                                      After that I raised complaints about the undelivered product and today I don’t even see any delivery agent information or wishmaster’s details etc.
                                      It is showing my product has reached the nearest hub on 28th August 3.57pm. But it’s 30th August now. It’s merely a 15 minutes distance from the acclaimed facility.

                                      I have checked the Ekart details. (Tracking ID FMPP[protected])
                                      My product is shown unsuccessful-undelivered 3 times in last two days…but in reality no one has contacted me about the order.

                                      I have already paid a significant amount for this product. This issue needs to be resolved. I need my product delivered as soon as possible.
                                      Please revert back to this.
