I was complete my August emi and laylater amount on August 4 th thought idfc first bank application. And i also submit all the paymemt proofs to flipkart. But day by day they charging me fines. Arround 10 days before I was submit all the proofs. Until now they can't solve my problem.

    I have ordered a product from Flipkart on 16.08.2022. The product has been shipped On 20.08.2022. The tracking ID has been given. But there is no update in Flipkart website or app regarding the current status of the product except the update that the product has been shipped. I tried to track using Ekart website also. But it's showing that there is problem with tracking ID. The product is prepaid also with a cost of Rs 30499. Where is the order now? Tomorrow is the delivery date.

      Dear Sir,

      This email is to complain about a representative that I had a call with today morning. His name is Akhil. He was very rude, argued and kept shouting on the call. He used words like what nonsense are you talking and who told you to do this and that. It was very unkind of him to handle the call in such a manner where he is required to be of help.

      Please take this email into consideration and have a word with him about his way of speaking to a customer of Flipkart.

        I received a link via SMS and email to add new bank details but page not working properly i can't add details

          Under Flipkart's sell back program, I sold my 2 phones mentioned below:

          1. Google PIXEL 4A (for Rs.10500/-)
          2. Apple iPhone SE (for Rs. 4000/-)

          The delivery boy picked my phone on 12/08/2022 and handed me a Thank your card envelope packet, which only had a Thank you card and nothing else (Doesn't have any pass code to redeem the amount to Flipkart wallet).
          Delivery person and Thank you card both says that - -
          I will receive my payment within 24 hours. However, I haven't received my money yet... either to my bank account and to the Flipkart wallet.

          I have been calling Flipkart customer care multiple times to resolve the issue. There customer support is not resolving the it and instead will keep your call on hold for a long time and then they will either transfer to another person or they are disconnecting the call..

          This is really frustrating and really unhappy with the service of Flipkart.
          My financial condition has been impacted since I was expecting the above mentioned amount for some critical commitments..

              I have always been unhappy with Flipkart product quality. One of the reasons I think is because they suck up to their sellers. How do I know this? I have had 3 bad experiences with them, 2 of which are ongoing.
              1)Flipkart did not deliver an order for months last year although product was still selling on the website just because price increased after we ordered/paid and whenever contacted they said it has to come from Punjab and so takes long time. Finally they said that they cannot deliver and I should cancel the order and they will return my money+Rs.100 which I declined. We could still see the product being sold for a slightly higher price on Flipkart. So after multiple contacts they cancelled the order and gave me just the refund.
              2)We ordered around 60 items in Feb this year and returned around 20 items obviously due to poor quality. All were refunded except one item. Now the issue is that from the 20 items, 3 items were costing Rs. 499 but we have got only 2 refunds of Rs.499 and Flipkart cannot understand who has not refunded the money even after sharing complete account balance with them and so is not refunding it to us. I have asked for escalation on 21st of August 2022 but expectedly no one has replied to my email.
              3)My wife ordered some kurta costing Rs.1345 which they say has been refunded on 22nd Aug but is still not in the bank. So we contacted support abut this and got called today 24th Aug and the girl said she will check something and kept me on mute for 15mins with complete silence expecting me to hang up and then hungup the call.
              This is the tip of the iceberg for us. We deal with many other websites and seldom have to return goods and even when that happens are promptly refunded. Nothing more to say here except I wish I was allowed to give a zero star score. ([protected]@gmail.com)

              Abhishekshukla0 from Flipkart did message me on consumercomplaints.in on 26th of Aug 2022 and asked for my phone number and promised to fix my issue, but there has been no call or reply from him after that. Issue is still not resolved.

                              They're unnecessary marking the complaint as resolved. My problem hasn't been solved. Flipkart is not providing free installation and demo as they promised on their website

                                  I have purchased onida 8kg semi automatic washing machine from flipkart seller omnitech retail the moment i recieved a product and started using it the product worked fine for the half an hour and than suddenly started making extreme abnormal sounds while using washer only i made a complaint and called flipkart executive told them about the incident and next moment i saw my washer has stopped workimg it was making noise like machines do while pulsator rotation but it was not workimg only sound coming i called up again and told them that machine stopped working in just one hour of delivery please give me a resolution.they have arranged tech visit for me the guy came in evening same day and than washer started working again.he told me sir if problem still persists please make a video and send me the moment he left my house just after 10 mins the problem occurs again but washer was working so i called him and told him that please come again the problem happened he told me please call our owner i called him he denied me that we dont have any tie up with flipkart we cant do anything .i called flipkart again they told me that update is not yet mentioned by technician i told them that visit already done why not updated yet they told me wait 24 hours. Its 72 hours now i called them again they arranged tech visit but again same thing happened tech came and told me please call me if problem occurs call me im in ur area only .i called him told him pls come washer stopped again and making noise too.he told me ok m coming i called him for atleast 10-15 times he said m coming to u but he didnt came and at last started cutting my call and told me call to owner i called him he again said we dnt have any tie up we cant do anything i said just update incident he said we dont have any system for doing so we just close the call. I said this is not a way to treat customers he said we cant do. I called flipkart 100 times they say tech have nt updated the case yet. Nobody is helpimg me out i dont wana keep this product with me i want my refund please help me. I urge to everyone boycott flipkart dont waste ur hard earned money on frauds like flipkart and seller like omnitech retail alsp know as consulting rooms pvt ltd. My order id OD[protected]

                                  Flipkart is doing extent of scams they are looting customers very badly. See they have closed my call by saying that issue has been resolved by troubleshooting at the deadline of resolution timeline. No updates from technician no updates from onida they are all involved please help me out no one is taking responsibility

                                    I placed an order in FlipKart for Mi Robot Vacuum-Mop P (STYTJ02YM) on July 21st, but till now I haven't received the product or refund.

                                    On Aug 11th I received an email from flipkart support that the product was cancelled by by the seller as there was a prolonged delay in the delivery of the order.

                                    I'm following up with the customer support from past 1 month but still they are unable to resolve my issue.

                                      So, I placed an order for Nothing ear (1) Bluetooth Headset at Flipkart on August 10th via zest money. The order order has not been confirmed yet and I haven't received the refund for the loan amount as well. I've spoken to your consumer support multiple times but no one were able to give a solid solution. I kindly request you to provide a refund on the same as soon as possible.
