I order a safari suitcase on 18th Sep and returned it on 24th Sep bcz it is defective, till now 1st October pickup is not done

We purchased SONY 7M4 Mirrorless Body worth 2, 05, 356 INR. on FLIPKART. They delivered Old Nikon Lens instead of sony 7m4 body. we recorded the video when delivery was done. When we trying to submit return request they rejected two times without any reason. now they disabled return option.

Please take a necessary action against this ecommerce frauds.

When i login my account on flipkart then it will show an error 'login unsuccessful' (On pc) and 'something went wrong' (On app).
Please resolve my issue as soon as possible and also tell me the reason, why my account not logged on flipkart?

I ordered MOTOROLA G62 5G (Midnight Gray, 128 GB) (6 GB RAM) mobile on 29 th sepetember 2022 and got it delivered on 30th sepetember 2022 . The mobile does not working fine, its overheating and hanging sometimes.
I need to return the mobile and get refund. but flipkart is not accepting return. I have called customer care service she is saying that return is not possible to mobiles as per policy but As per seller's returns policy, iam getting this "your product MOTOROLA G62 5G (Midnight Gray, 128 GB) is eligible for a return. but I couldn't return as it was showing Something went wrong. attched snap of the same. Kindly take proper action and try to resolve my issue of return as soon as possible.

I ordered mobile in BBD2022 with exchange of another mobile.
Delivery boy rejected to exchange my mobile by deviating from flipkart exchange policy.
As per flipkart exchange policy
Issues leading to rejection in exchange are:
1.Phone does not switch on.
2.Brand/model is different from what is mentioned.
3.Screen lock or iCloud lock (Apple phones) are not disabled.
4.IMEI, on dialing *#06#, does not match.

All above points are not applicable for my mobile phone but still delivery person rejected my exchange mobile.

He didn’t even bother to check or verify the phone.

I have ordered Woodland shoes on Flipkart for 1900 rs then end of Big Billion Day sale price has been increased then seller cancelled my order because now price has been high (3500 rs) please take it action against this Types of seller .

I purchased whirlpool 360 ltr refrigerator from flipkart on 22 sep 2022 and it is delivered on 23 sep 2022 and the brand installation came on 24 sep 2022 he said that the product got gas chock raised a complaint for replacement.
My replacement got confirmed and received on 29 sep 2022 the delivery person open the product and ask us to check for any damage but it got dent on right side I asked the delivery person for replacement but he refused and started shouting on us.
Then he called some person from ekart logistic and asked me to speak he said you will be given 3 options one replacement second coupons for 20% and third is cancelling the product
I asked the second one for coupons he said it will be credited on your account please wait for 24 hours but 48 hours gone nothing is happened
I called customer care they were saying that we don't receive any information like that someone has fooled you. So please give me the solution

I ordered a refregator from Flipkart. But the logistic company delivery person is a toxic person when I call him he said i delever product at 1 am but not delivered product yet

I raised return request they without any call directly rejecting my refund request Please take action on it and refunded my 20 package Raisins Missing unit balance as soon as possible. Really trouble and struggling with the issue as soon as refunded my money.

I raised return request they without any reason without any call directly rejecting my refund request Please take action on it and refunded my 10 Missing unit balance as soon as possible.

Received a Defective product but the flipkart just fooling me and scheduling my call for next 24hrs . My return period is upto 3 October but they are not helping at all and they are just telling me to wait and watch for 24 hr but after waiting for 24 hr but they aren't resolving

Its been 2 days since the product reached the nearest hub and still pending to deliver. It was about to deliver by 28 Sept.

They are not comitting a final date of delivery the automated machine keeps changing the delivery date firstly by 3rd of Oct now 5th of Oct.

No final date on the app itself
The customer care is useless.

Hi iam sandeep my account was blocked by the Flipkart because I raised a return then why there is a return option in the Flipkart they are saying my account has high returns

I ordered logitech keyboard and mouse for Rs 949 and i got wrong product from flipkart. And now they are not giving refund and replacement

I have order special combo pack of pigeon pressure cooker which contain 3 cooker but i have received only 2 cooker. They are doing scam.

My account was blocked from October 2021 still my account why not unblock please see my account history never I have go wrong through Flipkart account my history was very clear but why my account IS block please tell me and unblock this account as soon as possible

This ekart not good delivery

I have order on flipkart at 22sept 2022 and my delivery is expected to 26th sept 2022. however my product out for delivery on 26th sept at 6:30PM but product was not delivered. When i raised complaint they are giving me only date 30th sept we will resolve issue. unfortunately they are giving me another date of 5th Oct 2022. they said we will give your resolution on 5th oct and all. So they are not giving my product and not given any proper resolution
