    Order is cancelled without my consent and charging me for cancellation fees and they didn't attempt any order delivery. And after I consulted the team they are saying they tried to attempt but i denied and i didn't receive any call and they didn't have the delivery agent number who tried to attempt the order

      I had ordered a medicine in flp medicine plus, I made the payment through online, but still now I havent received the pdt which is emergency But whenever I call customer care, their response is of same slogan, I feel very bad and unfair for the irresponsible authorities It ia not a cosmeticss or some other goods It is medicine, I cant even imagine how Irresponsible,

        My account got blocked on 30july . So I raised my complaint against it. But there doing just formalities. Never get a responsible answer from team .. today 28 August but my problem still in pending. They mail me that due to high number of cancellation your account is blocked. But the fact is on 6 order in row were cancelled in which three order are cancelled by the seller that's my grocery basket. I didn't cancel them .. infact i complaint about the in customer care then they told that ..sir there is some issue so your order got cancelled we request you to new order. So I ordered again grocery basket but still cancel because of there packing issue. Again I registered a complaint but same response..so it happens three times and every time my order got cancelled by seller. Before that i have ordered kids toys items which I got in broken condition so I returned.it happened twice. Then I ordered a kitchen weight machine which got a packing From Snapdeal. Which is also broken. So I returned that. ...Now tell me in all this where is customer's fault. They blocked my account. They even didn't accept that it's there mistake. I have raised almost 12-13 complaint against it..but everytime they gave me formalities time of 24 hours but they never responded. Every time I call they says that ..we can't do nothing from here, we register your complaint and concern team contact you soon..but they never respond. Poor poor service from Flipkart. This happens even I'm a Plus member since 3 years.they still have no answer.. giving more and more formalities time.

          I had ordered 2 gm gold bar from Flipkart. Package has been delivered on 24th August 2022 but when I opened package gold bar was missing.
          Still Flipkart not yet initiated refund for the same, they are delaying to resolve this issue

            I ordered a LG TV from Flipkart on 07/08/2022 and it got delivered on 10/08/2022. When ordering the TV it had a 3 year warranty in the product description but when it was delivered, the invoice had a 1 year warranty. Order number is OD[protected]. I complained to flipkart about the warranty issue on 11/08/2022 they assured me that they will solve my problem, last said by flipkart we can't help you in this matter. I spoke with lg customer support. They say lg started an offer on 01/08/2022 on all tv which are 32 inch or above they will get 3 year warranty but invoice 1 year warranty shows up then I need to update about the warranty on my invoice. Now Flipkart is not responding on this matter

              I have ordered many products from flipkart but on their app is not showing any option for return though most products which I have ordered had return policy included and after calling their customer executives multiple times they all are saying different things...One executive even said keep the product we are unable to process refund because they are having problem on their side also, Is this the way to respond if they are defaulters here..I want to initiate return for multiple products its been more than 24 hrs still there is no option for return..I want them to return products manually if they are not providing me option in my application.

                My name is Shivam Dixit from Lucknow, I have purchased dining chairs from Flipkart, but unfortunately I got wrong product. I have requested for return, so the customer support told me about the visit of technician for the verification of the product. I got the date of 25th August for technician visit but no one has visited for the verification. I also got a call from Flipkart rajasthan, the executive asked me the photo of wrong product that I received, I had immediately shared the photo and he promised me about the resolution. But since then there was no response from their side neither any technician visited.
                And the most important thing that the customer support is unable to provide me any resolution, and they are also started being rudely and just in hurry to cut the call.
                I request you to please solve my issue as soon as possible and get me the right product as I have made the payment. Please don't trouble me any more as I spend my hard earned money. Necessary details are given below.

                      Flipkart just blocked my account even when I had 2-3 products left which I had to return.
                      I called the customer support thrice.

                      First they told me to wait till 25th August, 2022 and that I'll get a mail regarding my blocked account. However, I didn't receive any kind of mail or call from Flipkart.

                      Then I called them again. She told me to wait for another 3 days.

                      Flipkart is becoming worst these days. Sometimes there's no return option available.

                        I ordered 6 kg (4+2kg) ariel matic front load detergent powder of cost 1150 rupees but I received only 2 kg packet of cost 370-380 rupees. Not received actual 6 kg product as shown in description of product. It is completely different from what I ordered. I raised the complaint through Flipkart customer care 3 times but seller is cancelling my request saying that the packet is intact. Packet is intact or not who asked about that? I'm asking about where is my 6 kg packet? Who cheated me whether Ekart delivery partner or Seller SuperComNet?. Even Ekart delivery agent opened the box and at the same time we showed him that wrong item received of lower quantity along with billed price. Then he told to raise complaint in Customer care and return the product. He said that he cannot take it back. My order number is OD[protected]

                          I Purchased Ariel Matic Front Load Detergent from Flipkart Cash on Delivery, they Delivered Top Load instead of Front Load, even the bill states Ariel Matic Front Load. Upon accepting the delivery I realise it is the wrong product and ask the Delivery Agent to take it back. He has me to to a return request on the app and he will collect it the next day. From the date of delivery till today it has been 9 days the return request has been rejected 7 times and the same hasn’t been resolved by Flipkart Despite speaking to several Customer Care Executive and Twitter. Today Flipkart Decided to all in all Block My Account. Again no Communication or Explanation for Anything, more over no resolution to the Problem

                              Dear Sir,

                              I purchased the LEE COOPER Brand shoes on 18th Aug 2022, and I received the same on 22nd Aug 2022 afternoon, now I seen in evening after my duty off, I opened the box and I seen the 2 different shoes 1 is same as ordered and 2nd is other company, both are new shoes and the packing is very very bad the box is fixed with cello tape.

                              If I received the same shoes, then I think for keep but you sent right foot shoe only and both are different modal.

                              I raised the return request on 22nd aug 2022 but still my return not pickup and refund not done.

                              Please let me know how is the service of flipkart.

                              Let me know when you close this, will you give me refund or not.

                                I had purchased lg ac 1.5 ton ac in April 2022 . And had doubled confirmed whether to install it from jeeves Or lg authorised technician. Flipkart told me if I installed it through lg Or any other party then my ac warranty will get void. Hence I made decision to go through flipkart-jeeves team only. During installation time we told many times to the technician to lift ac 1 inch up, but he refused to do it by saying he is well experienced about the thing. Due to this there is constant water leakage from my ac. I had complained to the flipkart team, but instead of solving the issue they are just giving me the dates . It was supposed to be addressed today by senior person but no one called. I am fed up of constantly monitoring my issue. I made a biggest blunder of my life, by purchasing ac on flipkart. Now the lg ac team tells me that they will charge rs 1500 for fixing the issue. They told they are charging me 1500 because I had not installed from them, if I had installed and i faced any problem they'll do it for free. I had already paid around 1415 to the flipkart - jeeves technician . Pathetic response and 3rd class service from flipkart

                                  I had ordered vivo t1 pro mobile worth of 24999rs in flipkart website on exchange of vivo v15 pro mobile an exchange value of 8250 which I selected screen and mobile damage in the flipkart options it suppose to be delivered on 24th of August 2022 which was to be gifted to my cousin who was flying cannada on same day mid night flight but they didn't diliver on promised date fully disappointed waited I called flipkart customer care they said they will deliver product by next day that i, e 25th August 2022 but not delivered and again I called customer care they said 26th August they will deliver and next day flipkart person came and said exchange value is Nil u should pay 8250 which was not acceptable I already paid remaining balance from my credit card and he refused to give the mobile he said talk to customer care so there is no point of exchange offer and waited long time and not received the product and again I need to wait for 3 days to refund my money I called more than 30times to flipkart customer care no response one of your executive used abuse language which not tolerable any consumer forum plz take a strict action not able to satisfy the customer

                                      I have to report an issue regarding a refund which I did not receive. On 6th August I made a transaction through from my ICICI Bank Account (Phonepe) with Flipkart. My money has been debited from my bank Account, but the order did not placed. It's been a month and I have been communicating with flipkart and I have also submitted certain documents also. Kindly do the needful.
