I, Dr. Vipul Shah have booked Oppo Reno 8 pro 5G through flipkart app on 18th August 2022. At the time of booking, it was showing delivery by 20th August 2022 and that's why I have booked as I need handset on urgent basis.
On 20th August 2022, delivery status changes to 23rd August 2022. I contacted customer care and i came to know that it is delayed and will be delivered on 23rd of this month.
Today, on 23rd when i have not received my handset, again i contacted customer care and again i am informed another date i.e. 26th August.
I have booked this mobile from flipkart considering early delivery than other Ecommerce platforms.
All the times during talk with customer care, i have listen different stories like issue from seller side then in another call issue from courier partner etc..
When anyone buying from Flipkart then flipkart is only responsible for any issue in delay either that is from seller side or courier partner and flipkart needs to look in to it and resolve the issue.
Lastly, if you can't deliver in committed timeline then why u commit.
I am writing this here with hope that consumer forum help me to resolve this issue and take a action against flipkart.
