Item marked delivered without delivering

Order Id:
Item was supposed to be delivered on 3rd August'2022 but without delivering it was marked as delivered.
Didn't received the delivery agent number nor did the agent came to my address.
Raised the complaint with Flipkart multiple times but there is no resolution....

About my refund money

I M. Sai Chandra Kumar, ordered some of medicines.. ( Order I D is #[protected]) on 11th. July 2022, they delivered the same on 13th. July . But they delivered one medicine with less quantity. On the same day I made complaint regarding the issue. They arranged for return of the order. And picked up the same. After that they initiated for refund. Flipkart cancelled my order without consulting

FlipKart is refusing to refund when the mistake is from their end

At first place Flipkart sent a wrong product that is rakhi set and instead of taking it back, giving force replacement. Replacement will take atleast 5 days but rakhi festival is day after tomorrow, what will I do with the replacement once the rakhi festival is over.

Have called them many times and insisted for refund (669 rps) but they are refusing for refund.
Please help me as customer always suffers....

Giving priority to COD RATHER PREPAID

I ordered phone on 6 th AUGUST in prepaid form, order ID -OD[protected]
ITS SHOWING DELIVERY DATE OF 10 TH AUGUST, now it's showing 13 th August STILL it's not even packed and shipped.
I just placed a new order with same product, same variant, same address, everything but in COD FORM, its just shipped today itself in 2 1/2 hrs, and tomorrow is the delivery???
What kind of service is this, are we a fool to you?...

Gift Voucher not received on Gmail

I bought a gift voucher of swiggy from Flipkart on 3rd Aug. Total 10 gift Voucher bought but last five Flipkart cancelled and refunded. But other five Gift Voucher they haven't send on Gmail. I contacted them. They gave me date 6 Aug then extended to 8 Aug. Now at 9 Aug i again contacted them, they are saying to wait again for 2 days and misbehaved and cut the call.

And installation and demo was scheduled on 7Aug But no one came for installation nor any information provided about installation. Mobile delivery
