This is Vinay from Vadodara. I have ordered asian shoes for my wife from Flipkart. My product was to be delivered by 17th of August but then the date was transferred to 18th of August. When I contacted Flipkart they said that they are continuously working on it, and then they said that the issue will be resolved by 25th of this month. I have tried to book mobile phone in flash sale at flipkart on 8th Aug 2020 . order not got placed at the same time amount debited from bank.
So i started followup with Flipkart, they said within 8 days it will refund back.
mean time i have submitted payment transfer details along with google pay credit receipt, which clearly shows amount credited to flipkart.

But after 8th day they are replied as order number...

While checking out on flipkart app i used paytm upi to pay 1499 amount for the order. An error message of "payment of 1499 failed, the cvv number is missing" appeared. There is no such thing as cvv number for upi payments, the app has some bugs. The amount was debited from my account but no order was placed, this happened on 12 july. I have made a online transaction for booking flight ticket through flipkart. After making payment the transaction window said waiting for payment confirmation due to network issues. I have opted for flipkart pay later option. It was shocking to know that, they created an idfc personal loan account without taking my consent and later has started showing due in that account, which is impacting my cibil score. This is a serious fraud of creating a financial transaction without my knowledge, against my name. I reached out to flipkart and idfc, but to no avail. I didn't get any response from either of them....
