I am Kaushik Nayan Jha from Kolkata, want to file a case against Flipkart that on 9th of December 2023, I Purchased an Acer ONE Laptop bearing order ID: OD[protected].
On 9th of December when I received the laptop and opened to use, In starting onwards the laptop is going auto reset between the work, and it switch off automatically.
On Same day on 9th of December after a long time when the same problem persists regularly, I raised a return request to Flipkart.
They provide me a Timeline of 27th December 2023 that the product will be Technician Visit and after that they will process the Return/Refund Process.
After that on 13/12/2023 a technician from Acer Team visited my office and checked the necessary things in the laptop and he also told that the product is damaged and provided a Service Letter To me.
Then after I contacted the Flipkart team, that the Technician team came and verified the same and provided the Document to Flipkart team which is given by the technician.
Then they told me that within 24-48 hours, I will get the update, but after 48 hours there is no update I reached to them, they told me that there is no update from technician team, so they unable to provide me the update. After that I mailed the concern to the grievance of Flipkart about all the matter and provided the Documents also.
On next day on 17th of December one of the member from Flipkart Grievance Team call me and ask me all the details, I shared all the details once again to them, on 17th of December 2023 she told me that within next 23-48 hours there will be the resolution they provide me.
On next day on 18th of December 2023 same member call me and told me that the Seller has approved my return, and the laptop will be Picked up and the amount of Rs 26990/- will be reversed back within next 24-48 hours.
Now on 20th of December 2023 one of the team members call me and told me that I have to take a DO Letter from the ACER Company, then after they will do the Refund Process.
I told them that I will purchased the laptop, I have to pay the amount, I have Received the damaged Product, I have to call them or reach them related to my concern. I am fully harassed mentally as well as Financially.
After that they told me that they cannot do anything.
Is it fair they are doing with the Customers.
I attached all the necessary documents and the communication details.
It's my humble request you to please help me out with this and take a serious action against the Flipkart.
