    I had ordered infinix zero 30 5g phone on 25 Jan 2024 and delivery date given was 27 Jan 2024 but it didn't get delivered neither there delivery agent connect with me and when I called Flipkart executive they didn't give me reasonable information so I cancelled my product on Eve of 28 Jan 2024 still didn't receive my refund from the seller and Flipkart. I hope this should resolve as soon as possible.

      I ordered Mi Pad 6 from Flipkart on 15 Jan 2024, and they promised delivery date as 22 Jan 2024, but the product did not arrive on expected date, and I was given a new date which is 30 Jan 2024. I knew that I will not be present at the address on 30 Jan 2024, so I cancelled and made different order on different address as I was not able to change address. The promised shipping date was 27 Jan 2024 but today is 28 Jan 2024 time 21:20 but it is not shipped yet, And the promised date of delivery is 30 Jan 2024 but how will it reach to me on 30 Jan when product is not shipped yet.

        I Madhup Chand Prajapati, I would like to inform you that we placed an order for Epson Eco Tank L8050 Single Function Color Ink Tank Printer on Wednesday, 24th January. And we got the date for delivery on 27/01/2024. And on Friday 26 Janua 12:36:35 AM my order was dispatched from Thane Maharashtra to Varanasi but we have not received the order yet. No information updated. And suddenly late at night my delivery date was extended. I remained connected with the customer support team the whole day yesterday and they repeatedly said that you will get the delivery today.
        but nothing happened. Is this a success? Or what should I consider fraud? Is this what happens on this Flipkart platform? The support team did not help. Do we have to make our entire day's conversations public? We want to know this. Or we should tell everyone in the entire country through social media that this is how they behave towards their customers. Or this is the service of Flipkart. In the last one year, we have made a market of more than Rs 1 lakh on this platform, but now we do not trust it at all. Nor is any Flipkart tracking service working. Has my order been damaged or has it been given to someone else, or do they not want to give it? Why is this happening.

        Since yesterday morning I still don't know where my order is. Because the customer service is saying that it is in Varanasi, then why are we not seeing it and why is Flipkart's tracking service not working? If I haven't received any update from yesterday till today, what will I get now? All I got was that the date of my order was extended till late night. I am very worried since yesterday, have we been scammed by Flipkart or is the entire customer support team making fun of us? Where is my stuff till now? Will I get my order or not, we just want to know why there was delay and from yesterday till today the customer is saying that my order is in Varanasi but we tried tirelessly for tracking but it did not show anywhere that my order is in Varanasi. .

          I ordered infinix zero 20 5g from Flipkart seller called flashstar commerce on 25 January 2024 and they gave the time of 27 January 2024 but still I haven't received my product and on the day of delivery date I tried to connect to delivery agent but he didn't pick my call neither call back and in evening I received the message that it's rejected but how? Delivery agent didn't bother to call neither he came to given address. When I called Flipkart executive they didn't let me keep my point and said they don't care. What's the behaviour from there side.
          P.S. I have already paid for the phone and they didn't deliver neither return my full money.

                    It is clear case of fraud and scam that is being done. I want a refund for the same.

                      I am writing to formally file a complaint against Flipkart, a leading e-commerce platform, regarding a highly unsatisfactory experience I recently encountered with their services.

                      Recently on Flipkart I bought a for a pair of shoes. Unfortunately, upon receiving the product, I discovered significant defects, particularly in the quality of the buckle. In adherence to Flipkart's return policy, I promptly initiated the return process, clearly citing the reasons for the return as the product's defective nature.

                      To my shock and dismay, instead of receiving assistance or an appropriate resolution to the matter, I received an email notifying me that my Flipkart account had been blocked. The justification provided was an alleged "unusually high number of returns" in my purchase history.

                      I would like to highlight the following concerns:

                      Abrupt Account Block: The sudden and unexplained block of my Flipkart account without any prior warning or communication is not only unjust but also leaves me without access to essential services and information related to previous purchases.

                      Defective Product: The primary reason for initiating the return was the defective nature of the purchased item. I request a fair resolution to this matter, either through facilitating an appropriate return process or offering a replacement for the faulty product.

                      Lack of Communication: Flipkart failed to communicate any concerns about the number of returns or provide an opportunity for clarification before resorting to such a drastic measure as blocking my account.

                      I trust that Consumer Complaint Platform will investigate this matter thoroughly and ensure that appropriate actions are taken to rectify these issues. I appreciate your attention to this complaint and look forward to a swift resolution.

                        Hi team,

                        I wanted to register a complaint regarding two things:
                        1. A pending refund of 6k for an order which i will explain in detail
                        2. Bad CS experience where the above issue was highlighted multiple times and the Support Team keeps marking the issue as resolved even though it is not.

                        ORDER ID: OD[protected]
                        For this order the following things happened:
                        1. I placed an order for a phone motorola edge 30 which costs around 2100
                        2. I applied exchange for my old phone. The value came to 6, 350rs
                        3. This was deducted from the cost of the new phone which now came to about 14, 907
                        4. I made the payment of 14, 907 and waited for the new phone.

                        5. When the delivery agent arrived, he checked my old phone for any issues. There were issues and the final exchange came to only ~4k. I said to cancel the exchange since that was too low and ill pay the excess amount.
                        6. He cancelled the exchange and i paid the excess amount of 6350 thru UPI to the delivery agent. So the total amount paid is now 14, 907 + 6, 151

                        7. Then when we opened the new phone, we saw that the new phone had scratches. Since it was open box delivery, i cancelled the new phone. He said that i will get the refund.
                        8. I waited for a few days and got the refund of only 14907
                        CS Support
                        9. I filed a complaint with CS Support .
                        10. They made a call and i explained the whole issues. They said it will be resolved in 3-4days.
                        11. It did not get resolved but they marked the issue as resolved.
                        12. When i called again i had again raise issue, again explained the issue
                        I explained the issue toe 5 other ppl wasting my time each time for over half hour and all they said is that it will be resolved.

                        I still have not got the refund of 6, 350 and after raising the issue multiple times they are simply marking as resolved.
                        There have been 13 support tickets opened in this order. Still do not have an issue. I need a resolution for this asap as it has been over 3 months of dealing with people over a plain issue where i have all the details including upi payment details.

                                    I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with a recent purchase I made on your platform. I ordered a pair of Puma shoes (Order ID:OD[protected] and am extremely disappointed with the quality of the product received.

                                    The shoes, which were supposed to be genuine Puma originals, exhibit subpar craftsmanship and material. The build quality is far below the standards one would expect from a reputed brand like Puma. This has not only resulted in a complete loss of value for the money spent but has also tarnished the image of Puma as a brand.

                                    I value my time and money, and it is disheartening to see both being compromised in this transaction. I urge Flipkart to take responsibility for the quality of products sold on its platform and uphold the trust customers place in it. It is crucial to maintain the integrity of renowned brands like Puma by ensuring that only authentic and high-quality products are made available to the consumers.
                                    To further illustrate my dissatisfaction, I have attached an image that clearly depicts the deteriorated condition of the shoes after just one month o[censored]se. As a responsible customer, I had already shared my concerns in a review on FlipKart platform, hoping for a resolution. However, with no apparent improvement, I am compelled to escalate the matter.

                                    I kindly request a prompt investigation into this matter and a suitable resolution, be it a replacement or a refund. I believe that it is in the best interest of Flipkart, Puma, and the customers to address and rectify such issues promptly.
