Flipkart doesn’t recognise my phone’s imei number when i enter the same for exchange. It shows error: ‘entered imei number did not match with selected brand and model’.

On October 8, i orderd realme 7 mobile with order id OD[protected] from flipkart site. Payment got deducted from my sbi bank account but flipcart shows 'payment not received from the bank' and 'order is pending'. I have been waiting for to happen something. I lodged a complain also on flipcart but no response even after hours. Nor they are refunding my money nor they are confirming the order. They are simply ignoring my request....

I ordered Apple Airpods pro on[protected], and I received an empty box. I filed a complaint on Flipkart regarding the same, 5 mins after the product was delivered.
