Hi,
Here i would like to warn people of the danzers of purchasing things on Flipkart platform as its the most crooked, cheater and thugg type of online purchase platform where they showcased lucrative offers and deals but the customer has paid for them, then the sellers, delivery people and flipkart customer care tries to trap the customer and threatens to not to deliver the product, if the customer is not paying the delivery executive extra money while delivering the product. If you complain to customer care also then they will also side with the delivery executive and will ask you to pay him that extra money which is over and above the products cost.
Recently this happened to me on 11 May 2024 while the flipkart delivery executive came to deliver the RR 115L DESERT COOLER which purchased on 08 May 2024 from Flipkart's crooked, cheater and liar seller : OMNI TECRETAIL, who's the worst fraud seller on Flipkart but is 4+ star honoured, not sure for what.
The delivery guy whose name, he told me, was Jhony, came to me on 11 may 2024 along with the cooler and asked me to show the cooler which was to be given in the exchange offer(the exchange offer for coolers was to give any cooler with no mention of its condition or type).
Upon inspecting the old cooler which was in perfect working condition, he asked me to give him Rs900 and told me that it was not possible for him to take the cooler in his vehicle and also the seller: Omni Tec Retail, has asked him to fetch Rs900 instead of the exchanged old cooler, no matter what its condition is.
I did my protest and asked him to honour Flipkart offers and terms and conditions and that i have already paid the total amount to Flipkart through EMI mode on 08 May 2024 itself but that didn't deter the shameless delivery executive and he continues to harp on his demand of Rs900.Then i called the customer care number of Flipkart through its App. but to my surprise the customer care executive too asked me to pay Rs900 to the delivery guy without even caring to the contract of purchase, terms and conditions laid down by Flipkart for any purchase.
I decided to not to bow down before the thieves of Flipkart: the delivery guy, seller and the customer care and denied paying Rs900 to the delivery guy as it was against the contract of purchase and which the thug company and its delivery, seller and customer care executives were so blatantly and shamelessly breaking. I send feedback and review of the product on Flipkart online page but that too was taken down by Flipkart moderator so that the truth about the dark business tactics donnot go to other future buyers and Flipkart can continue to rob people of their money and blackmail them in to paying more, more than what it proclaims on its product page and thus not only harassing customers and creating a loss for them in every possible way but also acts like an autocratic seller where you cannt complain for their cheap tricks and thuggish tactics through feedbacks and product reviews. This way they are running review scams too, to benefit their sellers and manufactures and shield them from any negative feedback affect for the poor services and products that they sell on Flipkart. Its funny to see rainbow Rose flower plant seeds on Flipkart and their feedbacks and reviews taken down by Flipkart. They reviews and feedbacks can caution fellow customers about traps and poor quality products sold on Flippkart and that's why they are hurriedly taken down by Flipkart so as to allow cheater and fraud and robbing of customers money.
Do not buy anything from Flipkart as these people are the worst nightmare for the customers and are greedy, cheater, fraud business entity.

    I have 30, 000 INR credit limit approved for Flipkart pay later, but I am unable to use it for any product at all on the flipkart app. This is simply a scam. My registered email is [protected]@gmail.com and phone is [protected] on Flipkart.

      Why is this huge amount of 6, 732.82 Rs deducted from my credit card account without my knowledge?
      What is this M-FLIPKART INTERNET PR?
      How can you guys deduct so much amount without informing the customer and what is it regarding?
      I want this money reimbursed in my account asap.

        Hi Flipkart,

        This has been worst support from flipkart i have seen.

        I have placed my order on 05-Apr-2024 then received it on 23-Apr-2024 after receiving the product has an internal defect also it's slightly open from external and it has been raised on same day with photos, After that it's replaced by flipkart itself. And they have raised another request of same product then it’s delivered on 05-May-2024 and received product have internal damaged same has been reported to the flipkart support executive (product was too much vibrating and jumping and noisy too). Flipkart support executive ask me to raised concern with bajaj service center as per flipkart policy if its not damaged or open from outside then raised issue first with product concern service center after that you can raised request with flipkart itself if its not solved so as per confirm by flipkart customer support i have taken follow up with bajaj service center today (13-May-2024) they sent technician to check the product after technician visited he checked the product and then he confirmed that one part is broken in the product so return the product so as per his confirmation i came on flipkart app to return the product but option isn’t available so i raise executive call to do return request but they won’t help me out in this case

        Note : On flipkart app itself its showing return window till 15-May-2024 but its not showing available even today that is 13-May-2024

        So now tell me flipkart what i should do with broken product. It is an my mistake to trust you on your service and tell me how long can i wait to receive right and proper product even customer executive not helping me out with my problem.

        Really looking forward after mailing to you help me out to get out of this.

          I had placed an order with Flipkart for Philips vaccum cleaner order no OD[protected]. The vaccum cleaner gives sparks each time I connect it and the whole house electricity trips. Even after complaining to Flipkart multiple times they are not taking the product back. Help me get my refund and Flipkart to accept return back of vaccum cleaner as we cannot use this dangerous product.

            Recently I ordered Voltas 1 Ton 5 Star Split Inverter AC from flipkart and the seller is IWQNBecommerce. The product is supposed to be delivered by 14th May but I have some issue with the specification with the order. So I tried to cancel my order but it is showing that ordered cannot be cancelled then I talked with customer care they are saying that the seller does not provide cancellation. Then I searched the seller "IWQNBecommerce " on google and there I saw so many similar incidents that happened with people who ordered from the same seller related to cancellation, Refund and quality of the products shipped by IWQNBecommerce seller.
            I need help to cancel my order and I request to please take strict action against the seller IWQNBecommerce .

              I have ordered 3 items on 5th May from flipkart. I had also made payment for these items. On 8th May the items have to deliver. On 8th May I received call from ekart delivery boy that your parcel has come & it will be delivered today. The contact no from where he was calling was this[protected]. But till now parcel was not delivered till now, and your delivery boy has updated the status in flipkart as Delivered the items. I want to know how you delivered the items without taking my consent or OTP or signature. & how can you update status delivered when you didn't delivered the items. This incident shows the careless of your company that under your company courier is not safe. And I will not give order through your company again. I had lost my faith on you. Your staff are cheaters & liars.
              Please resolve my issue on urgent basis

                I ordered Flipkart Marq AC via Flipkart and it got delivered on 30, April, 2024. And installation date provided was 2 May 2024. On 2 may I called installation person and he said slot is not available. I called Flipkart support and informed about it. And they provided another date and it was on 5 May 2024. I again called installation person he did not pick up the call and just ignoringy calls. I informed Flipkart executivesany times about this but no action was taken. Simply they say we are checking with back end team. And they raised a high priority case that should have been resolved by may 9. But it was not resolved and installation was not done. I am really disappointed and feeling sick.
                Even we cannot arrange any other person for installation as it voids the warrenty. They cannot provide the proper services, they cannot even contact their delivery partners

                Installation is not done yet. And it has been 11 days since my product got delivered.

                  I ordered shoes from Flipkart on 8th May 2024. And on 10th May 2024 that is today I get a call from Flipkart asking me to pay online or else the order will not be delivered. I understood that this is a FRAUD/SCAM call. But the interesting part is the scammer knew my address which is not good. As he asked me do you live on this xyz address which shocked me and these are my personal details which are been breached by flipkart....

                  Hi, my name is Sherin, I have purchased a Godrej AC on 5th April 2024 from Flipkart and I have received it as a damaged product from delivery partner. The delivery boy told that is not a big problem, tomorrow the installation technician will come he will check and find out whether the product is damaged or not. If it is damaged the installation technician will authorise the return request. At present I am living abroad so the call will not get connected when installation technician calls me. However I have given an alternative number of my mother in the order details. But they are not calling to that number and she only knows MALAYALAM language. My replacement request was accepted by Flipkart but the delivery agent didn't came pick up the product and he didn't called me. Due to the Return TAT replacement got rejected on May 2nd. I am raising a complaint against the delivery agent and whole Flipkart customer service team for not providing me a valid solution. Everyone is either putting my call on hold or rejecting my call Everytime. I have all call records with me. Please help me. It has been a month. The product is kept in the same box since it has arrived. Neither installed not replaced due to poor customer service from Flipkart and delivery agent. I believe you will take a valid action against this problem. You can call me through my Whatsapp and can connect through email.

                        Mene flipkart se cp plus ka 1 camera order Kiya tha Jo ki kharab aaya tha or mene turant hi customer care ko call karke ise return kerne ko kha or unhone bola ho jaega 4 se 5 days ke andar or jab pickup date aaya tab koi banda pickup kerne nahi aaya or jab mene dubara se customer care ko call Kiya tab unhone bola sir aapko khud se hi seller ke address per item ko send kerna hoga, main kyu send karu, isse Accha Hota main local shop se product buy ker leta, flipkart or seller wale ne to paisa le liya or muje product kharab de diya or return bhi nahi ker rhe hai, please help me mere liye 1000rs bht bda hai, mera inhone 4 din ka majduri kha liya hai

                          I have placed a order from Flipkart for the samsung 301L refrigerator on 11th April 2024. And the product reached my city (Bangalore )flipkart facility on April 15 th 2024.initial product was damaged henceforth requested for replacement after which during 2nd also The flipkart delivery person checked and called me over phone and said, “the reached product is full damaged and scratches, so they are requesting a return ”. After that I have contacted flipkart regularly for the resolution, but flipkart gives different dates for the resolution at each time. Till now, I don’t receive the replacement order or my money yet. It’s a big scam and both the flipkart and the seller are cheating.I want refund amount of the refrigerator.its almost 22days over

                            On 16th April 2024, I ordered a laptop (Lenovo ThinkPad E14 AMD Ryzen 5 Hexa Core 7530U - (8 GB/512 GB SSD/Windows 11 Home) TP E14 Gen 5 Thin and Light Laptop) from Flipkart, Order ID: OD[protected],

                            After 4 days On 20th April 2024, I noticed that there are two very small dots on display. At that time I initiated a replacement request within 7 days replacement policy. In raised request, it was mentioned that technician visit date 2nd May 2024, replacement date 5th May 2024.

                            On 24th April 2024, Technician visited. He checked and confirmed the defect. He generated "E Report" and mailed on my registered email Id. That E Report pdf and 2 pictures of Dots uploaded on flipkart

                            On 27th April 2024, it was canceled without any reason. When I contacted to a flipkart customer service executive office for the reason, she told that it's canceled by the System. At the same day I generated 2nd replacement request which was cancelled on 28th April 2024 without reason.

                            On 28th April 2024, I generated 3rd replacement request which was canceled on 30th April 2024 without reason.

                            On 1st May 2024, I contacted to a flipkart customer service executive office for cancellation of request. She told flipkart backend team on your complaint. no need to raise replcement request. If you raise request the same will be happened. she told you will have to wait for backend team.

                            Today, I contacted to a flipkart customer service executive office for generating a replacement request. Executive Office told "it can not be possible becouse return policy for this product is expired. You should have to request same day or next day of cancellation date."

                            I am very hopeless. Kindly requesting you Sir/Madam take action on Flipkart. so that my problem could be resolved. Thank you!

                            Today, I got a DOA letter from Brand and shared the pdf copy of the DOA letter to flipkart but Flipkart not providing replacement of this product.

                              I am greatly disappointed by the recent conduct of Flipkart. Without prior notification, they unilaterally shifted the EMI payment date from the 5th to the 2nd of the month. Consequently, I received a call on the 4th demanding payment, despite still being under the impression that the payment was due on the 5th, as per their previous communication via WhatsApp. This lack of transparency and inconsistency is simply unacceptable. Furthermore, the accessibility issues plaguing their customer service helplines only exacerbate the problem. It is imperative that Flipkart addresses these issues promptly and implements measures to ensure better communication and service reliability.

                                I purchased a stabilizer through Flipkart. It is still under warranty. It was damaged after 1 year and I sent an email on April 20, 2024.

                                It has been 15 days and I have not received any response from their technitian team yet.

                                  I odered ifb 6kg front door washing machine product (2)on 15 April it will delivers on 18 April installation and demo on 20 April that day on out of station I said 21 April he will told 22 come but he will come on 23 April 1 washing machine completed and second washing machine back side door bottom parts dent it’s explained by ibf machine he only say please replacement product after I put on replacement but product will delivered on may 2 but today(may 2) same like dent product delivered again how long I will payment rs 22990 send more than 17 days still I can’t use product again it’s take more than 7 days for replacement product

                                    I have on 04 04 2024 purchased 2*400 gms(800gms) of Himalaya Quista DN health drink. An amount of Rs. 1341 was also paid in advance, After delay of 3 days from scheduled date of supply the box containing Quista was delivered to me on 15.04.24.
                                    But when I opened the box on 24.04.24 I felt that the weight of container is much less. When I cross checked the item it was found that I have been cheated by the supplier as they supplied 2*200 gm(400 gm). The size of the container was same as that of 400gm, deceptive and misleading.
                                    The n short the supplier has cheated me sending 400gm after squeezing out price for 800gm of the ordered item. Eventhough I contacted Flipkart they refuse help me, despite a clear case of cheating.
                                    I request you to help me to recover Rs.670 from the company with a compensation of Rs. 5000 as mental agony and distress.

                                      I have ordered one 1.5 Ton split AC Voltas on 07 Apr order no with order OD[protected], however the product is not delivered and upon so many times calling customer care i am still not able to cancel it through Flipkart App. I have requested for cancellation and refund, but till now there is no positive reply and no confirmation about my refund.
                                      Everytime date is being extended but no rep of customer care is giving me any confirmation its going to be a month and i felt cheated.
