I have placed order of laptop on 10th February 2024. As per flipkart it was expected to deliver by 13th February 2024.
Due to negligence of staff the product has reached Gulbarga which is 400km from given address. I got call from Gulbarga ekart agent, asked my place name I told Dandeli. He told we cannot deliver it has reached Gulbarga. He asked my number I mentioned my number. After he asked OTP I denied it and told first deliver it later I will share OTP with you. He started to tell cancel order I said no. He disconnected call. Flipkart services are fraud unprofessional.
Now my product delivery is delayed by 3 days which is 16th February 2024.
I was expecting early delivery. Again ithe item is shipped to Gulbarga again.
It's difficult to trust Flipkart services
I cannot cancel the order because offer which I got at the time order is no more available.
There no proper support from Flipkart for the order. I have paid complete amount of product before it's delivery.

    I have ordered urban denim cargo pant but i received another jeans of same brand with no tag after process of return the delivery come for pickup but pickup boy denied to return due to no tag of company i talked to customer care they initiate return two times but pickup boy denied twice for reason of brand tag but the product doesnt have any brand tag kindly give attention on my order id i am suffering a lot due to your return policy

    But yesterday i got a msg of pickup but wishwaster didint call me and in evening my return request cancellled and all the customer care of flipkart told me only one thing we are looking into matter but no one taking action my problem
    i ordered lots of product on flipkart but i am loosing my faith on flipkart and they only do fake promise of hasle free return but i[censored] get wrong product then u get no support from flipkart u receive only fake promise on behalf of flipkart and my order id is = OD[protected]

        When try to login to Flipkart mobile app or through the app I am getting the error like "Login unsuccessful. Please retry in a minute." and not able to login to the my flipkart account.

        When reached to Flipkart customer care to get the Invoice copy of an electronic appliance purchased on flipkart he said that my account had been blocked due to more number of returns in flipkart grocery. How can I get the copy of invoice to claim warranty of a product If my account is blocked. Flipkart is behaving really Unethical to consumers.

            Flipkart account is operated by someone else

            Hello Team, I lost my number associated with flipkart few years ago. Since then I have not been using the account linked to my email id: [protected]@gmail.com. Since last 2 years someone is using my account with my previous number. I can get all the updates for this account but unfortunately I cannot deactivate this account, for deactivating it send OTP to my old number. I cannot even change the number because it sends OTP to the old number...

                Return Pickup taken by executive and refund not initiated

                Hi team,

                This is bhavna writing here. I ordered royal view top pant co-ord set on saturday 3rd feb 2024. I received the order on 6th feb. I tried but the dress was not looking good suit on me so i raised the return request 1days after the delivery.                   I have order I phone 15 from flipkart on 9 feb 2024 and also pay the full amount and the product expected delivery date is 10 feb but product not received yet from ekart logistics pune pimpri hub. I continually taken follow up with flipkart support team but they did not resolve my issue, I need to travel some where but I could not because of this issue I cancelled the my travel plans.

                      I have placed return request in Flipkart on Feb 6. And I was waiting at residence for delivery partner to come and pickup the parcel. Disappointingly, no one came from Ekart to pickup the parcel. Nor called me neither answered my calls. The return request was getting postponed for consequent days.                           I ordered Motorola g32 with exchange of my old mobile. Delivery boy came, checked thoroughly the condition of old phone, approved for exchange then said he can't deliver my order as he has done some mistake in exchange criteria and refused to give me my order. When I plead to contact customer care so that I can get it by today he rudely behaved with me at the extent of violent physical contact and denied. I was assured to have my order by today, and I believe you guys can help me out. I can't suffer because of fault from delivery boy

                                Hi, i ordered a surprise gift for my wife and i item which was she received a completly different product. The delivery was open delivery but the received person didnt know what was the actual product. I only comes to know that the product was completly different only whe she sent me the photos.                                   The seller give a damage product to the customer and after I complaint too many times by the Flipkart the seller not replace the product till yet and the seller misguide to the customer. I will file a police case against seller and Flipkart.so as soon possible replace the product otherwise I will file a case against seller...

                                  I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning issue with the recent delivery of Order #OD[protected]. I have attached all the required images depicting the packaging and product condition upon receipt.

                                  Regrettably, I received a used product, as evident in the attached images. The product has clearly been delivered to someone else before me, as indicated by the visible name, address, and returning address. Both the packaging and the product itself have sustained damage during transit.

                                  Furthermore, I did not receive the invoice and manual for the product. The box in which the product arrived is old and belonged to someone else before it reached me. It appears that I have been sent a previously returned product.

                                  In light of these issues, I kindly request an immediate replacement for the product. I understand that such situations can occur inadvertently, and I trust that Flipkart's customer service will promptly address and rectify this matter.

                                  I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to receiving a resolution soon. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
