order not placed but amount debited from bank

While checking out on flipkart app i used paytm upi to pay 1499 amount for the order. An error message of "payment of 1499 failed, the cvv number is missing" appeared. There is no such thing as cvv number for upi payments, the app has some bugs. The amount was debited from my account but no order was placed, this happened on 12 july. how to change mobile number without otp from old phone

I am a flipkart plus member since last 4-5 years. Few months ago i lost my mobile phone which had the phone number i used to create my flipkart id.

samsung tv received damaged and they're not giving reply, just delaying

damaged non-returnable product delivered and no response from customer care

I had ordered a non-returnable food product as on 24.06.2020 but when i received the same as on 28.06.2020, it was in damaged condition. flipkart pay later - personal loan account created

I have opted for flipkart pay later option. It was shocking to know that, they created an idfc personal loan account without taking my consent and later has started showing due in that account, which is impacting my cibil score. This is a serious fraud of creating a financial transaction without my knowledge, against my name. I reached out to flipkart and idfc, but to no avail. I didn't get any response from either of them....

I am a flipkart plus member and flipkart provided pay later facility on[protected], back then pay later service was provided by idfc first bank flipkart tied up with idfc first bank and flipkart asked customers to complete kyc, i have completed the kyc.
