I am a loyal customer of flipkart for the past few years, i was provided with flipkart paylater services, it made things easy for me, i became a frequent user of this service, i would pay all my emi's on time, i have never missed a single payment deadline, despite all this my paylater account is blocked for no apparent reason, i called flipkart customer care, to my dismay they gave no specific answer as to why my paylater account is blocked, they told me to contact idfc bank, so i called idfc bank about my ordeal, they told me that my account is permanently blocked, and no reason given, infact the customer care of iidfc told i have a very good record of repayment, but they could not provide answers to why paylater is blocked.
I am very disappointed into this very unethical and unprofessional behavior of flipkart. I hope to get satisfactory answer to my complain from flipkart.

    I brought Hisense 55 inch Tv from flipcart and they delivered the item on 26th February as agreed . Actual installation date was 28th feb. Today is 4th march so far no action taken and today is tha last day gor return . They already took my old TV as replacement. My grand father is sick and rest he don't have any other entertainment. Also my father waiting for the installing personnel last 3 days by cancelling or other commitments. When I raise a ticket in Flipkart they said they will sort it at the earliest . This delay causing us money loss and a stress full time for grandfather.

      Hi, I am a flipkart plus premium member.I order grocery every month.But this time the delivery agent is denying to deliver the grocery at my doorstep, as he saying its heavy.He cancelled the order from his side, which is not acceptable as a customer.I have reported my issue to customer care call also and i am mailing also.
      Kindly, provide my grocercy doorstep delivery with other delivery agents who are willing to.

            New Flipkart Account blocked without any reason

            I am new to Flipkart and had never returned nor cancelled any of the products. But still the account was blocked without any reason. You can see my order history. So unblock my account, otherwise I had to file legal action against this unprofessional and ridiculous behaviour.

            My previous complaint about Samsung S24 Ultra is related to this, as it was purchased from Flipkart. As I was facing all this problem with the phone which turned into brick within a span of 20 days, I was frustrated and wanted other consumers to know the reality of this device, I tried to put up a review on Flipkart but it won’t let me upload by saying “moderation failed”. I tried multiple times but the result was same.

            Looks like SAMSUNG INDIA and FLIPKART are intentionally fooling their customers with a sub par device.

            Rather than spending on brand ambassadors and YouTubers these brands should work on their quality issues and stop fooling people.

                We have received a parcel throuh e kart under the details
                Ekart/TRSC[protected] under COD basis.

                Courier people collected payment and delivered the parcel.
                Actually parcel contains a old cloth and not ever ordered by us

                We need to file complaint on the person who has sent this parcel under COD basis
                So please track the person who has couriered

                      Flipkart Delay in product installation (AC)

                      Purchased an SAMSUNG air conditioner from flipkart and I got the product on 25-Feb-2024 (Order id : OD[protected]. While checking the installation details on flipkart, I found that the installation date is scheduled for 26th Feb. But i have not recived any calls / sms regarding installation till 26th Feb.

                      As a customer, I am not satisfied with the installation delay and there is no update in flipkart app. Its still...

                      I received a used & faulty pair of earbuds after they were sold as new at full price. The Case has a faulty battery because the light on the case glows orange even when the app says the charge level of the case is at a 100%. The Earbuds themselves right out of the box were at different levels of charge which could only happen if they were faulty as well or they were used by someone else before I received the product.                       Mene Flipkart par Spyder craft ka ek hammock swing chair order Kiya tha 16 January ko jo 29 January me deliverd hua...jiska price 10, 789 Rs hai...jiske sath milne wala ek cushion missing he aur product ka chair completely damaged hai..me pehle return karna chaha, lekin bad me mene replace karne ka socha...par Flipkart me mera return request stuck ho gaya...mujhe daily ek time dene laga ki thik kar denge, par kuch nhi hua...mujhe refund dene ke liye 4 bar form fillup kiya gaya, mera bank details liya gaya..last me Flipkart ne mera account hi block kar diya ... Bol Raha he ki jyda return karne ke karan block hua he.. mene aajtak Flipkart me sirf damaged product, missing product ya wrong pe hi return Kiya he...aur return karte time full evidence lete hai, jaise ki picture send karne parti he aur kabhi PAN card bhi dena par sakta hai ye bhi agree karna parta hai.. tabhi return request accept hoti he... agar product damaged ayega to ham kyu rakhenge ??                             I brought redmi 12 5G (pastel blue, 128gb) from flip kart mobile application on 12.02.2024. And i recd product on 18.02.2024. But after unpack the product we found some another phone of redmi and that’s also broken so we launch replacement request by application but the declined due to seller not accept it back now we don’t get my phone back radmi 12 5G.
