order status pending even after 4 days and payment deducted from my account

cbu code of (voltas 1.5 ton inverted ac) indoor and outdoor unit is not matched. due to wrong cbu code voltas deny for installation

Dear sir,

This is to bring to your kind notice that i had purchased voltas 1.5-ton 3 star split inverter ac - white on 30th may 2020 with order id: od[protected] for a consideration of rs.27749 paid via hdfc credit card. The product got delivered on 1st june 2020.

The said goods are suffering from the following defects:-

Paylater deactivation

Dear flipkart,

I am a flipkart plus member and flipkart provided pay later facility on[protected], back then pay later service was provided by idfc first bank flipkart tied up with idfc first bank and flipkart asked customers to complete kyc, i have completed the kyc.

Product not delivered since more than 2 months after ordering!

Invalid tracking Id and rescheduling of delivery

I am unable to track my order od[protected] with tracking is 85755803. Delivery partner (Safexpress) says tracking id isn’t correct. Flipkart customer care is saying this is the only tracking id. I m stuck with no solution. Order getting rescheduled everyday. First reschedule was 17th june, then it was rescheduled to 22nd june, then 27th june and now it’s 2nd july.

Flipkart team is saying they can’t cancel order...

flipkart unblock my account and after 3 day again flipkart blocked my account.

order confirmation issue by flipkart (payment made but order not confirmed)
