Then they got a message that the delivery will be on the 15th, then again they got a message that the delivery will be on the 20th. But today I got a massage that I will get on the 23rd. I ordered a LG TV 55 inch ( order ID OD[protected] on 8 October and promised delivery date was 11 October. Today is 19 October, But it is not still shipped by the seller. Rather I had payed the complete amount in advance through UPI.

Several times I have contacted customer care, but haven't got any solution, they just say we can't do anything and keep extending deadline. On my first call they gave me deadline of 12...

It was supposed to arrive on the 17th, but the courier has not yet arrived, and if I go to the office, they say that it will not be found. Now, will I receive the order or not?...

My product delivery date was 16-oct-2023 and i am continuously taking follow up of delivery executive throughout the day and finally they told me to come at certain place even it is a door step delivery.

The expected delivery of my order is 15 oct and up untill now, it is not even shipped yet. And I got to know that seller is a fraudster who accomplish many scams in his life. I contacted Flipkart twice and both the time they tried to give further dates only and avoiding the situation. It is not the cheap thing and...

I ordered one item on Oct-12 and it was expected to be delivered by Oct-15. On Oct-15, it was out for delivery from the nearest hub to the delivery address which is in distance of 2 km. But it was not delivered on that particular day. Neither I get any update on the next day (Oct-16) from Flipkart or ekart i.e logistic team responsible for flipkart delivery.

Hence I contacted flipkart customer support and asked for an explanation...
