I bought a TV on 16th Apr with rpomised delivery on 17th & installation on 18th. The No provided to me does not exist

After no call on 18th, I raised the complaint with customer care on 19th morning at 0900h. I was promised installation by afternoon. Nothing. I spoke 4 times on 19th. Nothing. The only answer I get is

We are very sorry, the complaint has been noted. You will get a resolution by 23rd.

Today, I again call twice. First time the executive cut the call because he has no answer, second time the same answer but resolution by 24th.

I was getting the same TV on another site for ₹4, 500/- less but with installation in 4-5 days. I have paid a premium of ₹4, 500/- for one day installation since I needed it early.

1. Now if the installation is delayed, what happens to the premium I paid?

2. And, I am a prime plus customer. Who pays the penalty for Flipkart not adhering to the contract of installation on 18th?

3. Who is responsible for me wasting 4 hrs on phone with customer support and getting no resolution?

4. What is the compensation for me losing out on so many days of TV which has caused me and my family mental agony?

I have the recordings of all my conversations with customer support. I intend to approach Consumer court with these in case I do not get optimum resolution by today.

    My order was supposed to reach on 16th, I can see the order has reached nearest hub (4km from my home) on 16th morning . After that no update from filpkart. Ive called Flipkart support multiple times, atleast 5, 6 times in last 4 days . They are saying “they dont have any way to contact logistics team, its upto them when they are delivering and its been escalated “. Nothing happened after 4 days . Why Flipkart cant handle their logistics team? Why are they not taking any responsibility once they get our money. Its not 60 rs item its 60, 000 laptop . Its very disappointing to see how they treat customers. Ive used Amazon their customer service is really good. This flipkart customer service is basically of no use . All I asked them is what is taking 4 days for delivering 4km, that they don’t have an answer. I might wait or might cancel the order if there is no update in a couple of days but one thing for sure, never going to order from flipkart again.
    Please learn how to support and how to take accountability from companies like Amazon.

          Flipkart — Delivered Wrong Product but could not Return the product due to order status change

          I am in deep dissatisfaction with the service provided by Flipkart in relation to order [OD[protected]: on the order details and on the lable order id: 6073090] placed on [4-Apr-24], which was delivered on 9th April 2024.
          The product delivered to me does not match the item I ordered. Instead, I received wrong cheap product which is completely different fabric, different product, quality and color (Completely different product).
          Despite numerous attempts to resolve this issue from my side, the situation remains unresolved as of the time of writing this letter. The resolution date has been continuously postponed, and no concrete solution has been provided to rectify the error. I have diligently provided all necessary evidence to support my claim of receiving the wrong product over mail and as well as call and over complaint through Flipkart site as well on the same day and even after 2 days, including:
          1. Contact information of the delivery personnel involved, including name and phone number.
          2. Image of the wrong product received.
          3. Image of the Flipkart courier label on the package.
          4. Screenshot of the delivery confirmation message from Flipkart.
          I believe that these pieces of evidence clearly demonstrate the discrepancy between the ordered product and the one delivered. However, despite my efforts to cooperate and provide all necessary information, there has been a lack of meaningful response or action from Flipkart's end.
          Moreover, the status of my order has been changed to "cancelled, " further complicating the process of returning the incorrect item and receiving the correct one. This change in order status has added to my frustration and inconvenience.
          No Calls being received from Flipkart side whereas I am only keep calling them and checking the status and the current situation has left me deeply disappointed.
          Therefore, I request immediate attention and help to this matter and a swift resolution to ensure that I receive the refund amount which I paid. I urge Flipkart to take the necessary steps to rectify this mistake and restore my faith in your services.

          It seems to be even consumer complaint is not safe.. i am getting fake calls for refund and routing me to operate from Online banking. There are t ready to send mail from authorized mail id of flip kart or consumer complaint. How my data is being leaked???????

            I ordered Motorola Edge 50 Pro Mobile from Flipkart on 09/04/2024 and it was supposed to be delivered on 11/04/2024 and it also reached in my city on same date but after a while, when I checked on app it showed that it will be delivered on 13/04/2024. So, I waited till 11 PM on 13/04/2024 but it was not delivered then I informed Flipkart Customer Care that I have not received my product yet and they raised a complaint and I received a notification that I will get a resolution till 16th April but next day the date was changed to 17th April. When I asked them why the resolution date has been changed, they again changed the date to 18th April. So again I asked customer support representative, they told me that due to some problem from logistics team they are unable to deliver product on time so either I cancel my order and wait for my refund and then order again but I said I will wait but tell me a certain date when will i get my product but they were unable to tell me. And today again they changed the date to 20th April and when I asked they clearly told me to cancel the order. It is a very unprofessional behaviour from Flipkart Team that they can not deliver a product which already reached in same city on given date and they can't even tell when they can deliver the product.

              I opted to utilize the Flipkart Pay Later service for making purchases on your platform, expecting it to be a convenient and reliable payment option. However, my experience has been far from satisfactory. Despite consistently making all installment payments on time, Flipkart failed to transmit these payments to the lender bank in a timely manner.

              As a result of Flipkart's negligence, my civil score has suffered a significant drop, impacting my financial credibility and reputation. This situation has caused me undue stress and frustration, as I have diligently fulfilled my obligations, only to be let down by Flipkart's failure to process the payments correctly.

                Dear Consumer Court Officer/Department,

                I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to file a formal complaint against Flipkart, a prominent e-commerce platform, regarding a severe violation of consumer rights.

                On [6th of April ], I made a purchase on Flipkart with Order ID -[ OD[protected]]. However, since then, I have encountered numerous issues with the order, including:

                1. **Inability to Track Order**: Despite repeated attempts, I have been unable to track the status of my order through the provided tracking information.

                2. **Lack of Shipping Updates**: There has been a complete absence of shipping updates, leaving me in the dark regarding the whereabouts of my purchase.

                3. **Delayed Delivery**: Despite assurances from Flipkart's customer service team that the product would be delivered by April 13th, it has yet to arrive, causing significant inconvenience and distress.

                4. **Impact on Health**: The product in question was intended for a cancer patient, and the delay has not only exacerbated their condition but also resulted in additional expenses, as an electrician was forced to wait for its arrival.

                I have made numerous attempts to resolve this issue directly with Flipkart's customer service team, but to no avail. The lack of accountability and failure to provide timely resolution have left me with no choice but to escalate this matter to the Consumer Court.

                I kindly request your prompt attention to this matter and urge you to take appropriate action against Flipkart for their blatant disregard of consumer rights. I am prepared to provide any necessary documentation or evidence to support my case.

                I have invested a significant amount, approximately Rs. 31, 000, in this purchase, and the inability to use the product on time has exacerbated the patient's condition and compromised its effectiveness.

                  Flipkart in association with xonight ecommerce running a sham scheme to exchange old mobile for buying new mobile. They force you to pay remaining amount in advance and make product nonrefundable. On delivery their ekart delivery will reject old mobile on frivilous ground not given in advance on website thus trapping you in buying from that third class non ethical supplier. There are hundreds of complaint of this modus oprendi and flipkart...

                  I bought a feature phone from flipkart, they delivered n its not getting on. Now thy are saying its on no return policy go to warranty entre for micromax. But warranty is then no when i used nd its got not working, They delivered non functional phone, nd its not my response to go to warranty seller should provide replacement or refund. Its showing also in their policy to 7 days replacement.

                          I have purchased washing machine form flipkart by dec'23, and the same got failed in feb'24, after the complaint the part clutch assembly related, that to i have waited more than 15 days, and now by 26th Mar'24 again it was stopped working, and the same part clutch assembly got failed again, even i have requested to replace the FG also, but till now, the issue not resolved, whenever we calling to customer care, there is one template is there, and they are saying the same as, "please wait for 24 hrs, 38 hrs, 2 days, 3 days like that, and 2 weeks crossed, still they saying please wait for 3 days, can any one please support on this

                            I Placed ordered On 08/04/24 Health drinks From flipkart after seen the offers.9 Products Orderd Total amount Was 8902. Ordering 9 products I need to pay amount 8902 Which I already paid. I expected normal course of business.Today was delivery date.Someone from Ekart Boy called me regarding delivery i said please go home and give percel my wife.While i opened totally shocked and heart i found flipkart delivered 6 products only instead of 9 products.They Sent 1 Percel.After opening 1 Percel There (ENSURE Diabetes Care Specialized Nutrition Health drink Vanilla Delight 1kg pack of 3 missing/non delivered). I contacted flipkart for refund/replacement but they avoiding they Said we cannot create return request. I contacted multiple times still they avoiding not Refunding money.from seller end the incident happened maybe mistake times of dispatched.Kindly take street action against flipkart and refunded mymoney immediately into my gift card wallet or my debit card from where i paid in advance. I want repurchase the item I want my money as soon as possible. Alternatively I have already talk with local advocate regarding this they also filling Appeal on highcourt I will charge fine if not received Refund within next 24 hours in my wallet. I banned flipkart in our city I know my right how to do this case sort.

                              I am writing to lodge a complaint regarding the order with Flipkart,
                              Order ID: OD[protected]. As a loyal Plus Premium member, I am deeply disappointed and dissatisfied with the level of service I have received.

                              On [5 April 2024], I placed an order with an expected delivery date of 8th April. However, to my dismay, the delivery date was rescheduled without my consent to the following day, and eventually, the order was outright canceled due to the item allegedly going out of stock. This abrupt cancellation, after a delay in delivery, has caused considerable inconvenience and frustration.

                              This is not the first time such an incident has occurred. It is worth noting that a similar situation happened previously, despite my Plus Premium membership status, which promises expedited service and other privileges.

                              While I appreciate the prompt refund provided by Flipkart, I must emphasize that a refund alone does not adequately compensate for the inconvenience, frustration, and wasted time caused by these recurring issues. As a Plus Premium member, I expect a higher level of service and reliability from Flipkart, which unfortunately has not been upheld.

                              Therefore, I am formally requesting the following actions:

                              Compensation for the inconvenience caused by the delay and subsequent cancellation of my order, taking into account my Plus Premium membership status.

                              A formal investigation into the repeated occurrence of such incidents, which reflects systemic issues within Flipkart's logistics and inventory management processes.
                              Transparent communication regarding the steps taken to prevent similar incidents in the future, along with an assurance of improved service quality.
                              I want to reiterate that while I value Flipkart as a service provider, the persistent failure to fulfill orders in a timely and reliable manner is unacceptable, especially for loyal customers like myself.

                              I urge Flipkart to take this matter seriously and prioritize customer satisfaction, particularly for Plus Premium members who have invested in the program with the expectation of superior service.

                              I eagerly await a prompt and satisfactory resolution to this issue.

                                I have purchased MILTON Kool Trendy 400 370 ml Bottle from Flipkart, but the bottle was too small so i make return to flipkart back but flipkart executive took the packed and did not submit to the Flipkart or so-called seller. That is not my mistake but they denied to refund. This is like robbery from flipkart.
                                i have purchase lots of goods from Flipkart and its so-called seller/delivery thief's.

                                  I have placed a prepaid order on 3rd April( OD[protected], as per the instruction it is suppose to be delivered By 5th April, from 6th April onwards I am following up everyday not even getting any updates on delivery dates, only hearing that there was an issue with delivery, I just wanted to make sure is you can't deliver in time you should not hold the amount, its someone money you are holing for an uncertain time frame, team also should proper updates on delivery etc its very painful to follow everyday, please upgrade your customer fulfillment and deliver .

                                    The worst company I have ever dealt with is Flipkart. I will advise everyone to quit buying at Flipkart since they don't care about their customers—all they want is their money. My air conditioner arrived on April 5 and was told that it would be installed on April 6. They gave me the number of the installation engineer and when I called him, he said he would be there in an hour. I took a half-day leave from work and waited for him to arrive, but he never did. After that, a Flipkart customer service representative assured me that a team would install the AC the following day, on April 7, but when I phoned the engineer, he mistreated me and failed to show up for the installation. After that, they rescheduled my installation for April 8 and assured me that it would be the last day on which we would install your air conditioning system. However, despite my repeated calls to customer service representatives, senior executives, and members of the back office staff, none of them responded. I should also mention Aarti Kumari and his senior executive, Sumanth, from the backend team, who treated this matter as though it didn't matter because they had the money immediately. Flipkart is the worst corporation ever.

                                      On[protected], I purchased Crompton ACGC MarvelNeo Air Cooler LC1P1WL127924 from Flipkart. Unfortunately, upon receiving and attempting to use the appliance, I discovered that it is defective. The pump is defective. Instead of throwing water on the back mesh it throws water on the face.
                                      I have requested a Return on Flipkart. But they have arbitrarily cancelled my request saying that they gave an intact product. Please help me with the same. The product is in unusable condition . At least help with the replacement if not refund.
                                      I am also attaching the image of the broken part i.e. the water outlet.
