I ordered kenstar electric water kettle on 8th Oct at flipkart. It was expected to be delivered on 9th Oct(next day).
As usual it was out for delivery on 9th Oct, but didn't receive any call from anyone. Instead i called the number shown in flipkart & asked about order, that delivery...

I was casually surfing Flipkart app and suddenly I got locked out and now it says your account is blocked. I've already sent a mail to [protected]@flipkart.com but no response. I need an order exchanged due to large size and since I cannot login now, the exchange window will close soon and the shoes that I bought will be of no use. Order ID OD[protected].

No one came to come and they rejected the return because of product mismatch.
How this can be possible?
Same incident happened two times for the same product.

I have ordered a shoes from Flipkart last week. Shoes size that I ordered is no. 9 but the seller delivered the size no. 6. How can it be possible to wear shoes of no. 6 instead of no. 9 size. And also there is no returns or replacement from the seller 😕. Now what to do with this?..This is the second time having the same issue within a month. Not happy with the service. I have ordered my groceries from Flipkart and my order number is OD[protected]. Out of the 24 items delivered today "Classic Chana Dal (Split) by Flipkart Grocery (500 g)" packet was torn and open. Hence, I returned the same back to the delivery person immediately. I was trying to apply for a refund for this item on the Flipkart portal, but it was allowing me to submit my return request as the delivery was open box type...

I got my AMD ryzen 3 3200g yesterday (24 oct, 2023) which i ordered from Flipkart. it was open box delivery but the delivery boy didn't open the plastic cover in which the processor was packed but yesterday night when i opened the plastic cover i found that the corner pins of processor are bent so i called Flipkart customer care number and asked them for exchange/return but they refused saying this product has no return policy....
