I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Flipkart regarding the delayed delivery and poor customer support for my order of a Motorola Edge 50 Fusion smartphone, which I placed on June 19, 2024. My order ID is [OD[protected]].

The original expected delivery date was June 30, 2024. However, I received a notification that the delivery date was changed to July 5, 2024. Despite this change, I have still not received my order, and there has been no further communication from Flipkart. I have reached out to Flipkart's customer support multiple times, but each time I have been given vague responses and no satisfactory resolution.

I have already paid for this order using my credit card, and the payment has been converted into an EMI plan. It is highly frustrating to be making payments for a product that I have not yet received. This situation has caused significant inconvenience as I sold my old phone, relying on Flipkart's initial delivery promise.

I have been a loyal customer of Flipkart and have placed multiple orders in the past. However, this experience has been extremely disappointing and unacceptable. The lack of clear communication and the failure to deliver the product within the promised timeframe is not the service I expect from a reputed company like Flipkart.

I request immediate action to expedite the delivery of my order or a full refund of my payment, including any EMI charges incurred. Additionally, I seek compensation for the inconvenience and distress caused by this delay.
Relief Sought:
1. Expedite the delivery of my Motorola Edge 50 Fusion smartphone immediately.
2. Provide a full refund of my payment, including any EMI charges incurred, if the delivery cannot be expedited.

    I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the Paid Account Manager (PAM) services that I availed from Flipkart. Despite my payment for these services, the promised deliverables have not been fulfilled, leading to significant financial loss and inconvenience.

    Service Availment:

    I paid for the PAM services, which included a Product Listing Ads (PLA) amount of ₹2000, cataloguing services, and other promotional benefits.
    I was promised that my seller account would achieve a Silver position on Flipkart.

    The service period was from 04-March-24 to 02-June-24.

    To date, no work has been done from your end to fulfill these services.
    Despite multiple follow-ups, there has been no progress or communication from the account manager assigned to me.

    The amount paid for these services is now effectively wasted.
    The lack of support and services has adversely affected my business operations and sales performance on Flipkart.

    Below are some details and the calendar regarding this program:

    Week 1: Selection, Inventory & Speed Hygiene
    Week 2: Competition Benchmarking & Pricing
    Week 3: Introduction to FBF
    Week 4: Visibility
    Week 5: SPP Metrics & SS Issues Assessment
    Week 6: Product Rating & Returns
    Week 7: Selection, Inventory & Speed Hygiene Follow Up
    Week 8: Competition Benchmarking & Pricing Follow Up
    Week 9: Traffic Analysis
    Week 10: Product Rating, Returns & SPP Metrics Follow up
    Week 11: SS Issues follow up
    Week 12: Resubscription Week
    None of these activities have been completed or even initiated by the PAM team.

    I request that the promised services be provided without further delay, including the PLA amount, cataloguing services, and the upgrade to a Silver position.

    If the services cannot be provided as promised, I request a full refund of the amount paid for the PAM services.
    Additionally, compensation for the inconvenience and business impact caused by this situation would be appreciated.

    I trust that Flipkart values its sellers and will address this complaint with the urgency it warrants. Please acknowledge receipt of this complaint and provide an update on the actions being taken to resolve this matter.

        I had ordered (Order number: OD[protected] a Haier 389L Single Door Upright Freezer on 1st June 2024 and received a damaged product on 15th June, Saturday (Attached ProductReceivingVideo.mp4). I called Haier Service Centre, and they assured me that a service engineer would visit my place by 17th June 2024, Tuesday. On Tuesday, the service engineer visited, checked the product, and told me to return it for replacement because the top body panel was damaged, and they could not do anything. They provided me with a job sheet for hassle-free replacement.

        I raised a request for a replacement, and it was approved by Flipkart after a few follow-ups. After a few days, sometimes Flipkart canceled the return request, and sometimes their logistic partner "Kaushalya Logistics Limited" updated the message to "return canceled by customer, " but I didn't cancel it, neither from Flipkart side nor from Kaushalya Logistics' side.

        I have requested them multiple times as it hampers my business because it is the session time. Once the session time is over, it will be a huge loss for me. Already, one month has passed, and I haven't received any solution.

        I didn't get any solution from Flipkart and Kaushalya Logistics didn't pickup my product. They just spending time.

          Recently I purchased a trolley bag from flipkart which I liked so I thought of giving review which could help others as there was not much review of that product. But despite a positive review without any foul language flipkart is not publishing it. I contacted customer care also, their agent told that there might be some glitch in app you wait for 2 days after that you try again but still the same problem is there. When I click on submit review, it says thank you your review has been saved but when I check its neither pending nor published and it is not shown on product page also.

            Ordered books from Flipkart, but received in very bad condition, the pages were cut, pages were not bound properly, etc.
            Hence, a return and exchange were initiated.
            The Flipkart team sent a single small book of history (instead of a mathematics RD. Sharma class 12, set of 3) which was torn.
            When put for exchange again same thing occurred.
            Now, we are not able to return the books as the return window has expired.

            KINDLY, PROVIDE A SOLUTION AS WE SEEK A REFUND.

                This is Manikandan S. I recently attempted to process a loan with IDFC Bank for a medical emergency. Unfortunately, the loan process was halted due to an issue with an active 'pay later' loan. Although I have settled all my dues for my Flipkart Pay Later, the loan remains in an active state. This has prevented the progression of my loan process. Therefore, I require a closure and a No Objection Certificate (NOC) for this Pay Later loan.

                Note: Additionally, I need a proper explanation as to why it is still showing as active, given that I have cleared all my dues six months ago.

                  I ordered a chromebook on 3 june 24. They delivered HP chromebook on 06 june. It was not charging, I submitted return and rfund request sameday 10 PM. They wont take it wthout HOP tech chccking it. I said its not a fault occured during usage, its a dead on arrival case.
                  Still they sent HP technician. He checked and certified DOA and gave signed document.
                  I insisted to flipkart on refund, as i dont trust them anymore. They declined citing 'only' 7 day replacment policy.
                  I asked for email and escalation email, they gace [protected]@flipkart.com. I snt email, whihc returned with messag that this email id doesnt receive emails anymore.[ got this error 2 times, 2 different days and tims] I called again, no avail.
                  I searchd internt for contacts, received [protected]@flipkart.com. Added [protected]@flipkart.com aswell.
                  That time, email was receivd. !!! - what kind of cheaters. !!!

                  I wrote legal ltter to them with the below content and demand to rfund within 7 days.

                  As per the Indian Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the seller is obligated to
                  take back defective goods and refund the amount within the stipulated time
                  mentioned in the bill/memo or within 30 days. Your refusal to provide a
                  refund in this case is a violation of my rights as a consumer.

                  They have not responded other than regular script responses.
                  I have other details too.. but not mentioning here as i want to provide them to the consumer court.

                  Beware of these cheaters and be aware that their ' replacement policy' DO NOT hold any value as per the law of the land.

                  So people, file case against them in consumer court . They will come down and refund you, pay you a fine for hardships and costs you incurred to file the case, associated travel, time etc.

                  An update:

                  I contacted flipkart many a times reminding them of the potential legal ramifications.
                  I asked them whether they dare violating th law of the land and if yes, i will definitely take them to task.

                  Flipkart called me stating that they are sending replacement. i said i dont want it, i wont accept it, dont waste my and your time. give me money and threatened legal action. THey said no policy, so sending the replacement.
                  They shipped the replacement . It came and courier guy contacted me.Courier Delhivery. contacted me on th delivery day . I said dont bring it her, wont be accepted. They asked m to give the OTP they snt. I asked is it for delivery confirmation. He said its for cancellation confirmation. SMS said so. So i gave OTP. "Delivery permanently cancelled" message came.
                  By afternoon, message from flipkart. - REFUND initiated.
                  3 days, money came to my account.

                  So thats the story.

                  I got my refund, though delayed and fights.
                  I am still considering filing a complaint on them. Need to seek advice to see the possibility of suing their scam fraud policy

                    I ordered Nike Air Max systm shoes from flipkart, I recived the delivery but it was not a good fit, I raised for the exchange, the devilry boy refuse to take back the shoe because of Missing "RVP TAG", the shoe did not delivered with a RVP tag from flipkart nor I was aware of the fact that there is some sort of a RVP tag that needs to be there (means I got a fake NIKE product), flipkart has the images from my delivery since it was an open box delivery and its clear that the shoe is not delivered with a RVP tag and they agree with this fact when i asked them to check those images while talking to customer care. Still flipkart refuse to take it back and did not issued a refund.

                      I have made a multiple calls regarding the product details, they say it's on time but they are not saying where it is. From past 4 days they are saying they have technical issues. This shows how inefficiently flipkart is working towards customers, no proper customer support simply disconnecting the calls with out giving the exact location details of product, saying technical issues we don't have information. The order details have not been updated since 5 days when asked the same, no response from flipkart. Giving Mental torture. I'm sure they will not deliver the product on time and extend days and they will simply cancel it. Or I may received damaged product

                                Flipkart didn't convert my purchase into no cost emi

                                I have purchased the product on 19 may 2024 with 24 months no-cost emi plan using my Federal Bank credit card.
                                Purchase amount is rs 46891
                                I contacted flipkart customer care multiple times .They are not giving any option to convert my purchase to no cost emi. Flipkart customer service told me that its upto bank side. From bank's customer service they are taking interest on emi .Then I have to paying almost 64000 on After my emi completion.This is cheating from the Flipkart side
                                not converted my purchase to emi plan. My statement will be generated soon. Because of their delay i have to pay
                                extra interest on credit card bill or I
                                have to pay complete amount, flipkart is troubling its customers psychologically and financially.
                                So much time is wasted in the unending reschedule and no result games of flipkart.

                                    Read carefully my issue I am continuing buying item through flipkart some years to go using never faced any issue earlier like this.

                                    I ordered total 17 product on 17th June amount was 14295 it was cash on delivery.
                                    next day 18th june flipkart boy comes and given 4 percel and taken 13796 and today I mean 19th June they again comes and given one percel and taken 499. so I have paid for two days total amount 14295. but after unboxing there only inserted by the seller total 11 product. on orders 6 product missing. All status today updated as delivered after that I found I faced scammed. I contacted customer support they after taking delivered item images created return for 6 missing item but flipkart without any communication with me directly rejected my refund request. how they can ? where customer faced incomplete orders issue look like awkward behavior from flipkart. flipkart broken my trust. I know my right if needed I will go court for appeal against the issue. I will banned this e-commerce forever in our city i am through to you flipkart open challenge if not resolved the issue immediately. I understand that the seller mistake times of dispatch. on business sometimes mistake happens but how you can reject my refund where product 6 are missing? missing item list below maintaining amount.

                                      Seller purposefully removing the price tag and delivering to the customer. Was not be able to return the product. Reason for rejecting the return will be again no price tag, so we are cancelling the return. For open box deliveries try checking all the labels are there or not. They have a found a clever way to fool the customers with their product, by purposefully removing the price tag and selling, we as end user think about only the invoice and bill.
