Hi Sir, Ma'am,

I have ordered a OD[protected] for Misthaan Culture Kaju Katli Box.
from Flipkart.com worth Rs. of 788 on 11 aug 2021. Because of quality issue I didn't like the product and cancelled it. I got a message from Flipkart.com saying that "Your refund has been initiated and it will be credited to my bank account on 12 aug.

I waited till 12 of August but didn't get the message for money...

In 2019, bought a laptop for my work purpose. The only reason of attraction to buy from Flipkart was because of the extended warranty period of Flipkart. Before purchasing even I consulted with a few of my friends and read out all the terms and conditions of Flipkart regarding the extended warranty period as well. Customer support executive told me that refund of defective product purchased on 26th june has been initiated on 12th AUG and will reflect in my bank account within 3 to 5 business days but refund has still not been initiated. seller is intentionally delaying the refund and flipkart is not responding too. seller name is GRAHGOODS RETAIL.

Dear Sir, I purchased a gold chain as on 4th of August 2021, in the website of Flipkart the jewelry is described as 3.12 gm gold weight of 22k, but when I received the product it is only 2.79 gm. It is really a matter o[censored]tmost shame, that company like Flipkart is doing such a duplicacy jointly with its Fraud Seller Kalyan Jewelers. Nowadays fraud has become other name for Flipkart. We had purchased the Voltas Ac order id:-OD[protected] in June 2020.
Ac is not working from 02-July-2021 month to Till Date.
We have purchased an extended warranty for 2years.
In invoice mentioned 5year compressor warranty.why voltas is denied for
service.

I have purchased a Flipkart perfect perfect homes product back in 2019 which was installed by JEEVES byt the time. When I ask for dismantling or re installation owing to house shifting, there is no provision for the same neither from Flipkart side nor from Jeeves side. You can cannot arrange for after sales customer service support then why do they sell a product to fellow buyers? I would not have faced this scenario if I had bought from...

I had booked airticket on AirIndia from Mumbai-Amritsar for 17th July travel date. The Airline changed the direct flight to a one stop flight and hence i asked them to cancel and refund full amount. Subsequently, Air India cancelled the ticket and initiated full refund to Flipkart as it was booked through Flipkart. However, till date i haven't received my money. I also complained on Twitter but they are giving standard reply that we are checking....

This is a card and upi I have used with Flipkart many times before and am using with other vendors (eg Amazon) regularly. I am trying to add my gift card of Rs. 7500 which was a birthday gift from my sister to my flipkart account. But it is showing ERROR as "This card belong to a wallet and direct transactions are not allowed on this card."

I have contacted customer executives of flipkart which turned out of no use.

on May 1st 2021, my Experian credit score has been decreased from 882 to 741 because of IDFC first bank limited (sponsored bank for Flipkart pay later).
IDFC first bank filed two wrong suits which are of
1. wilful default
2. written off

I have ordered 15 Kurtis in one order for my mother. I received only 12 Kurtis and 3 were Missing. The delivery boy said the 3 products are inside other products package and he took the OTP and left. As it was middle of the day and I had office work I didn't open all the package. I opened in the evening and found that 3 Kurtis were Missing, i immediately called Flipkart customer service and informed them that the delivery guy didn't deliver...

I am a plus member of Flipkart. Still Flipkart doesn’t recognise my phone’s imei number when i enter the same for exchange. It shows error: ‘entered imei number did not match with selected brand and model’.
I had purchased the same phone from flipkart itself and it doesn’t recognise now!! I’ve checked online for my phone’s authenticity using imei number and it appears clean. I don’t see any other reason why it is not...
