Hello Respected Judges,
I placed an order on Flipkart on 17th march order value is Rs. 11048/- and order ID is - OD[protected].
Now order reached at my destination location and before parcel out for delivery the delivery person called me and said that to take the parcel from flipkart warehouse and i will not come to your shipping address to deliver your parcel. i said its your home delivery service and each and every online shopping company deliver my parcel at my location then why you are not coming then he said "lena ho to aa jao warna pade rehne do".
I raised an complaint in flipkart support team on the call and chat, post a tweet but they are just increasing the days and say will solve your issue tomorrow after tomorrow they saying will resolve your issue tomorrow just wait and now 3 days gone and still my parcel is not received or not anyone helping.
Please you are my last hope please do justice so i can get my parcel.

    On 12th March, I bought 3 things from FLIPKART
    1) Nothing Phone 2a, 2) Complete Mobile Protection by Jeeves & 3) 65W charger
    on 13th march i received the phone on 13th along and charger the next day.
    what remained was the insurance which somehow was to be delivered on 15th march and i waited.
    it was later marked delivered when i had received nothing. i checked with flipkart on 16th of march to which they gave me number to Jeeves.

    JEEVES tells me we don't have any order connected to your phone number, email id or both IMEIs of the new phone hence we cant help.
    I contacted flipkart with this concern and they asked me to wait, i called again on 18th of march and i was told to wait 48 hours.

    On 19th my phone fell while i was getting out of car and which damaged the sides and damaged the screen so now i need to claim the CMP(Complete Mobile Protection) i bought right?!

    I call flipkart and they say please give us one more day.
    Next day 20th march i receive a notification saying your problem is delayed till tomorrow i call them, the team who deals with severe escalated matters tells me sir we will provide u the refund of the insurance as we failed to deliver it, THEY SHOW THEY HAVE DELIIVERED IT. since 15th.

    Its like you bought a car or Apple care and when u got into an accident the company say "Sir lets cancel the insurance, u can keep the car/phone we cant help anymore"

    I dont want my refund on Insurance money!
    i want Flipkart to replace my device with a new one with insurance from the day i get it

      almost 7k has been paid but no service guide for this .

        I ordered a Realme TV from Flipkart on[protected]. Recently, the display stopped working, prompting me to file a complaint with Realme since my TV panel is still under warranty. However, when the technician visited, they denied service, citing a mismatch in the serial number.

        Upon inspection, I discovered that the serial number on the invoice from Flipkart does not match the one on the TV.

        Despite lodging a complaint with Flipkart on 1st March, I have yet to receive any resolution. I've repeatedly contacted Flipkart about this issue, but it remains unresolved.

        Why should I endure this mental ordeal for a mistake that is not mine? I am suffering due to the seller's negligence, and it's unfair to put me through all of this.

        I have attached images of the order invoice and the TV's back panel for reference.

          According to the Flipkart Paylater policy they need to charge usage amount of rs 12/- for usage of amount between 1000 to 3000. I have used this month 2000 form Flipkart pay later but they are charging 18/- as usage fee i am attaching the policy screenshot please verify it.

            मेरा नाम जुली झा है मैं मुजफ्फरपुर बिहार से हूं मेरी ऑर्डर 🆔:_ OD[protected] ये है. 3 मार्च को ऑर्डर की थी और 10 मार्च को मुझे पर्सल मिली जो की missing and Damaged product मिली.. मैं तुरंत shopasy customer care में कॉल कर सारी बातें बोली तो उनके तरफ से Replacement किया गया. **_अब Ekart से लड़का आता है और बोलता है मुझे 4 पार्सल दीजिए और damage भी नहीं चाहिए...
            इस बात में मैं उनको बोली हम कंप्लेन किए है की हमको Missing or Damage मिला है तो वो बोलते है हम आपका पार्सल pick up नहीं करेगे आपको मेरा जहा कंप्लेन करना हैं कर दो... कोई मेरा कुछ नही बिगाड़ सकता है...**

              @flipkart has cheated me without initiating refund for the order that was not delivered to me. The ticket number: IN[protected].
              I had placed a grocery order of 49 items on 2-Mar. The delivery was expected on 4-Mar first half.
              Without my consent the delivery was moved to 2nd half of 5-Mar. On 5-Mar at 8pm, i called the wish master to check when he would deliver as it was already 8pm.
              At that time the wish master stated that some of the order items were misplaced and the Wearhouse has asked him not delivery the items. In case the items were found, he would deliver the items the same day. He also confirmed that the delivery would be moved to next day as its 8pm already.
              I was fine with the response and just kept waiting patiently. On 6-Mar around 6am, i got a message stating a refund of Rs 15 was initiated towards my order as the onions were not delivered.
              Only then is when I checked the flipkart app and found that the status has been set to delivered.
              I called the flipkart support immediately and they logged a ticket and moved it to backend team for investigation.
              In a week, i got 2 calls from the backend team stating the logistics have confirmed that the items were delivered to my address and asked me to check with neighbors/security and so on.
              I was all the way at home waiting for the delivery to happen and they asked me to check with neighbors and security. I did as per their instructions and also took extra steps to review the CCTV footage and the apartment logs which clearly proves that the delivery has not happened, as no one entered the apartment at that time to deliver the grocery with 49 items.
              Please note its 49 items not just 1 or 2 to say that it could have been handed over to the security/neighbors. Its basic sense to call and confirm who it was delivered. Flipkart never contacted me for delivery instructions at all and claim that it was delivered.
              Finally i wrote an email to [protected]@flipkart.com, [protected]@flipkart.com and that’s when i got a call from Priyanka flipkart on 12-Mar stating they would need 48 hrs to find a proper resolution.
              I still waited patiently stating that i can supply CCTV footage, apartment logs and my call history, but they were not ready to take it.
              Next I got a call from Urmila flipkart on 15-March stating they have not heard back from the logistics and would need another 48 hrs. I insisted for a refund but they didn’t bother.
              As i didn’t not get any items from flipkart inspite of waiting from 2-Mar to 9-March, i had to order the same items from Blinkit which was a hassle free delivery within 11 min.
              Its been 4 days now, no one from flipkart called me for a resolution. When I call the support, they ask me to wait for another 24 hrs which is also breached now.
              We ask for a call back from manager, they promise call back but never call. I’m left with no resolution.
              If it was a COD, I would have not been through this pain. Unfortunately I made the payment in advance and now flipkart is playing with me.
              All I need the refund.

                        I order glass containers set of 4 in 6 quantity and another set of 2 in 10 quantity they book my order. At the time of delivery they deliver only one set of 4 glass container with the single OTP for the entire order of ( 6+10 ) and show the delivery of all items after this when I call them for help they blocked my account for the reason I requested them for no item was delivered. As I talk with customer care of Flipkart during my order delivery they just doing the thing like “ we can’t do anything towards this.”

                          I have purchased a book of ISRO exam for computer branch but I received book of mechanical branch. Only replacement was available so that I request for replacement but again seller had sent same book again...I asked to flipkart about this issue but nk any action taken by flipkart .My 7 to 8 days get waste just because of such service by flipkart.

                                On[protected] My Order got delivered

                                    I am not able to log in into my Flipkart account since I bought my new phone it's been two years now

                                      I ordered a la roche posay baume cream from flipkart even though it said fplus assured. i checked the contents and compared it with web to find that this cream is inauthentic and it has a weird texture and fragrance even though it says it is fragrance free (another proof of the product being fake). on top of that, it arrived in a damaged box yet they’re not agreeing on replacing or refunding. it is an f plus assured product by the way, with no expiry date or product code. very disappointed with flipkart, do not buy makeup/ skincare from flipkart if you’re reading this
