    I placed an order amount 439 order is OD[protected] on 3rd november and showing order delivered on 10 november but i did not get my product flipkart cheats with me and company not responding and when i reached hub of flipkart one delivery boy said i will give you product but he has no proof of delivery still not get resolution from flipkart team they said to wait everytime

          Order id OD[protected]. I placed this order on 5th of November 2023. I cancelled it on 8th November because the shipping and delivery date was delayed by several days. Usually it should have been refunded on the same day. But it's like 19 days today and i haven't received my refund yet.
          I contacted several times to them and every time I am asked to wait for 2 days but i still didn't receive my refund. The same thing happened with my previous grocery order too which wasn't delivered while showing out for delivery and i had to wait for my refund for 25 days.
          I am just fed up of Flipkart and i am going to finally stop using their services but i need to get my refund first.

            Hi Team Good Morning 1) I Had ordered ONIDA 7 kg with 5 Star Fully Automatic Top Load Washing Machine Grey with Serial No: T70CGN#23H05#030057 along with Complete Appliance Protection (3 years) and Offer Handling Fee with Order ID OD[protected]product was ordered on 29.09.2023 for a total amount of Rs. 12, 278/- (Rupees Twelve Thousand Two Hundred and Seventy Eight Only) that the complainant stated that the said order was delivered on 02.10.2023 and on 03.10.2023, a technician visited the complainant to install the said washing machine and informed the complainant that the said product is defective and the complainant informed the respondent regarding the defective issue of the said order. 2) As per the service center return policy I have asked refund from Onida company. For this Onida company does not agree. I have sent a Legal Notice to Flipkart Company but the company has not responded to the legal notice. For the legal notice I have paid 1780/-( Lawyer charges). 3) For filing the complaint in consumer court I paid an extra 4800/- (Lawyer Charges) due to a language problem in Pune I have not communicated in a local court so the case was not accepted. 4) Finally I agreed to repair this newly purchased defective product. Even the Onida team does not provide repair as well So I humbly request that you. Please take proper action against this complaint and provide a proper resolution.

                Flipkart is very slow like a tortoise for rectifying their customers issues.

                It's been 10 days I've raised a complaint on Flipkart through this. After that customer care executive called me and enquired about this issue. After that on Monday they came for pickup.

                They states that after 7 business days they will refund my money. They called me on last Wednesday. Till now I didn't get my money.

                I called again to customer care today. They are simply saying that till now they are not getting update for return completed. I've waited for more than 10 days they are saying that they will initiate refund amount only after they get a update for return completed. And that too after 7 business days they get a update.

                How bad they are treating customers. It's not my mistake to order from your pathetic app and to get a wrong product. It's your problem in your app for technical issue. How can I be a reason for your issues.

                I really feeling very bad to order from your app. Hereafter I won't order any products from your app even by mistake too.

                Other online apps far better than yours for rectifying customer issues. It's so bad to wait for many days.

                Feeling very bad for not getting my money for more than 10 days. And even I gave that product for return too.

                I don't know about your technical issues I want my hard earned money immediately. Otherwise I will raise my complaint again and again.

                  My name is Richa and my registered mobile number is [protected].Recently i ordered a Purepet cat adult Tuna food 6kg pack from Flipkart but received only 1 kg pack of Purepet cat adult Tuna food.I informed the same to customer care team since it was a non returnable item.The executive told me that he has raised a completely on my behalf and wrong product will be returned and my money will be refunded.I agreed to the same hoping he is helping me.But this is where the real problem started.Its been so many days that i informed Flipkart about my issue but till now no one from there team contacted me neither via email or call.I was calling them everyday on my behalf asking for an update but no one bothered.Everytime I call them for seeking an update regarding my return request they come up with an excuse saying we are facing some technical glitch and i need to cancel your return request but I will create a new return request on your behalf.This drama lasted for almost a week.For a whole week they repeated this process.They wasted so much of my time on a minor issue like this.Finally on 24 Nov after so many calls and emails i got a call from one of their executive first she assured me that she will help and my return request has been accepted but after few hours she called me back saying that seller is facing some technical issue and he won't be able to accept my return request.Flipkart has so much technical errors while asking for return and refund but while placing an order no technical error is there.So she asked me to wait for next 48 hours again.Seriously Flipkart do not value it's customer and their time anymore now a days.I am really amazed by the amount of technical errors they have while serving their customers.It is really very depressing and exhausting each day calling someone for an update about a problem you are not responsible for.I hope you can help me with my suffering and provide me a resolution for my problem.I am attaching the images of the product i received along with the packaging and shipping label containing details like order ID.Please do the needful in my case and help me out.Regards.

                      : NO UPDATE /INTIMTION/APOLOGY from Surajcycles regarding inordinate delay in delivery of my fully paid and confirmed order through Flipkart with id -OD[protected]

                      Paid and confirmed on 10th nov with delivery date 20th nov .It was a cycle which I wanted to gift [protected]@diwali to a underprivileged child in my society .BUT unfortunately I trusted Flipkart and seller Suraj cycles. Thevdelivery date was 20th nov .HOWEVER to my shock and dismay there is still NO update regarding the order and no response, intimation or apology!! when I escalated the case I was assured resolution on 24th and today ( 24th ) they are saying that possible resolution on 28th but no confirmation.The same cycle is readily available for purchase at 500 rs extra at present from Suraj cycle seller and the customer service person suggested to cancel and reorder.This reels of a scam where Flipkart is actively colluding with the seller to sell same item at a higher rate by harassing and delaying the initial order .I will escalate this on social media and even may take legal recourse against the clear but deficiency of promised services to a genuine customer

                        My name is Richa and my registered mobile number is [protected].I am writing you about return request for my recent order which was Purepet cat food adult 6 kg pack .As I have told your customer care team earlier I ordered a 6 kg Purepet cat food but received only 1 kg pack of Purepet cat food. I was assured that I will be helped on early basis and they raised a return request for the wrong product. I have waiting for last one week for resolution but till now no one from your team contacted me regarding my concern. I have been calling your customer care team on my own for last one week regarding update but they are also not helping or able to help .Everytime they create a new issue in help center but without any resolution provided complaint is marked closed.I do not understand what type of service is this wasting a customer time.I am writing this email so that you can help me in my case, I am attaching the images of the product I received. Please look urgently in this matter and let me know about the resolution as soon as possible. All you are doing from last few days is creating a new incident again and again but till now no has reached me within the mentioned time on phone or email.                           jab iske bare me mene flipkart custmer car ko contact kiya to usne mera return request uske consun team ko forward kiya. dusre din jab me flipkart open karne gaya to mera flipkart ka account he BLOCK kar diya.

                          ek to flipkart ke Seller Fraud...

                                    I have purchased A ASUS Vivobook Pro 15 Ryzen 7
                                    Octa Core AMD R7-4800H - (16 GB/512 GB
                                    SSD/Windows 11 Home/4 GB Graphics/NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 Max Q) M6500IH-HN701WS
                                    Gaming Laptop Quiet Blue " from flipkart and the seller is RKLAPTOP.
                                    But I received different model of asus vivobook pro 15 i have got the invoice of my laptop in my registered email address and a hardcopy of the same inside the box. But it is to my surprise that the serial number of the laptop has not been mentioned in the invoice. You know serial number is very important for warranty.
                                    Asus would not extend my warranty unless i have the serial number on the invoice
                                    Therefore i have requested flipkart customer care and the seller RKLAPTOP to please send me another copy of the invoice in my registered email address containing serial number of the laptop.
                                    Flipkart responded to my complaint and informed me that the seller RKLAPTOP can't modify the invoice that's why they are asking my choice for replacement or refund i already told that i need refund but after that reply they are not creating any return request So my question is, if software used by flipkart allows seller to generate invoice without serial number then there should be a facility to modify it. I think this is not the solution.
                                    Please help me if you can't provide me proper invoice then create an return request and refund
