My seller account on Hold not reactive

I had open a seller account on Flipkart in year 2018 and I had started selling product in beauty category. So I was selling Facial Kits. I was selling different brand facial kits. There was a brand Shahnaz. I was a new seller for ecommerce selling.

unable to get delivery even after 2 months

flipkart asking my personal bank details to refund my order

I placed two orders first order id: od[protected] on 21st march 2020 and second order id: od[protected] on 20th march 2020. Both orders were cancelled on 1st march due to corona virus which was ok i understand. After that on 7th april i got a message refund has been initiated and it will reach the bank till 15th april. invoice not showing for my order

I purchased power bank with order "od[protected]" in oct-2019 and
Recently i noticed charging problem. As the device is under warranty i contacted the product customer care and they informed me to submit the invoice.
The invoice is lost and also not found in my registered mail id. I checked in flipkart under my order but for this product invoice option is not showing.

exchange mobile rejected

I bought a mobile phone on flipkart along with exchange of my old mobile. However the delivery agent rejected stating phone has a dent.
Firstly, as per flipkart t&c while buying phone, it was clearly mentioned that scratches, dent would lead to price reduction and not rejection. So why is flipkart not following the t&c?

unable to login to flipkart account

I am unable to login to my Flipkart account since last 15 days, each time when try to login it says "login unsuccessful. Please retry in a minute".

Being a genuine buyer, i am surprised and confused for what reason Flipkart blocked my account. I hereby request Flipkart team to look into this on priority and give me a option to authenticate myself if required and reactivate my account immediately.
