I'm very dissatisfied with Order ID - OD[protected], i have raised a complain about instant discount of 2000 rs (When I purchased Flipkart offered me that if i will place this order from HDFC Bank credit/debit card then 2000 rs instant discount will be applicable for this order, as per confirmation i have used my HDFC credit card but 18200 somthing debited from account instead of 16200rs, on same time I called Flipkart customer care as per executive confirmed me after delivery within 72 hrs discount amount will credit to my account but still date amount not credited) Today i have received a call from Flipkart executive and inform me rs-2000 discount amount will create to my Flipkart wallet but why in wallet i want my money back to my credit card account only, when I denided executive cancel my order and i have getting notifications that 15th of July product will pick and on 17 July 22 amount will refund to me (18026 rs and 6750 will be provided Flipkart gift card) means after picking my product i need to wait 2-3 days for money back then if i will purchase new phone i have to purchase from Flipkart only because for 6750 Flipkart card provide me as a gift card and also i need to wait more 4-5 days for delivery new phone to me, great resulation provided by Flipkart, kindly note i agree to return my vivo t1 pro 5g but i want my total money 24999 to my credit card account because I will purchase new phone from Amazon not from Flipkart, otherwise return my old phone when you schedule to pick this phone and refund 18200 rs instant to my account

    I purchased a product on Flipkart . Now I want to return this product because of size issue . I need larger size . I arise a refund request but Flipkart told me to submit my aadhar card or driving licence unless they can't return my product

        I don't know. Today morning I can see return option. I think there might be server down or bug may arised so they figured it out and they fixed it.

          Respected sir/madam

          Myself Shriom Sharma, Ordered ""Vedya high quality charging PCB / Board" for my Panasonic eluga ray max on 13/06/2022 under Order ID - OD[protected] and the delivery boy came on 18/06/2022 at 5:25PM, I opened the parcel and compared it with my old PCB / Board, I found that the PCB / Board doesn't have antenna terminal so i requested the delivery boy to take it back but he refused to do so.

          After his refusal I contacted the Flipkart customer helpline over telephone, Email ([protected]@flipkart.com) & through the Flipkart application helpline option and informed the flipkart representative regarding the issue in detail but all in vain.

          It is clearly shown in the screenshot that the return policy was valid till 18/06/2022 but Flipkart didn`t accept the return request even on 18/06/2022 (please see the attached file named "Return Policy validity Proof").

          As my order was prepaid the seller sent the defective piece intentionally. I paid the whole amount for the PCB / Board using PAYTM UPI option as there was showing an offer against which I should get Rs 25 as paytm cashback (Screenshot attached) but here also Flipkart has cheated me and I have not received any cashback till date.

          From 18/06/2022 to till date i have contacted Flipkart many times through Emails and telephonic but they are not responding and marking all my complaints as resolved without even contacting me and taking any needful action.

          In general public interest I request you to please take strict action against Flipkart and the Seller as both are doing fraud by selling defective parts / accessories and showing misleading advertisements of cashback and Return policy.

          In general public interest i had shared my issue (as mentioned in above complaint) so I suggest everyone not to use any of the Flipkart services as Flipkart is a third class application / platform.

            Seller- Westbury Holdings Pantaloons Product- Forever Glam Pantaloons Women Red Shoulder Bag.

            The product I purchased was old and the outer cover of the bag was getting peeled off so I returned the product. Flipkart has accepted return and a delivery guy had also picked up the product. But till date it has not been reflected in the website inspite of multiple complaints and escalations. So far refund has not been initiated, I did not get my money back. Flipkart has cheated me by taking back the item and also my money. please help

                Flipkart started blocking customers by giving reason of high number of returns. Flipkart never given this information while cancelling or replacing the order. For name sake they will say easy returns and refunds but by end they are cheating customers.
                Flipkart needs to improve their work quality & understand Indian customer mindset and behaviour. Any user who using Flipkart for 4 to 5 years actively may done lot of returns also purchased many things. In 4 year i had purchased products cost more than 1.5 Lakh and returned product cost worth Rs 3, 000/- to 5, 000/-

                You should advise or guide your customers about cancellation process. blocking customers without any information is like a detector that's going to end Flipkart future

                I hope Flipkart will improve or may it's get closed soon.

                  I ordered Dizo Watch D from flipkart and its was delivered on 2nd of july 2022.
                  But they delivered Dizo watch 2 instead of Dizo watch D.
                  So I raised a return issue on same day.
                  from that day since I am calling their customer service daily and they are just saying that issue will be resolved
                  Its been 11th of july now and issue is not still resolved.

                    I ordered my Motorola phone on 1st July and my order was to be shipped on 9th July. But as of now it has not been shipped and i am doubtful of receiving it on 13th July. Consumer service told me they would give a resolution on 14th July which is after the delivery date. Overall, bad service from Flipkart and please fix this issue as soon as possible.

                      I ordered Realme 9 pro+ on 2nd July 2022 and the product was supposed to be delivered on 3rd July 2022, but it has been more than one week and haven't received the product and there was no response from customer service so I cancelled the product on 10th July 2022, after few minutes of cancellation on the order status page it stated that refund is completed but I have not received the refund money yet. Please see through this issue and process the refund money as soon as possible. Really a disappointing service from Flipkart.

                            Hello,

                            My name is Arun george and know that i'm very annoyed with flipkart.

                            I have been using flipkart for years now and only started using pay later last month and what a treat is has been.

                            To start with i will tell the whole story,

                            I bought a headphone and a footwear last month totalling around[protected] headphones+2000 footwear+ interest for using pay later) and used pay later EMI option, of which the footwear had some manufacturing issues and i returned it. Now the amount of 2000 for the footwear was reduced from the first amount of 6000 which now became around 3800(including interest), so the EMI is now 1240 for three months.
                            I then made another two purchases, one in myntra (around 900) and one in flipkart (around 1700) which was on pay later (not EMI).
                            So the amount that i was supposed to pay on july was around[protected] EMI+900 myntra+1700 flipkart) but the bill generated was for around 5000.
                            I made the payment of 5016 on 4th july scared of it affecting my credit score. After payment an amount of 1240 was refunded to my account instantly. Note that it's on 4th july.
                            After successfully completing the payment, i thought i will only have pay the remaining two EMI over coming two months, but boy, was i wrong.
                            On 7th july a random bill of 1240 was generated, which was so out of the blue, i didnt even noticed it. but i was on constant harrassment from flipkart as they called two times a day (one automated, one human) to inform me to pay the bill which was already paid in the first place. After recieving calls 5 days in a row, i decided to check flipkart and found out i had to pay around 1400 (apparently i had to pay late fee of 175). The bill itself is a fraud as they billed the exact amount of 1240 which was the refund in the first place also it was billed on 7th of july(as i understand the bills were generated on days 1 to 5 every month). Again my OCD kicked in and i made the payment of this 1400, of which flipkart only took 175(late fee for amount from 1000 to 2000, mine was 1200) and refunded the rest of 1240 to my account instantly. It is like a petty thief trying to snatch money out of people, charging people money just because they can. What was the point, if you wanted 175 rupees, just ask bro, why take it like this. I dont know if it is affecting my credit score and if it is, consider yourself responsible.
                            Fix your stuff.
                            "Flipkart operating manual for dummies"-call customer care, 24×7.
                            been there, done that. Called customer support like 7 times and was a collosal waste of time.
                            I was advised to wait and been doing that and its been one week, still waiting for concerned team to contact me as i was told by CS.
                            So i guess i have to login to flipkart everyday and check for these bills now.

                            If there is a sliver of dignity left in flipkart, help my case.

                              Hello, I'm sorry to tell you that I'm greatly disappointed with Flipkart pay later service, I'm not expecting much from Flipkart now, so please provide me with the idfc first bank Loan account number (linked to Flipkart pay later) through which I can contact and get help from IDFC first bank.

                              Issue: I already have Rs2790 in my Flipkart pay later account but instead of deducting from that you created a new bill (Rs2213) and forcing me to pay, is that how Flipkart pay later works? In your terms and conditions you didn't mention this though, if I contact Flipkart they are telling me to check with IDFC first bank, and the idfc first bank is telling me that they can't do anything without loan account number. I get calls from Flipkart collection team daily and I have to explain them daily, isn't it what you call harassment? Now the late fee of Rs300 is added to the bill, is Flipkart trying to scam me? Note* this will also affect my CIBIL score. I feel like I made a biggest mistake in my life by using Flipkart pay later.

                              I hope and wish now that you will solve this issue, if you can't please help me with loan account number linked to Pay Later account, so I can get help from idfc first bank.

                              I'm indebted to Flipkart for harassing me.

                              I was connected to Flipkart senior team on 11 July 2022 through call, they claimed to understand where the problem is, and raised the complaint as well. I have been provided with the complaint number and told that it will take 24 hours to solve the issue. After waiting for more than 72 hours the issue has not been solved. I'm still getting emails or sms from flipkart to make payment.

                                With reference to the order id no OD[protected] This replacement order was placed on 2nd july 2022 still it is not replaced nor any action has been taken in this regard.
                                As soon i have received the order the system is not starting immediately i have raised the complaint still it is not resoleved.

                                  I have ordered Apple AirPods on 28 June 2022 via Flipkart and I received my order on 30th June 2022. The package wasn’t packed properly, so I requested the delivery boy to open the package When He opened the box it was empty. Then he filed a complaint to Flipkart customer care.                                     The refund to this following 2products ( scintillare sukhi gold and rhodium hoops of worth INR 138 and Alloy jewel set of worth INR 234) was not being initiated since the day of the product return till date[protected]. Every time I try to complain, it was being said that the refund was initiated. I had even approached my respective bank for many times till today. They had thoroughly checked the current refund status along with my past transactions. I had also attatched my bank transaction's screenshots to flipkart.But
                                    I didn't receive any feedback from them yet. The problem here is not only about the money refund but also with the trust you have broke that I kept on you for your poor services.
                                    So, please kindly initiate my refund of the products as early as possible.

                                    The flipkart is not initiating the refund till today. It has been more than a month since I had returned the products. It is extending the date of resolution by 10 days everytime I complain. This is for the 5 th time they are extending the resolution. Now they extended upto 25 th of this month. The status of refund automatically gets changed in the app on the day of resolution as resolved. Flipkart cheats it's most of the customers.
