    Details:
    Seller sent me Jack and Jones (XL size) T-shirt instead of Jack and Jones shirt.
    I have the clear video recording of Flipkart package opening, I always open Orders while recording the video.
    Filed the complaint return request 5-6 times in last few days..
    But the Flipkart and seller is rejecting the return repeatedly. Fraud seller denying to return it even though he knows clearly that he sent me wrong item.
    & Flipkart is not at all willing to return it...
    I have sent Flipkart many e-mails, called them many times but not even a single time they tried to help...when I told Flipkart executive to transfer my call to senior executive..they intentionally cut the calls everytime.
    When I am requesting the call me back request through Flipkart app, they hardly calls and when they called ...they simply said you need to wait for 2 days or 3 days...never resolve the issue.
    Continuously making me fool and harassing me..
    I have wasted my more than 2-3 hours just to talk with Flipkart executives and all goes waste.
    They are not taking any strict action against fraud seller. If they strictly ask seller, definitely seller will accept it. Actually seller doesn't have the stock of Shirt (M Size), the product is Showing out of stock. By mistake he updated on Flipkart that the M size is also available, & accepted the order. & Later sent me wrong product just to fulfill the order. Because if he cancels the order due to unavailabilty he might have to pay some penalty.
    So sent me wrong product & not accepting their mistakes.
    The parcel was completely intact and properly SEALED but inside the seller packed T-Shirt.

    & Flipkart is harassing me for seller's mistakes/fraud. They are not ready to help me instead asking me provide Govt. ID proof like Aadhaar, Voter etc.
    I have provided my Voter Id to Flipkart. Still they are not returning the wrong item.

    I want you to take strict action against Flipkart and Seller for this harassment, mental torcher and fraud.

    Flipkart is getting worst day by day...they are cutting the calls if they don't want to resolve the issue or don't want to listen to the customer.

    If they are not returning the product after this complaint, I'm Ready to go in offline Consumer Court against them and Seller with all proofs and file the mental torcher & harassment and fraud case.

    Shirt's price is ₹1299 and I have wasted my time more than this just to call them and mail and dealing with mental torcher and harassment from them too.
    See all the images how many times I have contacted them & everytime they rejected the complaint.

    This should be resolve immediately.. Flipkart. Don't be FRAUDKART else we customers are going to boycott you soon.
    & definitely I will think 1000 times before placing any order on Flipkart.

      Flipkart not favoring return request

      I purchased an iphone on 9th July at a cost of Rs.28, 999. The phone was delivered on 10th July. The phone came with minor screen damages and was in a used condition. The original iphone box was also tampered.
      Within 5min of delivery, I requested a return. I did not even bother to power on the phone seeing the externally poor condition.
      Five days have passed since my return request and Flipkart is not activating on the request...

          I had purchased samsung washing machine 6.5kg diamond drum automatic (order no :OD[protected]on 26 june 2022 receiving a defective product as I attached images.while returning product they always rejected (5 times since 4th July) .when went to contact via telephonically they are not responded properly while asking reason for rejection.

            I had availed myself of 2 Flipkart pay later loans.

            Both the loans were closed at IDFC First bank's end. And I have received my NOC and even IDFC First...

              I have ordered nothing phone 1 on 12th of July '22 and due to mixed reviews, canceled the product on 14th of July '22 and it shows refund completed (to debit card corresponding account(through which I paid )) in Flipkart app (attached photo ) but it is not reflected in my bank account.
              ::also contacted customer care, even they said, it will be refunded by 22nd of July but here it shows refund completed .

                I was purchased a party speaker. It was under damaged condition when i was unboxing the product. So i had immediately request for replacement/ refund. But there no reaponsible reply from flipkart side. They did not consider my request. I was trying to forward refund request 3-4 times within the return period. But request was always rejected.
                I was requesting call back they did not respond. I was tried more than 10 times. After that only they call me back. And the person told me that higher officials will solve my issue. But no such higher authorities contacted me. Instead They send me messages every after 2-3 days. Your problem will be solved within that day, this day etc. But it was not solved till today. And they are blocked my account without any reason. So i can not login to my account. I lost my money, time and also faith in this fraud company. I need a solution and my money at the earliest.

                  I received a defective laptop from Flipkart and Flipkart is not accepting the return. When I received the laptop, its battery was not charging. I went to Apple service center and found that its motherboard is defective. I got the jobsheet from service center describing the issue. I am trying to return this item since 45 days.

                  Flipkart agreed for replacement in 11th July and I got the replacement laptop on 14th but it has the same issue. I want to return this item instead of replacement.

                      Client: Flipkart and IDFC First Bank
                      Issue:
                      I am using Flipkart Pay Later account since last 2 years, that is backed by IDFC First Bank.
                      For the month of March 2022, my bill payment was marked as Late Payment and that impacted my credit score heavily.
                      Although I have paid the bill on 1st April (The bill payment timeline is 1st to 5th of next month).
                      So, That is NOT a late payment. But still they have marked it as late payment.
                      The technical error from Flipkart's end costed me my credit score.

                      Since last 1 month I have been trying to reach Flipkart to resolve the issue, but they are not supporting me. They are keep on extending the resolution timeline everyday. The issue is still pending at their end.

                      My credit score is effected badly, and I need them to correct it asap.
                      Please help me to resolve the issue.

                      Resolution:
                      Mark the payment for the month of March'22 as On time payment, and update the same to IDFC bank.

                        Item was missing from the package
                        As i kept return request, they started rejecting and not even responding.
                        Even an Plus member in Flipkart also i felt disappointed for the issue happen

                          I have purchased a TV from using Flipkart Pay Later on 27 of May. In the Next day the Flipkart Given a option to pay the First EMI of May.

                          I paid the first Emi and the status is updated to payment proccesed.

                          On 1st June, I'm getting the call, message and the payment due of May.
                          I tried to payment the amount more time but there was some issue in the App "Something went wrong". I connected may excecutive several time within a month but the issue not resolved. They calculated the overdues of 410 rupees after 5th of June. But I have already paid the first EMI.

                          On 1st of July. They calculated the full amount of 1 EMI + Dues + Next Month EMI. I again connected to resolved the payment issue and they I was able to do partial payment and completed the half of the payment.

                          Then again the app started calculating the overdues. But that time i was again getting the "Something Went Wrong" error.

                          Now. On 15 of July, I was again able to pay the Amount. So, paid all the amount that app was asking for.

                          Even after that the payment is not updated in the App and they havent resolved any issue. Again app is asking to pay one more EMI.

                            I am getting worried since last 1 month but not getting any positive response from Flipkart side. Why my account was blocked and when it’ll unblock?
                            I called many times but not get any solution, They only ask for time but do nothing. Just a while back I spoke to their customer care number but their executive disconnected the call without any solutions

                              Refund/cancellation for order id OD[protected] has not been done since 7 days. I found a damage to the product at the time of delivery and refused the product. Now there is no refund/cancellation from past 7 days. Seller IWQNBecommerce is tricking people by selling fake/damaged products.

                                I purchased a Samsung 6.5 Kg Fully Automatic Top Loaded washing machine from Flipkart with order id- OD[protected]. DATED – 06/07/2022 worth INR 16, 140. The order was arrived on the very next day i.e. 7/07/2022.

                                After opening the box, a breakage( crack ) was seen on the left bottom side of the Washing Machine body. Also, the quality of the product also seems to be old and not like a real one. So I didn't share the open box OTP and refused the order.

                                Disappointingly, till date no no refund or cancellation has been done. I don't want replacement because the seller is sending false damaged products to not only me, many others as well. So kindly provide refund as I cannot trust that seller. Despite many customer care calls, there was not a satisfactory response. The seller IWQNBecommerce has many complaints regarding product quality and dents. Please check on that and refund as soon as possible. It has been 7 days

                                I hope this issue gets resolved with a proper action being taken against their seller IWQNBecommerce who trick hardworking people into their malicious traps.

                                Please find the enclosed attachment which has been the same from past 7 days.

                                  I have exchanged my Redmi Note 10S in warranty brand new condition with Poco F4 and wishmaster didnt deduct any amount for my exchange as there is no need to do so but i got amount of 10750 but it should be 12000 exchange value (bcoz without offer redmi note 10s exchange value is 9000 but in offer extra 3000 discount means value should be 12000 as shown on flipkart), if wishmaster from flipkart have cutted any money regarding if any issue found in y exchange phone then he should have mentioned it to me also flipkart should give me a proof of any possible chance of reducing 1250 inr from promised 12000 amount including extra 3000 offer
                                  (9000 reguler value plus 3000 makes it 12000 not 10750)
                                  just go through all the pics that i have attached as a proof and kindly give me a compensation of remaining 1250 inr as soon as possible to resolve my query!

                                  I am very old flipkart customer and have hopes that flipkart will under stand the issue and rectify it immediately bcoz in past i got a good experience from amazon customer care regarding issue like this!

                                  Trust is everything for a customer lets hop flipkart will not ruin it for just a small amount which is rightfully mine according to offer given!

                                  other wise i have no choice to post this article and and proof to facebook, twitter and youtube!

                                  Also raise a complaint in consumer court regarding this matter!

                                    I tried to book flight tickets twice yesterday(13/07/2022) and i received a message of bank error soon after entering OTPs. When i tried the same today I received another bank error notification and later i receievd a message of payment deduction and the booking is pending.Surprising fact is that i didnt receieved any notification from Flipkart.

                                    Very disappointing service from flipkart.
