I had ordered infinix hot 12 play mobile on 1st July on flipkart website. Product was delivered on 3rd July afternoon.
After checking the phone I realized that camera quality of phone was too bad. Even in daylight pictures were not good. Colors in pictures were dull. Most of the pictures were blurred. During night it was worse even in proper lighting.

I tried to submit return request for product but there was some error on flipkart which prevented me to submit the return request. I called flipkart support and customer care executive submitted my return request on 4th July. Next step in the return request was tech visit. I got message on 5th July that tech visit would happen from Jeeves. I got call from jeeves executive asking details about product, I told him that there is quality issue with product and I have raised return request. He clearly said that he only come if there is hardware issue, as there is no hardware issue he will not come. He asked me to call flipkart support. I again called flipkart team fort his issue as they assured that tech visit will happen by 7th July and my refund will be processed. Till 8th july no tech visit happened, I again called flipkart support. They closed my current return request and resubmitted new return request saying that tech visit will be completed by 11th July.

On 8th July (today) itself I got call from Jeeves associate ( same associate), I explained to him same thing. He again said that for quality issues that do not perform tech visit. Still he arrived today. He checked the phone took screenshots for IMEI number, model number and other details.

As soon as he left, my second return request also got rejected. I again reached out to flipkart support. This time they clearly denied that return is not possible. They said that due to quality issues they do not approve returns.

This is really bad service from them. For two times they initiated return request and rejected it without proper reasons. Now they have completely denied for return and refund.

I'm writing my issue here assuming I'll get justice on this and return/refund request will be processed.

    I had placed order for couple of products in May and few products were not as described and few products were cancelled by the sender. The order was paid through flipkart pay later and they argue with me that they have issued the refund. But it’s not reflecting on my pay later. I have sent them the transaction history and raised multiple complaints. I have called the customer service only to get disconnected, they didn’t call back. Even supervisors have disconnected the call and not called me back. It has been going on since a month. Someone called me yesterday and asked me to call my bank and dispute it when I have it through my flipkart pay later. You guys are calling me everyday and threatening me that legal actions will be taken when it’s flipkart who hasn’t issued the refund.

      Grocery order OD[protected] was placed on 4th jul and was to be delivered on 7th jul..The delivery person did not pick my call customer care not responding properly, The delivery day has been extended every single day..1st it was 7th then 8th .The customer care is not allowing for cancellation of the order or further escalations.

        Horrible call support

        Very horrible customer support.
        Flipkart has raised a request for the concern and by evening they marked it as resolved without even taking any confirmation from me.
        This is really taking me to another level of frustration. Their customer support still drops the calls abruptly when even I speak to them and explain my concern, in fact almost every call of mine was dropped in middle without addressing the concerns. I seriously...

        My Orders: OD[protected]APPLE iPhone SE (Black, 64 GB), Color: Black, Seller:HydtelRETAILSsales.
        Order Confirmed on Thu, 23rd Jun and supposed to be delivered on 24th Jun. But, not delivered.
        The order got canceled on 28TH June.

        Flipkart Update: Sorry, your order for APPLE iPhone SE Black 64 is canceled by the seller due to a prolonged delivery delay. If you like, you can place a new order for this item in the next 10 days and a Gift Card worth Rs. 2000 will be added to your Flipkart account within 3 days of the order delivery in appreciation of your understanding.

        I have tried to order, but No product in stock...Customer support informed me that, no stock same product. Hence, the form has been filled out on June 30 at 10.35 and June 30 at 4.30 and Rs 2000 will be credited to my account within 72 hours.

        I would like to get the same product or please as promised, pls credit Rs 2000 in my account along with compensation.

        Customer care support was not answered properly. I have followed up daily twice. No resolution.
        I would like to order the same product or Apple iPhone 64GB or 128 GB for 35K as mentioned on Flipkart.
        Or Needed Rs 2000 as told by FlipKart along with compensation. Bz my product was not delivered on time as well as kept my amount nearly 1 week.

          Hello,

          I am a valuable Flipkart Plus customer since years. I shopped many products on Flipkart. I am very well aware of Flipkart return policy. Infact I ordered products in large quantities for me and my family and friends in the november, december months of 2021. As I above mentioned that I ordered products in large quantities so several products that I received, had manufacture defects and some were wrong products that I didn't order means I received different products. So myself made return requests on my Flipkart application but product didn't pick up by courier service on time and products return requests cancelled automatically. Then I called to customer care and return requests generated by them but again same thing happened products didn't pick up by courier service. Again 2nd time I contacted to customer care and again they generated return requests but again 3rd time products didn't pick up by courier service then I contacted to courier service and asked about why
          products not picking up by them, they told me that we are trying to resolve your issue kindly wait. Now I want to tell you that 3 times (once myself and two times customer care) return requests generated for same products and because of that Flipkart system have detected higher number of returns generated in my Flipkart account, reason I already mentioned above So now i request that please unblock my Flipkart account, so that I can resume shopping on Flipkart. I also want to tell that i have 852 super coins balance. So again request you that please unblock my Flipkart account.

            The oder id was.. OD[protected]
            The refund to this following 2products ( scintillare sukhi gold and rhodium hoops of worth INR 138 and Alloy jewel set of worth INR 234) was not being initiated since the day of the product return till date[protected]. Every time I try to complain, it was being said that the refund was initiated. I had even approached my respective bank for many times till today. They had thoroughly checked the current refund status along with my past transactions. The problem here is not only about the money refund but also with the trust you have broke that I kept on you for your poor services.
            So, please kindly initiative my refund of my products as early as possible.

                I had ordered Xiaomi 11i mobile phone from Flipkart on 17th June.. But later on the 21st June, I received a package that had a wrong product. I received some old USB Cable instead of the mobile phone I ordered... I paid around 21k and instead received a dirty USB cord...

                The seller I ordered from was "CLIENTEROecom" and I got something delivered from "Wishery Online Private Limited"...

                Later that day itself I called the Flipkart customer care for a Replacement or Return... I was asked to submit the documents and the images for the wrong product i received by the team.. I provided them with each and every detail they wanted. they made me wait for really long and after 20 days, today they closed the matter stating that the that the matter is resolved and the Replacement is rejected, without even resolving my issue... I also sent them the consumer complaint for FIR but still they say the replacement cannot be done.

                I panicked and called the customer care to raise another return request and now they say that the return time for the product has expired and the return is not accepted by the seller..

                I please need some help to get back my money.. I paid around 21000 being a student and didn't even receive the phone... I am very scared.. Please help me

                I am a student and hope you understand that 21000rs is not a less amount for me ...Please look into the attached PDF pictures and help me with the replacement process as soon as possible..

                  I had purchased a product from Flipkart by spending Rs.4180/-
                  It is found out to be a duplicate product as the box provided was of cheap quality and the MRP label is all almost faded.
                  I requested for a replacement which was rejected by the flipkart logistics team, they didn't even call me about it or they tried to reach my home for the replacement.
                  I called to the customer support, speaking about flipkart customer support, it is really frustrating to the core . I have to raise a callback request and they call me and while I explain the concern the call gets dropped and nobody will call me back. Very poor service I would say. I have to place a call back request again which will connect me to a new agent and I had to end up explaining my concern to him/her again, This literally repeated for 5-10 times in a time span of 1-2hrs.
                  Some how I managed to raise a return request agian and the pickup has to be done, but to my surprise the pickup is again rejected by the logistics team which even contacting me or coming to home. I again went through all the trauma of raising repeated call back requests and tried to complain the same to the senior executives. Every one say sorry and comes up as if this issue doesn't even exist.
                  I requested the return 3 times and it was rejected by logistics team all three times and also hell lot of issues I faced with the customer support.
                  Its been a month since I am trying to return the product and I don't know whats wrong with flipkart.
                  Being a customer, I have invested lot of time trying to connect to flipkart and underwent trauma and frustration with the level of service they provided.
                  Please consider this as a complaint on flipkart and help me with some resolution

                    I ordered a laptop and raised a return request and my request is approved and i receive a collection date for my period 6 july. I tried to call wish master but they are not pickup in my call and later on 7 july my return request is auto cancelled... Now I again raised the return request and again a wish master is assigned but again they are not attending my phone and putting my no. On blocklist..

                    My product worth is 51000...and i made the payment by credit card and voucher if the concern continues I will sue flipkart channel with harrasment case..

                    So kindly check my issue

                          I order groceries from Flipkart on 3rd July 2022. The delivery was said to be 8th July but now when the date was to be delivered they change the delivery date to 14th July. A day change can be taken into account but changing more than a week to on essential groceries.
                          I tried messaging them and requested a call. I got a call and requested to cancel my order but without stating much he just disconnected my call.
                          I again requested them to call but no calls yet.
                          They don't have emails where we can complain or numbers where we can call.
                          They don't reply to messages.

                            I was gifted a Samsung Galaxy S21 phone in 2020. I have been using the phone, have data on it. Suddenly I started getting messages from Flipkart about payment dues and threats to lock the phone which I did not understand, as I have never used Flipkart for any purchases or transactions while phone has been used. This is a clear cheating and fraudulent scheme by Flipkart and Samsung both. I am prepared to take legal action against both the companies soon if this blackmail doesn't get resolved.

                              I have ordered Pandaoriginals BEST BLUE BABY CRADLE but they are parcel a uncomplicated product with Order ID - OD[protected] then I'm raise return request but it is cancelled by Flipkart and generate the fresh replacement order against this by Flipkart but I don't want to buy it from Flipkart seller and there is no any given for cancel this order.
                              So, please help me to cancel this order.

                                My order Order ID - OD[protected] Its not yet shipped. The tracking status is stagnant. Do ship it as soon as possible. Else please let me know so that I can cancel it and go for amazon where they ship quickly. I had been a regular customer of Flipkart and I am a plus member and this time I am very Disappointed. Hope you can help me in someway as this is important for me. Appreciate your service. I am in urgent of the product and bought seeing the expected delivery date as 9th july but it is not shipped yet order placed on 3rd july. If you cannot ship please let me know we all have different need because of that we are ordering products. This is making me in a difficult situation why cannot you contact seller and update product status or give me seller details I will contact and I can plan according to that. Worst support.

                                Order recieved on mentioned date, buy the issue is they are not updated tracking status till the delivery date. Try to update tracking status otherwise customers will be panic if the order is urgent. Issue solved. Thanks and Regards

                                I have posted complaint in flipkart they are saying resolution can be expected in july 11 I need to wait till that for a product I ordered with expected delivery date july 9th. What is it? Then why I ordered it?
                                I'm also Facing the same... Flipkart showing arriving today but the tracking status is stagnant...not dispatched yet..is there any chance to get it today?

                                    I have orderd chocolates through Flipkart quick (Grocery) and I payed 1300₹ through online. my product is not deliverd yet But in app it shows as Delivered. Their delivery guy ate my chocolate and updated as Delivered...from past 3 days flipkart customer care playing with me..they are not refunding my money and not ready to deliver product either...they act like bunch of thieves.. I am using flipkart since past 12 years, orderd millions worth of products, still they looted my hard earned money.
