Hello Flipkart Team,

Please refer our mails on dated[protected], Hitachi technician had visiting 2 times at our home and given his observation that AC compressor tripping due to high ampere (Report card attached for your ready reference).

4 - 5 days have passed but still I have not received the solution and I have checked the status in your site that you have rejected our complained and today again technician visited and given his feedback. (Report attached).

Request you to please look into this on urgent basis and refund my money immediately.

        Flipkart is showing 'currently out of stock for 410206' for all the products in my pincode. It was showing deliverable in my area till 2 days before. I never had such an issue before because all products that I used to order from flipkart were deliverable in my area. Even the all products are deliverable in nearby pincode. The problem is only for the pincode 410206. I request you all to resolve this problem as soon as possible because I need to buy some products from flipkart urgently.

          It’s a prepaid Order. I ordered Apple iPad on Flipkart which costed me Rs.27, 900 moreover I received an empty box when I tried reaching the customer care to replace the product or refund it they just kept on waiting out my time just by opening the query and closing it automatically again I have to call them and raise the complaint so that they can resolve it but till date they did not do it. It’s been a month since this process is going on and today all of a sudden they blocked my account I don’t know whom to contact how to reach them, because when I tried reaching them on the customer care email ID they say thatThat particular email ID is not in use how come it it will happen and as my account is blocked I cannot contact them. kind request from my endPlease look into it and resolve this issue as soon as possible thank you.

            Hey I am not able to play any games from gamezone from past 2 days.
            I am attaching a screenshot for your reference and for your knowledge I must tell you that I have only one account from which I used to play and I never made multiple IDs nor did anything unfavorable.
            I always used to play fairly and with one device and one account only.

            You cannot keep restricting us for no reason at all and I hope you will be fair to your loyal customers.
            I hope this issue resolve as early as possible and I will get my gamezone back.

                I've ordered a phone through Flipkart last week on Wednesday (6/7). The phone was supposed to be delivered by Friday (8/7). It was delayed because the delivery person couldn't contact with me, which never happened since he never tried to contact me. Later in their page i find out that they had shifted the delivery date to the next day, which was Saturday. Saturday comes, the delivery person this time gives me a missed call! To which I responded immediately and called him back. But the phone kept on saying it's busy, and the order got taken back to their hub again. This was second day! Third day was Sunday, it was raining pretty heavily this day. The delivery person called me at 6 in the evening saying he can't deliver me today cause it is too late and the rain wasn't stopping so he would deliver me tomorrow. Monday comes and guess what? FLIPKART CANCELLED my delivery cause it was unable to deliver me 3 times! Imagine waiting for so long and this happens. I reordered the phone again this time it was saying it will deliver me the very next day which was Tuesday (12/7) the delivery person never showed up! Even their order tracker didn't move up to "out for delivery" at 7 they come up with the excuse that they were facing "logistic constraints" now the date has shifted to Thursday. While I'm writing this on Wednesday (13/7) the delivery now has dispatched to another hub which isn't near to my location.

                This is a HORRENDOUS experience I'm facing with Flipkart from the past week. Looks like waiting for them doesn't make any sense now since they just don't want to deliver it.

                  I have ordered a 2 piece of calvin klein tshirt and a tommy hilfiger tshirt on 1st july 2022 and it got delivered on 3rd july.I raised a return request because of size issue.Now they accepted the return but not processing the pickup i tried calling them several times and they are giving a date for the resolution but it got past.Now my consent is it has a 10 days return policy but if they are not picking up the product within the 10days i cannot able to return it and its a utter waste of money.

                    I have order two products from Flipkart i.e on Dungaree for girls and Women fit and flare beige dress by Eureca with device on the July 01, 2022 and paid the amount for my order.
                    Following are the details:
                    Products- Dungaree for girls and Women fit and flare beige dress
                    order ID- OD[protected].
                    order date - July 01, 2022.
                    Estimated delivery date - July 09, 2022.
                    order cancelled on - July 09, 2022.
                    Order type- card payment

                    I have order this product and waiting for the delivery on July 09, 2022 and then the Flipkart cancelled the order for reason the product is out of stock.
                    If the product has been out of stock then, it should not take the order on the same day on July 09, 2022. If by mistakenly taken the order then, It must be cancelled within next 24 HRS.
                    You have not cancelled the product on the same day and after that on the delivery date you had cancelled the order. What about the 8 days i am waiting for the product to be delivered. You can take the order and cancel the order anytime?

                    I had already try to contact customer care from last 4 days but they are not relying on chat and not responding on the call.

                    You have wasted my time for 9 days from order date to cancelled date.
                    So, I need my product now else I will complaint to the consumer court about this. I need your revert asap on this and the product must be delivered now.

                      I placed an order for iPhone 12 129 GB for 60028 on 9th July 22 and right after the payment, the order was put on hold despite of payment Being successful. Upon contacting Flipkart I was told to wait for 24 hours and was assured the order will be delivered as per promised date. But as soon as 24 hours completed, Flipkart cancelled the order to asked me to wait for 7 days to receive my refund. Flipkart did not share any reason for cancellation and got my money stuck for 5 days. When I received the refund, I tried to place an order again but this time, Flipkart increased the price of same product to 65499, almost 5500 more than the original amount. Flipkart is neither helping me to provide the phone at the same price nor they are going to issue a coupon for difference amount. Additionally, I had purchased Flipkart gift voucher worth rupees 30000 for instant checkout but now they are not cancelling them either. Now I have got my 30000 stuck with their wallet and they are not refunding the money for gift card.

                        I ordered a Malabar gold pendant, i see that the product finising is not good, so that I requested the return and my return is approved from Flipkart, the courier picked my product from me on 26th June 2022, but refund is not initiated and return is in cancelled state .
                        I call flipkart many times, almost 50+
                        They give me date of 3 July, then one cs told me wait 24 hours, again next 48 hours and 48 hours, but in help section my issue shows resolved, but no call, email i was received from Flipkart, i requested call back, but every time they just miss call, or disconnect if i receive the call, or they send massage that "we are trying to call you but did not connect".
                        I totally frustrated from their services, they just frauding and looting coustomers.

                          I got the delivery on 7 july and didn't received any installation related information regarding the bed ...and they are just giving dates after dates for installation...just playing with our emotions, money and patience we are showing...
                          Hell...just complete my installation as soon as possible..jist don't make us frustrated.

                            I have ordered two products cost around 56000/-, I cancelled one product but both the products are cancelled in same order, I got refund for one product cost 30990/- and I not got refund for another product 25990/-, contacting customer support from may 10 to till now, not yet resolved my issue..

                              I ordered a phone on 7th July (Order I'd- OD[protected] and paid the full amount using credit card. Phone was expected to be delivered on 9th July but it was not shipped till 9 July so I called Flipkart Customer Service and they told me that your phone will be delivered by 12 July then agin it didn't fit shipped so I again called them now they told me to wait till 15 July.
                              Today on 13 July I got message that my order got cancelled by the seller and they did refund my money also.
                              I ordered that phone during offers and they are not available right now. If I order new Phone then it will cost much than earlier.
                              Flipkart kept telling me lies and they harassed me they wasted my time they didn't do anything to resolve my problem and they cancelled my prepaid order without my consent.
                              I want my compensation for my harrasment and

                                As i have ordered product from flipkart they have send me damaged product u make return request but they rejected it then they asked me for id proof i have send it then they asked me to send damaged product images i have send them they have picked up my return but not even give my replacememt or my refund both the product and refund amount is with flipkart worst site
                                Also i have contacted them from 2 months they send me the same reply again and again also not releasing my amount its completely wrong with customer please see to it

                                    On 29th June, 2022 i ordered a Redmi Note 10 Pro(Dark Nebula, 6 GB RAM, 128GB ROM) with an exchange of my old phone Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1.On 30th June, 2022 they exchanged my phone but to my surprise they delivered a completely different product i.e, POCO M4 Pro, so i called the delivery man regarding this issue, they said its the company or rather problem with the packaging because on the outside they wrote my address but on the inside box receipt they gave someone other's address, they told me to call the customer support to raise an issue so that i can get a steady replacement. So, i tried calling them because i had some urgent work during that time wanted it to get replaced by 3rd of July. So i called them, they said my resolution date is on July 12, 2022 but they will try to get the job done by my said date i.e. 3th July, 2022. But they didnt bother to look into it and never did they bother to get the job done at the earliest. They didnt confirm the replacement earlier because they said that i hadn't provided the necessary documents and ID proof although i had sent it many times but because of their server fault it didnt get uploaded that time. Anyways my documents were uploaded on 5th July, 2022. And i notified them in their support box about the update they said they will get back to me by July 12, 2022. with a resolution. Today is July 13, 2022 and they still havent got back to me with a resolution and when i tried calling them they are saying to wait now again for 24-48 hours..They didnt bother to get my job done. but they kept on harassing me by saying same thing to wait, my replacement is still not approved yet forget about pickup and replace date.

                                      I have order Samsung Tablet at 30 June, 2022. They gave us expected delivery date for 5 July, after that I didn't get the product and they delay for 12th July, this delay period is also not working by Flipkart, again their system is showing my problem will resolve at 16 July 2022, and they are not telling about any compensation. And I have facing much issues with my study without my tablet.
