why deduct first 1425 rs & 944rs . It is very annoying that the money is debited without the customer knowledge.

I saw your complaint about this and wanted to know if it is resolved. If resolved what steps did you take to get it resolved. Whom did you contact (Bank or Flipkart) to resolve it.
You information will be very helpful as it is very unethical what has happened.

    I have created flipkart account seven years back with a mobile number [protected] few months ago i lost my mobile phone and the number.

    The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number [protected], the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number.
    I requested you please update my new mobile number in my flipkart account.

      I ordered Havells Air Fryer on 25th June, and expected delivery date was 3rd July. But it is not delivered, customer support team is keep on extending for 2 days or 3 days multiple times, now it got extended for 4 times and even after 11 th july, product didnt delivered and they are asking me to wait another 3 days.I fed up by following up with flipkart customer care, everytime I call them, they tell me same template/routine answers and ask me to wait another 2/3 days, seems there is not end for the wait time, please help me in resolving the issue

          I had purchased a Phone Samsung F62 last year from Flipkart smart upgrade plan and now I had to pay 30% amount that is Rs. 7800/- or give back this phone and purchase new phone so I ordered new to phone but the delivery got delayed so I cancelled the order and decided to pay off the remaining amount. And now I am not getting any options to make a payment through the Flipkart application or not receiving any Payment link on my mail id and because of that my phone has been locked since 29th June 2022.

            I bought SonyLiv premium subscription of 1 year by paying ₹999 on 2 July 2022. They provided me the digital voucher code which was expired on 10 November 2021 (It was officially confirmed by SonyLiv). Since then I was asking for working digital voucher code or refund the money. I raised 4 complaints so far and they always close the case as resolved without providing me any resolution. Until now, they haven't responded to all my messages, nor provided working code or refund. Just like that they pocketed my ₹999. I hope this forum can get my money back.

                    I need a refund for the product mobie redmi note 10 pro Order ID - OD[protected] it was suppose to be delivered on 11th while I was at home and was not delivered instead attempted and accidentally my family member took it without an exchange of other phone which was ideally the case now the compay refuses to refund the money because it's my fault as per them, I need my refund when called and spoke to the manager the managet hungs up straight on my face totally useless and also they share the data with others because I got a call from a fraudster from [protected] claiming to be from Flipkart and told me that I had requested a call ...how would he know I had requested a call and its for a mobile the order was placed...these guys have people who leak the data too

                      I have ordered a realme 9i (Prism Black, 128 GB). from Flipkart.com worth Rs. of 11125 on 04 JULY 2022. Because of quality issue I didn't like the product and cancelled it. . On 05th of july 2022, I got a message from Flipkart.com saying that We would like to let you know that the seller has refunded Rs. 11028.0 to your account on[protected]:48:01. As per the standard banking procedures, the amount will be credited by[protected]:48:01
                      I waited till 12th 2022 but didn't get the message for money refund from my bank account. I called Flipkart.com and the way they responded was shocking for me. They said they had done the refund to you bank. Kindly contact to your Customer Care of your issued bank. Flipkart.com is not going to loot your money. But actually they did. I called to Bank of BaarodaCustomer Care and they said they have not received any refund from Merchant Flipkart.com. They said me to ask the ARN number from Flipkart.com, so that they can check in their system.

                          In total, I had to order 3 times for 1 phone(Samsung galaxy S21 FE 5G) and the product gets canceled every time!!
                          The order gets canceled every time it reaches the nearest HUB by the seller without any valid reason!!!

                          My first order was on 15th June 2022 and was canceled by the seller without any valid reason. I had called customer support but they said to order once more and they will look into that so this issue won't happen again.

                          Hence I placed the second order on 21st June 2022. The same issue repeated. I called customer support again and they said they have informed a valid team and I will be receiving a call within 24-48 hours to provide a resolution to this concern. I have not received any resolution even after 4-5 days. Instead, all my tickets got closed from resolution pending and were told to change the seller.

                          I reordered again with the last HOPE and TRUST with Flipkart. The order was on 30th June. And again the order got canceled.

                          I had made many calls to customer support stating to take the issue into high importance but it never happened. I might have called them around 20-25 times and even dropped many emails but I have not got any solutions.

                          On 5th July, I got a call from the team stating that I had to order the phone again and since the price got changed now, I will get around 90% of the difference amount to which I replied "I have already tried 3 times and even this time it will get canceled for sure. Hence please give any other resolution. She had a discussion with the seller and had agreed to give me a voucher for 2000 Rupees as an apology for the cancellation. She said she has some technical issues to initiate the voucher and she will call me again the next day. I have not got any calls after that.

                          Hence I am rising this issue with the final HOPE to provide me with the proper resolution and do the needful.

                                I took Flipkart paylater loan and paid the 2 emi correctly but they are not updating it in the Flipkart app, but from IDFC BANK statement it is showing that i paid the emi correctly. i sent so many messages and emails still now no reply from them and no solution at all.every day they are increasing the penalty, but the main problem is it is effecting my CIBIL SCORE.i lost the trust for Flipkart, please help me i won't be able to pay the 3rd emi in the month of August as it is showing a heavy amount for the past months which i already paid, iam attaching a small screenshot of my IDFC loan statement which clearly shows that i paid the amount.

                                    I have order two product on flipkart with an amount of 30302 on dated[protected] using emi option with flipkart axis bank credit card.
                                    The same day i cancelled the product.
                                    But yet i didnt recieved the refund, its already[protected].
                                    In 2-3 days my bill of credit card will get generate and the amount will show in the bill.

                                    Why the flipkart is taking too much time to credit the amount in the bank.

                                    Kindly request you to look at the problem and i will be very thankful if i get the refund before my bill date, otherwise i have to pay the bill for the cancelled transaction.
