I have ordered Apple AirPods on 28 June 2022 via Flipkart and I received my order on 30th June 2022. The package wasn’t packed properly, so I requested the delivery boy to open the package When He opened the box it was empty. Then he filed a complaint to Flipkart customer care. After sometime they wasn’t responding to my complaint request, please let me know the procedure to get refund from Flipkart. Attachment is my bill and opening video of my ordered box.

    The oder id was.. OD[protected]
    The refund to this following 2products ( scintillare sukhi gold and rhodium hoops of worth INR 138 and Alloy jewel set of worth INR 234) was not being initiated since the day of the product return till date[protected]. Every time I try to complain, it was being said that the refund was initiated. I had even approached my respective bank for many times till today. They had thoroughly checked the current refund status along with my past transactions. I had also attatched my bank transaction's screenshots to flipkart.But
    I didn't receive any feedback from them yet. The problem here is not only about the money refund but also with the trust you have broke that I kept on you for your poor services.
    So, please kindly initiate my refund of the products as early as possible.

    The flipkart is not initiating the refund till today. It has been more than a month since I had returned the products. It is extending the date of resolution by 10 days everytime I complain. This is for the 5 th time they are extending the resolution. Now they extended upto 25 th of this month. The status of refund automatically gets changed in the app on the day of resolution as resolved. Flipkart cheats it's most of the customers.

        I had ordered 7 books but received only 1 book on 24 june, immediately I informed FLIPKART for the missing product and asked for the refund. They asked for my ID which was provided with video of opening parcel. But they did nothing only taking longer time and on 3july rejected my request without any clarification, again I request for reopen the issue again after so much fake promises today on 11 july22 they closed my issue again without return and refund. It's worth ₹2044.

          I had ordered Ariel Matic from Flipkart on 3rd July.

          It has been delivered today to our home (after 8 days of getting so many mails & messages that we regret the delay in delivery & it shall be delivered soon).

          Upon opening we found that the outer packaging was of Ariel but the material inside is some fraudulent powder or white cement kind of material.

          Another issue was of Saffola Gold 5 litres oil ordered on same day (3rd July). It was delivered on 6th very late night (after 10:30pm) & it was leaking. We refused to take delivery of that item alone & collected balance items from the delivery boys (2 boys had come). They told that I will get the same material or refund by next day. 7th morning I called their helpline number & they told that I shall get refund in 3 days. When refund didnt come on 10th July, I again called them & now they are saying that we have again raised request & I shall get a call back to update me about status before 14th July.

          Flipkart is becoming a fraudulent company & hard earned money of common people like us are being looted by them.

          Have asked for a refund but they don't process it at all.

          Need your support for this refund being credited in my account.

                A person named Saurabh Mishra, residing at Motiram Imperia Lodha Heaven, Palava City Phase 1, Kalyan, Maharashtra, hacked into my account and placed an order using my supercoins. His phone number is [protected]. He is not responding to calls when asked how did he gain access to my account.

                I have seen similar complaints against Flipkart regarding many hackers trying to steal supercoins. Flipkart should immediately identify the loopholes causing this issue and prevent user information. It's really frightening to know what other details the hacker has access to. Flipkart should initiate complaint against such hackers on its own being such a huge corporation.

                    I have raised a request for the product I have received wrong (puma shoes) but my return request was rejected 5 times without any reason. Now they have blocked my account without any mention of reason, I haven’t done anything wrong. My much amount is stuck as i have many products stuck in the account and I am unable to access it. I want a refund of all the return raised products and please unblock my account

                          Grocery order I'd (OD[protected]: I have placed the above order on 1st of July and it was supposed to be delivered on 3rd July. After enquiring from flipkart customer care it was informed that order has been delayed and rescheduled due to some logistics/ unforseen error. From that day onwards I have enquired every single day about my product delivery and it has been falsely reassured to be delivered next day, first it has been rescheduled to 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th and now it has been rescheduled to 11th. Neither the order can be canceled from our side nor they are cancelling the order nor delivering it. Please stop harassing the customer and enhance ur customer care service.

                          Flipkart order I'dOD[protected]: Finally as expected, false assurance of delivering the product for the past 6 days comes to an end and the order got cancelled.
                          It was really disgusting and horrible experience. Customer care executive should be trained and updated. Customer care executive who were of the view that order out of delivery cannot be cancelled then how this order got cancelled.
                          Harrasment and time lost has not been compensated.

                            I purchased grocery to be delivered on 4th..I was not at home when it arrived..I asked the delivery person to hand it over to next door neighbour..she had gone down to fetch her kid from.school..said 3 to 4 min she would be up..asked him to hold on..he diddnt..he called me again saying keeping near watchman..had clearly denied of doing so ..I asked him to take it back and cancel..instead he marked it as delivered and did not keep at gate as well..
                            Since then I am following up with flipkart..their resolution team just calls, says cannot hear me and cuts the call..this is ridiculous..I am talking to their customer care representatives on the same number..there isn't any issue..This is mental harassment.. leaving all work I just need to be behind them..this is no ways..first date given was 9th which they on themselves extended to 11th..its pathetic..I am disturbed.. the way the delivery boy behaved and now the way their team is responding..They are asking me to update my email id..where as their system is not saving it after multiple attempts..its really taken all my patience..

                              I ordered a Park Avenue Yellow shirt costing Rs.664 only vide order no. OD[protected] on 14th of june 2022. on 19th of June I received a text from Flip kart that My order is delivered but so far I have not received my order.
                              I made complaints with Flip kart customer care several times on 21 & 27 june, 2 july but all the times they marked my issue as resolved without contacting me and resolving my issue.

                                  I have ordered Wings Phantom 1000 Gaming Neckband Bluetooth headphones from flipkart, i got my package when i started using headphones sound is very ear disturbing, and it is imposible to stay connected with bluetooth headphone for more than 10 minutes, headphones are disconnecting every 10 to 15 minutes, i reconnect again after around 10 minutes it gets disconnected, it was very frustating. Than i have raised an replacement request to flipkart and it got appoved, i have received my replacement product and it got same issue and i am totally frustrated with the product, i have raised an refund request with flipkart after some talking with flipkart customer care executives they said that seller accepted refund request and flipkart wishmaster will be pickup the product and i get my refund, after two days no one from flipkart contacted to me and i got a message that refund request canceled without any reason by flipkart it self, again i raised a refund request and it got approved but again no one came to me for pickup and again they canceled the request by themselves, i was trying to contact flipkart customer care but there is no response from there side and i am frustrated because at this point return peried is over, i want to know why flipkart canceled my return request twice. i want an sollution for this. after this incident i will not recommend flipkart to anybody because flipkart send me defective product twice and now they are not reponding the issue, please help.                                     I have purchased shoe from flipcart at Rs 2299/- on 14 Jun 2022 and it has delivered on 18 Jun 2022. I found that the shoes doesn't fit in feet. So I raised a request for return same. but they didn't response it and after 5 days flipcart canceled the request then I again raised a return request but as earlier flipcart again canceled the request at last date which is the return period end. In this time period call many time customer support and they said that the issue will be resolved very soon. every time they said wait next 24 hours the issue will resolved.
                                    But the didn't pickup the product yet and didn't give refund. I call customer support so many time and every time one thing they told that the issued will be resolved in 24 hours please wait.
                                    22 days has been passed since I request for a return for the shoe but they didn't pickup or refund it.

                                      Bought a TAPARIA TAKM9 Allen Key Set for Rs 950, I have waited for one week, and the Order has been delayed by one day and finally delivered. when I opened packed saw that the sent RS 200 product instead of my Rs 950
                                      product

                                      I have sent a return request in half an hour of the product receiving Id :[protected] Till now no action has taken, not even they asked what is a problem, images, etc they say 72 hr to process to the request
                                      this is an urgent order, I don't know, when they will get information from me and initiate a refund, I called customer care they are also saying the backend team will take 72 hr to respond, I'm a victim now for the seller's mistake.

                                      Note: seller now removed the product from the Flipkart inventory, meaning he sent a wrong product wantedly, even though he did not have the product
                                      I don't know what action Flipkart will take against this seller

                                      for his mistake, I need to wait 12 to 15 days without the product

                                      Flipkart customer care, Escalation team is poor they are not getting even first-hand information like image and processing the return request, they simply say backend team will take 72 hr to get information from the customer, why a customer has to wait for 72 hr to get info and process the request?

                                      why there is a customer support team, Escalation team? They do not get any information about the issue from the customer, they simply forward it to the backend team, the backend team is enough I guess

                                      I spoke with the team for 1 hr, they dint even ask for the wong product image
