I ordered POCO X4 Pro 5G (128GB, Laser Blue) on 13th june 2022, which was delievered on 17th june 2022, from the day I received the phone, I was having issues in it, when I play video on it, the screen got stuck and only music is audible. In 15 minuted of video this happened 4-5 times, screen stuck for 5sec and only audio was running, but I neglected it on first day thinking that problem would go away, but it did not happen. Also on the upper side of the screen there was glue which had came out at the time of manufacturing, so after 4 days I placed return of this product, and first technician visit took place. Technician came and checked the phone, the problem I was facing was not recurring all the time I play video but was happening after some time, and at that time he was not able to find the problem so he cancelled the request. this happened around 22 nd june, after this I again placed return request and I called flipkart excutive and told him that this is problem and to detect the problem technician has to stay for longer period, so he will be able to detect it, and this time I also mentioned the manufacturing problem and overheating problem that I faced after normal use of phone, and i also told flipkart executive to mention manufacturing issue to technician who is from Jeeves company, and second technician visit date was told to me around 26th june, he came on 25th and said me that only overheating problem was told to him, and he only checked for overheating, as phone was not used before visit, its temperature was normal, and he only checked that temperature instead of temperature after use, and this was second time return request got cancelled, then I called flipkart and told this issue . I am plus member on flipkart, I have orederd so many things form flipkart. in spite of this they provided me such service so I decided on 26th june to file complaint in consumer forum and told flipkart executive the same. but he convinced me wait upto 29th june so they can provide me solution, i waited upto 29 then called about 3 pm on 29th june to flipkart, they told me that upto evening you will get solution, and after call I opened the application and saw that the date 29th given to me was changed to 2nd july, the solution for which i waited for 4 days they postponed date without thinking, my works are pending due to phone, I am facing daily problems . And flipkart did this. I waited because i thought i will get refund easily and thats why i did not filed complaint at that time, this time they gave me next date 2nd july, but on 30th june without any coversation they have placed update on that issue that the issue is resolved . I again called them and they told me to wait upto 3rd july. this time I was fed up of this, hence i am complaining against them, they have provided me very bad service . im plus member and i got this service. and in mean period they was raising fake issues which did not happen in actual and tried to divert from the main problem, screenshots of which im attaching . ive called them about 60 to 70 times and yet im not upto any solution, 15 days gone is this problem .please help me through this situation, ive purchased this phone after 5 years, and cant use this faulty piece, please help me in getting the solution .
