Hi
I have made the payment of my dues of may month but the payment is not updated in the Flipkart app. I have given all the required documents and screenshot of payment to the Flipkart customer care and Flipkart recovery team yet this issue is not solved. After 30 days still the payment is not updated and I am receiving calls for the same.
I have called the customer care about the issue they said it will be solved within 3 days every time I make call but it is not working.
Now when i am trying to pay my june month dues on Flipkart is giving error something went wrong. And they are applying late fees.
But to the lender IDFC Bank the amount of May month is received
Kindly update the dues or I will file complaint in consumer forum

    I ordered a pendant wirth rs 182 via flipkart on 11th of june.It was to be delivered on 17th of june but it was not shipped, i waited for few days as told by their executives, being frustrated, i canceled my order on 26th of june as it was yet not shipped. But the app is stating it as canceled requested from 10 days and i am not getting my refund. Everyday i call their executives and everytime they give me a new timeline but they aren't resolving my issue . It's been approx a month since i ordered my product.

              I have ordered a combo of Lavie sport duffle bag from @Flipkart for Rs.1979 as it was clearly mentioned in the title and also in picture as a Set of 2 which means 2 bags for the price of 1979 so i thought its a great deal and purchased the item. But when the order delivered was I got only 1 bag [proof = image attached]. So I immediately tried creating return at that time I saw that the quantity was clearly mentioned as 1 in the return creation page (which was not mentioned in the main product page) - [proof = screenshot attached]. Hence contacted the customer support and explained them all the details as mentioned above. They apologized for the inconvenience caused and they said have created a case to the concern team to take return of this 1 item and issue full refund. Its so evident that the seller who is selling this product only has to change the title and images as per the quantity he mentioned in the description to avoid confusions like this. But after the call i got an email from the concerned team asking for my ID proofs like Aadhar/DL/Voter ID [proof = screenshot attached] for so called verification. I do not understand what kind of verification they are referring to? If I had ordered the product, it is me who is returning it. then why verification is needed. Also, if it is needed, I can show it to the delivery person. Why I need to share my whole ID proof with Flipkart? Is it right to capture personal details of customers? wherein government only recently asked the citizens not to share the aadhar card info with anyone and insisted to use masked Aadhar for any purpose.

                    My order number: OD[protected]. I placed Redmi Note 10T 5G(Mint green, 128 GB) on 18th June 2022. I was promised a delivery on June 21st 2022, but until now the delivery hasn't been made. The product came to my nearest hub twice, but still, they didn't even call me for the delivery, and they didn't deliver me the product.

                    I decided to cancel the product and get my refund, as I paid for the mobile through ICICI credit card, and I will have to pay for the bill, irrespective of whether I receive the product. When I click on cancel, flipkart doesn't allow me to cancel. This is pure harrassment from flipkart.

                    Request relevant authorities to either deliver my product or cancel the order and give me the refund. This is very bad from flipkart, and as a Flipkart Plus member, I decided not to use flipkart anymore.

                      They cannot accept my return request and replacement it they can block my account I order two jeans and both of jeans have poor quality of clothes and iPad already the money and I have rights to return or replace this object then why can Flipkart don't accept the policy I want to know that even I can submit my document Aadhar Card and PAN card it they can block me at they cannot reply me on my email address so bad.
                      Try to concern my problem and please resolve it as soon as possible .

                          I have ordered a watch from Flipkart on 4th of July 2022 in sale, Order ID - OD[protected].I made payment for this watch from my Flipkart pay later account, then it was cancelled by seller and now two months are already passed but still they didn't refund on my pay later account and they are adding convenience fee and asking me to pay.i already have called the customer care many times but they gave me dates and told they can't do anything and only can raise complaint noting more then that they can do, now I am frustrated with this.please help me

                                I have ordered a nike lebron shoes size 8 on 25 june 2022, and the package was delivered on 27 june 2022, to my surprise when I have opened my package it had some cheap gold star shoes. I then immediately raised a return request, since then been talking to supervisor after supervisor no I found no resolution...either they disconnect the call or simply say backend team has some issues pls wait 48 hrs...they have been doing this every time I call, I have uploaded all the pictures of those shoes 4 times... but still no resolution

                                  I ordered a Flipkart smartbuy Ares ironing board and i received a defective product on June 14 2022.So i returned the product and i was not happy with the product quality.The pickup was done on June 16 2022.One hour after pickup i got a message from ekart to my mobile that return has been cancelled.They have mentioned it as product mismatched (I returned the original product with original packaging which i received).But they have wrongly updated it.They didn't call or informed me regarding this.They took the product and my return and refund got cancelled and i don't have a product now.So i called Flipkart customer support and registered a complaint on June 16 2022.They told they will resolve the issue by June 21 2022.On June 21 i received a message issue will be resolved by June 22.Again my issue not resolved.Again i called Flipkart customer care they told within 24 to 48 hours.I didn't receive any update.Then on June 25 2022 i dm to Flipkart support social media page.Then next day i received a message that my issue will be resolved by June 30.My issue not resolved.One of the executive called me on June 29 she told within 48 hours i will receive an update.But still i didn't receive any update.Today is July 2 Flipkart has not resolved my issue.I have been waiting for the last 15 days for my refund.I request Flipkart to refund the amount Rs.1613 asap.

                                    Dear Flipkart,

                                    Once we were friends, but now you have decided to block my account for no valid reason.

                                    It is strange that you decided suo moto to block my account which has my funds blocked in the account in a whimsical way. The reason you have given me is that I am returning goods, yes I have returned goods when they are:

                                    1. Old and damaged
                                    2. Not in accordance to what I have ordered
                                    3. Missing items/wrong brands

                                    Do you guys want your customers to accept sub standard or wrong order fulfillment because you no longer value a "Prime" member? I have been a customer of Flipkart for a long time and i have ordered many times which have not been returned because the products were to my satisfaction. If you are hell bent on delivering wrong/sub standard products then I am within my rights, given by you, to return those products.
