My order number: OD[protected]. I placed Redmi Note 10T 5G(Mint green, 128 GB) on 18th June 2022. I was promised a delivery on June 21st 2022, but until now the delivery hasn't been made. The product came to my nearest hub twice, but still, they didn't even call me for the delivery, and they didn't deliver me the product.
I decided to cancel the product and get my refund, as I paid for the mobile through ICICI credit card, and I will have to pay for the bill, irrespective of whether I receive the product. When I click on cancel, flipkart doesn't allow me to cancel. This is pure harrassment from flipkart.
Request relevant authorities to either deliver my product or cancel the order and give me the refund. This is very bad from flipkart, and as a Flipkart Plus member, I decided not to use flipkart anymore.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
