Order of Rs 199 was placed twice using money from my wallet. ( Rs 398 in total)
This order wasn't placed by me. It is completely componies security concern. But flipkart is denying me for refund. Kindly help me to get my money back

      Received SleepyHead matress through Flipkart on July 14th 2022, found it faulty and used like, so initiated return, received return request approved message and return pick up message, courier person picked up return on July 15th, its been 16 days - there is no refund yet. Spoke with customer care 6 times over last week, the only answer they provide is we are looking into it, we will provide resolution in 48 hours - its been two weeks - no change.

          After a long wait escalation team spoke to me sent an email asking bank details where the seller is ready to refund my amount 4589k. After their is no is no respond from there end. So many followups i made tru mail nobody responds. Pls help whether the refund got initiated or not. I am unable to track the status because due to technical issue on the Flipkart order page my return window shows it got closed Sunday July 31st. Pls help me in this issue more Dan 10 days i am goin tru dis. Nobody gives me a proper solution. Pls help

            The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
            Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account. Please contact me [protected]@gmail.com

              I JYOTI SAMNANI. I order the mobile phone POCO M4 Pro last 27/07/2022. And delivery date is 30/07/2022. And exchange with My othe mobile Redmi Note 9. it is a very good condition not any scratches no any problems but Flipkart delivery boy says to me I am delivered the product after 3 - 4 days. Because he says your Redmi Note 9. First I sale the your phone then I given your new phone. But why. I am already paid the full payment to Flipkart but no solution till time. Please see the matter as soon as urgently.

                  Hi sir ..i purchased iPhone 6s refurbished mobile from Flipkart, i used around 4 days, i got so many prblms in that mobile...1.battery draining fast
                  2.no battery backup

                  So I put for replacement, the replacement has scheduled and technician visit had been done, so i was waiting for replacement, but wish master didn't picked the mobile,
                  After I raised again compliment, the now mobile completely dead, second time tech visit done, but still mobile not yet recieved and wish master not picking the mobile and not delivered the replacement mobile .
                  From Flipkart response is not good

                    Hello myself rohan ordered a infinix zero 5g from flipkart on 23/05/2022, with order no od[protected]. The phone is delivered successfully and after some days flipkart cancel that order and cancelled all the freebies with the order. Now i dont have the invoice. I am complaining about this matter for last couple of months but no proper response from flipkart. I also shared the box images with imei number. Please help me asap

                      On 24th July, I Ordered A Zebronics Alex Mouse And I Received It On 29th July But The Problem Is, I Received A Local Mouse Which Is Also Used. So I Did That Any Person Would Do, I RETURNED It. Pickup Boy Came And Said This Mouse Is Used I Can't Take It I Showed Him Unpacking Video (Proof) Of Mouse, But Still He Said Refund Again I Can't Take It And When I Tried To Refund It They Cancelled My Request TWICE, And On Third Attempt They Gave Me 72 Hours Processing Time. I'm Pretty Sure After The Return Period Will Over They Will Going To Ignore My Complaint.

                      Kindly Please Someone Help Me, 99 Rs Is A Low Price For Anyone But I Work Hard To Earn Money So I Respect It.
                      I Also Attached Photo And Have Video As A Proof ( Can't Uploaded Due To Size Issue ). Please Anyone Help Me.

                        I had ordered Nothing phone (1). I created a return request where technician was supposed to visit. The technician never visited and the return was rejected with reason that I didn't pick up the call but I never received any call. And now it only shows replacement option on the website and no refund is available

                            I've purchased a laptop (OD[protected] on 26July 2022 and the delivery date was 31 July 2022. I didnt get the purchase on July 31 even I am not able to track the delivery. Also the tracking facility is very poor
                            I'm not satisfied with the delivery. I ordered the product with my credit card and it has a processing fee and it is not refundable. Otherwise, I 'll sure can this order.

                              Even after multiple calls, Flipkart and Jeeves have failed to install the newly bought TV. Flipkart kept on promising that it will done today. They have conveniently outsourced the installation to Jeeves without taking any responsibility and doesnt even give their contact number of Service engineer number. Its very badly managed. If you are outsourcing something, you should take complete ownership of their mess up as well

                                    I am valuable plus member of flipkart and always purchase from Flipkart. But recently i have purchased a product and disappointed with the service.

                                    I had ordered on 28th July 2022, but till now the order is not shipped yet and the promised delivery date is 2nd of August, 2022.

                                    I got a best deal on my order..and purchased. But why it is not shipped yet. Moreover, i have already raised complaint but not got any response.

                                    Kindly, request you to please ship it soon and deliver it in the timeline else i would go to consumer court regarding this fraud service.

                                      Sir, with due respect my account has been blocked just after it was been hacked by a hacked resulting in a loss of around ₹ 11385 through my Flipkart axis bank credit card. I raised a complaint with my local police but after 10 days they said they cannot do anything as the hacker has encashed the money within 30 min of purchasing google gift card through flipkart. Please arrange reset my account linked to my mobile number and email ID so i can use the same. from now on i will not save any card details in account. Please arrange to unblock my account please.
