I was ordering a realme 5 on flipkart big billion sale. My money of 9000 rs. Was deducted but order was not placed. Kindly look into the matter. Its a matter of worry as i tried to contact them frequently. But to no response. No calls have been answered. I am very unsure about my money being refunded. Kindly refund my money or confirm my order. It's really pathetic....

Flipkart doesn’t recognise my phone’s imei number when i enter the same for exchange. It shows error: ‘entered imei number did not match with selected brand and model’.
I had purchased the same phone from flipkart itself and it doesn’t recognise now!! I’ve checked online for my phone’s authenticity using imei number and it appears clean. I don’t see any other reason why it is not recognising. Please check and let me...

I m supriya. I got stucked in a fraud of fake website i. E flipkart lite explore plus. While i m using my phone i got one pop up and and i clicked on that website. Where is shows some offers like redmi note pro mobile which costs 17000 in market but their offer says the price of redmi note 7 pro for rs.2021.

On 14.08.2019, i was purchases the Vivo Z1pro from flipkart website with two offers.
With these offers i have to pay Rs 14437 and same digit invoice detail also generated .
Now i am paying extra amount Rs14990 vs Rs 14437 . When i complaint to Flipkart customer care they have no answer for the same .I have attach my invoice detail for your reference.

I only use one number so can't change it.

I had ordered a macbook air 2019 on 28/9/2019 from the said seller on flipkart. The serial number mentioned on the invoice and the product which was delivered on 30/8/19 is totally different.in fact, the serial number of the product as mentioned on the invoice is totally fake and it doesn't exist. I ordered realme 5 pro on 4th sep, and it was supposed to be delivered on 5th sep which not yet delivered till 7th sep, although it reached to nearest hub station on 5th sep. Flipkart is clueless about the product where it is and denied to share any details of seller / courier service.

I have raised concern to flipkart but flipkart is not ready to share any details of seller /courier....

But when i try to save it, i am getting an invalid error, saying identifier is already in use. But i never registered my mobile number in flipkart as this is the first time i am registering on flipkart....

I ordered macbook which was 1500 inr more then tatacliq and as it was showing will be delivered by next day 11am so i ordered it anyway as it was needed asap. So now after three day it is showing that the delivery boy is out for order and when i reached him, he tells me i will first go to other station then at 5 pm I’ll be reaching here. Will never order again from flipkart and put all this on various social media so that it teaches them...
