Delivery delay and no status update

I was supposed to receive to product on 10th Oct 2023 but not yet received the product and there is no change in status even after complaining. The status says in transit from past 3 days for 49 kms. Even after collecting additional Rs 500 for priority service forget about priority service I am not even getting normal service. Tracking number FMPP[protected]...

I ordered an item from flipkart on 7th Oct morning and it supposed to be received same day or one day but today is 12th Oct and still am chasing the same to receive my item.

TV not installed after many days of delivery

thats order ID of VU gloled 50 inch TV which is scheduled to installation on 9th october 2023 but its today 12 th october the TV dint install, when checked its showing that installtion has been cancelled.this is totally negligience from flipkart and their partner jeeves consumer service as it useless to buy anything from flipkart as u will be in trouble.

waste service and waste partner for...

VU gloled tv 50 inch product not installed

Product deivered on 8th october and installation scheduled on 9th 0ct but still its 12 october the product still not installed.waste service from flipkart and their partner jeeves consumers service
and now on 12 october its showing installation cancelled.
who is responsible for this now
if they deliver tv and installation not done then whats the use of TV.

Item waiting to be picked up by courier partner.

I place order for apple watch series 8 in sale on 7th oct at 12:17 AM.
it should be picked up by the courier by 7th Oct by 6:18 AM, As per mentioned on the orders page.

Its been 4 days and there is no update on the order and Today (12th oct) is the delivery date of the same order and still the order is showing to be picked by the courier.

Betrayal

I've purchased poco ft mobile on 7th October and it's delivery date is 10th, it has reached to my nearest area hub on 9th but they failed to deliver on time and I contacted flipkart support team and they promised me to deliver that product on 12th and again they failed. They didn't even tried to deliver the product both times.

I had ordered a laptop through pay later emi option through Flipkart. I don't know why they cancelled my order after my amount debited. They refunded the amount but why did they cancelled my order?? Then I had tried to order a same product again but the pay later option was unavailable after that issue. I don't know why its happened. I called 50+ calls to Flipkart customer support but they don't know to how to resolve the issue they simply...

Item refund and EMI processing issue

Adding to my previous concerns, the EMI of the returned product has been processed and a processing fee of Rs-99 has also been charged to my credit card linked bank account. I WILL not pay another single dime for this fraud and legal actions should be followed if necessary against the FLIPKART company if the whole amount is not refunded to my bank account....

Mishandling and nonchalant attitude of customer care regarding order -OD329355150634920100

This is to inform you that I ordered a laptop from Flipkart with an exchange offer on October 7th. The price I paid for this product is 36921 rupees. First of all the delivery was delayed citing huge delivery pressure as a reason. However, I received a call from the delivery guy today and after inspection, he told me that he was going to send the details of my old product (Dell Inspiron) which was supposed to be exchanged with this HP Pavillion...

Firstly They show They will delivered it on Monday
Then I got message delivery delayed and it will deliver on 10 October.

Unprofessional Delivery team.

I placed an order on 7th Oct and while placing the order it showed the product will be delivered in one day, but still, it is not delivered after 4 days also. Ekart Tracking # FMPP[protected]. I checked with a nearby hub but they are not properly responding. It is very unprofessional....

Account locked in flipkart

I have ordered grocery multiple times from Flipkart. Whenever I get damaged products or few times the product is missed by delivery person. I call and raise the issue.

The delivery agents tell to call to customer care, but now they have blocked my account saying I have" unusually high return".

Mostly the delivery agents don't count the grocery or they deliver broken things. Just for raising this issue they blocked...

Flipkart Order not being delivered from nearest hub

This is regarding my flipkart Order ID-OD[protected]Apple Iphone 14) with tracking ID FMPP[protected].

My order reached the nearest hub - sahibabad on 7th Oct'23 and it was out for delivery twice (7th and 8th Oct). On both days it went undelivered due to operational issues at Ekart's end. My flipkart order is out of delivery since yesterday (i.e. 10-oct-2023) and I don't have any update from delivery agent and also I don't have any contact details of the delivery person....

I purchased a motorola washing machine and after 6 weeks the gasket was damaged. I have been trying to avail of a repair service for 5 weeks. I have emailed and messaged and called Flipkart, moto support @Flipkart and Motorola. No one is taking responsibility and just issuing empty promises. A complaint is registered, messages sent to say i will be contacted by a technician then I receive a message within hours stating the complaint is resolved...
