I have bought one sketchers women sandel which turned out to be of poor quality after 20 days o[censored]sage. As far as I know these brands doesn't make cheap quality product. On contacting customer care of Flipkart they are not giving proper response. They do open the case and without my information close it. They are not answering the phone call and avoiding it intentionally. Please help.

    I am already filed a complaint on 07/3/2024 but no solution is till date, so, i again filed the complaint about the product. I placed a order of Samsung 7 kg 5 star, Ecobubble Digital Inverter, Fully Autimatic Top Load Washing Machine Grey your online portal (FLIPKART) account no [protected] on 28/02/2024.At first time we receive a scratch product I was returned the same. On 03/03/2024 we received again the same product....

    I ordered skechers UK Size shoes worth 2999. The product that was delivered to me were two right foot shoes, one right foot shoe o[censored]K size 2 and one right foot shoe o[censored]K size 3. I received a wrong delivery and want to return the shoes.

    I received the delivery yesterday and reached out to the customer support team 4 times so far and have not received any resolution on this.

    I paid a high amount for these shoes, and would like to return them since I received the wrong order.

      Respected Sir/Ma'am,

      My name is Kanubhai. I purchased an online washing machine through Flipkart; my order ID is OD[protected]. Invoice Date:[protected]. A person came home for the installation and gave us a demo. Before leaving our home, he told me that the machine would turn off automatically, and then I would have to switch off the power supply, but in running condition, the machine was sparked, blasted and smelled like electric components burning. So, I immediately informed the person who started the machine the first time and gave us a demo. He came and took pictures of my washing machine and told me to call Flipkart customer service about the issue. I called the agent, but the agent started arguing with me instead of giving me a solution and behaved badly with me.

      Complaint for Flipkart:

      1) My product sparked and exploded during the first day of the demo. The customer officer didn't give me a satisfactory answer, so I emailed Flipkart about this, but why haven't they replied to me?

      2) Flipkart gave me a promise that they would do my installation and
      demo on that date: 14/FEB/2024. They didn't do a demo on the
      above-mentioned date. Without installation done, I received a message
      that my installation was done. That is why I continuously called the
      installation person, and he gave again and again new dates and times,
      never fulfilling his promise. Eventually, he came on this date:
      19/02/2024.

      3) The Flipkart customer service officer told me that I had to contact the seller. But I don't know the seller. I only know that I ordered it from Flipkart. I purchased a product from Flipkart, so it's their responsibility to give a satisfactory answer to their customer. Customers don't know the seller; they only know Flipkart because they pay them.

      4) Please return your damaged product that you sell and give me a refund. I tried to contact flipkart and mailed many times but no one gave me a satisfactory answer.

      Questions for the IFB Company:

      1) Why do you manufacture products that spark and explode the first day during the demo? The sparks and blast noise were very high, as you can imagine from the attached picture below. Fortunately, it is good for me that no family member stood near the washing machine at that time; otherwise, it may have injured my family members or they may have lost their lives.

      2) I registered a complaint with NCH, and my grievance number is this: 5517478. complaint Remarks that the technician had visited our house and resolved the issue, and I am satisfied, but reality is that no one has visited our home. How can you solve problems without visiting home?

      I tagged here Flipkart and IFB Company. Please give me a satisfactory answer or stop telling lies; otherwise, I have to take help from the consumer court.

      Please give me a satisfactory answer as soon as possible before the return date.

        I am not able to change my account linked mobile number in flipkart. when I am able to login with my registered email Id using OTP, I am not able to change the registered mobile number. I do not have access to mobile number which I changed in 2016 and years after I logged in flipkart and added gift voucher. I was not stopped while adding gift voucher, However when I am using it I am asked for OTP to which I am not able to access.

        Kindly provide me an alternate options to resolve the same.

          I purchased many grocery items from them as I do every month. However this month when I ordered I added an extra item which is Gobindo bhog rice which was promised for donation. Of course, when I received the item I sent the sealed rice bag to the concerned place because that's what people do they don't just break the seal and then send. When the concerned place opened the package they saw the bag is full of white worms which was very unhygienic to make children eat. So they obviously called us and mentioned the same. I informed Flipkart immediately but I am still waiting for them to reply and it's been 11 days. Social media team says they raised complaint and mentioned everything yet I keep on receiving emails and messages asking to upload images to avoid cancellation of the request. How do you expect me to upload when it's donated? How rubbish the service is when social media team just keep on giving false promises

            This is to inform you that I have ordered 8 items from Flipkart Grocery on 4th March 2024 (order ID OD[protected]. But unfortunately they still did not deliver my order. It was supposed to be delivered on 6th March. Now they are not cancelling my order neither delivering it. Please take necessary actions.

              Order cancelled twice after every 4 days wait

              Flipkart becoming worst worst service ever day by day. Trust me even after multiple follow ups calling Flipkart customer care they will simply say “product will reach you soon” once it’s cancelled by them with out customer also knowing they will say “sorry for inconvenience, please place the order again you won’t face such issue again”
              It’s canceled by seller not by Flipkart, status is clearly...

So, the product was delivered in working day my oldest mother was living there. She cannot see the damange in back side of washing machine.
              I call and request to solve my probem with in a time which r given your customer hepdesk before 6th march 2024 but on 03/03/2024 I received your mail for change my word and block my account. This is not a good manner for yours.
              So, I request you please solve my problem and unblock my flipkart account. This is a huge amount product so please don’t forced me to take a legal action.

                  I am unable to access Flipkart pay later service since I am unable to add my phone number to my account. it shows that the user is already registered when I try to add the number. I had an old account on same platform which I am no more using because the mail id was compromised. I have deactivated the same and started this new account. How can I add my phone number to this new account, so that I can avail all the services.

                      We placed order for Kenstar 90l dessert air cooler on 27th February and product delivered on next day 28th Feb.
                      Without OTP the delivery persons refused to open the box and after providing we checked the product castor wheels are missing and immediately responded about that and asked to return .

                      the customer service raised the request to replace and given time till 4th March, since then they continously called us to mail the product images, Aadhad id, PAN card, we provided everything but on 3rd March received message return request rejected, Reason: box opened

                      the delivery persons only opened the box and showed everything, we raised the issue and without opening the box how come we know what is inside.
                      we called them again, they raised the request and given time till 7th March, not respnding to our emails nothing, simply they are saying box opened,
                      we are requesting them instead of return or replacement provide the wheels or refund the wheels amount but no response,
                      Dont know what to do, hope you will provide some solution to our problem.

                            I am a loyal customer of flipkart for the past few years, i was provided with flipkart paylater services, it made things easy for me, i became a frequent user of this service, i would pay all my emi's on time, i have never missed a single payment deadline, despite all this my paylater account is blocked for no apparent reason, i called flipkart customer care, to my dismay they gave no specific answer as to why my paylater account is blocked, they told me to contact idfc bank, so i called idfc bank about my ordeal, they told me that my account is permanently blocked, and no reason given, infact the customer care of iidfc told i have a very good record of repayment, but they could not provide answers to why paylater is blocked.
                            I am very disappointed into this very unethical and unprofessional behavior of flipkart. I hope to get satisfactory answer to my complain from flipkart.

                              I brought Hisense 55 inch Tv from flipcart and they delivered the item on 26th February as agreed . Actual installation date was 28th feb. Today is 4th march so far no action taken and today is tha last day gor return . They already took my old TV as replacement. My grand father is sick and rest he don't have any other entertainment. Also my father waiting for the installing personnel last 3 days by cancelling or other commitments. When I raise a ticket in Flipkart they said they will sort it at the earliest . This delay causing us money loss and a stress full time for grandfather.
