Unacceptable Customer Service and Frustrating Experience - Order ID OD[protected] and OD[protected]

Dear Flipkart Customer Service,

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction and frustration with the level of customer service I have received regarding my recent orders with Flipkart.

On 15th February, I placed an order for an AC with the order ID OD[protected]. Subsequently, I noticed a price reduction and promptly placed another order with the ID OD[protected]. I attempted to cancel the initial order within the 24-hour window, but encountered a persistent technical issue preventing cancellation.

I immediately contacted your customer care, and I was informed that there was an ongoing technical problem preventing cancellations. Despite multiple attempts, I was unable to cancel the order, and the representatives I spoke to were unable to provide any concrete solution, citing the same technical issue repeatedly.

On Sunday, 18th February, the delivery agent contacted me, but he could not cancel the order and advised me to contact Flipkart directly. This ongoing issue has caused me significant frustration and wasted hours of my time, as every executive I spoke to provided the same excuse without offering a resolution.

In a particular instance, on 18th February, I spoke with an executive named Himanshu, who assured me that a supervisor would contact me within four hours. Unfortunately, this promise was not fulfilled, and subsequent conversations with other representatives revealed that there is no mechanism in place to schedule calls with supervisors. This misinformation only added to my frustration.

Today, on 19th February, I spoke with a senior executive named Mithilesh, who displayed a complete lack of professionalism and provided unacceptable suggestions such as keeping both ACs and putting one in another room. This kind of response is not only illogical but also reflects poorly on Flipkart's customer service standards.

I have been a loyal customer of Flipkart for several years, making substantial purchases for both personal and office use. However, the deteriorating quality of customer service is alarming. It is disheartening to experience such unprofessional behavior from your representatives and the lack of a timely resolution to a technical issue.

I implore Flipkart to take immediate action to rectify this situation, cancel the initial order, and process a refund promptly. The mental harassment and frustration caused by this ordeal are unacceptable, and it reflects poorly on Flipkart's reputation.

I trust that this matter will be addressed urgently and appropriately. I hope to receive a call from a sensible and technically competent representative within the next day. If this issue persists without resolution, I will be left with no choice but to consult with my legal team to seek further assistance.

Your prompt attention to this matter is highly appreciated.

    Hello, i ordered the smartphone Motorola edge 40 on the 16th Feb and the live tracker is stuck on 17th Feb and today is 19th Feb still there is no any update about my smartphone order please help me to find my order and give me updates and refresh the live tracking.

      Flipkart delivered me a broken TV through open box delivery, the TV looks fine from outside but found broken after tuning it on. The delivery guy showed me the TV and it is fine from outside and when i told him to show me by turning on he said installation guy will do that, Now when installation guy came and we turned on TV we found it was damaged.
      Company denied the return/replacement saying it is my fault for not checking but they mentioned that we have to turn on a huge 55 TV and check during delivery, shouldn't company make sure such things during delivery instead o[censored]s customes.

      After posting my issue on Twitter the flipkart social support team called and initiated the return and finally i got my payment today after collecting the item.

        I also lost 78000 in online investment mall I was so tired of trying to recover but one agent helped to recover it he didn't take any advance before recovery after recovery he tool his fees don't pay anything before recovery to anyone if you want to recover your lost money then you can contact (@User12214)him in telegram

            I Ordered a pair of shoes from Flipkart. Paid using UPI 483rs. Money got deducted but order not confirmed. But when I called the customer care they said money will be refunded within 3 days but still money is not refunded.

              Dear team,
              I have ordered one men jacket "SPOOK Full Sleeve Striped Men Jacket" red and navy blue on 12th Feb"24 and as per confirmation by Flipkart same will deliver by 17th February but jacket has been delivered on 18th February however when I opened the packet I noticed that wrong product delivered by Flipkart, I have received black normal jacket. Refer attachment for your reference. I'm really very dissatisfied with service.id-OD[protected]

              After multiple reminders product was not replaced on 22nd of February, I have received today the replacement product but again I have received same wrong product, refer attached pictures for your reference
              Still issue not resolved, get notification that will replacement will be on 25th February but I have purchased the same for give someone as gift on 22nd Feb ( family function)

                    Hi Team,

                    Recently i have purchased milton aura 1000 from the flipkart and i have received product on 10 feb 2024 i have paid amount 927 INR and i have received defect item i have returned that item then i have received replacement item on 13 feb 2024 with COD(Cash on Delivery) i have aksed him why i should pay again, he stated like it came on COD. i sent him back and i have took his number and i have called customer care and i told the same issue they suggested me to pay and take the order.based on his words i have taken the order. but till now no one responding from flipkart and ekart side.i have called multiple times to flipkart and ekart.ekart asked me to share bankstatments and Screenshots i share them after that minute onwards they are not picking my calls.even i have shared with flipkart guys but no response, they are raising ticket andthey gave time frame same day they updated as resolved without reaching me.Kindly helpme out with the payment.

                      I got broken tv and Flipkart agent who came to installation placed a replacement request, that product is not shipped then till now
                      Flipkart is not helping in any way
                      After few days I will complain in consumer forum

                            My account has been blocked for unknown reasons, and am not able to do any purchases. I am trying to reactivate it but it's of no use...I want you to resolve this issue of mine as soon as possible because I have been such an avid customer of flipkart and still this happened. They literally blocked my account for what reasons God knows.

                              I have placed order of laptop on 10th February 2024. As per flipkart it was expected to deliver by 13th February 2024.
                              Due to negligence of staff the product has reached Gulbarga which is 400km from given address. I got call from Gulbarga ekart agent, asked my place name I told Dandeli. He told we cannot deliver it has reached Gulbarga. He asked my number I mentioned my number. After he asked OTP I denied it and told first deliver it later I will share OTP with you. He started to tell cancel order I said no. He disconnected call. Flipkart services are fraud unprofessional.
                              Now my product delivery is delayed by 3 days which is 16th February 2024.
                              I was expecting early delivery. Again ithe item is shipped to Gulbarga again.
                              It's difficult to trust Flipkart services
                              I cannot cancel the order because offer which I got at the time order is no more available.
                              There no proper support from Flipkart for the order. I have paid complete amount of product before it's delivery.

                                I have ordered urban denim cargo pant but i received another jeans of same brand with no tag after process of return the delivery come for pickup but pickup boy denied to return due to no tag of company i talked to customer care they initiate return two times but pickup boy denied twice for reason of brand tag but the product doesnt have any brand tag kindly give attention on my order id i am suffering a lot due to your return policy

                                But yesterday i got a msg of pickup but wishwaster didint call me and in evening my return request cancellled and all the customer care of flipkart told me only one thing we are looking into matter but no one taking action my problem
                                i ordered lots of product on flipkart but i am loosing my faith on flipkart and they only do fake promise of hasle free return but i[censored] get wrong product then u get no support from flipkart u receive only fake promise on behalf of flipkart and my order id is = OD[protected]

                                    When reached to Flipkart customer care to get the Invoice copy of an electronic appliance purchased on flipkart he said that my account had been blocked due to more number of returns in flipkart grocery. How can I get the copy of invoice to claim warranty of a product If my account is blocked. Flipkart is behaving really Unethical to consumers.
