I have created flipkart account two years back with a mobile number 709533xxxx. Few months ago i lost my mobile phone and the number.

The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable...

Lucky draw contest is fake. They take money for many reasons and they did not give any prize as they tell. They give their id card, for trust earning. Flipkart knows everything but the company didn't take necessary actions. But one thing is that how the fake caller knows the customer information, what the customer buys... I am not able to update my email account in my flipkart profile. The previous email adress which is registered is wrong and i have no access to it.
While updating the email account it requires otp from new email and otp from old email account and the password but as i have no excess to my old email i account i cannot enter otp.
I have been trying from a no. Of days and i have contaced customer care also but they knew nothing...

Sir i want to login my account but i can't. It shows login unsuccessful please try a minute. And i select a forget password enter otp and new password is shows unable to update your password.

I myself order samsung level 4u bluetooth to uttarpradesh to mr. Sudhakar pathak bt your representative not even delivered the material and ask for money which is debited verification he took the details and debited my money in his account. The laptop i purchased had a warranty of only 306 days while its supposed to be 365 days. It had warranty already already registered before the purchase which is on august while i purchased the laptop on october. Which means laptop was already sold and used in august and sold to me later on.
