The seller give a damage product to the customer and after I complaint too many times by the Flipkart the seller not replace the product till yet and the seller misguide to the customer. I will file a police case against seller and Flipkart.so as soon possible replace the product otherwise I will file a case against seller...

I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning issue with the recent delivery of Order #OD[protected]. I have attached all the required images depicting the packaging and product condition upon receipt.

Regrettably, I received a used product, as evident in the attached images. The product has clearly been delivered to someone else before me, as indicated by the visible name, address, and returning address. Both the packaging and the product itself have sustained damage during transit.

Furthermore, I did not receive the invoice and manual for the product. The box in which the product arrived is old and belonged to someone else before it reached me. It appears that I have been sent a previously returned product.

In light of these issues, I kindly request an immediate replacement for the product. I understand that such situations can occur inadvertently, and I trust that Flipkart's customer service will promptly address and rectify this matter.

I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to receiving a resolution soon. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

    My Flipkart account is blocked, and my Flipkart pay later payment on duo date but my Flipkart account is blocked, so I haven't my Flipkart pay later payment.

        Recently I have purchased Firebolt Smart Watch in Flipkart website
        Within in a day I'm facing battery backup issues,
        I gave the watch to Vishwin Solutions (Ambattur, TN) Service center on December 28, 2023, but have yet to receive a replacement from the brand.
        Today As spoke with your customer service professional, they indicated it was the billing process.

            I have ordered an iPhone on 24th January. The delivery was promised for 2nd February. It did not reach me. The shipment reached the nearest hub at 2pm on 3rd February and showed delivery for 4th February. The hub is about 5 or 7 km from my office, where the delivery is to be made. On 4th the delivery did not reach. On contacting and complaining in various different ways, I was assured delivery by 5th February 6 pm. That too did not happen. At 6 pm I was told it would surely happen by 8 pm. I did not receive any response from flipkart. When I called them at about 9:15 pm, after long hold and deliberation I am now told that it would happen by 9th February. No reason was assigned for the delay, no written confirmation. All this communication is with the customer care. They do not allow me to talk to senior officials nor give me a proper satisfactory response. The same product is avaiblenon their site at 2 days delivery. Why are they delaying my product. Please help me resolve this issue. Order ID OD[protected].

                Order was placed on 24th January 2024, delivery promised on 2 February 2024, delayed to 4 February 2024 again delayed further with no committent but to resolve by 5 February (vague). The order is for a very common item iphone 15 which is easily available. Order no. OD[protected].
                I want the exact reason for the delay and an adequate compensation.

                    I bought one product from Flipkart in No Cost EMI scheme, but on that product they are taking interest and if we asked them they said go to bank and talk to them. This is disgusting, and also said it affect on your profile as well

                      Hello,
                      With due respect I want to tell you that I ordered a mixer grinder of "Flipkart Smartbuy Classico Powerchef 500W" and it got delivered on 11 January 2024. But due to some reason it was found to be defected along with that, the tax invoice which is present on the delivery box it was of different company not of Flipkart Smartbuy. So, I thought to replace it on 14 January 2024. But the return request was cancelled by Flipkart and from the seller end. I tried to return it again and again but nothing happened they continued to cancel my return request.
                      Kindly, I request you to take strict action against them so that no one can face these type of issues anymore.

                            Got this product in a defective condition and no replacement/return from Flipkart as well as Realme service center, they say since it was open box delivery, the earbuds should be fine and we cannot replace/return this product and my money will not be refunded. I cannot even raise a complaint on Flipkart regarding this issue,

                            date of delivery - 22/01/24.

                            the left side of the earbuds does not work. I have been trying to call Flipkart for this issue but I think they are just delaying and will not resolve this issue, Why I think this way is because when I called Flipkart they assured me they would help and arrange a call from a higher team and when I get a call after few days, I don't understand why but my voice echos and their voice repeats it happens again and again, recently I didn't even get any calls from Flipkart but they emailed me saying we tried calling but could reach you.
                            Sir/Ma'am Please help me return/replace this product, I don't want to waste my hard-earned money on a defective product. This is the first time I bought expensive earbuds and this happened.
                            I wasted countless hours calling Flipkart and visiting the Realme service center which is far away from my home.

                                    I had ordered infinix zero 30 5g phone on 25 Jan 2024 and delivery date given was 27 Jan 2024 but it didn't get delivered neither there delivery agent connect with me and when I called Flipkart executive they didn't give me reasonable information so I cancelled my product on Eve of 28 Jan 2024 still didn't receive my refund from the seller and Flipkart. I hope this should resolve as soon as possible.
