Flipkart account is operated by someone else

Hello Team, I lost my number associated with flipkart few years ago. Since then I have not been using the account linked to my email id: [protected]@gmail.com. Since last 2 years someone is using my account with my previous number. I can get all the updates for this account but unfortunately I cannot deactivate this account, for deactivating it send OTP to my old number. I cannot even change the number because it sends OTP to the old number...

I have placed an order in Flipkart and I did online payment and the money has been deducted from my account but Flipkart is denying that the money has not been reach to their account however I have deduction ID and debited sms..they are denying to refund my money

    I have ordered urban denim cargo pant but i received another jeans of same brand with no tag after process of return the delivery come for pickup but pickup boy denied to return due to no tag of company i talked to customer care they initiate return two times but pickup boy denied twice for reason of brand tag but the product doesnt have any brand tag kindly give attention on my order id i am suffering a lot due to your return policy

      Dear team

      I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction and demand immediate resolution regarding a recent order placed on the Flipkart platform. On [[protected]], I placed an order for the [Nike Asuna 2], eagerly awaiting its arrival. However, I was shocked to receive a notification stating that the seller had unilaterally canceled my order without my consent. This unilateral action not only breaches the trust I placed in Flipkart but also constitutes a violation of consumer rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

      Furthermore, upon further investigation, I discovered that the very same product I ordered is still actively listed on the Flipkart platform, albeit at a significantly higher price. This apparent price manipulation raises serious concerns regarding unfair trade practices, as outlined in Section 2(21) of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, which defines unfair trade practices as any deceptive act or practice affecting consumer decisions.

      Moreover, Section 2(47)(z) of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, defines a "trader" as any person who sells or distributes goods through any method of retail or wholesale, which includes online platforms like Flipkart. By allowing such opportunistic price manipulation to occur on its platform, Flipkart may be considered complicit in unfair trade practices, as it fails to fulfill its obligations as a service provider, as outlined in Section 2(47)(x) of the same Act.

      The urgency of this matter is compounded by my immediate need for this product, for Flipkart's actions have caused me immense inconvenience and disappointment, and I question whether this is how loyal customers are treated.

        Hi team,

        This is bhavna writing here. I ordered royal view top pant co-ord set on saturday 3rd feb 2024. I received the order on 6th feb. I tried but the dress was not looking good suit on me so i raised the return request 1days after the delivery. On friday one delivery executive came for pickup but unfortunately my baby didnt gave and i asked the executive to cancel the return request after which i raised the return request again and one of the delivery exceutive on saturday i. E. 10th feb came to pickup the parcel. The parcel was picked up by us and till date no return has been issued and moreover 2 delivery executive came for same product pickup after that.

        Kindly look into the matter and give me my refund back. I dont know the order has been taken where by the executive and my return request is applicable till 16th feb only.

        I was called up by Ms Tabbusam from Flipkart who helped me genuinely with patience . The seller also agreed to refund the amount via gift card on flipkart. Thankyou !!

        My complaint is resolved by the flipkart executive Ms. Tabbusam ... she was in touch with me during this tough period. I have been provided with the gift card of the similar amount i spended on purchasing the product. And the seller was also genuine who agreed to the T&C .
        Hi i am receiving call from a number [protected] who is MR. Pramod from flipkart consumer asking my account details for refund.
        If refund has to be initiated then do it on the original payment mode as always the flipkart does.
        After waiting for a day more yesterday evening i received a call again from number +[protected] where female flipkart executive had a word with me saying that logistics department is saying that order has not been received . And its consumer fault as i have not returned the parcel . If i did not wanted to return then why would i have initated the return pickup request.
        Its an online scam role played by the executives . They knew the conditions and took advantage . It fairly means that this practice is running not with me but many of them might be the survivors .

                I have placed return request in Flipkart on Feb 6. And I was waiting at residence for delivery partner to come and pickup the parcel. Disappointingly, no one came from Ekart to pickup the parcel. Nor called me neither answered my calls. The return request was getting postponed for consequent days.                     I ordered Motorola g32 with exchange of my old mobile. Delivery boy came, checked thoroughly the condition of old phone, approved for exchange then said he can't deliver my order as he has done some mistake in exchange criteria and refused to give me my order. When I plead to contact customer care so that I can get it by today he rudely behaved with me at the extent of violent physical contact and denied. I was assured to have my order by today, and I believe you guys can help me out. I can't suffer because of fault from delivery boy

                            The seller give a damage product to the customer and after I complaint too many times by the Flipkart the seller not replace the product till yet and the seller misguide to the customer. I will file a police case against seller and Flipkart.so as soon possible replace the product otherwise I will file a case against seller...

                            I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning issue with the recent delivery of Order #OD[protected]. I have attached all the required images depicting the packaging and product condition upon receipt.

                            Regrettably, I received a used product, as evident in the attached images. The product has clearly been delivered to someone else before me, as indicated by the visible name, address, and returning address. Both the packaging and the product itself have sustained damage during transit.

                            Furthermore, I did not receive the invoice and manual for the product. The box in which the product arrived is old and belonged to someone else before it reached me. It appears that I have been sent a previously returned product.

                            In light of these issues, I kindly request an immediate replacement for the product. I understand that such situations can occur inadvertently, and I trust that Flipkart's customer service will promptly address and rectify this matter.

                            I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to receiving a resolution soon. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

                                      I have ordered an iPhone on 24th January. The delivery was promised for 2nd February. It did not reach me. The shipment reached the nearest hub at 2pm on 3rd February and showed delivery for 4th February. The hub is about 5 or 7 km from my office, where the delivery is to be made. On 4th the delivery did not reach. On contacting and complaining in various different ways, I was assured delivery by 5th February 6 pm. That too did not happen. At 6 pm I was told it would surely happen by 8 pm. I did not receive any response from flipkart. When I called them at about 9:15 pm, after long hold and deliberation I am now told that it would happen by 9th February. No reason was assigned for the delay, no written confirmation. All this communication is with the customer care. They do not allow me to talk to senior officials nor give me a proper satisfactory response. The same product is avaiblenon their site at 2 days delivery. Why are they delaying my product. Please help me resolve this issue. Order ID OD[protected].
