I purchased Boat AirPods from Flipkart along with an extended warranty. When I declined the extended warranty, I contacted Flipkart on December 11th to register my complaint. They assured me that they would address the issue. Around December 25th or 26th, I received a call offering the option of a replacement or a refund for my product. Opting for a refund, I was informed that an executive would be sent to pick up the AirPods, and the amount would be reversed after verifying my address. However, after waiting for 2-3 days, I contacted customer care again, only to be told that they had no record of my complaint being unresolved and denied any knowledge of the refund process.

    The scheduled delivery date was 29 Dec 23 11PM.
    On the promised date at 11PM, the delivery date was changed from 29 to 30 Dec 23.
    Now on 30 Dec 11 PM, i have not yet received my order nor I am able to track the order.
    Customer service Rep is not giving satisfactory information and i feel they are passing the time till the matter dies its own death.
    As a consumer i am feeling as most ignored entity.

      I ordered a washing machine on 5th December and I received it on 12th December, it was canceled due to product damage and I made online payment of 9000 thousand and I was told that I will get the refund within 24 hours but today is 30th December. Yes, no refund has been received till now, it is such a bad service that people of Flipkart have not been able to get refund till now.
      And I have called so many times to the customer service, I have been facing problems, I have been calling again and again, one thing has been said, I will get a refund, but today is 30th December, no refund has come.

        I am a regular customer of Flipkart and have been using pin code 786001 for my orders for the past few years. However, I recently encountered an issue where almost 80% of the items from various sellers are marked as "Not Deliverable" or "Currently out of stock" specifically for pin code 786001.

        What perplexes me is that when I check the availability of the same products in pin code 781001, which is also in Assam, all items...

          Hello,

          I am a valuable Flipkart Plus customer since years. I shopped many products
          on Flipkart. I am very well aware of Flipkart policy. I ordered products in medium quantities for me and my family and friends.
          Because of that Flipkart system have detected higher number of order generated in my Flipkart account, that's why they blocked my account by mentioning RESELLING, my account is in blocked phase more than 2years that time when i contacted to the customer service of Flipkart they assured me that after some days or month it will unblock automatically but unfortunately it didn't happen yet. now i request that please unblock my Flipkart account, so that I can resume shopping on Flipkart. I also want to tell that this account is very much needful for me, i have thousand super coins balance in my Flipkart account. So again
          request you that please unblock my Flipkart account.

            I have ordered graphics card online from Flipkart and it was there written that it would be a one day delivery but then when I ordered it on 26th 8 PM

            I ordered this thing and it was packed it was scan it was dispatched shipped on that day but since 27th 28 and today's 29th I don't have any update and it says the shipment is stuck at motherhub_Delhi JHAJHAR and this is I am quite worried about this .
            Still havent received my order and customer care is saying they will be dispatched and delivered by one more business day so I am really worried about this

                Date of incident - 26/12/2023
                I am filing this complaint due to the inconvenience caused to me from a recent order.
                On 26th of December as I was leisurely scrolling through my Instagram stories, I saw an advertisement with the header of Flipkart on it. It displayed the offer for buying an iphone 14 for rupees 491. I ordered the product and did not receive a confirmation and did not even get the order details about the order.
                I expect a confirmation on the order or a refund the payment.

                    when mrp printed as rs.139/70 then it comes -- rs.460/- (for 200g)
                    at local shop it costs -- rs. 139/70
                    less 20% rs 27/94
                    price rs. 111.76/- per 100gm.
                    But it costs as 190/- per 100gms. I.E rs.78/-- charges extra per grams.
                    Why this malpractice is going on . Please verify and arrange tp refund the amount charged in excess at an early date.

                          On 22nd december i have ordered a product mamaearth rosemery hair oil worth Rs.311.And I choose UPI as payment method and when I opened Google pay for payment there is request from Flipkart Internet PVT Ltd.And I made payment, and my product has not been confirmed yet. Means they didn't receive payment.
                          My transaction was successful, and product was not confirmed then I crosscheck with other product payment page, it was different.
                          And my amount was debited and credited to merchant.Please resolve this issue and refund my money as soon as possible.

                            I exchanged a sweater and they gave me a different sweater. On the app it was stated that exchange completed but when I click on it, it says pickup pending. Now I can't return or replace this wrong sweater. I contacted them and gave them all the proofs but still they are not refunding me! The delivery guy even ask me for OTP at the time of exchange.

                              I ordered a dress from Flipkart that was delivered on December 20, 2023, and wanted to return it for a size-fit issue. I was told that the style code was incorrect; later, I was compliant and did everything they said. However, it's been 10 days, and I have yet to receive a resolution. They are rejecting my return request without giving a reason. I have been following up for a week, yet their response has been close to none. Honestly, this is not the first time they have tried to do something like this; either they need to update their website or have stringent checks. Ideally I would like to have it returned completely because I do not want to deal with this issue again.

                                I have ordered a set of 3 trolley bags with order ID OD[protected]. Unfortunately, there only comes 2 quantities. I tried some chat on flipkart app also but comes no result. So then finally I put a return request, and I was requested some images of the product which I sent and after some time, my account is blocked.
                                I neither got the refund and return of that product and also i had order other products which are in shipping or what i dont know, as i cannot see them also.

                                please get my account unblocked and my issues resolve.

                                    I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the product that I ordered from your website on November 13, 2023. The order ID is OD[protected] and the product name is Primebook Wifi MT8183 .

                                    The product that I received was defective and did not work properly. The screen was defective, the battery was drained, camera not working. . I tried to contact the seller through the Flipkart app, but I did not get any response from them. I also tried to initiate a return or replacement request, but the option was not available for this product.

                                    I am very disappointed with this experience and I request you to take immediate action to resolve this issue. I want a full refund of the amount that I paid for this product, which is Rs. 9040. I also want you to arrange a pickup of the defective product from my address as soon as possible.
