I have complained before but the issue has not resolved from flipkart. The delivery hasn’t reached yet. They were saying that the delivery will be on 7th then 8th and now 12th of November. They were changing delivery dates day by day. Try to Conway my problem to flipkart. I am eagerly waiting for my laptop to arrive. If it get cancelled by the seller i will not be having any option but to sue in consumer court.

    I had ordered one plus wireless z2 from Flipkart on 12 th of October and it was delivered on the 31 of October at my home I wasn't present that day at the house so my mom took it and kept it aside once I reached home upon crosschecking I found out that the seal of the box was open and also the product received was not what I had ordered and it was some local product cheap which was also defective i had placed the company for the same in Flipkart but they are not accepting any teams and rejecting my refund request i have attached all photos

      I, Chandra Mohan Yadav, Mobile No.[protected] ordered a livepure chimney from Flipkart on big billion days.
      Your delivery partner delivered the product on 19th October 2023. As the order was open box delivery, there was no phisical damage there on the product.
      Next day people came to install the product. After installation when I switch on the product, it started with a lot of noise. Even the service Engineer present there also accept that the product is very noisy and defective one. Till now a have raised the return/ replacement complaint six time till date but my problem is not resolved yet. Till then technician has visited twice at my home and accept that the product is defective but they are not uploading the same feedback to flipkart.I am fadeup with the return policy of Flipkart.. please help me in this regard.

          Hello sir,
          I bought a samsung F34, on 15 th oct i received the mobile. but when powered on that mobile Infront of the delivery boy that time mobile getting heated at the first boot .. when i asked about this heating problem to that delivery boy, he said that this may happens due to its first boot.. he said you can use this for few days and if you face the same problem then you can raise the return request..and you will get another mobile. after using mobile for few days i faced same problem then i contacted to flipkart call center they said you must visit brand service center and when i visited the brand service center.. the attendant said that they have only 3 days replacement policy but the flipkart offers 7 days replacement and return .. after some argument he had taken my mobile.. but hewas saying that company will not giving you replacement ..when i contacted filpkart call center they said we have repair or replacement and they offering me repair .. but i m not satisfied on repair .. seller playing nice game they just delivered faulty mobile to the customer and when they raise return they just make repair the handed over to the customer..
          please help me out .. i want my money back..

            I have ordered vivo t2 pro mobile in exchange of my old phone. I have chosen pickup later option. As per the terms the old mobile should be picked up after 7 to 10 days of new mobile delivery. The new phone got delivered on Oct 17. But still my old mobile not picked up. Raised complaints on Oct 30, nov1, nov3, nov6, nov7. Everytime when I called instead of resolving the issue they are raising a new request and increasing the resolution time. They will be sending messages it will be picked up and in few mins they are sending that they were not able to pickup due to unforeseen issues

              I have ordered a product name soundboss androidfy car stero Rs: 6, 793 on flipkart on[protected] and i am not getting my product till now and the promise date of delivery was[protected] and they told they will delivery till[protected], on that date also i did'nt received product and they cancelled old order and they only placed a new order on[protected] and the new order delivery date is[protected] again now they are saying wait till[protected]. i have talked to somany flipkart customer care executive from them also no answer and i told them i want to talk to your senior or manager they are saying senior or manager is not available plase call after some time after some time i am calling same answer senior or manager is not available so at this point to whom i should say? and again they are saying backend team is working on the issue . So they have waisted so much of my time and and so many days. so i request you to take an action on flipkart because they are constantly saying that we will reslove your issue till now they did'nt reslove my issue and they are saying wait till[protected] like this they are extending time and date . so if they failed to deliver my product on[protected], i am requesting flipkart to pay my amount with interest because i cant wait so many days and the tracking id for the first order tracking id is FMPP[protected] and the second order id
              tracking id is FMPP[protected]. This is my concern hope i get a resolution

                  Respected Sir, I ordered a LG fridge from Flipkart on October 15, 2023, and it arrived on October 28, 2023 at 1 PM. The piece was found to be defective on four counts 1. compressor, deep freezer sipping, vegetable tray cover not locking, and vibration in the door Flipkart says you have to contact L.G. I paid Rs. 13390 online, getting a Rs. 1500 discount from Kotak Mahindra Bank, and Flipkart gave me a discount of Rs. 500. The total cost of the fridge as per the invoice is Rs. 15390/-. On contacting L.G. the next day of delivery, a technician came, inspected the fridge, and gave a job sheet stating the above faults. Which was forwarded to Flipkart several times and to L.G. customer care. The reply I received was that we cannot give you a refund, but we will repair the fridge for you. As per L.G., the return or refund policy is for 5 days, which I compiled by complaining within 2 days of delivery. Further, Flipkart's return and refund policy is 7 days. I complied by complaining within 2 days of delivery. Further, Flipkart says that after several calls, we will resolve it in a couple of days. Today, 10 days have passed, and I have been subjected to utter harassment by both Flipkart and LG Electronics. They have completely neglected the client. Sir, my question is: would the same person buy a LG fridge again with so many defects, in spite of the assurance, so I opted for a refund? Similarly, I paid amount to Flipkart; he is a responsible person to see that I got a good piece. Another thing: if I had to buy a fridge from LG, couldn't I go to the showroom nearby and buy it now that both are laughing and sitting straight with my money? Shouldn't I be entitled to a refund and charges be imposed on them for harassing and neglecting a client who is a senior citizen? Flipkart says go to LG, and LG says go to Flipkart. Sir, Flipkart hasn't sent a message saying he will resolve it, but orally he has said I have got the call recording with me. Further, all my mails to Flipkart were returned as there is no mail ID active; also, mail to CEO was returned. I got [protected]@flipkart.com and [protected]@flipkart.com from Google, but the IDs are inactive. Isn't it a fraud, whereas I emailed LG customer care, and their replies are with me? RNP[protected] RNP[protected] VCP[protected] Kindly trust the consumer forum and hope to get a refund and compensation for harassment and neglecting a client.                       I have ordered "Action Athleo ATG-424 Lightweight and Comfortable shoe" through flipkart on 30th Sep 2023 and the product received on 10th Oct 2023, the fit is not good and i placed the return on the same day. the initial return pick up was scheduled on 13th Oct 2023, then no one was called me or nor came for the pick up and i again approached the flipkart customer care to enquiry about the return, then they rescheduled the return on 25th Oct 2023, after that no one has approached me for the return and on daily basis i updated the status to flipkart via tele calling / messaging, again rescheduled on 30th Oct 2023, this time also failed and no one contacted me or nor came for the pick up.

                      I fed up by putting the message through flipkart App, daily a new customer called and excusing to wait for 24hrs to 48hrs and stating that the problem will resolved.

                      But as on date, no action has been taken, it's almost 30days has passed, but no pick up and my money is on hold from flipkart end.

                        Hi,
                        I ordered Boat Stone 1500 Speaker from Flipkart on 25th October 2023 and received on 27th October 2023 and I filed for return and replacement within 20 min of receiving the product as the product brand box was delivered damaged, Speaker received had several marks of been used, two aux cables and no charging cable and the literature along with the product was cramped. I sent them images and pictures and everything several times but keep on rejecting the issue raised with no significant answers as why it is getting rejected call them 7 times in last 10 days but they keep on rejecting what to do please help. Product amount 4523/-

                        they keep on asking for images and when i do send them they take their jolly time and reject saying seller confirm courier guy sent apt package delivery.

                          I would like to report that I initiated a replacement request for my new Apple iPhone (Order ID - OD[protected] immediately after it was delivered on Nov 3. Despite numerous follow-ups through calls and chats with Flipkart support, supervisors, and technical associates, they are refusing to replace the defective product.

                          The delivered device has a confirmed manufacturing defect, as documented in the job sheet from Apple’s authorized service centre. Despite this confirmation, Flipkart is denying the replacement. As a premium account holder, I’m facing harassment from Flipkart’s support team, including call disconnections, lack of follow-up, and unprofessional behaviour. They also refuse to acknowledge the Apple-authorized job sheet. This situation serves as a warning to Apple customers buying on Flipkart.

                          Despite my persistent efforts since November 3, I have not received any resolution. The initial ticket was closed without my consent, and when I raised a new ticket, its resolution date was intentionally delayed until November 10, which is the last date for replacement.

                          This deliberate delay, despite proper documentation, indicates a passive refusal to approve the replacement. I urgently request you to end this prolonged denial and take appropriate action by approving an immediate replacement of the defective item. Failing this, I may be forced to seek shelter under legal recourse.

                          Looking forward to your swift response.

                            I had bought a laptop from Flipkart on 14oct, and I got my order on 18October, I had received a defective product, as it was flickering on arrival, so I had a call on the same day to customer care executive, and later I had asked by brand will have a technician visit at my place, so they had provided me a technician visit and the date is automatically increasing day by day at first it was 23rd october then 3rd November then 4th November and it is 5th and issue not getting resolved.

                            This is very pathetic by flipkart. This kind of experience was not expected by flipkart.

                              As I have placed IFB washing machine on Flipkart on 1Nov2023 (order id:OD[protected]. The product delivered me on 05Nov2023. The item is eligible for open box. After checking the product got damaged and I asked the delivery associate why it was happened like this he told that in transit the vehicle met with accident. So, I told the delivery associate to replace the item but without notifying me the product was cancelled. I called multiple time to the customer support but no one is supportive. please, look into the issue and replace the item instead of cancellation.

                                  My account was blocked by flipkart in 2020 due to return of products. I also tried to connect with them but they didn't help and also not delink my documents such as PAN which are linked with the account.

                                    I am a flipkart customer([protected]@yahoo.co.in) and i had got 414 Supercoins in my account based on my past orders.
                                    On 31st October 2023 it was showing 114 Supercoins going to expire on 1st Nov 2023, so to avoid expiry, i wanted to use supercoins but on 31st October most of the vouchers and everything was showing as "Out of Stock" and was not able to use 114 Supercoins and had raised concern with flipkart and last date of resolution was mentioned as 3rd Nov but on 2nd Nov itself the issue was marked resolved without any resolution. My 114 Supercoins got expired and i now i would need refund of my 114 supercoins as it was flipkart issue and was unable to use supercoins.
                                    Please action against flipkart.

                                      I have ordered laptop from Flipkart on 11th Oct 2023. It is almost 27 days yet it is not delivered. I want to cancel the order but support team told it is not possible. I have been contacted by delivery agent and they told delivery is not possible due to technical issues. What do I have to do to receive this undeliverable product or cancel this product.
