I ordered Bata Sandals (Order ID- OD[protected] on 25th May, 2022. It’s been more than 15 days and I haven’t received the order yet but in the order history it shows delivered. I’ve contacted customer support more than 4 5 times but instead of resolving the issue they have charged a late fee of ₹300 because the payment for this order was made by Flipkart pay later.
When I came to know that they’re showing the order delivered and not listening even after many complaints, I waited for paying Flipkart pay later bill and I also talked with one of the guys from billing department and I told him the issue i was facing and he promised me that they won’t apply the late fees as the order was not delivered till date.
But after 2 days, they applied a late fee of ₹300 for the second time.
I need your help for both the issues. I want this product to be delivered or to get the refund.
Also, the late fees should be canceled as it makes no sense as the order is not delivered to me and when I complained, they promised me that late fee won’t be applied again.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Flipkart delivered me a different of same product and also the delivered product was already a used one by someone & old. I had requested a refund 4 times but they cancelled it everytime by saying that delivery boy confirmed that the product was intact.
After requesting refund for the 5th times they just block my account. I need proper investigation and want refund.
