I ordered blazer and I received jeans and then I place replacement request than replacement product is also different now the tshirt. And from last 7-8 days I make return request but every time it shows product is picked up within 2 days. And I have received no call or anything and after two days Flipkart app shown rejected by seller.

I complaint too many times on Flipkart and customer service. But no one take the action. Today is also pickup day but nothing response from courier partner regarding pickup. Very bad things I seen from last 10 days from Flipkart.

    I bought the product of Sony wf-c500 headset nd i m not satisfy with his product, bcoz it's not a worth for that huge amount. So I'm asked Flipkart customer care to retake the product but they refused to take return instead of they say go and ask Sony customer care to resolve ur problem. I m asking why did I go and ask Sony customer care then y did u sell it, ur the core to the responsible for sell so u must take my return request. I m not like that product.

    Flipkart customer service didn't response for my request nd delay the process nd shut their eyes, ears nd mouths for my complaint. No one has gave a proper response. I couldn't understand what is the problem in it, y d they refused to take back their product.

          I ordered nilkamal chairs on 1 st june . I do prepaid transction through my credit card . Now it’s almost 20 days passed but I didn’t get my delivery and still not delivered my order.
          On 21 st june i got call from company we sry u have to wait for 7 more days or i[censored] want to cancel the order . But why they need so much time and why should i wait more. Already 18 days thats too much time for delivery . They have used my money so i need Compensation for money used and have to wait for near 22 days that’s waste my time.

            I ordered beardo perfume from Flipkart, the order was placed on 14th April and it was marked as delivered on 17th April.
            If the product is not delivered the refund is automatically initiated by Flipkart but in this case, when i talked to customer support approx 5-6 times in 2 months, they said that I've placed the complaint after 8 days so they cant do anything.
            The perfume costed me ₹649 and now flipkart has not refunded nor the product has been delivered.

              Order is not moving from Central Hub BHT

              My order OD[protected] is supposed to be delivered tomorrow but from last 9 days it is stuck in CentralHub_BHW1. Not sure if it will be delivered tomorrow or not. Please check and let me know....

                    I bought my phone in April 2021 adopting to flipkart smart upgrade plan. They locked my phone on April 24 2022 for not paying the remaining amount. The reason for not repaying was also the error I am getting in flipkart app which they didn't resolve even until now. But they sent me a payu link through which I had done the payment on May 16th 2022. But even until today they didn't unlock the phone. Whenever I call them they extend the time to 24 - 48 hrs to get it resolved. but they didn't resolve it until now.

                                Flipkart delivered to me Moto E32s priced Rs.10028.00 with delivery charge, on 12/06/2022, but after delivery I found device restarting itself problem. I told Flipkart customer service about this, but they only tried to solve the problem on phone. I booked slot again and again to talk, but customer care only want to solve the problem on phone.The technician only rescheduled to visit, but never came. What the hell Flipkart service..!!                                     How can I pay 6000rs, If Flipkart will not let me pay.

                                    The days are in negative, and there is no button to pay.

                                      I have ordered a very expensive English willow cricket bat and received a very cheap Kashmir willow one. When tried to return, Flipkart is asking for very sensitive information like scanned copy of the adhar card etc. Is it even legal? The product say F-Assured, supposed to be the exact product I see in the listing. How do I trust this company for anything. I definitely not feel safe to order anything, especially eatable as who knows what are they packing and sending.
