Dear Team,
I am writing this email with a long time frustration of your service. I was using Flipkart Pay later option till last year, Suddenly it was blocked and I am unable to use it now even though I have limit of 3000, I was inquired about this with Flipkart customer care, Someone called me and informed they can't do anything about it. I have a credit limit of 3000 in my flipkart account but still I can't use it, Kindly unblock my Flipkart pay later account to use.

      I purchased boat rockerz 450 headphone with order I'd "OD[protected]" in july-2021 and
      Recently i noticed sound problem. As the device is under warranty i contacted the product customer care and they informed me to submit the invoice.
      The invoice is lost and also not found in my registered mail id. I checked in flipkart under my order but for this product invoice option is not showing.

      Please look into this

        I had cancelled my order of OnePlus tv within minutes of ordering it on 7th June 2022. The payment was made of INR 14999 .Order Id OD[protected].

        Since then I am following up with Flipkart support for refund but they have not given it yet. Each time I speak with support team they say refund will be made within 24 to 48 hrs but I am yet to get the same.

        I feel being cheated, pls help

          I purchased Hindware snow crest cooler and delivered it on 17th May but got product damage. I have raised 3 times replacement but the Flipkart rejected the replacement after that raised the 4th-time refund process but again Flipkart rejected then customer care raised again refund process which process completed date is 29th May 2022 but after 29th May is still not processed then call to customer care then Flipkart team call me and again told me we refund money from 1 June 2022 and I received regarding mail also but asking for ID proof for refund process and gain Flipkart rejected my Refund request without given any reason.
          I don't know why asking for ID proof if debit card payment and I have already confirmed that refund money in the same account then why asking for Government ID proof and Flipkart return policy also not mention for ID proof compulsory if product return.

          31st May Refund reject I have again reopened the case and asked the Flipkart to give a reason why need to ID proof but no one has given any reason and every time replied on chat that one of our specialists contacted you for the solution but still no one contact to me and gain 13th June he again send mail and asking for share Government ID proof for a refund but not give any reason why required ID proof

          Already 30 days gone and Flipkart does not take seriously for refund

          We got only the company email [email protected] and asked for ID proof for refund money but in company return policy does not mention anywhere that ID proof is mandatory for Refund.

                Bought a butterfly matchless gas stove from Flipkart which had 7 day replacement policy in the listing. The product was delivered in really bad condition .. there where dents and scratches, also parts missing . Seeing all this I lost trust in the seller and wanted to return the product and get my money refunded. But Flipkart says now that refund is not available and only replacement is possible .. even now the product listing has 7 day replacement policy ! Still Flipkart Denys return and wanted to push replacement !

                    Spf claim rejected for a number of fraud returns

                    Hi,
                    We had sold quite a lot of sarees through Flipkart but in the recent months we have been encountering fraud activity on almost every order that we dispatched.

                    Upon delivery the customer had returned the order claiming remorse.

                    After 7 days we got the product returned from Flipkart. It was not the product which was sent. Usually in return we are getting a same color fake product. We clearly dont sell...

                    I am Prabhjot Singh from Panchkula Haryana, purchased MarQ Flipkart convertible 4 in 1 cooling 1.5-ton Inverter AC (Order ID: OD[protected] which was delivered to me on 24 May 2022 I requested for replacement during the Flipkart replacement period because the cooling was not working.
                    when the technician visited he filled gas and canceled replacement and the next day again cooling was not working so I first called Flipkart Customer care they told me that the replacement period is now over we don't have any liability so you have to contact Jeeves services.

                    The next day I registered the complaint and after 2 days technician visited and again filled the gas.
                    On the next day again the same issue started and I again complained about replacement but they keep sending for repair. And it's been 20days of continuous harassment still no replacement. Whenever I asked they just filed complaints about repair again and again but the issue is not solved.

                    When I call Flipkart Customer care they just give me Jeeves Contact No. in name of MarQ and they are refusing replacement.

                      I bought my phone ( realme x7 max) on june 5th 2021 ( Order ID:OD[protected] with flipkart smart upgrade plan...according to that plan 70 percent of payment must be made during the time of purchase and i made the payment.                       ) ( transaction id: EXTLINK[protected]_6) that flipkart send me on my registered email id ([protected]@gmail.com) ..so i completed the total payment...even after making the payment and making endless calls to the customer care no one resolved my issue... after making payment a month ago i still receive due notifications and endless legal notifications...please any resolve my issue...i worked so hard for the money that i paid... please don't make any purchases on flipkart if you care about the customer service this is the worst customer service that i experienced on my life..that too i'm a flipkart plus customer.

                        I ordered Bata Sandals (Order ID- OD[protected] on 25th May, 2022. It’s been more than 15 days and I haven’t received the order yet but in the order history it shows delivered. I’ve contacted customer support more than 4 5 times but instead of resolving the issue they have charged a late fee of ₹300 because the payment for this order was made by Flipkart pay later.
                        When I came to know that they’re showing the order delivered and not listening even after many complaints, I waited for paying Flipkart pay later bill and I also talked with one of the guys from billing department and I told him the issue i was facing and he promised me that they won’t apply the late fees as the order was not delivered till date.
                        But after 2 days, they applied a late fee of ₹300 for the second time.

                        I need your help for both the issues. I want this product to be delivered or to get the refund.
                        Also, the late fees should be canceled as it makes no sense as the order is not delivered to me and when I complained, they promised me that late fee won’t be applied again.

                          On 3rd May, I ordered a black women blazer (Order ID- OD[protected] from Flipkart, and paid ₹1519 for the same. There was size fit issue with the product and since then I’ve made several return requests but nobody came to pickup the order. I even kept calling customer service and reported the incident to Flipkart and they kept promising a new return pickup date on every complaint but No one picked up the product till now.
                          Now I’m tired of calling them everyday and still don’t get any solution for it. And there are two more issues which I’m facing right now but for now I want this to be resolved. PLEASE HELP!!

                            I have ordered a boat digital watch.. But a wrong product was delievered.. I got maxima analog watch.. I registered complaint 5 times.. My complaint was 5 times rejected for no reason.. And now they blocked my account.. This a harrasment of a customer.. Called them so many times. No positive response after call.

                            I am facing exactly the same problem. In my case:
                            Flipkart delivered me a different of same product and also the delivered product was already a used one by someone & old. I had requested a refund 4 times but they cancelled it everytime by saying that delivery boy confirmed that the product was intact.
                            After requesting refund for the 5th times they just block my account. I need proper investigation and want refund.

                                      Hi team,
                                      I have purchased Livguard LG1100PV+PT 1554STJ Tubular Inverter Battery and it was delivered on 11 may. Due to battry defective I made return this on same day. On 13 may return approved and it was process for replacement. But from 13 may to till now on 14 june there is no any replacement or other solution on this.
                                      And this was completely failure flipkart return policy.
                                      I ordered this in need as due to regular power cut but there was no any benefit on buying on this platform.
                                      So please check this and oblige me. I shall be very gratefull to you for this act.
