    I have bought a samsung f62 mobile from olx on feb 11th. The guy who sold me the phone didnt told that he was bought through flipkart smart upgrade plan. Now the phone was locked due to payment overdue. There is no link provided on the phone screen. How can i pay the remaining amount. Please assist me to solve this issue

      I bought a dining table set from Flipkart on 30 April. They delivered a broken set on May 11, for which they agreed to a replacement. Flipkart delivered the broken furniture a second time on May 28.

      Return approval and refund approval are already in place but still, they are taking the dining table back, and neither they are refunding my money. The pickup date is already breached at least 5 times. I've reached Flipkart more than 60 times via call or email but all my request is falling to the deaf end.

      I am seriously frustrated, faulty furniture along with big cartons lying at my home for 20 days but no action from Flipkart. 30000 rs stuck with them but no refund so far (refund date also gone past).

      I am suffering a lot because of their inaction, I am unable to focus on my work as the room where I do my office work is occupied by faulty furniture and its big boxes.

      Frustration further increased when I got to know that even the tracking id has not been generated so far and without that pickup can't happen. I am following up from June 1 to expedite the pickup, but no one in Flipkart bothered to generate even a tracking id. This is they you deal with customer problems and their complaints?

      There is no answer from Flipkart on when the pickup will happen and when my money will be refunded.

      Please show some humanity and empathy, my only mistake is I preferred Flipkart over Amazon as I believe in supporting Indian brands.

      Can I expect a prompt response from flipkart? Can I get a call back from the backend team or from someone who can provide me with the solution?

        I have ordered groceries on flipkart vide order ID OD[protected] DATED 26.05.2022.
        On 28.05.2022 delivery boy came with wrong product which I denied to accept and he said that he will deliver correct order tomorrow and after some hours (28.05.2022 evening) it showed product delivered.
        I filed complaint against no delivery but till now as on 18.06.2022 after 21 days the product was neither delivered nor refund issued.
        I am regularly complaining about this but every time flipkart CCE says that it will be resolved in next 24 hours.

          Flipkart is not delivering products to my pincode

          I have been purchasing from flipkart at 691310 for almost 3-4 years now with no issue at all. Suddenly almost 80% of the items from almost all the sellers went to Not Deliverable status / Currently out of stock for 691310 about few days ago.               I ordered two items last 10 day back.
              Delivery date is exceeded two times.
              Still it shows resolution given by within 3 days messages only.
              Customer supports always told to me they will respond within 1 day or 2 days.
              this is the worest service I have never seen.

                    I bought a symphony cooler . After use I realise that water is coming from button side of coller. I asked help from Flipkart they denied to help and also I talk to symphony they are asking for money. Flipkart is very pathetic service. They harras me.

                      A worker in my office ordered a realme Narzo 30 pro for me and took full amount from me . But little did I know that he did the order from flipkart smart upgrade plan where he only filled 70% of the amount. And now the phone is locked .
                      I don't have the contact of the worker as he left the organization and I don't have the orderid as well.
                      I contacted flipkart support 11 times but got the same response that you need a order id. Moreover they put me on hold everytime telling that they are forwarding it to superior officer and disconnected the call.

                      If I don't have the registered mobile number and the order id then does it mean I can't unlock my phone . Should I throw the phone . I am ready to pay the remaining amount but at least tell me where to pay.

                        For Order ID OD[protected] I have spoken to Flipkart executives and seniors several times, but they couldn't resolve this issue and not even tried to solve. They are giving dates that they will resolve till this date.

                        "Upgrade window opens in -62 days" and "Payment Options open in -339 days" are written under Upgrade your device tab and Pay and Keep tab, respectively.
                        The days are in negative, this surely is a bug or glitch without payment link.

                        This bug of Flipkart or whatever this is, it is causing me trouble and loss of around 1 lakhs per day to me and my company.

                        How can I pay rest 30% amount which is 6000rs? My Device is currently in locked condition.

                        How can I pay when there are no payment Options?

                          I have purchased House of Pataudi Marbella Leatherette & Fabric 8 Seater Sofa set on 25th may 2022 this was delivered me on 10 june i found that one sofa set is damage and the design of one sofa was completely changed so I raised return request with Flipkart Then i called Flipkart
                          representative they told me technician Will on 12 june but no one visited my house then i called Flipkart representative on 13 june then they told me wait till 14 june the technician will definitely visit on given time.today is 16june and no one visited to my house then i called Flipkart representative they told me wait till 20 they me resolve my issue then today is 17th june my return request was canceled this is totally fraud Its been 8 days no one resolve my issue i recived a damage sofa i have all proof flipkart and seller not helping me

                            Order Date: 22nd May, 2022

                            After 3-4 days, I received a text message that the product was cancelled by the seller due to a prolonged delivery delay. And if you reorder it within 10 days, 2000 gift wallet money will be added as appreciation o[censored]nderstanding.

                            And, Since I added a 10K wallet amount for purchasing the A.C only, I reordered it(below is the info). It got delivered on 1st June, 2022 and was rejected by installation guys saying the part was missing on 4th June, 2022.

                            Replacement request was raised by installation guys only and hence the new order and return pick up was arranged.
                            Return pickup was scheduled on 7th June, 2022 and replacement product delivery date was scheduled on 20th June, 2022.
                            For return. I also received a message that morning that says your product will be picked by today. But once it got picked, I didn't receive any pickup success message.

                            Now from 7th June till today, the return status of the item is not updated in the app and the new replacement product is not shipped either.

                            After tons of calls and explanations and queries raised to Flipkart support, I'm only getting dates, only dates. that this date you will get an update, this date you will get an update. That's it.
                            We have escalated your issue. We are looking into it. Is your return pick up done?? have you ordered the new product?? your new product is on hold, technical issue... blah blah... but no resolution is provided till now.

                            I have been told or asked these questions only.

                            It's already half June, guys. I ordered it on May 22nd. It's almost a month.
                            And above that, there is still no update. only resolution dates I have.

                            Please give my money back. Please

                                  My refund requests for multiple products are being delayed due to "unforeseen issues on the seller's end" and "delivery partner issues" and then are ultimately. cancelled. I have had to reach out to Flipkart customer service multiple times to re-raise requests only to go through the entire process all over again. Terrible service. Potential customers, please beware.

                                      I ordered a Motorola Edge 30 on[protected] with Order Id OD[protected] and the product was a defective one. It had connection issues and it would frequently disconnect and reconnect to cellular networks. So I placed a return on 6 June 2022. Which was approved after me getting followups with numerous support agents as Flipkart couldn't follow through with their given dates and many agents just simply didn't approve the return and said to install some diagnostic application by requesting a callback .The return was then approved by an agent later after I requested a callback and without the diagnostic test so I am suspicious if Flipkart is deliberately delaying the process.The return pickup person came the next day and my pickup was rejected due to IMEI mismatch.l found that the IMEI number on the phone was different than the IMEI number on the invoice. I raised this issue with Flipkart the very same day. I have had multiple calls with the support team where I repeated the same issue all I got was a rest assured we will solve your issue on so and so dates. Later again the pickup was attempted and it got rejected with the same issue i.e the IMEI the pickup agent gets is the one on Invoice but the device has a different IMEI. I have shared the Imei images from the box, the device, the invoice to Flipkart on June 11. The date for resolution was first 9 June then 13 June then 17June .Yesterday that is 16 June I got a call from agent that just rang once which I missed and a later email saying that I should convey a time to call and they will also try recalling within 4 business hours. I suggested call times numerous times but didn't get a call and he didn't try recalling within the said 4 hours. Later today I again got a future date for the resolution of my issue. Flipkart has been deliberately delaying my issue and I have had the worst experience as I had exchanged my device for this one and I am left without a proper device as now I am using an old phone. I have talked to a dozen or more support agents and went for 2 return pickups for a mistake on Flipkart's end. And still without solving the issue all I am getting are future dates.
