I ordered an ARISTOCRAT Small Cabin Suitcase (58 cm) - Brezza 4W Strolly (E) 58 Red - Redcosting Rs.1899 on 9th June 2022 where I opted for cash/card on delivery as the payment mode. the order arrived was supposed to arrive on 11th June 2022 so The same morning at 10:00 in the morning I made an online payment through the Flipkart App using a debit card. After money got deducted from my bank, on the Flipkart app, the status is shown as payment processing(we are processing your payment request. please check back in sometime). The following afternoon the delivery guy came I showed the same thing to the delivery agent and He called his executive who is seriously not answering the call and the delivery agent took back the order and said I'll come after some time and said till then wait for the code on app/SMS. So I waited for a few hours and called the Flipkart customer service and talked to them and I got to know that payment has been received and they said that we'll attempt delivery by 7 pm same working day. but it didn't happen. And after some time, the delivery guy asked me for a code. I said that I didn't receive any code from Flipkart. And he returned with order twice same day. I was hurt by this. Again I called the customer service, they said that the payment was successful, please wait for another 24 hours. So I waited again and on 12th June 2022, I called customer service to know the status they are asking me to wait for another 15 days and they are not sure to resolve the issue.
Mistakes of Flipkart:
1. Customer service agents making false promises repeatedly and hanging up calls on keeping me waiting on hold.
2. Payment through app not getting right.
I lost trust in Flipkart and negligence is very bad and hurt my feelings on putting shipment in front of my home and getting back twice.

Complaint marked as Resolved Company had bug on their end, so when the bug was resolved my issue was also solved then
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by J@y12 I just talked with a Flipkart executive they are asking me to pay cash to delivery guys and saying that amount debited from ur account will be reverted. But when I ask them for a written confirmation of the following things to be sent on my email, they are turning back on their word and saying we can't assure you that. Why are they giving wrong information?
can you imagine if your phone is locked since 5days after doing the payment now days your everything of life dependent on one phone.
what about any compensation of this unwanted and planned trouble given by this company.
because of that i have to borrow another phone as you said wait for several days but what about compensation of problem and money which i am facing as well as spent.
