I have purchased BOSCH 7 kg Drive Motor, Anti Tangle, Anti Vibration
Fully Automatic Front Load with In-built Heater White from OmniTechRetail through Flipkart with Order ID: OD[protected] for Rs - 27, 990 on 7th June 2022. There is no Installation happened yet.
The item received with damages and stains on it, overall looks like a showroom displayed product and requested for replacement on 8th June 2022 ( same as the day it got delivered) because there is no return policy.
I have raised multiple replacement requests

mentioning "We're sorry. We are unable to process your replace request"

We will contact you within 72 hrs to clarify your request. Please note your request will be accepted only if it falls within the flipkart return policy.
These replacement requests get rejected between 10.30pm to 11 pm every day and the resolution dates are keep on going. Soon the same is gonna happen with recent request. I'm ready for a technician visit to make sure the complaints mentioned but that is also not happening.
Now I'm spending most of my valuable time calling customer care and the issue is not resolved yet but flipkart portal automatically resolve the issues after some time with out a resolution!!
Receiving multiple reasons for the rejection from customer care.
Most of them saying this is a technical error from Flipkart and will resolve with in 24 hours - Easy way to finish the calls
Rest of them saying the issue is escalated to higher management and will get a call back soon
Even I had a few talks with senior executives while calling customer care and mentioning issue is escalated to technical team
Another important thing that I found on the box where the product came to me are
1) the product is 2021Q2 made - almost a year old
2) Tampered barcodes
3) Different order ID: FM*****56451208
The item was already delivered to some other customers and returned. The seller is very aware of the condition of the product and keep my head hanging on this.
I'm fed up with talking to customer care executives and their senior executives daily 4-5 times a day. I would like to have the product to be return and my money back. Not trusting the seller anymore.

Instead of seeking the feedback from seller regarding the continuous rejection, great flipkart team is blocked my account. Great Job, keep cheating customers!!!
