I Have made payment against a purchase of a Laptop from flipkart and i have made payment from my credit card of Rs.30, 990/- but, My order is not confirmed by flipkart and I have immediately called to customer care and asked for the reason why my order is not confirmed even after making payment but, they were saying that, the updation time will take minimum 24 hours but, i am worried about my payment and order and i am not satisfied with flipkart customer care simply saying to wait 24 hours for the update because Money which i have made is for an urgent need.
After many calls to their customer care i came to know that, they have already received my payment but, they have not updated and i have asked them atleast to give me update that, flipkart received my payment so that, i can wait for my order confirmation but, they are saying to wait for 24 hours again for this confirmation also, and now my question is why should a consumer wait for the order confirmation for 24 hours when they received my payment. it is making lot of pressure to me and i have wasted my whole day talking to customer care and it is not the legal procedure what flipkart following.. i need to take action against flipkart procedure for payments issues and not giving transperant information to the customer.
It is my basic right to know from flipkart that, to get acknowledgement for my payment but, why they are unable to give confirmation for my payment.
I need legal action against flipkart and i want them to punish in such a manner they should never repeat such issues in future with their consumers.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
