      I ordered two sofa covers from the same seller, one is damaged and the other one is of different design from the image shown, so I raised replacement within return window but the delivery guy came and refused the replacement of the original product saying it is not same as shown in the image

        Flipkart is continuously exhibiting lethargic attitude in delivery and the only resolution they can provide is taking return. but then what if the customer planned something on a particular day believing the committed delivery date. My major concern is about the order cancellation reasons.

        May 2022 - Order ID - [protected], Delivered after a week
        June 2022 - Order ID - OD[protected]
        Size Ordered - 8, Received - 6, Package damaged and there is no option to mention that i received wrong size item. After return, the reason become "You returned this order because you needed it in a larger size.", where is it mentioned that i received wrong sized item and the days i wasted to receive this product ???
        June 2022 - Order ID - Cancelled this order telling the customer care executive as i lost my trust and i don't think that i will receive actual product on time, but after cancellation, reason become "The seller has cancelled your order because the courier service provider is unable to deliver to your location" in the portal ... Is this the actual reason for cancel the order ?

            I ordered a trouser while they sent me an old jeans of same brand.I called customer care they assured that they will resolve it but there is no such action so far. I want my item to be replaced by the one I actually ordered .Flipkart is not responding .Order ID - OD[protected]

              Hello,
              Flipkart in partnership with idfc first bank has assigned me a credit line of 40, 000. i paid the first emi for the month of may on idfc first bank app instead of flipkart as i received a notification to pay on 14th of may.

              The same has not been updated on my flipkart paylater account. i sent them multiple mails and done many phone calls to their customer support but they ain`t listening to me and compounded my may due which i already paid with due due and want me to pay it in full.
              what is supposed to be 4, 848/- in emi is now 11324/- includes my already paid 4, 848/- emi amount.

              I am clueless on whom to reach out to. if i contact idfc, they say to contact flipkart and when i do reach out to flipkart they say to reach out idfc.

              Please help.

                    I am not able to pay my due amount of smart upgradion plan due to invisible payment mode .
                    I have already raised issue in flipkart customer care since 4 days but no response. My phoen will get locked TOMMOROW by still not response .
                    Supportive team answer me to “My team wll contact you “but no call received regarding my issue.”
                    Still no response even after multiple followups

                        I would like to explain in details. I have book the air ticket from Muscat to Mumbai & Mumbai to Muscat . I have traveled from Muscat to Mumbai on 20 May 2022. My return ticket was on 27 may 2022. On 25 May i have received email that your flight is reschedule so cancelled my flight.

                        SO it means i have not completed my Travelling, I should get my return ticket money. so status should not be complete.

                        I have attached 2 emails which came from GO FIRST that your ticket is cancelled & refund amount is 8888/- Second email stating that refund amount is processed to your a Agency Payment. Pl. go through my both attachment properly. It is self explanatory.

                        ​Today I have received the refund confirmation email from your company. The amount which they are mentioning is ₹6686.5/-

                        Great news, we’ll refund your supercoins, if you used them to pay for your booking. The cancellation fee has been deducted from the amount paid.

                        My question is y Cancellation Fee has been deducted When GOFIRST paid you full amount . Because of postponed of flight it was cancelled. I have to reach my destination same day.

                        I am very disappointed with this amount I have cancelled the ticket because FO FIRST has postponed the ticket
                        It was not my fault. Second when I Cancelled the ticket GO FIRST confirm that there will be full refund.
                        As GO FIRST promise they have refund 8888/- then y you are refunding to me 6686.5/- In my previous email I have given proof of refund amount which GO FIRST has refund to you.

                        I want my full refund.

                        This is wrong as per me.

                          I ordered a saari. But the saari is not as I expected so i return it. My return request is approved but no one picked up the product, so i call on customer care of flipkart and they told me that my return request is accepted and processing but after two three days my return request is cancelled.

                            I used Flipkart pay later service, but I was not sure when it was used and I forgot to pay those. But three months back I paid those charges and amount, still it is showing as write off in my cibil. Please remove write off comment in cibil ASAP.

                              Ordered grocery items and did the online payment - the status shows it is delivered - but delivery was made and no one contacted as well for any delivery.

                              All the 23 grocery items and lost somewhere by the delivery company and now I have chasing the customer care of Flipkart.

                              Why don't they keep a simple OTP confirmation on delivery - so that they can track if the delivery if done properly by the courier company or not.

                              Decided to never do pre-payments in future and will avoid Flipkart in future.

                                It’s a prepaid Order. I ordered Apple iPad on Flipkart which costed me Rs.27, 900 moreover I received an empty box when I tried reaching the customer care to replace the product or refund it they just kept on waiting out my time just by opening the query and closing it automatically again I have to call them and raise the complaint so that they can resolve it but till date they did not do it. It’s been a month since this process is going on and today all of a sudden they blocked my account I don’t know whom to contact how to reach them, because when I tried reaching them on the customer care email ID they say thatThat particular email ID is not in use how come it it will happen and as my account is blocked I cannot contact them. kind request from my endPlease look into it and resolve this issue as soon as possible thank you

                                  With due respect i like to inform you that i am a plus customer of flipkart. I ordered laupala dinner set on 29 th may(order ID-OD[protected] and this order delivered on 30 th may but by mistske i received wrong item and the item is 5 kg surf excel and i give all the pictures with this email. After that i tried to return it for getting refund but Flipkart customer care says that please replace it and it will definitely replaced on 4th June but delivery partner denied it. After talking with flipkart team they says that the item is delivered today but accidentally same occured and delivery partner denied it. Please take necessary action againt this and give me right item as soon as possible then i should be highly obliged to you

                                      I bought phone on june 7th 2021 under flipkart smart upgrade plan...i made 70% of payment during the time of purchase...according to that plan within 1 year the payment must be made to flipkart...i paid my remaining 30% of amount on may 16th 2022..my phone got locked today..even after making payment before 20 days i still get due notifications...they are sending threatening emails to me...despite making more than 25 calls to the customer care of flipkart they are not resolving my issue...this is my order id(OD[protected]

                                        I have been playing Gamezone over a year now, but lately, in the game Pets Rush, I noticed that bots are taking over the game entirely. Even if I score lakhs of points, the opposite player(bot) will have only a few hundreds upto last second if the game, but at the last 1 second, the score goes to[protected].
                                        By this, my supercoins went from 1056 to 839. I lost over 200 supercoins bcs of this.
