I ordered a Motorola Egde 20 Pro 5 G in exchange of One Plus 8T. Screenshots of order and exchange attached. My order was canceled without any intimation and the team officials misbehaved with me and used abusive language. When I approached local office of ekart for exchange enquiry as same was not initiated, officials misbehaved with me and even put up hand on me and pushed and dragged me out of the premises. This was humiliating and hence I sent a legal notice to Flipkart for misbehaviour and worst customer service.
Firstly they accepted the order with exchange, then denied exchanging phone and cancelled my order without my request.
I logged 3-4 complaints with flipkart but none was entertained and when I visited flipkart office, they misbehaved with me and dragged me out.

I request you to kindly look into the matter else I will escalate further to CMO and PMO and I seek Written apology and compensation from Flipkart and Ekart for the mental and physical harassment I faced and for the fraud they have done with me

    As an EMI I paid Rs8100.00 on 06.06.2022 thru payU gateway. they have sent ackd that ppayment was successful and sent ackd receipt. Flipkart did not received the money even after 11 days and as a result flipkart blocked phones IMEI and beyond use now. Neither PayU respond to my letters, and flipkart giving a proper reply.

                I have created flipkart account years back with a mobile number few months ago i lost my mobile phone and the number.

                The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
                Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account.

                  This is about my order ASUS ASUS TUF Gaming A17 Ryzen 7 Octa Core 4800H Laptop worth 74000rs. order id:- OD[protected] ...i got this laptop on 6th june but on 9th june i replaced this order because the laptop was over heating temperature going upto to 80-81C without running any heavy programs.you can cleary feel the heat in your fingers through keyboard fetting hot + just by browsing and the battery was draining very fast...it was supposed to run atleast 7 hours but runs only 2 hours and x ..charging going down 20% in 25minutes and the speakers was not working too... they sended a technician for approving the return.but the technician was very very ignorant .the speaker was fixed by updating the driver but he was not listening to at about other issues he was completely dening the fact that 80C° is not normal when not using any heavy programs which he was seeing clearly.. and ignoring the battery drainage problem ...he was trying very hard to convince me that these problems are normal which i clearly new was not...after 2 days the return request was not approved and after 7 days, today on 15th june they cancelled the return request ...i aplied for it again..and now they are saying that all this process will happen again and still dont know if they will return their problematic laptop..they saying if it gets approved i will recieve my return/replacement on 1 july...i ask the seller to just take their laptop and give my money back...its my first time buying laptop i dont want problems with it..please return the Laptop ASAP...flipkart services are the baddest wasting so much time..please help!!!

                    This is to bring in your kind notice that I have ordered a product in which i made the payment of Rs. 500 through gift card/voucher and cancelled the order within next 12 hours. I was promised and committed a date of 1st June 2022 as maximum and last date whereby i will be refunded the amount of Rs. 500 into my flipkart wallet. But surprisingly, its 7th today and i have made more than 30 continuous complaints directly to the company till date through repeated phone calls and multiple emails plus numerous tickets being raised. But what confirms their fraudulent attitude is that:- 1) On call every time they ask me to wait for 24 hours saying that the amount will be refunded. 2) I receive no response to my multiple emails. 3) I receive no response to the complaint tickets raised on the website and application itself. Furthermore, now i am very insanely frustrated plus irritated by this fraudulent and cheating attitude of flipkart since they are trying to dupe and cheat me off my hard earned money. It is therefore very humbly requested to take strict legal action against the company for the cheating, fraud and mental harassment that has been done to me since last more than 13-15 days altogether.

                        So i ordered a laptop worth 74000 from Flipkart which was delivered on 6th june..the laptops had problems like its speaker was not working, heating very highly without any heavy use just browsing, battery drainage...after trying many times to solve it myself i finally put an replacement request on filpkart for it..after 4 days the technician visited me..he solved the first problem which was speakers but the other too issue he didn't solve he was saying its normal but i know its not normal .laptop touched 80C° in his hand and the battery drained 20% in 25 minutes...in his report form about the laptop he completly ignored both these problems...after 7 days of putting the request for replacement no action had taken the request was not approved...and today the increased the date to 1 July for replacement and doing all the same procedure again' wasting 7 more days... I don't want replacement now just give me my money back and just take your laptop please... Flipkart has the worst service ever.they don't take the customer serious at all and waste too much time...just give refund and take the laptop please i don't want your product.pleae help!

                            I have booked a ticket from flipkart from Lucknow to Male and Male and Lucknow . The flight from Lucknow to Male was cancelled and even from Male to Lucknow, the flight was cancelled.

                            1)For the first leg of the journey which was cancelled, that is Lucknow to Male, I applied for a full refund.
                            2)For the second leg of the journey, I rescheduled the Journey .

                            For Lucknow to Male - Since it was cancelled...

                            I ordered one product "Harpa Casual Short Sleeve Printed Top" worth 497. Product is cheap and loose. I wanted to return. I have been waiting since 2 weeks for pickup. i want to file case against ekart and flipkart for posting false information and cancelling my return. Even the customer reps are poor at talking and dont support. I would ask for 3 lakhs of refund if they dont take their product for the time and effort i wasted.

                              Hi In my cibil RS 835 showings pending, Actually in my Flipkart pay later account no pending due to this my cibil score going very down, I already connected many time with flipkart, around 25-30 calls they just taken complaints n automatically closed without any solution .

                                Dear Concerned,

                                I, Mohd. Anas did not place any order from Flipkart, however on 2nd June 2022, an order for Rs. 869 was delivered to my office address as COD. Since I was out of Delhi for a few days, my office staffers paid the amount to the logistics guy (E-KART). On checking up my account, I couldn't find any of this order in the 'My Orders' tab, therefore I could not place the Return form. Therefore I request you please check upon the issue and return the product which I have not placed the order and also check upon why this fake order was created against my ID.

                                  I have ordered smart phone on June 6th and product was suppose to get delivered by June 9th. On june 9th it got rescheduled to June 11th for reasons unknown.

                                  On jun 11th, the product was out for delivery. When i contacted the delivery executive for time of delivery she told me that it will be delivered by evening. In evening i again called her up as the product was not delivered till 7 pm. She told me she cant come today for delivery and disconnected the call. The product got reschedule to June 12th and then June 13th. Still it is not delivered. I have raised complaint with Customer care but they are all giving different answers. Today is June 15th, still i have not received my order. Flipkart is not giving me a timeline by when it will be delivered.

                                  It has reached my nearest hub on June 9th and still they are unable to deliver it.
