Dear, sir/mam

I have ordered Zebronics h61 motherboard but i have received SMPS power supply. Then I have complained on flipkart customer support regarding my query. They told me that my return request has been created. Now, today delivery boy is telling that product is not matching I can't accept this order. I am continuously calling flipkart customer support they were telling me that i have forwarded your issue to the concerned team will get back to you soon.
Why it happening please solve this issue ASAP...

    Hi,

    I had purchased Vivo X80Pro mobile phone via Flipkart and it got delivered to me on 2nd June-2022.
    Since this mobile is mostly having best camera so i tried testing different camera and video option on 3rd and 4th June-2022.
    Here i found that mobile gets overheated when i use camera more than 35 to 45 minutes which is very surprising to me.

    So i raised request to return product on 4th June-2022. After lots of back to back phone calls with different customer care executive (explaining them same point again and again) finally they agreed to schedule technical person visit.
    Before visit of technical person, executive asked me to do Factory Reset of phone. So i did same and tried same camera photo and video scenario and i found that mobile still overheating.
    Heating specially observed on sides of mobile body which in turn unable to hold mobile in hand since i can feel heat a lot.

    Now when Technical person visited to my home he just installed some app on my mobile to check temperature.Then he taken photo of mobile temperature and uploaded to flipkart.(Before his mobile check i haven't used mobile more than 1-2 hrs.So definitely temperature would be less which was around 33 to 35 degrees)
    After this i got to know that my issue is marked as resolved. To my surprise what it this process ? He doesn't even checked my issue and directly marked as resolved?
    He not even executed camera usage scenario of more than 35-45 minutes which i faced earlier.

    For more information i executed scenario when mobile was factory reset and there was no any app installed other than preinstalled apps from Vivo.
    Also camera usage was inside my home and not outdoor so there should not be extra temperature of outside which may cause overheating.
    After this i requested return issue of mobile and still there is no any communication from Flipkart.

    So i have written official mail to Flipkart to take this mobile return and do refund of this mobile.
    I have not paid 73 thousand rs for buying such a horrible piece. Its huge amount for me.
    In mail i told flipkart that do whatever communication with vendor or Vivo from your end.Since i have purchased mobile from your website so here i am contacting you.Its your job to resolve issues from customer since i am Flipkart customer and not vendor or Vivo customer.

    If my issue will not get resolved then i am open to file complaint against Flipkart in Consumer Court.(Since there is no proper answers from flipkart and no proper issue resolution)

    I don't want any replacement product and if you are forcing me to take replacement product then i need written communication from flipkart that if anything happens to me due to overheat issue then its flipkart responsibility.

    You can track all my activities via below mentioned mobile number.Same is registered with Flipkart.

    Flipkart contacted on my phone no and also sent me mail saying that you need to provide us bank account details where refund will get processed.
    So I replied to flip kart mail about my all bank details but still there is no any phone call and mail reply from flipkart.Also refund is not initiated as per discussed with flipksrt customer support person on mail.

      Hello,
      I had purchased 2 items from Flipkart I.e bed & wardrobe. Product was delivered on 27th a May 2022 & installation was supposed to be completed by 30th May 2022. But it is still pending. I keep getting message from Flipkart stating that a team has been assigned for installation, but I haven’t received any call from them. Furthermore the number of installation team provided in message is not working as well. Later, I get the message that team couldn’t contact me so the installation has been canceled. This same cycle is being repeated since last 10 days. Today is 8th June 202, still installation is pending. I have lodged complaint to Flipkart customer support but no positive response till date. They just talk and assure that action will be initiated but none done so far. Also now I am not able to return the products, it says only replacement is possible. My money and time is being compromised here. So I want to raise a complaint, the Flipkart should either install the product as soon as possible or else Refund my money

        Bad service from flapkart. I'm trying to prestige cooker return. but return option not available i called/chat customer care no response. customer care ajent telling me 24 hours 48 hours need to waiting I am totally disappointed. please resolven soon as possible

          When I was surfing my mobile I got a pop up notification regarding of mobile offer worth RS 59999 in this you will get that mobile in 859 Rs only. I thought it was an opportunity. Because timer also started, that you will get this mobile with in 20 min. All you have to pay 859 Rs. So I have paid 859 Rs through my phone pe app without wasting time. But I haven't received any msg yet. That means I was cheated. Please refund my money as soon as possible. Thanks

            NOC need of flipkart pay later

            Due to late payment of 'flipkart pay later' of rupees 799/- as i couldn't pay for some technical reasons and sometimes bank problems.
            now i have paid anyhow that amount in app flipkart. But it is still showing in my cibil as negative impact by IDFC bank, this is creating problems in my new credit card apliction.

            Kindly Resolve this issue. I'll be grateful to you.

            I have ordered Redmi T10 on Flipkart which was expected to arrive on June 9 and today I have received a notification that my order has been cancelled by the Flipkart seller. This is a betrayal from their end as when I had ordered they have plenty of stock available. My order id is OD[protected].

            I want my order on time as it has wasted my time.
            Many customers have been facing this issue from Flipkart. They are making it normal. I just don't want sorry from them.

              I m A.Sarathbabu I got stucked in a fraud of fake website i. E Flipkart lite explore plus. While I am using my phone I got one pop up and I clicked on that website. Where is shows some offers like OnePlus 8pro glacial green mobile which cost is 59, 999rs in market but their offer says the price of OnePlus 8pro glacial green for rs.859.

              I thought this is an amazing offer I will never get chance like this and I got excited and...

              I had ordered an iPhone SE 128 GB (Red) which was to be delivered on 4 June 2022. At the time of delivery the delivery executive asked if I want the package to be opened (an option Flipkart provides) to which I said yes. As soon as he opened the brown box I noticed that the iPhone packaging seems to be repacked and further inside the phone box, there were white marks on the front and back of the phone. There was also a scratch on the top left side of the screen bezel and adhesive/glue dangling out from the right side of the screen bezel indicating that the phone has been tampered with. I immediately refused to take delivery. But the delivery executive kept on arguing that in any case I have to provide the OTP and take the delivery and if I have to return the product that needs to be done later via Flipkart. I asked him to put me on phone with someone from Flipkart but he said that's not possible. I also tried contacting Flipkart customer care and the seller (via the option in the app) but there was no response at that time. I also tried using the chat option. After arguing for about 10-15 minutes and seeing that he won't leave without the OTP I gave up and provided him with the OTP hesitantly, as the app also mentioned under the orders section that the return window is available till 5 June 2022 (next day.)
              The whole interaction was recorded on CCTV.

              Within 10 minutes of taking delivery I called Flipkart customer care and informed of my issue. The first representative (Sachin) understood the problem but said he's not able to file a complaint as on their end in the system the product is not marked delivered yet so I need to call again in a couple of hours. So I called again 2 hours later and the next representative ( Anjali) said she has taken the complaint but due to some technical glitch the complaint has not completely gone through but I need not worry as it has been notified to their team. Later that night I received email confirmation of the delivery and called the customer care again, the representative (Payal) then informed me that the complaint is now registered and I should hear from their team on or before 7th of June to facilitate further.
              On 5th of June I got a call but missed as I was driving, and there wasn't the option to call back on that number. Within 10 minutes I called the customer care and I was told they'll make another call. (I also received an e-mail for that late that night, I responded to that as well but there was no response at all). The next day (6 June) I got the call again from a representative (Laxmi) and a few seconds into the conversation the call was ended on their end. Again, I had to call the customer care and the representative asked me to wait again for the next call. After having to wait another day, on 7th of June I get another call from the Flipkart team. The representative informed me that now someone from apple recovery team will contact me and investigate further. I asked why is not Flipkart holding any responsibility into this and I received unsatisfactory response and she just asked me to give feedback on the email and ended the call. It has been 4 days and after contacting the customer care back and forth for about a dozen times there hasn't been any resolution and neither have I been contacted by anyone else. I am sitting here with a damaged product and not able to get it replaced or get a refund for it. In the return policy on the product page it shows in case of damage/missing items the seller is responsible for replacement but the responsibility is being passed on and on. It has been very frustrating and heartbreaking because it is not a small amount of money that I can let go. I request you to kindly look into the issue at the earliest and provide me with a quick resolution.
              (The CCTV footage and video of the scratch and glue is too large to be attached here, I can share that later if needed).

              As said by the last representative I contacted Apple support. They looked into it and provided me with a case ID and said that Flipkart/Seller is liable to replace the product with a "crystal clear" one. I contacted Flipkart customer support again and I was informed that the return window is closed and if I have any "performance issues" with the phone I should contact the service centre. Before I could say anything she hung up. I called back again and explained the whole thing to the next representative, who then changed the statement and said I have a 7 day return policy (which ends on 11th of June) and she took my complaint again and said someone from Flipkart will contact me to resolve the issue (conveniently by 11th of June as well). I guess they'll put me through the same process again till the return period is over. This has been a terrible experience. I am just asking for a replacement/refund of a product that was delivered damaged. Flipkart is not budging at all.

              After trying multiple times I received a call from a higher representative of Flipkart, as per the conversation he said I'll receive another call within 24-48 hours for validation (that was 2 days ago). It has been well past that and there's hasn't been any effort from their end to contact me. I contacted the customer care again to ask for the status but they were not able to figure it out and instead started taking the complaint all over again. I am very much in trouble here as I am the the one who has to try over and over again to get an update on the issue and every other day they mark the issue as closed on the app. Again when I try to contact the customer service someone calls me to assure that they're on it. Still stuck in this loop after almost 7 days.

              After struggling for about a week I finally got a call from the Flipkart escalation team. They informed me that a replacement has been approved and provided a replacement ID for tracking. It was supposed to arrive on 15th of June. I was made to wait 3 days as it showed out for delivery and the delivery executive I called said he'll arrive in a few hours but didn't make it till the end of the day. The second day one did arrive and said he'll verify the device that day and the replacement will be given the following day. After 5 minutes of trying he wasn't able to do his job and called his superior and the person who was the actual tech guy, who said he'll come in person the next day with the replacement and hand it over at the same time he verifies the device. On the third day I was again made to wait all day, even someone from the grievance team called to assure me I'll have it by the end of the day but no one showed up. Around 3 AM the next morning I received a notification that the return has been cancelled. That was shocking as the reason listed was I wasn't available. I haven't been able to leave my house for any work because of this and that's the result? It has been very frustrating. I believe I need to follow this with a legal action now as Flipkart hasn't been able to fulfill it. Very harrassing policies they have been employing.

                I have ordered a HP 64GB Pendrive from Flipkart on 3rd June and it has to be delivered on 4th June. I have waited for the product whole day and in evening when I checked the status of product it is shown as delivered. when I called to delivery person he ask me for my phone number first then he disconnect the call and call through his personal number and ask me that he will deliver the product next day and disconnected the call. again when I tried to call him he picked the call and told me that product address is not correct and disconnect the call, I called him again and told him if the address is wrong then how other products will delivered in same address then he told me that product is already delivered. every time I called him his statement was change and how could he delivered the product to some other person without calling me or without Otp. Do Flipkart have any care of money and time of his customers ? already submit my complaint to Flipkart and no resolution provided or no action taken by Flipkart yet.

                    I have requested for return my order realme tab 3. Return accepted bt Flipkart and pick up date was assigned on 4 June 2022. But the pick up not scheduled till now. And I did receive my refund amount. I have called several times to customer care executive but they didn't resolve my query. Due to this I can't go anywhere. And my credit card bill was also due on 7 June. How could I pay untill I get my refund. Who is responsible for this. I want my refund on priority basis. I have also lodged a complaint in consumer grievance.

                      I want to share my story of fraud done by Flipkart and Jeeves with regard to my Flipkart MarQ TV purchased on 09-Aug-2019 (Flipkart order no OD[protected] along with 3 Years Complete Protection Plan. My TV got out of order on 31st March 2022 for which I raised the service request with Jeeves. Jeeves technician visited my residence and informed me the Power PCB card has some issues and needs to be replaced. Jeeves technician visited my house thrice but was not able to fix the issue as they were using either repaired or non-genuine spares. Finally, on 16th April 2022, another technician visited with another Card. This time TV started working and asked me to sign the report. This is the biggest mistake I did as the TV stopped working within 2 hours of repair on the same day. I called the technician and informed him that the TV stopped working again. He asked me to raise the service request again. I raised the service request again with Jeeves. After waiting for several days, I called Jeeves to get an update and Jeeves told me they are unable to get the card and hence they will not be able to repair it and asked me to accept 70% of the cost of Purchase of the TV which is Rs.8583. I accepted this proposal and asked them to process it but on the next day they told me that they have repaired the TV once on 16th Apr 2022 (this repair worked only for two hours) so they will deduct Rs. 3190 from my refund and will pay only Rs. 5393. I raised the protest against this fraud and did a lot of follow-ups with Flipkart and Jeeves to pay the full amount i.e., Rs. 8583 as this TV is under 3 years complete protection plan (Under this plan I am entitled to get N number of repairs free of charge). Flipkart and Jeeves just kept on lingering the issue and ultimately gave me Rs. 5393 today i.e. 07-Jun-2022 and cheated me for Rs. 3190 which I never expected from Flipkart.

                      I have learned the following lessons learned from this episode: -
                      • Never sign the report on the same day of repair on the technician’s request and asked them to wait for some days. After running the TV for at least 20 days then only close your service request.
                      • Never trust the Plans sold along with TV by Flipkart as they hide the important Terms and conditions for example they sold me the 3 Years Complete protection plan without mentioning that a one-year manufacturer’s warranty is included in this plan which means effectively you get 2 years of protection plan or extended warranty.

                      • Do not buy Jeeves services as this is a total fraud company. It seems they use r non-genuine spare parts.

                      • Lastly don't buy costly items like the TV of Flipkart Brand as it seems they get these manufactured by non-standard manufacturers who are using inferior quality components resulting in frequent trouble and a very low overall life. In my case TV has given me service hardly for around 2 and a half years.

                            I placed my order on 27th may 2022 on flipkart realme 108 cm (43 inch) Ultra HD (4K) LED Smart Android TV with Handsfree Voice Search and Dolby Vision & Atmos.

                            On 29th may 2022 Order arrived at my nearby location and delivery agent called me that we are not deliver your order at your door, so you collect the order at delivery agent office.So I complaint to flipkart misbehave of delivery agent.Flipkart told me that Don't worry your will be delivered by 2nd june 2022. On 2nd june 2022 i again called flipkart but they told me sorry sir for this delay in delivery now they said that please give us time to resolution of your query by 05th june 2022. On 05th june 2022 I thought flipkart can't solve my problem so I decided to collect my order at delivery agent office. When i reached at delivery agent office they told that we returned your order. So again i called flipkart that delivery agent told me this but flipkart said your order not returned please give us time by 9th June 2022 to resolved your query. And on 07th june 2022 i got mail that your order has been cancelled. This order cancelled without my concern. So again i called flipkart and they told me sorry sir your order cancelled by delivery agent so you can now place a fresh order. Now my payment for this order is 25249 Rs. But at today price of this product 29999. I asked for the compensation for thi price change but they denied.
                            Please helped me for this order for compensation or reinitiate my order as per price i ordered.

                                I purchased Boat earphones with order OD[protected] in August 2021 and Recently I noticed some sound problems. As the device is under warranty I contacted the product customer care and they informed me to submit the invoice.
                                The invoice is lost and also not found in my registered mail id. I checked in Flipkart under my order, but this product invoice option is not showing.

                                Please look into this

                                  On 6th jun'22 got two products which wasn't placed by my flipkart app or any device. In my absence delivery boy delivered the two items which was COD. but that is not my item. I requested to customer service of flipkart but they're not interesting to solve my issue. Payment by me through COD . HOW CAN I GET MY MONEY?? it totally unfair with me.

                                    I ordered 10 days back pillows wort 119, but here today my order was cancelled with out my concern and they said due to transport item was damaged that'd why item was cancelled. And why they don't send new one.they have Rights to cancel orders without customer knowledge
