Hi... i ordered 3 packets of vlcc lip balm from flipkart. Each has 2 balm in it. The market price of the same package is 149 whereas they charged me rs 335 including 60 rs delivery charge Each. Total i paid 1005 for 3 packets. Other websites its available in rs 149.
Flipkart charges unnecessary prices. I have attached the bill and other screenshots. Resolve my matter as they also do this for other soo many items. In the picture u can clearly see apollo pharma changes 149 with free delivery and flipkart chages delivery for each packet

    Few days ago i saw an offer on flipkart that i can get this sony camera at 86999rs with NO COST EMI if i buy it from SBI CREDIT CARD. so i bought it. but after two days bank send a message that we will charge 14% interest on purchase amount. so now i will pay end up paying almost 96K. both SBI & FLIPKART are playing blame game. i have raised my issue to flipkart many times but they dont seems interested to solve this problem.

      I have ordered one 5 layer plastic drawer on 24-June-2022 having order ID:- OD[protected]. The product delivered to me on 1-July-2022. and I have return the product on the same day (1-July-2022) due to poor product material moreover drawers gets detach automatically with a little pressure. The return gets cancelled automatically with a reason :- "return gets cancelled for further information contact to the seller".
      Today(8-July-2022) I again requested for return. Kindly do the needful ASAP, as it is too time consuming and frustrating and customer can also loose the trust from Flipkart.

        I made so many calls to cancel my order and give my refund back each time they said that we are escalating your issue but it was not solved now they are saying that return period is over and you can't return now.
        they ate my money. i want my money back

          I am Sashikumar K, Last Month 18th Purchased Motorola 120wt Sound bar, this product not working properly, so i am give the return request 21st technician visit our home he checked same problem highlighted to flipchart customer he told get the return. but still date not pick the product. already discussed both time. please help refund the my amount.

            This is regarding order number : OD[protected] placed on 14.06.2022 for Aquaguard which was to be delivered by 16.06.2022. Delivery was delayed and I received the product on 18.06.2022.

            I received a faulty product for which I have raised a request for replacement on 27.06.2022.On 29.06.2022, I received an email mentioning that a replacement water purifier was delivered. Within 5 minutes of receiving the email, I raised my concern that the item was not delivered. I have not received any replacement.

            I received an update that my issue will be resolved by 05.07.2022.

            Whenever I contact the customer service person, they say that '' As mentioned your issue will be resolved by 05.07.0200, you have to wait".

            On 05.07.2022, I received message that response is delayed and will be resolved by 06.07.2022

            On 07.07.2022, my issue was marked resolved with no resolution at all.

            Today I again raised concern, where I receive mail that issue will be resolve by 13.07.2022

            This is not at all acceptable. This is a water purifier, an essential item. I have to buy drinking water from stores due to the wrong product delivered by you. Who will pay my bill for water I have been purchasing due to non delivery of working product to delay in your issue resolution where I have not received my product??

            Now you have again mentioned that the issue will be resolved by 13.07.2022.

            I DON'T WANT THIS PRODUCT ANYMORE. I CANT BUY PACKAGED DRINKING WATER ALL THE TIME AS YOU ARE NOT DELIVERING MY PRODUCT.
            YOU HAVE BLOCKED MY HARD EARNED MONEY.
            REFUND MY MONEY AND TAKE YOUR PRODUCT BACK.

                I used my old flipkart account for more than 4 years. I lost my phone number long back but i continued using it by sharing my orders on my other number. I tried changing my number earlier in flipkart but it used to send OTP on both old and new number and i didn't have my old number. Few months back, I restored my mobile and after that i couldn't login in my flipkart account as i didn't have my old number (i never logged out of my flipkart account). I want my account back, I didn't had any registered email in my account i guess. If my lost mobile number is later registered on someone else's name after getting deactivated that person will get access to my address and contact.

                  I have purchase a black Roadster pant from flipkart on 17 jun 2022 and it delivered to me on 21 jun 2022 through a courier service ekart.but they sent me the wrong colour product of same brand. so i for that i have raised a return request on flipkart.but the delhivery boy denied to take the product and he cancelled my return request on 1 july .when i contacted flipkart about this concern on 2 july they said me to please wait for sometime so that we can proceed further about this concern.but its been 5 days they didnot resolve my issue and even when i was calling flipkart customer care for assistance, they said me to wait for further several days and misbehaved me, so i have called them to please transfer this call to senior they said me that senior are not available right now . please wait and i waited for 1 hour for there is no senior right there .i didnot get any help from the flipkart.and i think the consumer complaint can help me on this issue ..so i am writing this to you please resolve my issue .

                    Received the wrong product(, Handbag).Return request was rejected again and again.They again asked me to share the images of the received product.I sent it.They again rejected the return request.This is the third time rejecting the request.Now again they are asking the ID..Utter delay in providing the replacement of the product or refund

                      Extremely dissatisfied with service of motorola revou TV(case id: 6599386)

                      I have been contacting the support since may 2022 to get my tv repaired as it was in warranty, but the kind of response given by service center is the worst I have ever seen in my life. There is no direct point of escalation, all you have provided is a huge desk of customer care agents who have zero understanding and keeps talking about call back.

                      My Motorola revou Tv is dead since april 2022. On 23 april 2022, I raised my first complaint that TV display is dead. Device was in warranty until 1st May. Technician came to my house and took the tv to service center- for 15-20 days. When it was delivered back to me, TV did not turn on. The delivery guy was with me and he said I am just the driver and you should call service center. Again service center technician came and re-ordered the LED panel confronting that he will get a new led panel and will replace it in front of me at my house. He confirmed about approval and LED panel order with his team leader as well and took Rs550 from me. Again after waiting for 15-20 days, When i am calling him again, he asked me to check with customer care for status. Customer care says that some backend team has closed ticket because tv is out of warranty now.

                      So I want to know, is this backend team so stupid that they can not check the case history and without customer intimation how can they close a ticket. Even after 2 months, I am still calling customer care and explain the whole story again and again and I am really frustrated with this kind o[censored]nprofessional service and I am really loosing my patience.

                      If my issue is not resolved immediately, I will definitely take flipkart and motorola to consumer court for sure. I have already intimated this to twitter handler of Motorola India and i will do everything to overcome this frustration given to me.

                        I had ordered Airpods Pro from Flipkart for INR 16, 150 on 20th June 2022. I received the product on 23rd June.
                        The Order ID is OD[protected]
                        The Airpods came out to be a fake clone of the Airpods with fake packaging, wrong country of origin on the box and clearly it was cheap clone of the Airpods.
                        I immediately raised a return/replacement complaint to Flipkart on 23rd June itself, which got accepted and Flipkart agreed to provide me a replacement on 25th June 2022.
                        The replacement ID is[protected].

                        They provided me estimated time of the pickup to be 1st July 2022. I am writing this complaint on 1st of July after no one came to pick the fake product for replacement and after getting no assistance from Flipkart's customer support.
                        Their customer support is continuously postponing the replacement and now are asking me to wait till 5th of July for the pickup which is terrible. I cannot wait 10+ days for a simple replacement of the product for which I paid INR 16, 150/-

                        UPDATE: They have cancelled my return request without my consent on 1st July 2022and now not updating me in any manner.
                        Then I had to place another complaint regarding the same and they have moved the date of Pickup to 11th of July and again there are no signs of a possible pickup.
                        The customer support staff had called and now are asking for a Job sheet from Apple but why do I need to provide the job sheet if the products are fake and aren't genuine in the first place. It has been 10+ days since I had ordered and I haven't got any solution whatsoever.

                        I want a replacement with the Genuine Apple Product as soon as possible. I cannot wait for 10+ days for such a simple task.

                          The whole order consisting of three items i e tata tea Agni and Cadbury chocolates order dt.24th june2022 but delivery denied by delivery agent of flipkart's delivery service Ekart.
                          First the parcel was out for delivery but the delivery boy called me and asked me to travel 20kms to collect it and when I said I am unable to travel then he told me that he cant come to my delivery address for a single delivery and then he denied the delivery.
                          Later on in the evening I got a message that my parcel delivery failed as I rejected it but its not true. Because I didnt rejected it.
                          Therefore I called Flipkart customer care and I was assured that my order will be delivered soon nothing to worry.
                          I complained to Flipkart about this several times and they assured me if early redressal of my issue but on 7thJuly2022 in early morning hours the order was cancelled stating as per my request.
                          Which is again false as I didnt asked for cancellation and I was waiting for resolution for order delivery.
                          Flipkart delivery boys fooled me as well as customer care fooled me about order delivery. Moreover instead taking any action on delivery boy they cancelled my order and issued the refund.
                          Now my question is what about the mental agony I have gone through all these days.
                          Flipkart didnt cared about customers time and feelings and mental agony when the order gets stuck at the delivery centre.
                          Nobody apologized and no compensation given to me for this misbehaviour of delivery boy and total failure of Flipkart to deliver the order.
                          I want my order replacement because I have placed the order with Flipkart so its their duty to deliver it anyhow.
                          These Ecommerce websites cant run away like this, they have to take responsibility if they are offering home delivery service.
                          I need my order to be delivered.

                            When my order came I was not at home. I asked the delivery person to drop the product at the main gate. The delivery person called and took the OTP but didn't deliver my product. The product was worth 3K.

                              This is to bring to your kind notice that i had purchased voltas 1.5-ton 3 star split inverter ac - white on 3rd june 2022 with order id: OD[protected] for a consideration of rs.32490 paid via hdfc credit card. The product got delivered on 5th june 2022.

                              The said goods are suffering from the following defects:-

                              There is cbu code mismatch on odu and idu hence the voltas/flipkart technician informed me that the product can’t be fixed. Enclosing the service report.

                              I have reported the above matter to flipkart several times by sending the email and by calling the flipkart customer care but despite all my pleadings, flipkart has not made a good effort in resolving the issue. Which is indeed regrettable. Which you are liable to compensate to me. Flipkart not resolved my problem.

                                Order ID- OD[protected] I have purchased laptop from flipkart on 22 June 2022, it was delivered to me on 24th June 2022 after recieving the laptop I found that there is screen bleeding issue so i applied for replacement.Then Flipkart arranged a technician from hp and he checked and found that it is faulty on next day company sealed the laptop DOA (Dead on Arrival Letter) for replacement.Flipkart haven't updated about this information and i used to update them again and again after so many they approved my replacement request on 2nd July 2022 and on the next day when delivery came for replacement he refused to accept that packet DOA Laptop Sealed even he dont know what is DOA.After that without my consent he Rejected the replacement and now return period is over and waiting for replacement.I have contacted flipkart so many times but they are only saying wait and wait.

                                    I don't know that this is happening with me or everyone but from last month whenever i order something from Flipkart at discounted price they make me kept waiting for a week and then suddenly they cancel the order giving reason that product has ran out of stock why they publish the product on the app if they can't deliver thr product they are just costomer time and this is not happening for the first time this is theri story for almost every order after placing order they make coustomer kept waiting and on delivery date they cancel the order by giving lame excuse that item ran out of stock or item is cancelled by seller or item is cancelled due to technical error im fed with their service please take some action against them so they don't dare to this same again with me or anyone else . For proof im attaching the screenshot

                                      On dated 1st July 2022, I had ordered DELL Vostro Core i3 11th Gen - (4 GB/1 TB HDD/256 GB SSD/Windows 10 Home) Vostro 3400 on flipkart. On 4th July 2022 I received my order by Alakesh Baishya (Ekart). laptop configuration and model number (Dell Vostro-3000) didn't match the original order.

                                      I requested return/replace on flipkart but I unable to registered request. Same time i contacted the customer care several time regarding my issue but they neither giving me positive response and nor resolve my issue still now.

                                      Flipkart has given me a used laptop instead of a new one. Today i got my laptop checked at dell service center. He checked the serial number of the laptop and said that the warranty of this laptop is registered from 2021 and will expire on October 2022. I ask from flipkart that, i ordered a brand new laptop and they gave me a used and different model laptop instead of new, even after that flipkart promised this laptop has one year warranty (as per invoice), how is it possible? I have contacted the Flipkart customer care many times, they refuse to change. They said, it's your fault because you didn't check properly at the time of delivery. Flipkart has not taken any action on its seller for wrong product sent to me.

                                        I ordered a product "HIGHLANDER Full Sleeve Solid Men Jacket" on 22/06/2022 and it's delivery date was 6/7/2022 but they changed the delivery date without any information provided.

                                        I requested a call back from flipkart the agent wasn't provided any details and disconnect the call.

                                        Due to this bad service I had to cancel the order, who will wait for 18 days to get product delivered within same city.
