Order id-OD[protected], I had placed a replacement request for my brand new laptop which had issues on screen on 1st of june, the replacement request was raised on 2nd june, 2022 within 7 days policy providing all the evidence, I had call with the team multiple times promising quick resolution to the issue, I even had continuous discussion with lenovo team wherein technician was suppose to visit me latest by 7th june, 2022 today, Sudddenly few minutes back they cancelled my request, this is so unprofessional and rude and least expected from an organisation like yours
2) Another point is inspite of reminding them to call me at my current number, they keep on sending mail that my previous number is unavailable, It seems they have taken things very lighty ignoring the gravity of situation

Kindly reopen the case of replacement and deliver the correct product latest by thursday since i need the product urgently owing to official work
