Extremely dissatisfied with service of motorola revou TV(case id: 6599386)
I have been contacting the support since may 2022 to get my tv repaired as it was in warranty, but the kind of response given by service center is the worst I have ever seen in my life. There is no direct point of escalation, all you have provided is a huge desk of customer care agents who have zero understanding and keeps talking about call back.
My Motorola revou Tv is dead since april 2022. On 23 april 2022, I raised my first complaint that TV display is dead. Device was in warranty until 1st May. Technician came to my house and took the tv to service center- for 15-20 days. When it was delivered back to me, TV did not turn on. The delivery guy was with me and he said I am just the driver and you should call service center. Again service center technician came and re-ordered the LED panel confronting that he will get a new led panel and will replace it in front of me at my house. He confirmed about approval and LED panel order with his team leader as well and took Rs550 from me. Again after waiting for 15-20 days, When i am calling him again, he asked me to check with customer care for status. Customer care says that some backend team has closed ticket because tv is out of warranty now.
So I want to know, is this backend team so stupid that they can not check the case history and without customer intimation how can they close a ticket. Even after 2 months, I am still calling customer care and explain the whole story again and again and I am really frustrated with this kind o[censored]nprofessional service and I am really loosing my patience.
If my issue is not resolved immediately, I will definitely take flipkart and motorola to consumer court for sure. I have already intimated this to twitter handler of Motorola India and i will do everything to overcome this frustration given to me.

I want the customer escalation matrix. someone with higher authorization and position, can not keep entertaining the front line agents who does not understand the seriousness.
