I want to share my story of fraud done by Flipkart and Jeeves with regard to my Flipkart MarQ TV purchased on 09-Aug-2019 (Flipkart order no OD[protected] along with 3 Years Complete Protection Plan. My TV got out of order on 31st March 2022 for which I raised the service request with Jeeves. Jeeves technician visited my residence and informed me the Power PCB card has some issues and needs to be replaced. Jeeves technician visited my house thrice but was not able to fix the issue as they were using either repaired or non-genuine spares. Finally, on 16th April 2022, another technician visited with another Card. This time TV started working and asked me to sign the report. This is the biggest mistake I did as the TV stopped working within 2 hours of repair on the same day. I called the technician and informed him that the TV stopped working again. He asked me to raise the service request again. I raised the service request again with Jeeves. After waiting for several days, I called Jeeves to get an update and Jeeves told me they are unable to get the card and hence they will not be able to repair it and asked me to accept 70% of the cost of Purchase of the TV which is Rs.8583. I accepted this proposal and asked them to process it but on the next day they told me that they have repaired the TV once on 16th Apr 2022 (this repair worked only for two hours) so they will deduct Rs. 3190 from my refund and will pay only Rs. 5393. I raised the protest against this fraud and did a lot of follow-ups with Flipkart and Jeeves to pay the full amount i.e., Rs. 8583 as this TV is under 3 years complete protection plan (Under this plan I am entitled to get N number of repairs free of charge). Flipkart and Jeeves just kept on lingering the issue and ultimately gave me Rs. 5393 today i.e. 07-Jun-2022 and cheated me for Rs. 3190 which I never expected from Flipkart.

I have learned the following lessons learned from this episode: -
• Never sign the report on the same day of repair on the technician’s request and asked them to wait for some days. After running the TV for at least 20 days then only close your service request.
• Never trust the Plans sold along with TV by Flipkart as they hide the important Terms and conditions for example they sold me the 3 Years Complete protection plan without mentioning that a one-year manufacturer’s warranty is included in this plan which means effectively you get 2 years of protection plan or extended warranty.

• Do not buy Jeeves services as this is a total fraud company. It seems they use r non-genuine spare parts.

• Lastly don't buy costly items like the TV of Flipkart Brand as it seems they get these manufactured by non-standard manufacturers who are using inferior quality components resulting in frequent trouble and a very low overall life. In my case TV has given me service hardly for around 2 and a half years.

        I placed my order on 27th may 2022 on flipkart realme 108 cm (43 inch) Ultra HD (4K) LED Smart Android TV with Handsfree Voice Search and Dolby Vision & Atmos.
        My order id : OD[protected]

        On 29th may 2022 Order arrived at my nearby location and delivery agent called me that we are not deliver your order at your door, so you collect the order at delivery agent office.So I complaint to flipkart misbehave of delivery agent.Flipkart told me that Don't worry your will be delivered by 2nd june 2022. On 2nd june 2022 i again called flipkart but they told me sorry sir for this delay in delivery now they said that please give us time to resolution of your query by 05th june 2022. On 05th june 2022 I thought flipkart can't solve my problem so I decided to collect my order at delivery agent office. When i reached at delivery agent office they told that we returned your order. So again i called flipkart that delivery agent told me this but flipkart said your order not returned please give us time by 9th June 2022 to resolved your query. And on 07th june 2022 i got mail that your order has been cancelled. This order cancelled without my concern. So again i called flipkart and they told me sorry sir your order cancelled by delivery agent so you can now place a fresh order. Now my payment for this order is 25249 Rs. But at today price of this product 29999. I asked for the compensation for thi price change but they denied.
        Please helped me for this order for compensation or reinitiate my order as per price i ordered.

            I purchased Boat earphones with order OD[protected] in August 2021 and Recently I noticed some sound problems. As the device is under warranty I contacted the product customer care and they informed me to submit the invoice.
            The invoice is lost and also not found in my registered mail id. I checked in Flipkart under my order, but this product invoice option is not showing.

            Please look into this

              On 6th jun'22 got two products which wasn't placed by my flipkart app or any device. In my absence delivery boy delivered the two items which was COD. but that is not my item. I requested to customer service of flipkart but they're not interesting to solve my issue. Payment by me through COD . HOW CAN I GET MY MONEY?? it totally unfair with me.

                I ordered 10 days back pillows wort 119, but here today my order was cancelled with out my concern and they said due to transport item was damaged that'd why item was cancelled. And why they don't send new one.they have Rights to cancel orders without customer knowledge

                    I purchased a mobile on 5th June, while making the payment there application showed that the payment had failed, and the order was on hold and no option to cancel the same or proceed with the payment again please note the payment was made through credit card. So I placed a new order and the payment went smoothly and the delivery date was shown 7th June.

                    Today the delivery guy got me two phones, and when I asked him to cancel one of them he told that you can accept it now and return it later for a refund. On that basis I accepted the product and later after speaking with CS I came to know that it has no refund policy, even after I stated that it was informed by there delivery partner, they denied any responsibility stating they don't have much knowledge, and I should be the one to check the policy and not go by the words. No refund can be made even though the box was not opened.

                    Conclusion: They are showing the payment failed and later charging for the product as it was made through credit card, and denying to accept the return.

                      My Flipkart account has been blocked in 2020 due to return issue. I am trying to unblock my account to make the payment for paylater but i am not getting proper response from flipkart. Last 6 months i am chasing the flipkart team all they say is i will get an email. But the email i recieve is your account has been blocked. I need a solution to fix it before filing a complaint with rbi since this is affecting my cibil score.

                          The last exchange request for Puma Pink Jacket was for a smaller size which was rejected for vague and stupid reason that the product was delivered intact. I called the customer care which advised me to try again and the same thing happened 4 times after which I was unable to login into my account.

                          If I shop more, I will have to raise return of the products I do not receive in proper size and condition, when specifically the same is mentioned in the product description. Maybe Flipkart doesn't value any customer now, leave apart Plus Customer, have you seen my order history?

                          I am still receiving orders from Flipkart which were ordered by me in the past week, instead of a jacket I received a Tshirt which I want to return.

                          Thus, in view of the above, kindly enable my account again.

                            Hi Sir,

                            Someone hacked my flipkart account and changed mobile number blocked email id so I could not login. Interestingly the call has come from eKart logistics +91 [protected] (Verified in True caller also) team a sister company of Flipkart telling about last order details with full address and convinced me that they tried to reach but mobile is not reachable and have to update alternate contact info and asked me to share OTP. I believed them and provided that’s it I lost access to my account and they start use of pay later credit . In my case also my flipkart account is plus account and cardless credit with 70000 limit. In my case my original number is +91 [protected] and Fraud's mobile number is +91 [protected]. From that point I have been trying to reach Flipkart Customercare one of the weakest support team and no proper access as well as response to these kind of sensitive issues. I called almost 10 times without any luck. In mean time they utilized all the credit available in Pay later and fortunately after many many calls able to cancel all of them.Mean while they utilized all my 1000 plus super coins Please help me to assist on this? For anyone from Flipkart wants to contact me my number is +91 [protected]

                              I ordered a Micromax IN Note 1 phone in May, 2022. Order ID is OD[protected]. My email address is [protected]@gmail.com. There were multiple issues in the office when it was delivered to me on 20th May. Ear Speaker was not working, Sim tray was missing from the phone and there were dents on the phone. I raised a return request with Flipkart and they arranged a replacement with tech visit. Tech guy came, checked the phone and confirmed the defect in the phone. Then Flipkart sent Ekart carrier to pickup the item and when the Ekart guy came to pickup, he rejected the pickup saying there was dent on the phone and return label is created with damaged issue and another return needs to be raised with correct issue. I raised another return, another Ekart guy came and he again rejected pickup saying serial number is not matching and told me to ask Flipkart to send an email to Ekart about this and then only they will pickup this item. I've been through multiple calls till now, it's been more than 15 days now and I'm stock with this defective damaged item, I asked customer service guys to arrange a smart pickup and to send email to Ekart but they haven't done anything yet. They just keep on asking me to wait for days and then they arrange pickup for item and carrier always rejects the pickup due to the serial number issue. I've posted on social media already, but nothing has been done as of now, my money is wasted with this garbage phone that doesn't even work properly and customer service doesn't seems to be helping me at all.

                                Order id-OD[protected], I had placed a replacement request for my brand new laptop which had issues on screen on 1st of june, the replacement request was raised on 2nd june, 2022 within 7 days policy providing all the evidence, I had call with the team multiple times promising quick resolution to the issue, I even had continuous discussion with lenovo team wherein technician was suppose to visit me latest by 7th june, 2022 today, Sudddenly few minutes back they cancelled my request, this is so unprofessional and rude and least expected from an organisation like yours

                                2) Another point is inspite of reminding them to call me at my current number, they keep on sending mail that my previous number is unavailable, It seems they have taken things very lighty ignoring the gravity of situation

                                Kindly reopen the case of replacement and deliver the correct product latest by thursday since i need the product urgently owing to official work

                                  I have purchased a mobile realme gt 2 on 26th may for 30k. It was to be delivered june 1st but not delivered. I raised a complaint on flipkart customer care they given another delivery date of 8th june . But till now the product not shipped yet. Pls solve this

                                    This is to bring in your kind notice that I have ordered a product in which i made the payment of Rs. 500 through gift card/voucher and cancelled the order within next 12 hours. I was promised and committed a date of 1st June 2022 as maximum and last date whereby i will be refunded the amount of Rs. 500 into my flipkart wallet. But surprisingly, its 7th today and i have made more than 30 continuous complaints directly to the company till date through repeated phone calls and multiple emails plus numerous tickets being raised. But what confirms their fraudulent attitude is that:- 1) On call every time they ask me to wait for 24 hours saying that the amount will be refunded. 2) I receive no response to my multiple emails. 3) I receive no response to the complaint tickets raised on the website and application itself. Furthermore, now i am very insanely frustrated plus irritated by this fraudulent and cheating attitude of flipkart since they are trying to dupe and cheat me off my hard earned money. It is therefore very humbly requested to take strict legal action against the company for the cheating, fraud and mental harassment that has been done to me since last more than 13-15 days altogether.

                                      Pickup date was 30th May .
                                      Which was extended by 3rd June and then on 7th June
                                      And now the new date is 10th June
                                      I am surprised Flipkart can do this
                                      In the last 7 days i have spoken more than 100 times to the executive and they are not doing anything except keeping frustrating me.
                                      One senior executive provided me false tracking return ID.
                                      Now they have suspended my account.
