      I odered sofa from flipkart on 12th may its initial delivery date was 22 nd may but it didnt and changed delivery date to 27th may and then 4th june and then 9 th june and then 16 th june its a never ending process, and none of customer care executive will respond properly i raise one issue and they mark some other and with out resolving the issue after 24 hrs they simply keep issue resolved they make customers fools they canceled the order by their end and refund was not process. and every employe will repeat the same thing like a tape recorder other ecommerces have far better customer care service please dont buy in flipkart

        I purchased Realme Narzo 30pro last year(in June)...last date of remaining payment is this month but the link is not available and the days are showing in -.
        I have raised multiple tickets and escalations in last 1 month but not getting any solution... everytime I call the Flipkart agents thay say I'll be receiving the link in next 48 hours...it's been more than 480 hours now the link is not yet provided...I don't want my phone to get freeze due to non payment...if it happens it will be purely Flipkart's fault.
        Please look into the issue on priority.

          Actually, I've ordered an item in Flipkart and whenever there the time comes for delivery the order by delivery partner, the delivery partner shows me bad behaviour,
          Firstly, he tell me for delivery the order at far distance from my house and refuse to deliver the order doorstep, and also whenever I asked him to deliver the order doorstep he tell me that I want the product or not, then I tell him that I want it that's why I've ordered the product, but then he behaves with me badly like, abused me and refuse to deliver the order and went away and till now the delivery partner haven't delivered the order .

            I purchased Haier AC of 0.9 tonn online vide order ID OD[protected] dated 8.05.2022 from Flipkart services, But due to some unavoidable reasons the installation was not done in the month of May of the same item .When I called person to install this AC he said that your both units are not compatiable with each other as the company delievered outdoor unit with inverter and indoor unit inverterless.I called your Flipkart customer care but they were saying that they can't help me as return policy is over.then they said you should approach Haier company.I called on Haier customer care number the fellow said please ask flipkart to do the needful.Then again I called Flipkart customer care they said we can't help you only haier company will help you in this matter.and i sent request to flipkart please resolve my issue but they wrote on my flipkart account that issue is resolved .But it is not solved.next day again I called at customer care number of Haier company the fellow said you have to contact flipkart only.Please let me know what is my fault if I am not a technical person.If i was technical person then I must called you on the same day.I am a regular customer of flipkart .But this time I going through a mental agony.No one is helping how to solve this problem, whom to approach.Please help me as I paid advance for this item.If you will not replace the inverter outdoor unit with inverterless outdoor unit then it will be worthless item for me.Its a my hard earned money.Please help and replace it with compatible unit.I will be thankful to you.

              I have created flipkart account few years back with a mobile number few months ago I lost both my mobile phone and the number. [[protected]] I have been complaining about this issue from a long and multiple times but got no response from Flipkart.

              The main problem is when I tried to update my new mobile number, the OTPs are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number OTP and account password, but the OTP of the old number cannot be entered as I lost the number and I don't have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
              Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account. My old mobile no. was [[protected]] and My New mobile no. is [[protected]]. Please respond to this problem and help me update my number on flipkart.

                I have ordered grocery item from flipkart. They never delivered the product and updated the status as delivered. I have raised complain same day and keep following up with them .after 10 day when I called they started misbehaving.

                Complain number is IN[protected]

                I can't waste this much tome for 800 rs and simple grocer order. But wanted to expose flipkart for what they are doing with customer these days. And this is even for 800 rs.
                I am planing to go legal way so that they think twice before fooling anyone else.

                  I have ordered a saree on date 4th june 2022 and it was delivered to me at 7th june 2022. but i don't like the saree. so i return it . then i made a request to return my package at 10th june 2022. It was showing me that it will be pickup on 11th june 2022 and refund will be get at 12th june 2022.
                  but it's 13th june 2022 today. it's been 4 days but pickup not done yet.
                  Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                  i received damaged copper bottle, OD[protected] & raised complaint immediately, but pickup not done yet. I am regularly follow-up with customer care but no any positive response from customer care no suggestions no action. I called more than 25 time & request to solve the issue but still it is pending

                    I made Payment TWO TIMES for this order

                    First I placed my order on 8.6.2022 by paying 200 as advance payment and the remaining 2799 by COD.. On 12 .6.2022 I got the PAY NOW link in my order details So I paid the remaining 2799 as Rs 2049 BY DEBIT CARD AND Rs. 750 BY GIFT CARD LINKED TO MY ACCOUNT hence the full payment of the order was completed.

                    On 13.6.2022 the EKART COURIER EXECUTIVE came for delivering the item and asked me for the Rs 2799 COD amount as the payment made by me earlier was not showing up in his system, So I paid Rs. 2799 AGAIN to the Executive through PHONEPE (Screen Shot Attached ) . The executive assured me that the double payment done by me will be refunded by Flipkart.

                    Most humbly I request you to look into the issue and REFUND me the double payment i.e Rs. 2799 done by me.

                      Ordered Redmi 9i sport from Flipkart on 24-05-22 Order No: OD[protected]. But as per the scheduled product is not delivered. So raised a issue in flipkart forum. they responded and postoning the delivery date 2 days from complaining date every time.

                      Finally received a message from them on 02-06-22 order No: OD[protected] saying the dealer and delivery partner are not properly responding and it may take more delay. Alternatively you can place a new order for this item. in appreciation of your patience a gift card worth Rs.750/- will be added to your flipkart account.

                      So I have cancelled the product and placed same order again on 04-06-22. Now the same problem is repeating again.

                      Still after ordering the product from 24-05-22 i didnt receive the product and even they are not able to answer when will the product be delivered and also i opted for pay and delivery option.

                                    Hi Flipkart Support,
                                    Ordered a TV OD[protected], Tv was delivered. And I later noticed on the same day a set of white spots. Opened the retun request rightaway. Flipkart kept the ticket open for tech visit following a replacement approval. Tech visit never happened and the request was rejected.

                                    Now, I opened 2 more ticket within the standard 10 days exchange program. But those ticket were also rejected. Not its over 10 days. I don't want to contact tv manufacturer for warranty. I want it to be replaced. Poor Customer Service from Flipkart Side.

                                      not only this, the return request had been cancelled earlier after giving a fixed resolution date.
                                      Please help me soon, there is lots of scams on flipkart.

                                        Recently i have ordered some Grocery Item And Order Id- OD[protected].

                                        The Delivery Boy Marked as Delivered after Call me and say the he is not able to deliver my product at home.

                                        They said that i have to travel 1 km for collecting that particular product.

                                        Previously sales agent had delivered products in my home itself. That's seems that it is possible to deliver at my address itself.

                                        If i travel this much distance for collecting products, i can brought products from the market itself, and if it presists i will not purchase anything from ur site.

                                        Even though u r not willing to home delivery, why you accept my address at the time of booking..

                                        Really fead up with ur service.. So kindly do the needful.

                                        I need Action about this regards.
