I ordered a samsung double door refrigerator on 4th June 2022 on the exchange offer with my old lg single door refrigerator.
Today, the delivery boy arrived, checked the old appliance, for about 15 minutes, There wasn't any rust, dent on my old refrigerator and the also the compressor was working fine. The only thing was missing was vegetable basket and bottle rack. Intially he was about to pass the exchange but suddenly he spoke to someone over phone and decided to reject the item. I argued with him that my old product adhere to your guidelines mentioned on Flipkart website. He said, i spoke to my senior and he told me to reject the item though it is in sound condition just because few accessories were missing. It was deliberately planned. I called numerous times to Flipkart executives. Either they put call on hold or disconnect without providing resolution. This is a Clear case of cheating by a online giant like Flipkart by inducing customers through attractive prices in form of exchange and at the end denied exchange of no reason. I have a very bad experience with Flipkart. Amazon is far better than Flipkart in terms of customer service.
