I had ordered one blouse from brand Oomph through Flipkart, Seller RETAIL Boost. The seller sent different colour, I had ordered pink but red was sent. I requested for replacement with the required colour. They took the replacement request but rejected through mail mentioning that the seller have confirmed with the courier partner that the package was intact. But I haven't mentioned that there was any issue with package. Packing was all okay. Issue is with colour. But they are repeatedly sending the same mail after complaining 2 times. I asked for refund if they are not able to replace but in app they have disabled return option in the particular order too saying that high rate of return is there in my account. But in actual I rarely return items. I do all shopping through Flipkart only. I am Flipkart plus member. But this is what I am facing. I want to return this product and refund ASAP.     We returned blue jeans after receiving by delivery boy he again brought the same product and said the style code which was present on the label is not matching with the code in system so they returned the product to us.
    Style code present on the product is not our problem it's the problem of the seller why we have to suffer for our refund amount .
    It's very shameful on part of Flipkart after reporting the problem with customer care also they are not responding and resolving the problem facing by us it's around 1299
    I think u will look into it and persue my problem as soon as possible

      On date 26 Jul 2022, i brought the above order with you for Tecno spark 8t 4 GB ram 64 Memory has still not been delivered. we agreed at the point that i place the order that it would arrive on 29 Jun 2022 within time frame. under the costumer rights Act the company is well playing with good costumer this is not under costumer rule by company. so please help me as a ideal good costumer.

        Respected sir/madam,
        On 13 june I received an order a laptop and then I come to know that there is different specification in the laptop as mentioned in the description that is there was no backlit keyboard in the laptop but there was mentioned backlit in the order description and then I raised a return request on 14th june and they were not approving the return request and called the customer care they told me the issue will be resolved till 26th june and I waited till 26 then they rejected the return request and they were telling the reason that they tried to contact me through calls and I don't received any call from them they were just telling lies to me then on 27th juns I raised another return request through customer care and they told me the issue will be resolved soon and I waited till 5th july and then again they rejected the return request and the reason was again the same but I didn't receive any call from them they were just telling me lies and now I again raised the return request through customer care on 5th july, I'm so depressed because they are not approving my request and are ignoring me I'm a genuine customer of flipkart but they not doing their job correctly as they have to do and the laptop is worth of 50000 that's not a little amount and from 14th june till now I'm waiting for the return approval but I'm not receiving any good feedback from them I have raised a return request but they are rejecting it several times without any valid reason they are just giving me excuses and they are ignoring me I need help and I want my money back as soon as possible because I'm waiting from long time. I will be so Graceful if you help in this situation.

          I order a shirt and that delivered me different brand and different shirt i make a return request but Flipkart card pick up agent refused to pickup i call to customer care they didn’t help me. That shirt i didn’t open yet all things orignal and packed. I am very sad from Flipkart.
          I tried several times costumer care but didn’t anyone help.

            I received different products for my grocery order. I raised a complaint regarding the issue . The team had told that they would resolve the issue . And later my account was blocked stating that too many returns. But I didn't return the items previously. And I don't have any information about my pending prepaid orders. And all my large appliances invoices are with them . without them I can't claim my warrenty also. I am feeling very bad about this I am a plus customer since 3 years very worst experience I have ever had.

              I ordered Aezzo Sewing kit double layer and the order got confirmed on July 1st. It got delivered on July 5th. Order I'd is OD[protected]. Already payment of 275 done via gpay. But again delivery boy got cash on delivery also. Ordered and payment done by myself but while delivering the product to my mother he claimed the payment was not done and he got the amount by cod also.why should we pay two times. Is this is not a cheating? Kindly solve this issue.

                I purchased a motorola e40 handset from flipkart in which I have been facing SMS issues, I am unable to send any type of SMS from that device and I tried to contact my network service provider and it is not a problem from their end. So, I applied for a replacement but the same problem is there with the replaced product. I have applied for refund from flipkart and they keep telling me that there will be a technician visit from their end but everyday from the past 1 week they keep rescheduling my tech visit everyday. I was promised that my issue will be resolved till 7th july but till now there has been action taken from the company's end. I has been almost 20 days and a lot of my time and money has been wasted in this issue. Kindly resolve my problem as soon as possible and provide me with my refund on urgent basis.

                    Hi, I have ordered Wildcraft rucksack on June 12th and it needs to be delivered by June 18th but today is July 6th and the order is not yet shipped or delivered. I have raised many complaints and the customer care people just apologise and say that team is working on it but the issue is not resolved. After waiting for 3 days they mark issue resolved without providing resolution everytime. As it's a prepaid order no one is correctly responding to the issue after 25 days of raising the order. Please help me with the issue

                      I have ordered Cadbury Dairy Milk Mahapack 55gm-Pack of 12 Bars on 27th June 2022 which reached the destination delivery centre Mahwa(321608) centre of Flipkart delivery Ekart but on 1st July and on 2nd July the parcel was out for delivery but the delivery boy called me and asked me to travel 20kms to collect it and when I said I am unable to travel then he told me that he cant come to my delivery address for a single delivery and then he denied the delivery.
                      Later on in the evening I got a message that my parcel delivery failed as I rejected it but its not true. Because I didnt rejected it.
                      Therefore I called Flipkart customer care and I was assured that my order will be delivered soon nothing to worry.
                      But in midnight early morning hours at 02:42:09 on 05/07/2022 the order was cancelled stating as per my request.
                      Which is again false as I didnt asked for cancellation and I was waiting for resolution for order delivery.
                      Flipkart delivery boys were fooled me as well as customer care fooled me about order delivery. Moreover instead taking any action on delivery boy they cancelled my order and issued the refund.
                      Now my question is what about the mental stress I have gone through all these days.
                      Flipkart didnt cared about customers time and feelings and mental stress when the order gets stuck at the delivery centre.
                      Nobody appologised and no compensation given to me for this misbehaviour of delivery boy.
                      I want my order replacement because I have placed the order with Flipkart when they are showing delivery on my location so its their duty to deliver it anyhow.
                      These Ecommerce websites cant run away like this, they have to take responsibility if they are offering home delivery service.
                      I need my order to be delivered else they should issue me the compensation of same amount of my order value rs446 irrespective of refund issued to me.

                          I had ordered a canon 3000D DSLR camera from Flipkart on 9th June worth ₹27, 499. They sent a paper wallpaper roll instead. I requested for a replacement and after 2 weeks they accepted it. They said they would replace it by June 22, But till now the replacement has not arrived. They say some logistic issue is causing the issue but they are not saying what the issue it exactly. And yesterday they called and said “ if I reorder the same product in the next 10 days” I’ll get a 2k coupon. Why would I reorder it again? Is the original order lost? I asked if I would get a refund for the missing product to which they said nothing. I want to raise a consumer complaint against them

                            This is to let you know that now days delivery of product is getting delayed or some times non deliver also. And raised multiple complain on this looks no action ha been taken as as these things are now daily basic. Flipkart just display guaranteed delivery in 2 days but the product will not deliver in 2 days and then they just say sorry, I can understand all these word. Now Flipkart should banned in India.                               Ordered handbag but wrong product delivered Asked for refund or replacement..it is getting rejected.Now asking for ID..No positive response for refund or replacement

                              They again asked me to share the images of the received product.I sent it.They again rejected the return request.This is the third time rejecting the request.Now again they are asking the ID..Utter delay in providing the replacement of the product or refund.
                              Issue is not resolved yet.Neither any sign of picking up wrong product and providing refund or replacement.

                                IMEI number not matching in Invoice I received from Flipkart.

                                I brought Mi 4A PRO 80 cm (32 inch) one month back from Flipkart, Now My LED TV Not Working . So I went to Call MI Customer care, He came and said Your IMEI no is not match with the print of the LED TV that I received from Flipkart, there I found that IMEI number in mobile is different from the IMEI number mentioned in the invoice.
                                I called Flipkart care they said it will take 7 business days to resolve issue.
                                I never thought this kind of mistake could happen, so please check your invoice properly as soon as you received from any online retailers.
