Spf claim rejected for a number of fraud returns

Hi,
We had sold quite a lot of sarees through Flipkart but in the recent months we have been encountering fraud activity on almost every order that we dispatched.

Upon delivery the customer had returned the order claiming remorse.

After 7 days we got the product returned from Flipkart. It was not the product which was sent. Usually in return we are getting a same color fake product. We clearly dont sell...

I am Prabhjot Singh from Panchkula Haryana, purchased MarQ Flipkart convertible 4 in 1 cooling 1.5-ton Inverter AC (Order ID: OD[protected] which was delivered to me on 24 May 2022 I requested for replacement during the Flipkart replacement period because the cooling was not working.
when the technician visited he filled gas and canceled replacement and the next day again cooling was not working so I first called Flipkart Customer care they told me that the replacement period is now over we don't have any liability so you have to contact Jeeves services.

The next day I registered the complaint and after 2 days technician visited and again filled the gas.
On the next day again the same issue started and I again complained about replacement but they keep sending for repair. And it's been 20days of continuous harassment still no replacement. Whenever I asked they just filed complaints about repair again and again but the issue is not solved.

When I call Flipkart Customer care they just give me Jeeves Contact No. in name of MarQ and they are refusing replacement.

    I bought my phone ( realme x7 max) on june 5th 2021 ( Order ID:OD[protected] with flipkart smart upgrade plan...according to that plan 70 percent of payment must be made during the time of purchase and i made the payment.     ) ( transaction id: EXTLINK[protected]_6) that flipkart send me on my registered email id ([protected]@gmail.com) ..so i completed the total payment...even after making the payment and making endless calls to the customer care no one resolved my issue... after making payment a month ago i still receive due notifications and endless legal notifications...please any resolve my issue...i worked so hard for the money that i paid... please don't make any purchases on flipkart if you care about the customer service this is the worst customer service that i experienced on my life..that too i'm a flipkart plus customer.

      I ordered Bata Sandals (Order ID- OD[protected] on 25th May, 2022. It’s been more than 15 days and I haven’t received the order yet but in the order history it shows delivered. I’ve contacted customer support more than 4 5 times but instead of resolving the issue they have charged a late fee of ₹300 because the payment for this order was made by Flipkart pay later.
      When I came to know that they’re showing the order delivered and not listening even after many complaints, I waited for paying Flipkart pay later bill and I also talked with one of the guys from billing department and I told him the issue i was facing and he promised me that they won’t apply the late fees as the order was not delivered till date.
      But after 2 days, they applied a late fee of ₹300 for the second time.

      I need your help for both the issues. I want this product to be delivered or to get the refund.
      Also, the late fees should be canceled as it makes no sense as the order is not delivered to me and when I complained, they promised me that late fee won’t be applied again.

        On 3rd May, I ordered a black women blazer (Order ID- OD[protected] from Flipkart, and paid ₹1519 for the same. There was size fit issue with the product and since then I’ve made several return requests but nobody came to pickup the order. I even kept calling customer service and reported the incident to Flipkart and they kept promising a new return pickup date on every complaint but No one picked up the product till now.
        Now I’m tired of calling them everyday and still don’t get any solution for it. And there are two more issues which I’m facing right now but for now I want this to be resolved. PLEASE HELP!!

          I have ordered a boat digital watch.. But a wrong product was delievered.. I got maxima analog watch.. I registered complaint 5 times.. My complaint was 5 times rejected for no reason.. And now they blocked my account.. This a harrasment of a customer.. Called them so many times. No positive response after call.
          Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
          I am facing exactly the same problem. In my case:
          Flipkart delivered me a different of same product and also the delivered product was already a used one by someone & old. I had requested a refund 4 times but they cancelled it everytime by saying that delivery boy confirmed that the product was intact.
          After requesting refund for the 5th times they just block my account. I need proper investigation and want refund.

            I have purchased House of Pataudi Marbella Leatherette & Fabric 8 Seater Sofa set on 25th may 2022 this was delivered me on 10 june i found that sofa set is damage and the design of one sofa was completely changed so I raised return request with Flipkart Then i called Flipkart representative they told me technician Will on 12 june but no one visited my house then i called Flipkart representative last night on 13 june then they told me wait till 14 june the technician will definitely visit on given time.today is 14 june and no one visited to my house then i called Flipkart representative today and they telling me to wait till 16june my order id OD[protected]

                    Hi team,
                    I have purchased Livguard LG1100PV+PT 1554STJ Tubular Inverter Battery and it was delivered on 11 may. Due to battry defective I made return this on same day. On 13 may return approved and it was process for replacement. But from 13 may to till now on 14 june there is no any replacement or other solution on this.
                    And this was completely failure flipkart return policy.
                    I ordered this in need as due to regular power cut but there was no any benefit on buying on this platform.
                    So please check this and oblige me. I shall be very gratefull to you for this act.

                      Concern : The ordered Samsung Galaxy F22 from flipkart on 16 may 2022 .the phone had some manufacturing sound defects .The requested
                      multiple times return request but it got cancelled everytime from the flipkart. On
                      multiple retrun request the seller denied to get the product return and denied for the
                      refund too. At last they denied for the refund.                           I have ordered: PHILIPS philips_HR1855 700 Juicer and they have delivered a tiffin boxes of 50 Rs.
                          I have discussed with customer support and they are not providing my order or money.
                          They are just Playing with my money INR 4647. I just want my order or money back.

                          I have already shared on flipkart app and same mail please check trail mail.

                          They are making me fool specialy this senior executive Ashish Shrivastava of flipkart. He told me he does not know about correct product replacement date or about my money refund.
                          I don't know how to deal with flipkart.
                          I request everyone to please help me.

                                  Somebody send the order on my name... That too cod... I called to customer care for refund I was surprised they will refund my amount but the they will add my bank account with the registered no. Which I received courier (Fraud account)... The order which I received it's a cheap quality cloth, for that I was paid 660/-, I thought my friends will send this one, one thing I hereby confirming that Flipkart also doing fraud with fraudsters... They don't have details whom booked and all the other details... Beware

                                    On 30th May 2022 I ordered the book "Color and Light" from Flipkart, and paid 1707 for the same. The product was delivered on 7th June and I noticed that the product was a pirated/fake copy of the original. I immediately reported the incident to Flipkart, who promised a return pickup by the 8th of June. No one picked up the product that day and I again raised concerns with Flipkart. They promised the product will be picked up within 48hrs however they kept promised resolution date as the 13th of June. I kept following up with Flipkart to get it picked up but they constantly told me to wait till the 13th. On the 13th evening, they simply messaged they are not able to resolve the issue and now they will resolve it by the 14th of June. This is really not acceptable from a brand like Flipkart. I am highly disappointed with such a response from Flipkart.

                                      I had raised my complaint against Flipkart regarding returning of product ( Vivo X80 pro mobile due to overheating issue "Order ID- OD[protected]") via below website on 8th June-2022.

                                      So on 10th June-2022 i.e on Friday i got call from Flipkart Customer Support team ( Person name = Subhadeep Ghosh) saying that they will process refund of Rs-73028 within 24 hrs and on same day they closed my replacement issue from Flipkart website ( This is as per their procedure which was discussed on phone with above mentioned person ).

                                      Later during same phone call he told me that i need to provide my bank details to Flipkart team so that they can initiate refund. After completion on call on same day 10th June-2022 i.e on Friday i got mail from Flipkart ( [protected]@flipkart.com with same Person name = Subhadeep Ghosh) where they asked me all bank details as per discussion on phone.So on same day i reverted back via mail all my bank details.

                                      Also as per discussion i was supposed to get call from Flipkart after 24 hrs where they will provide me one OTP and same OTP i need to share them for refund process and person told me that during call itself my refund will get credited.

                                      Now after this all process today is 13th June-2022 i.e more than 72 hrs completed and still i am facing below issues :-
                                      1. I didn't get any phone call from flipkart.
                                      2. I didn't get any OTP.
                                      3. I replied and also sent reminder mails multiple times to flipkart team ( which i am having proof) and still there is no any answer/reply.
                                      4. I tried to contact customer care multiple times for my refund and each time different customer care executives were listening my issue and asking me to keep my call on hold to gather some information and then after they are disconnecting calls.What is this pathetic behavior ?

                                      Rs-73028 is very huge amount to me. I believe my issue should get resolved via consumer forum.
                                      Else please let me know how can i proceed in such situation.
