Hi sir my name is MONIKA KUMARI

And my problem is i am unable to update my password.

Last few days my account not opening. I used my old username and password. But it was not opening.

Then i used forgot button and then received code.

Entered the code successfully.
After that it was asking please set a new password.

Then i entered new password. But it was showing "unable to update new password please retry".

That is the problem i am facing so please solve my problem as soon as possible.

I already attached the screenshot also what i am facing.

    I have purchased a Boat Bassheads 103 Black wired earphones on 8th June 2021. But now earphones not working from one side & still I have 2 days more warranty for my earphones. And, I contact to Boat service centre they asked me for Hard copy of my Invoice but I have lost it. After this I open my Flipkart ID to download my invoice but there is no any option for downloading it.

    Please I request to Flipkart Company that send my invoice to my mail ID either replace my earphones as soon as possible because it's left 2 days warranty only.

          My name is ABISHEK V.. I ordered some products worth of ₹3682. In among this products i ordered a watch worth of (₹997) in Flipkart on Dec 02-2021.Then i was cancelled it.I used UPI transaction to pay money.My upi id is ( [protected]@oksbi ). My gpay number is [protected].
          They said the money will refund on Dec 08.But the amount still not credited to my account. I also go to sbi bank but that reference number given not result. Please solve my issue with flipcart. They send reference no and id.

            On 30 may 2022 I ordered bata men formal shoes, viv monk strap shoes, Raymond formal trousers. They got delivered to me on 3rd june. But the quality was too poor so i had to return them. The return was scheduled for 4th, i couldn't pick up the call on 4th, so on 6th june 2022 an ekart delivery person picked up all of the three products but still its not been updated in the app, it still shows pickup expected by 7th of June. I don't know if I've been cheated by [censored]kart or what. Idk when will i get the refund of 2500 inr

              I ordered a mobile phone (Redmi 9a sport) on 24th may and Phone received on 25th may, when i opened the box there's some dust on mobile back side then i turned on mobile i was shocked because phone setup was already done and there's some apps opened in recent tray and in chrome browser there's browsing history present on 18th may but i ordered phone on 24th may, how is this possible!
              i raised replacement request but they delayed and extend dates of pickup again and again and now today 7th june they suddenly blocked my account without any reason.
              i have many recordings with customer care as proof i have photos of phone

                I have been paid all the dues ontime to Flipcart through flipcart pay later service, but suddenly pay later service has blocked without any information and without any warning.I want to know what is the reason for blocked my account want to unblock it as soon as it possible.Otherwise I don't pay any due in future.

                  I purchased an Apple AirPods Max from Flipkart on 3-June-2022. It was delivered to me on 4-June-2022, however the invoice which I received from Flipkart did not have a serial number. I made a complete video of opening the box and straight away checking the serial number on the brand box on the brand support page. I was not able to validate the serial number, so I asked the brand customer support team to check if the serial number has 1 year warranty as mentioned on Flipkart's website.

                  Upon checking my invoice, Apple has refused to provide any warranty until there is an invoice provided by Flipkart that has the serial number which is present on the brand box.

                  I am requesting Flipkart to either provide me with an updated invoice which has the right serial number clearly mentioned so I can provide it to the brand and confirm my product is covered under 1 year manufacturer warranty.

                  Flipkart customer support team is just delaying my request by forwarding it to some internal team which no one can talk to directly. I request Flipkart to urgently resolve the issue or kindly pick up the product and refund my money.

                  When I am purchasing a Rs 60, 000 headphone, I expect a hassle free experience and delivery of complete goods with warranty from Flipkart. Failing to do so should be punished aptly by law.

                  Serial number and invoice number is confidential and cannot be shared here on public forum, but the same is shared with the support teams of both Flipkart and Apple.

                  Flipkart has asked me to wait for 7 days for some internal team to get back on the issue. This is their common way to delay solving the problem to the time where the product has crossed a 10-day time period, upon which the product is no longer eligible to be returned no matter what.

                  Many customers have suffered because of this, and I did not think I would have to go through the same problem. But time and again, Flipkart has proven me wrong, which is why I do 99.9% of my purchases from the other bigger and better ecommerce player.

                  By 13-June-2022, my order would have completed the 10-day time, as it was placed on 3-June-2022. And hence, there will not be any resolution afterwards. So, I urge a prompt action in this matter. Either provide invoice with serial number, or else provide a refund for the purchase and take back the product.

                  I tried to contact Apple Support, sent them the original invoice received from Flipkart and they rejected it and asked me to upload valid bill with matching serial number, only then they can take some action from their end. Hence the warranty as of now is void and null.

                    Good evening,
                    I have ordered for an exchange of my old phone with new phone on flipkart. But delivery guy rejected the exchange saying that there is some discoloration and body damage. Assuming that there is such issue ( to which I don't agree still) flipkart policy clearly states on the details section of exchange policy that exchange can only be rejected if there is any mismatch of IEMI, phone doesn't switch on or product is different. The exchange policy clearly states that price will be reduced as per parameters that are only provided by flipkart. Then on what ground delivery guy rejected to exchange the phone. I even talked to their costumer executives they all seems to be naive on your exchange policy as well. All they had to say is the delivery guy is the supreme authority on the behalf of a market giant like flipkart . I sincerely believe that if there is a such an elaborated policy in written that on what ground the phone is to be rejected and when the exchange price is to be reduced then why their costumer executive and delivery guy are misinformed or they are misleading the costumer. And if that's not the case then their whole exchange policy is misleading or a fake advertisement to beguile costumers. I sincerely hope this complaint will surely make it's way to the highest authorities of flipkart who have the power to take some decisions related to their exchange policies.

                      This is my return request order Id in Flipkart: OD[protected]
                      I have requested for return on May 26th, 2022, immediately after getting the replaced phone against the same order on May 24th, 2022.
                      My return request policy for the same has ended on 31st May, 2022.
                      After requesting return Flipkart agent first tried to mis-lead me with wrong information so that they can cancel the request by saying the last date of the previously replaced item's return policy so that they can cancel the request. I immediately given the correct information to the Flipkart Agent then they approved the return request. After approval Technician Visit got scheduled multiple times and that particular technician never came or tried to contact me properly. He continuously gave missed call and then sends me the message that I am unavailable. I reached Flipkart multiple times every time they given me false hope. Even I mentioned this Return Request Reject scenario multiple times and said this resolution I can not afford because the product is no use for me.
                      But today on 6th June, 2022 Flipkart rejects my return request without giving any proper reason and there is no fault from my end so I need serious attention from Consumer Complaint team.

                      [protected] I have got a call from this number and he was saying he is from Flipkart team and was trying to take control of my phone. I couldn't understand why that is necessary. Or if it is fake then how he got to know about my complaint. It's a security threat.

                          I bought Toshiba U50 series (43 inch) through FLIPKART on 6th August 2021 with Order no. OD[protected] but now we are facing the problem with video, the screen got shut and we can only hear the audio of it.

                          Kindly look into this matter at earliest, we are still in warrantee period, not yet completed a period of 1 year.

                            I have purchased one Voltas AC from Flipkart on 3rd Jun22. The item delivered to me on 4th Jun and when technicians came for installation, we came to know both indoor and outdoor unit CBU code are different.

                            Hence raised replace request for the same and the item will be delayed by 1 more week.

                            Need compensation for the delay.

                                      Please refund my money in 24 hours as i havent received any sms when they credit money on 6 may and they dont even accept that i have not receive money as bank manager check the details of my account there is no refrence number shown in ststus enquiry and i already do all things transaction statement is given to them with screenshots and they still not accept i want to get UTR number
                                      as the status shows on bank that there is no financial transactions perfomed at data range give my refund as soon as possible.

                                      as they said on 29 April they initiated my refund through NEFT but when checking the details in the bank the status shows there are no financial transactions performed in the data range i.e.[protected] to[protected]. no reference id is established here and the Flipkart executives do not accept and repeatedly say that our seller has credited into your account and is confirmed if it is established on 6 may then why haven't received any message of Rs. 1649/- on my phone it means they haven't refunded anything they just show fake that they completed the refund and that's the reason there is no upcoming status shows regarding my refund into my account. No reference number is shown on my account, no transaction status is established, and all statuses shown are invalid. as I already told them not to share reference id they share with me their UTR number if they refund my money I have given all proofs to them they don't give me any proof I want the UTR number, Transaction ID, Account of the seller who says refund is confirmed and his mobile number. rest u can see the proofs from my side but from your side their is no proof given to me regarding my refund...

                                        Delivery guy called me that he has comr for pickup and waiting down of my building. I was at office. I asked him to pick the product from my friend from my room as my friend can’t come down. That guy said ok and disconnected my call. When I called my friend, she said no one came. When i called that delivery guy back, he said he’ll come evening. I said that we won’t be available. Then he replied to give ur product to someone else n he’ll pick it up. I didn’t finished my words and again he disconnected the call. I’m very very disappointed. I requested call 4 times from Flipkart and didn’t received any call.
