      My existing registered mobile number in Flipkart was deactivated now i was unable to use my account due to OTP was sent to my old number i have tried contacting Toll free and other customer care support system for resolving this issue. so if possible please resolve this issue.

        I made a double payment, on flipkart pay and delivery boy urge me to make payment on his delivery company, I done it
        He told that flipkart will refund your amount, but till now no amount received

          This letter has been written to inform you that I have placed an order (inext camera tripod 3110 monopod tripod kit, tripods, tripod clamp) through your website 2wks ago I have also payed the amount through online payment mode and i have got messages from your side ( Dispatching, shiping etc) Then on the delivery date i have got a message that you have rescheduled the delivery date.
          Then I have got no response from your end.Then i tried track the order and finally got to know that the order has got cancelled.But i have not cancelled the order and tried contacting your customer care executive &go to know that it was a mistake from your side regarding pincode, then I have placed another order but same item on the same day through your website again & yesterday was the expected delivery date and again I have go message that you have rescheduled the delivery date and today again I tried tracking the order & finally go to know that the order has got cancelled again.
          And i have called on your customer care number and iam not satisfied with the response of your customer care executive.
          What kind of service are your providing to the customers?Iam waiting for my order from last 21 days.
          Hope you will take an action on my complaint as Soon as possible..

            My name is Ram Krishan Mishra . I had ordered 4 shirts on Flipkart with 2 shirts o[censored]nited colour of Benetton one of provogue and other one of killer.. One Provogue Shirt got delivered to me on 11th may 2022 through Flipkart pay later method. But it was showing that all 4 shirts got delivered to me . I contacted FLIPKART atleast 100 times to provide me a resolution for the same and everytime they raised the issue to their concerned department and everytime it was showing that resolution has been done but no one contacted me yet . One provogue Shirt which was delivered to me i got a refund from Flipkart even though no one came to pick the product. I promised myself that in the upcoming future i will not be buying anything from Flipkart and i should clear the Flipkart pay later dues even though I did not got the product. When I tried to clear the dues my Flipkart account got blocked and for this when I contacted FLIPKART they were unable to provide me the resolution . I have been mentally harassed from Flipkart from past month and i am thinking of going to consumer forum against Flipkart for the same

              I purchased Realme Techlife 1.5 ton 5 star AC from flipkart on 17 may 2022. It got delivered on 21st but when technician from flipkart arrived he declared it damaged and I had to return it. Flipkart did refund my 33490 but did not refund 1599. To my surprise there is no invoice available anywhere on mail or on app. Today is 2nd June and after at least 10 calls issue remains the same. The experience is so horrible I have to explain over and over again to every executive. Please just refund my 1599.

                  Ordered Motorola Revou 2 TV 55" on 22/05/2022 and it was delivered on 25/05/2022 but the installation date was 02/06/2022 but now its showing cancelled. No one called me for installation and no message recieved for cancellation confirmation.

                    But from the past 6 months im getting a flash message from flipkart that if I don't pay the balance amount remaining my phone will be locked

                      I ordered vivo v21 mobile on 22 may 2022. the initial delivery date they mentioned is 28 may 2022. then they change the delivery date to 1st June 2022. I waited till 1st June 2022 but I didn't get the product. when I contact flipkart they said to wait till 6th June 2022.

                      I need that mobile delivered as fast as possible I don't want it to get cancelled.

                      I previously ordered realme 9proplus mobile. The same thing happened before for this product. They delayed the product delivery date and then they cancelled the product without my consent.
                      when I contacted the customer care, they said sorry for your inconvenience, please order another product this it wont happen .

                      but the same thing is happening here.

                      I am waiting for mobile for 1 month from flipkart. And I didn't till now.

                      please deliver my product this time without cancelling it.

                        I placed order for Crompton geyser on 06th May'22 from Flipkart using credit card but the order got cancelled form seller end on 10th May'22. Since the order got cancelled form Flipkart and I thought the amount will be credited within 7days but I didn't got any update from Flipkart after that so I raised the issue on 24th May'22. Its more than 20 days till today the issue is not resolved.

                        I didn't expected this from Flipkart.

                            This is with reference to order idOD[protected] I received a pair of black chappals instead of beige wedges. As soon as I got to know about it I filed the return and called the customer care. The first expected date of pickup was 31st May but no one had come again I filed it and tried several times to contact the customer care they just give a different date each time, the next time 2nd June was the expected date of return but guess what the easy return policy is not that easy and the return got cancelled the second time too. I am very disappointed with the service and I feel like 649 rupees are into waste now. I request flipkart to get back to me immediately as the return policy is going to end soon on 10th June and after that I don't think you will hear my queries.

                            Flipkart arranged a call for me to describe and discuss more about the issue and then they had given me an expected date to wait until then. Fortunately I received my refund before the expected date and they have promised me to pickup the product after the refund. Thanks to the team for helping me out!

                                  From my Flipkart account fraudster added their address and places an order worth 69985 and the payment mode selected was flipkart pay later EMI with 12 instalments. I have raised the complaint with Flipkart customer care also with complaint id IN[protected]. i suspect that this fraud has been done by flipkarts internal employee only as the order tracking shows that the order was placed on 9th April 22 at 9:26 Am and the order was received at 10:06 am on the same day. and when the transaction was happening i didnt received any OTP or any notification from flipkart.I have reported a cyber crime also. No response From flipkart at all

                                        My name is Abhishek sumit.I have order 1.5 ton Daikin ac on 14th may-22 as this is my father's wishlist as he is having less time due to advance stage cancer. But after 10 days on 24th may-22 my order was cancelled by omnitech seller without any prior information. This is not end, after cancellation my amount 43, 990 has not been refund till 1st june-22 and whenever I tried to call flipkart customer support at no. [protected] either they disconnect the phone or just say woking on it. I have order this ac on credit card. My emi already created but flipkart still not showing any urgency. I am need of money but it stuck with Flipkart and no action taken against omnitech seller for order cancellation after 10 days and refund not done since 8 days.
