I have ordered a bag on date 31st may 2022 and it was delivered to me at 5th june 2022. but i don't like the size of the bag. so i return it . then i made a request to return my package at 5th june 2022. It was showing me that it will be pickup on 7th june 2022 and refund will be get at 8th june 2022.
but it's 10th june 2022 today. it's been 4 days but pickup not done yet.

    I have purchased BOSCH 7 kg Drive Motor, Anti Tangle, Anti Vibration
    Fully Automatic Front Load with In-built Heater White from OmniTechRetail through Flipkart with Order ID: OD[protected] for Rs - 27, 990 on 7th June 2022.
    The item received with damages and stains on it, overall looks like a showroom displayed product and requested for replacement on 8th June 2022 ( same as the day it got delivered) because there is no return policy.
    I have raised two replacement request

    Now I'm spending most of my valuable time calling customer care and the issue is not resolved yet!!

        I have ordered four products from flipkart on different dates...I had not received any of them till date...whenever I ask their in consumer care service, they always ask me to wait till a new and extended date...they are not giving any product on my account... it is so unprofessional...even their consumer care caller are being very rude with me...so disappointing...they are canceling the order for such a stupid reason...

          I'm Sai ..i ordered a pair of shoes on 28th May and I recieved the package on 2nd June. As I opened the pqckage the product was not much satisfactory so i requested for refund on 4th June and My request got accepted on 4th June and I recieved a text on 5th june that the pickup was going to be on 5th June.i waited but no one came.Again i recieved a text on same day stating that the pickup was scheduled to the next day which is on 6th June .so i waited again but no one came .Again I tried to contact the number which I got recieved on the text from company but the delivery guy said that he'll come tomorrow to pickup which is on 7th June.But no responce again..from that day i have been trying to contact the number but the computer voice saying that my number can't be connected.. 3days passed but no responce from the company.even in the tracking status not showing any progress so please resolve my issue asap, Thankyou.

            When choosing exchange option website says - IMEI number does not match with realme C11.

            I have checked for the authenticity of the realme c11 IMEI number on their official website but its not matching with flipkart website and not able to place order for an new mobile with exchange option.

            Have tried calling customer care number multiple times, the team says they have logged a complaint and will resolve it but nothing is done even after calling multiple time.

                I bought a SONY X47 108 cm (43 inches) Ultra HD (4K) LED Smart Android TV on 17th May 2022 from Flipkart. It was delivered on 18th May 2022 and installed on 19th May 2022.
                The problem began on 20th May when half of the TV screen was covered by disturbance (photo attached). I spoke to the technician who had installed the TV and initiated the process for the exchange of the TV on the 20th itself. However, for reasons known only to Flipkart, no action was taken till the 27th when I received an update that a technical would visit on 31st May and then initiate the processes for the exchange (screenshot attached). No technician visited and no action was taken till I contacted Flipkart on 2nd June. Following this conversation, Flipkart rescheduled the technician visit and exchange for between the 5th and 10th of June 2022. Again there was no action till this morning when I received an update that the exchange would take place today (attached). However, the delivery men were unable to complete the exchange because the serial number of the TV on their system did not the one in my possession.
                I am now left with a defective TV and no response to my calls to Flipkart.
                The entire process has been exhausting - I have had to repeatedly take time off from work to wait for the exchange only to have it rescheduled at the last minute.
                Request you to please help with the return of this TV and a refund of my money.

                    Bought air-cooler from them name Flipkart smart buy on 3 May 2022 (Order no. OD[protected]. It got broken within 1 month and now wants to avail the warranty but there support complaint no.[protected] is invalid & email id [protected]@flipkart.com is also invalid as haven't got any response from them since yesterday 9 June. They sent third class cooler product which got broken within 1 month & now there customer team is not responding properly and saying it will take more 7 days to check the issue. This is such a small thing but nobody is responding in flipkart & only sending automated emails. As they said this is support system work & not their customer executive team's work so now where should I go and why should I wait for 7 more days and after that also there won't be any response. They are not bothered the service support no. provided is invalid[protected] is invalid this is out and out fraud.They are not bothered about that & saying we are checking & checking. I just wanted to avail warranty & wanted technician at home to repair the cooler. These people are selling some defective products of flipkart, so please check and revert back to me.

                      I recently ordered a new apple airpods pro. I paid complete amount for it. Today when received the product and did the unboxing, it was a total fake copy. The top wrapping was almost tear. Even the polythene was not apple quality. Inside I found a scratched covering over airpod with a sticker on it saying some chinese parts firm name. Apple can never do that with their products. This is a total fake copy and there is no option to return it on website. They are running a big scam. The seller name is HydtelRETAILSsales

                          I ordered 6 step aluminum ladder on 25 May 2022 which cost was 2639 from flipkart. They have sent message on 28 May 2022 that your item has been delivered. but I didn't received item.

                          I called customer care on 29 May 2022 and informed, I have not received item but its showing delivered so they said no problem there is a technical problem, We have created a complaint against your issue we will resolved it max 3rd of June and after that I am continue following up with them they always give another 48 hours time to resolve it.

                          Now I am frustrated, every time getting same response but no resolution. I requested support team to transfer call to senior management then they cut my calls.

                          Can you please help me with this issue ?

Flipkart told me to wait but after one month they blocked my account telling that I creted large number of returns but my return is only 2 with related to only one product. Please they are not helping me. I want my money.

                                    I order a phone on 7th with a two day delivery date and with a firm issued gst bill. It was supposed to be delivered on yesterday but even after 1 day I haven't received the order. I raised a complaint against the seller that they are processing other orders but are not processing mine. Flipkart care also confirmed that the product is available in stock but there are other issues by the seller. I was given 9th june as the date of resolution...

                                      I have purchased my mobile ( Realme X7 Max ) under Smart Upgrade plan on Flipkart on jun 4th 2021, I have paid 70 percent of amount in first six months, And the remaining amount of 30 percent paid after completing one year on Jun 6th 2022, On jun 8th 2022 early morning my mobile suddenly locked cannot able to operate anything, On Jun 9, 2022 i have paid 30 percent of remaining amount to flipkart, But my mobile is still in locked and there is no response from flipkart
