This is with reference to order idOD[protected] I received a pair of black chappals instead of beige wedges. As soon as I got to know about it I filed the return and called the customer care. The first expected date of pickup was 31st May but no one had come again I filed it and tried several times to contact the customer care they just give a different date each time, the next time 2nd June was the expected date of return but guess what the easy return policy is not that easy and the return got cancelled the second time too. I am very disappointed with the service and I feel like 649 rupees are into waste now. I request flipkart to get back to me immediately as the return policy is going to end soon on 10th June and after that I don't think you will hear my queries.

Complaint marked as Resolved Flipkart arranged a call for me to describe and discuss more about the issue and then they had given me an expected date to wait until then. Fortunately I received my refund before the expected date and they have promised me to pickup the product after the refund. Thanks to the team for helping me out!
