      We have ordered a fridge from Flipkart worth 13999/- they delivered it. when we asked why the fridge is locked, they said the LG installation team will come and open it and they noted down OTP. We observed more damage after they left, and we have raised a request for return. they keep on rejecting our requests. We have called customer care as well; they also said the same. Finally, they are saying return time is over and we must keep this damage fridge. Flipkart team is not responding to our requests. We even commented this in their website. They are denying all our requests and comments saying that this our fault though they have delivered damaged product.
      I request you to make the delivery of new fridge as soon as possible and take appropriate actions against the employees who are at fault.

            Delivery agent doesn't come to my landmark adress he was only 400meters away for me yet he dit not come and also his behaviour was rude he doesn't know how to talk

                I have purchased BOSCH 7 kg Drive Motor, Anti Tangle, Anti Vibration
                Fully Automatic Front Load with In-built Heater White from OmniTechRetail through Flipkart with Order ID: OD[protected] for Rs - 27, 990 on 7th June 2022. There is no Installation happened yet.

                The item received with damages and stains on it, overall looks like a showroom displayed product and requested for replacement on 8th June 2022 ( same as the day it got delivered) because there is no return policy.
                I have raised multiple replacement requests

                mentioning "We're sorry. We are unable to process your replace request"

                We will contact you within 72 hrs to clarify your request. Please note your request will be accepted only if it falls within the flipkart return policy.

                These replacement requests get rejected between 10.30pm to 11 pm every day and the resolution dates are keep on going. Soon the same is gonna happen with recent request. I'm ready for a technician visit to make sure the complaints mentioned but that is also not happening.

                Now I'm spending most of my valuable time calling customer care and the issue is not resolved yet but flipkart portal automatically resolve the issues after some time with out a resolution!!

                Receiving multiple reasons for the rejection from customer care.

                Most of them saying this is a technical error from Flipkart and will resolve with in 24 hours - Easy way to finish the calls

                Rest of them saying the issue is escalated to higher management and will get a call back soon

                Even I had a few talks with senior executives while calling customer care and mentioning issue is escalated to technical team

                Another important thing that I found on the box where the product came to me are

                1) the product is 2021Q2 made - almost a year old
                2) Tampered barcodes
                3) Different order ID: FM*****56451208

                The item was already delivered to some other customers and returned. The seller is very aware of the condition of the product and keep my head hanging on this.

                I'm fed up with talking to customer care executives and their senior executives daily 4-5 times a day. I would like to have the product to be return and my money back. Not trusting the seller anymore.

                      It shows it has been delivered I ordered from shopsy and ekart were delivering it but I haven't received it.. It shows deliver in the morning but ni it's 5 pm & I haven't received it

                        My Flipkart account id with [protected] was hacked and the mobile number and email id was updated to another mob and email.Even after complaining for several times the customer care never resolved my problem.It was then showing no account with this mobile no. and email so I created a new account with same mobile no.[protected] as one customer executive told and was using that account and also had several orders with that account.But now firstly I was unable to login and even unable to update the password but after sometime got logged in account but saw that there were 2 orders with paylater which I hadn't order. Now I am receiving the messages to pay dues of paylater of 69560 Rs. He opted for 12 months EMI for pay later and due is here and getting message regarding payment.

                            I ordered prepaid redmi mobile on 23 june 2022 and delivery expected date is 2nd june 2022 but I am not get order delivery till today.
                            Also in application I am not seeing any information like where mobile is there only last update is shipped.
                            Please deliver mobile ASAP or else cancel the order and refund the amount

                              Hi there,

                              I ordered an ARISTOCRAT Small Cabin Suitcase (58 cm) - Brezza 4W Strolly (E) 58 Red - Redcosting Rs.1899 on 9th June 2022 where I opted for cash/card on delivery as the payment mode. the order arrived was supposed to arrive on 11th June 2022 so The same morning at 10:00 in the morning I made an online payment through the Flipkart App using a debit card. After money got deducted from my bank, on the Flipkart app, the status is shown as payment processing(we are processing your payment request. please check back in sometime). The following afternoon the delivery guy came I showed the same thing to the delivery agent and He called his executive who is seriously not answering the call and the delivery agent took back the order and said I'll come after some time and said till then wait for the code on app/SMS. So I waited for a few hours and called the Flipkart customer service and talked to them and I got to know that payment has been received and they said that we'll attempt delivery by 7 pm same working day. but it didn't happen. And after some time, the delivery guy asked me for a code. I said that I didn't receive any code from Flipkart. And he returned with order twice same day. I was hurt by this. Again I called the customer service, they said that the payment was successful, please wait for another 24 hours. So I waited again and on 12th June 2022, I called customer service to know the status they are asking me to wait for another 15 days and they are not sure to resolve the issue.

                              Mistakes of Flipkart:
                              1. Customer service agents making false promises repeatedly and hanging up calls on keeping me waiting on hold.
                              2. Payment through app not getting right.

                              I lost trust in Flipkart and negligence is very bad and hurt my feelings on putting shipment in front of my home and getting back twice.

                              I just talked with a Flipkart executive they are asking me to pay cash to delivery guys and saying that amount debited from ur account will be reverted. But when I ask them for a written confirmation of the following things to be sent on my email, they are turning back on their word and saying we can't assure you that. Why are they giving wrong information?

                                My Flipkart paylater is overdue as my Flipkart account has been blocked so i couldn't pay. Reached Flipkart customer service several times but no good reply from their side.. now my paylater got overdue with interest. How can I pay my dues if I can't login in my Flipkart account? Tried to login or pay from the link that they provided in my message and email but still I can't pay.
                                Please solve this irritating issue as soon as possible.

                                  I have purchased the real me X7 Max phone under the smart upgrade plan of flipkart but entire year i have not got the payment window as well as upgrade to new phone at the last on 9th june when i have mailed for the issue they they have provide me separate link to pay the rest amount which was 9000.
                                  then on 10th june midnight i paid the amount but my phone still locked when i am writing this complain.

                                  after very rigorous follow up with their customer support team no one is helping.

                                  as i told them that i have only one phone which is unlocked by you but still its 2days they have not unlocked the phone.

                                  still waiting for the response my issue still not resolved and after doing the payment still i am getting the reminder of over due of payment by this fraudster company.

                                  can you imagine if your phone is locked since 5days after doing the payment now days your everything of life dependent on one phone.

                                  what about any compensation of this unwanted and planned trouble given by this company.

                                  because of that i have to borrow another phone as you said wait for several days but what about compensation of problem and money which i am facing as well as spent.

                                    I have created flipkart account four years back with a mobile number few months ago i lost my mobile phone and the number.

                                    The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
                                    Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account.

                                      I ordered a TV on Flipkart (Motorola ZX2 40Inch) on 6th June. Today is 12th June and the TV is just sitting there without having been installed! The number that Flipkart gives for the installation agent is wrong and can't be connected to. There is absolutely no follow up. The customer service agents are not empowered enough to do their job. In fact, you can't even make a call because they don't let you call. You have to wait until they call you! It is the worst situation for customers. How is the customer supposed to wait for days on end without getting his appliances installed. Such pathetic customer service!

                                        I have ordered a Livgaurd Inverter and battery in flipkart on 6th May 2022. The expected delivery date of the product was 15th May 2022 buy the product was not delivered and the delivery date was extended to 19th May 2022 again the product was not delivered and it was extended to 22nd May 2022...I have spoken to nearly 8 Flipkart Customer support executives but they are simply waste...finaly on 23rd may 2020 i had a call from flipkart support team...they said that we are going to cancel your order...In flipkart app it was showing refund accepted till now i haven't received the refund amount...the main point is i have ordered the product using flipkart pay later option...since the refund amount was not credited to the pay later accound it was showing me to pay my 1st month due other wise the penalty amount will be added...How can i pay for the product which was cancelled
