I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Computers and Consumer Electronics
The issue that I have experienced was: I am a Flipkart plus Customer, The Samsung 324L was delivered to me on May 31st. And after looking at the product from the front and I shared the happy code with the delivery guy, The same day I was able to identify that there was a dent backside of the caution plate as well as hard scratches within the freezer board. I immediately filed a replacement request on Flipkart and spoke with customer service representatives more than 15 times. The only response I received from them was that the issue will be fixed, however, the replacement request is being rejected by the seller every day. Kindly help me with the replacement and installation of my equipment.

I've talked to customer service executives more than 15 to 20 times, and I feel like they're simply trying to convince me. I'd want the Flipkart team to go over the attachments I've provided and send me a replacement along with installation as soon as possible.
Please take immediate action on it,
