I have ordered Panasonic 1.5 Ton 5 Star Split Inverter AC which is delivered on 18-May-2022 and Installed on 20-May-2022.
We found that it is not providing cooling so I called to technician on to look into it. Technician told its installed properly there might be issue from inside of AC so I raise the replacement for the product on 23-May-2022.
After that on 27-May-2022 same technician came again and checked the AC again and he also confirmed that it is not doing cooling as it should be.
But technician visit is not completed by Flipkart till 3-June-2022, they have given time to complete the technician visit before 28-June-2022.
On 3-June-2022 Flipkart called me and taken technician number and just confirmed that whether anything broken or not he told nothing is broken, so Flipkart closed my replacement request.
But issue is still there it not broken from outside but there must be some defect from inside that is why its not doing proper cooling. Technician just checked it from outside.
Can you please help on that. It is our harden money which is going in vain, customer support taking so much time to resolve the simple issue.
I have contacted my time but they are just telling to wait and at the end of the day they closing the request.
I am using Flipkart from last 7 years and faith and trust on Flipkart. Can you please look the from this portal, or we need to go to consumer court
for same.
I attaching images and video that technician himself made to confirm that it is not providing desired cooling. In Video you see they have taken the temperature inside AC which is 20 degree, technician himself told it should be 10 degree and outside it is 25.1 degree.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
