    I have ordered laptop using Flipkart wallet balance. As I got fund process failure 6 to 7 times from bank account. But the seller didn't process my order for 4 days, so I cancelled my order. Now the balance refunded to my Flipkart wallet which I will not be use anywhere else except flipkart. I like to get the Wallet Balance transferred to bank account.

      I have ordered Panasonic 1.5 Ton 5 Star Split Inverter AC which is delivered on 18-May-2022 and Installed on 20-May-2022.

      We found that it is not providing cooling so I called to technician on to look into it. Technician told its installed properly there might be issue from inside of AC so I raise the replacement for the product on 23-May-2022.

      After that on 27-May-2022 same technician came again and checked the AC again and he also confirmed that it is not doing cooling as it should be.

      But technician visit is not completed by Flipkart till 3-June-2022, they have given time to complete the technician visit before 28-June-2022.

      On 3-June-2022 Flipkart called me and taken technician number and just confirmed that whether anything broken or not he told nothing is broken, so Flipkart closed my replacement request.

      But issue is still there it not broken from outside but there must be some defect from inside that is why its not doing proper cooling. Technician just checked it from outside.

      Can you please help on that. It is our harden money which is going in vain, customer support taking so much time to resolve the simple issue.

      I have contacted my time but they are just telling to wait and at the end of the day they closing the request.

      I am using Flipkart from last 7 years and faith and trust on Flipkart. Can you please look the from this portal, or we need to go to consumer court
      for same.

      I attaching images and video that technician himself made to confirm that it is not providing desired cooling. In Video you see they have taken the temperature inside AC which is 20 degree, technician himself told it should be 10 degree and outside it is 25.1 degree.

        I have purchased a redmi note 10t 5g from flipkart on 24 may 2022 and It delivered by 26th may 2022 with 7 days replacement policy.. While using the mobile I am facing overheating issue during calls and cahrging the mobile. So I placed return request on 29 may 2022 they arrange for techinical visit the techinician has not checked the issues properly and reported that my mobile is working normal so they rejected my return again I am facing the same issues so I requested again another technician came and ask us to stay in call for while so we followed as he said and checked with the app which he installed in my mobile for checking the heating issue after 45 min of call that app shows that your device is overheating I informed to the concerned technician but he reported that issues are rectified so again they rejected my return atlast it shows a option for replacement so I requested for replacement but they are not accepting again they are arranging for technical visit also I contacted many times with the customer care executives they keep on asking to wait but the technicians are not checking properly now I got a call that the tech visit is cancelled I informed this to the flipkart executive but they are not consideringy concern I need refund or replacement of mobile pls take the steps nad do the needful

          I purchased Bluetooth Earphones with order OD[protected] in oct-2022 and
          Recently i noticed sound problem. As the device is under warranty i contacted the product customer care and they informed me to submit the invoice.
          The invoice is lost and also not found in my registered mail id. I checked in flipkart under my order but for this product invoice option is not showing.

              i ordered a mobile on urgent basis from flipkart. it gets shipped on time and reached nearest hub on time but after reaching nearest hub they should deliver it on next day but they didnt so i searched for they warehouse address on internet and go there (13-14km) but there was not any sign of ekart warehouse so i come again and waited for next day. on next day the delivery boy called me for 3-4 seconds just asked my location and cut the call with giving response that at what time he will come i called back but call not connected i wait for him 30-40 mnts and thenni started doing my work then again he calls me after 1 or 1.5 hour but this time i was busy and not attanded his call .. he just call me single time and reschudeled it for 5 june (after 5 days) i tried calling him for more then 20 times but not single call get conected then i also talked with flipkart customer care but they also didnt solve my issue and also didnt give me a proper response. then i started finding that warehouse by myself locally in my area and i finally i found it( 7-8km distance from the address they provide) i go on warehouse also but they also didnt help me and talked with me rudely . i go to warehouse 2 times but still they be like do what u want we not give u your product before 5 june
              This is how flipkart and ekart behave with their customers
              please solve my issues ASAP

                I am asking and complaining Flipkart for providing me my invoice for order id OD[protected]. But they are either postponing the dates from last 2 months or closing my complaint without providing me resolution. They have now stopped replying me also. They are also intimidating me from posting complaint on twitter.

                    I ordered the oppo enco air 2 from flipkart company worth rs 1899 and and later I checked the product and the product was defective and then I raise the request for replacement of product to the company but the company has denied many times and I have called them many times then they approved my replacement request and now after replacement I again check the product but I have to face the same problem the C type charging cable is missing from the box and its sound quality is also poor and again the left mic of the bud is not working properly and the company rejected my refund request please help me I want to return this product and want refund from the company please somebody help me its very urgent.                     Please help me otherwise I will the online FIR against the company in cyber branch

                            I had ordered for de Remy Latour Cigar Eau de Toilette - 100 ml on Flipkart on 16 May 2022 which was delivered on 19 May 2022. After I opened the product on 31 May 2022 and applied the product I noticed that there was no fragrance at all and that the product was a duplicate. I immediately wrote to Flipkart on their messaging service on 31 May 2022. When I did not hear back from them I tweeted on 2 June 2022 on their twitter handle @flipkart support where they responded that they cannot take the product back as the product is non returnable as per the seller's policy. To this I clarified that Flipkart should take back the product and refund me the same as it is a duplicate product and it is a fraud they are engaging in. I have still not got a response back from them in respect of this tweet.

                              1.I ordered Samsung 1.5 Ton AC from Flipkart on 15th May 2022.
                              2.The product got delivered on 17th May. Flipkart sent installation team to install the product on 18th May 2022. The product got installed on 18th May 2022.
                              3.It was identified that product is defective. The product outdoor unit was not working . I raised a returned request on 19th May 2022. After that A technician supposed to come on 25th May 2022 to check the product
                              4.I am continuously following up with Flipkart to return the product but Flipkart is beating around the Bush & not providing any solution.
                              5.Flipkart committing false promise dates for resolution .
                              6. Flipkart & Seller doing unethical business and making fool to the customer.
                              7. I have been through lot of pain and depression in entire process and I would demand for 1 million INR compensation from Flipkart. As I suffer below.
                              1. Loss of Time.
                              2.Mental Harassments
                              3.Depression

                                I ordered a cooler from bajaj company on 24th may, 2022. The model is Bajaj 54L window air cooler. Order id is 0D[protected]. I received the product on 29th may, 2022. But when i opened it, the product was different from which i ordered. They sent an old model cooler of the same brand, where there is no humidity controller and auto refill connection. Then i immediately requested for replacement but there is no response from Flipkart. Flipkart customer service has been just passing time as they are not processing the replacement request. Its showing pending till 29th may. They are doing fraud with the valuable customers. And now i want refund anyhow. Please solve this issue as soon as possible as we are facing unbearable summer heat.
