I ordered Jeans, Arm Sleeves, Hankies and napkins etc. in shopsy App. All products were bought from Shopsy app under no return condition. All the products are received in Flipkart name printed packing only. Unfortunately, I received all products are not showed in the product details window and that are missing few counts, product color and size, units etc. No return condition, so return not possible. It's ok. But all are not matching to my orders then How will I satisfy and accept?

    I had purchased a Puma pair of shoes during Diwali sale which while purchasing had all the three options of return, replacement or exchange.

    This product got delivered to me but it had manufacturing defect. Hence I wanted to "Get It Replaced" with the similar product which was Although the same size and make was Available on the app but at the increased price, it was giving me the option of return only. Hence to be on the safer side since No Other Option was there, I picked up the option of return on 27 November, 2023

    But because I liked the product and it was the seller who was not giving me the option for exchange, I made a complaint in the customer care on 28 November narrating the entire story. They told me that they will first have to cancel my request for return and then put a complaint. Timeline they gave me was 3-5 working days. I kept waiting for the resolution but the entire week passed by but neither did I get any call or update from Flipkart.

    Again called customer care o 8 December, they apologized for the same and said that they will forward the case to the concerned team. Anyhows after a week's time again no response of my complain. On calling back to customer care again on 16 December I came to know that the customer care was taking my complain as feedback and kept me in dark every time that action will be taken against my complain. I got very disappointed with your customer care executives, atlast i asked them to get the refund done for my manufacturing defect product which also they refused to do that the return period is over and they can't do it. I said that on 28 November when I first had given my complain in customer care, that executive said that she can take my complain but for that she will have to cancel my refund request and then check for action.Then i confirmed with her that after this cancellation request I will not be able to put this request because the refund/ return period of 10 days will be over in my account for this product. She said that ma'am don't worry you will not be able to do it but we will forward the request for the same. Finally after assurance I agreed for it but now your customer care is also denying for the same.

    So I had to excalate this matter to you people and want you to take action against your customer care people who are fooling around with the customers and giving false commitment and giving timeframe to wait for 3-5 working days and simply KILLING TIME of the customer.

    Secondly take action against your seller who give all the options while purchasing the product but thereafter even if the same size and make product is available, they don't give the replacement option for the customer simply because by that time the cost of the product has again gone up.

    1- GET THE EXCHANGE/RETURN MY PRODUCT

    2- TAKE ACTION AGAINST YOUR FAULTY PEOPLE

        My name is CH Mukkoteswar Rao having flipkart paylater account. My phone number is [protected]. I had taken Pay later EMI on flipkart platform in Jan 2023 for a period of 12 months. I closed the loan completely on 17th Nov 2023 as foreclosure. I paid the loan with foreclosure fee also. As the EMI is 5673/- for 2 months 11346+fore closure fee = 11538.25 paid on 17th Nov2023. Still I am getting calls from flipkart customer care as my pay later dues are pending. I already mentioned that I closed the loan completely and submitted Transaction Id[protected] paid through Paytm UPI. Today i.e., 17/01/2024 they cancelled my other order (order id OD[protected] which I paid from my account, by mentioning reason pay later dues are pending. This hurts me more as a regular customer paying EMI on time or before, the company didn't respect the customers. I spoked with flipkart customer care representatives so many times, still my pay later account is in blocked status. I demanding why the payment status was not updated and company harassing me by calling from their representatives. This will not happen to a regular customer.Please take the complaint and take action on the said company.

                  Products ( Pigeon Popular Cooktop Glass Manual Gas Stoves ) were ordered on 11th November 2023. As per tracking details they were delivered on 16th Nov 2023, but actually they have not been delivered to the specified address till now. I have raised complaints so many times in Flipkart official website. I couldn't receive proper responses from Flipkart and their eKart Logistics.

                      I booked a geyser and paid in full for the product and installation.It was supposed to be delivered on 11 Jan and status shows it reached the nearest hub to my location on 11 Ja n6:02 AM and since then it is there for over 48 hrs.I waited and wasted 2 days at home hoping that someone should be there when the product gets delivered but no change in status .Numerous calls to help desk are of no help as all you get to hear is we understand we are sorry, we are following up with back end / logistics team, there seems to a technical issue.but the product never came from nearest hub to home.help desk executives are so arrogant that they say cancel it if you want your money back .I strongly feel this site should be penalised if not meeting the proised delivery deadline because that is an important parameter i consider when booking online.SO it is unfair business practice if thye put a date early in the site and then take a week to deliver the product.it should be treated as unfair business practices

                            I ordered a mobile phone from Flipkart on 10th January 2024. Flipkart said that it would be delivered on 11th January 2024 before 11 a.m but it didn't reach my home till now. It is not even out for delivery. Flipkart gave us wrong statement regarding delivery.

                                  I bought a new bluetooth device from flipkart last year on 21/03/2023 with order id od[protected]. I filed a complaint with flipkart and the manufacturer company because the bluetooth didn't work properly in just three months. That means the price i bought for bluetooth was 1506 rupees. But that bluetooth does not work for that job. When i use it, the other party doesn't hear what i'm saying properly, voice breaking and stops listening. Apart from that, i was driving while i was talking and the only noise was audible to my ear. Thus its use seemed somewhat improper. So i filed a complaint with flipkart and that company, and that company person came to my house and got a bluetooth from me to repair the bluetooth, but they did nothing and sent me a report to my email as if they had tested it and everything was fine. After that i was busy with my work so i could not contact them back. Now one side of bluetooth was not audible and again it has all the same problems as before.in spite of complaining about this for the past one week, two people working at flipkart, one woman and one man, spoke to me in a derogatory manner and without even registering a complaint, they rejected me, humiliated me, and caused me emotional distress.in this regard, i request this flipkart company to take full responsibility for this and take responsibility for their mistakes and befitting reward and refund for same.

                                        Hi,

                                        I have order a helmet and gloves from flipkart. My order delivery date was today 10th Jan.
                                        But my order was not delivered.
                                        I called that delivery boy they told I will came to your location with in 1 hour I delivery your order. I am waiting for that order almost 4 hours.
                                        Again I called that delivery boy that time they told I will delivery your order tomorrow.
                                        They why they put the out for order in flipakrt app.
