I ordered micromax 32" led tv through flipkart on 10-aug-2017, they delivered defective piece on 12-aug-2017 so i raised request for replacement on 14-aug-2017. Flipkart took around 25 days to replace the product (Delivered on 08-sep-2017), during this period daily i used to have a discussion with flipkart customer care executives for my replacement which took much longer time than expected. I made a purchase of lenovo laptop from flipkart dtd 5/09/2017 in the name of the company. The gst invoice which accompanies the product does not contain the gst no of the customer, ie nmdc ltd. As it is a must for claiming input tax credit. The request for the change in invoice /revision for incorporating the gst no of my company is not at all taken care off.

I order a product on 2nd september, received a product on same day and i opened it i saw the laptop screen is not working so i placed the replacement request. After that flipcart gave me a technical visit date on 4th september but tech visit not happen after that i called many times to flipcart having conversations but nothing happened yet about tech visit or replacement. Dear team,

If flipkart is unable to work on this then let me know. If their is some issue then they should tell me over my first call only. Why flipkart team lying with customers??? If the thing is not possible then they would have tell me this initially & i will not take follow up further.

If flipkart is not responding customer promptly then pls remove the sentence that flipkart will support 24x7 to customer....
