Problem in Login of my account

Delivery problem at Aluva ekart logistics

I ordered a flyers bay rock crawler 1:18 scale 4wd on 29th last month.. I got a message in my phone stating that it was out for delivery on wednesday.. At 7 in the morning (Screenshot attached)... Until now i haven't heard a word from them.. When i checked the tracking status it says it will take 7 more days (Screenshot attached)..
Last week i ordered a lenovo k6 power.. When it was on offer then also there was this same problem.....

Provided old and used Laptop

I bought HP W6T28PA 15-be001TX Notebook from Flipcart, the seller was RetailNet. The product was delivered in time. The old and used Laptop was delivered to me considering the following:
1. Battery was inserted in the laptop, whereas new laptop has battery is in separate packing.
2. The warranty on the website is showing from 27.12.2016 whereas the same was invoiced on 25.03.2017 and warranty is upto 24.02.2017 less than one...

Price variation after final payment

Its price shows 499/- and for final payment its changes to 742/- when I add to cart its further changed 649/- so that i will forward my complaint in consumer forum against customer's attraction and miss guiding . I have attached a proof....

Even after that they are not refund my amount.
Their executive said "You will get refund with in 24 hour". more then 48 hour as passes but still pending.
Instead of this, they are showing "Refund successful! Rs.246 has been remitted through bank transfer " .

C/o my company name.

Flipkart is not changing this and providing me with a duplicate invoice.
Wherein this is legally accepted practise.
They are citing system issues wherein this request of address addition is not a crime which can be done manually by flipkart....
