I ordered one ceiling light with 6 bulb on 30th October '23 before Diwali through Flipkart & on 4th November'23 delivery done of ceiling light with 3 bulb, when I saw the same raised the complain on 5th November'24 for replace it but Flipkart customer care executive denied to replace it, said that they can return only.

Till today, after raising complain 4 times ceiling light still not returned.

Due to Flipkart negligence & not responses, my Diwali spoiled & i am calling every week from 5nov for wrong material returned & my refund.

Pls. Look into matter.

    I had made recharge of 479rs for my Airtel number [protected] from Flipkart date 5 Dec 2023.
    Sir my complaint is regarding wrong information displayed by Flipkart on product catalogue of recharge section for mobile.
    Sir I want to take benefit of 10% off on use of super coins and I got not a single rupees cashback by use of 10 supercoins which according to to offer is 47.9 rs on 479 rs recharge.
    Now issues are raised several times on Flipkart help centre but till date no resolution is provided to me.
    Kindly help me to get refund back.

      I ordered tempered glass for samsung tab a8 from flipkart assured seller and also it doesn't have return policy
      First time when I ordered it was totally broken so I ordered 2nd time and this time it was also totally broken (381+361=742rs)

      The product doesn't have return policy that doesn't mean ths seller will give broken products several times they are taking our money without any responsibility

      It will be good if they return the money or give us another not broken tempered glass

          I had ordered HRX ignite EB 500 eliptical with 3kg Flywheel 8level on Nov 6-2023 and product delivered on 17 nov 2023 and installation completed on 20 nov2023, up to installation of product we had not open the box which was delivered, when installation completed by the company person the product which we ordered was not there and was questioned. the demo person and he said i will complaint to my company person and till dont use the product and he gone, frequently call to him and he was not replied.then i had registered a complaint on flipcart app they said no return and problem resolved .
          I am asking to the company i am not returning the product for refund i am asking right product which i was ordered till now there is no response
          what i had to do with that product which was not used to me
          please resolve my problem by deleviring the right product and take the wrong product which was delivered

              But i noticed that only payment was made and the purchase was stuck with a messege problem loading page.

                For the past month, I have been attempting to make a purchase, but unfortunately, the product consistently shows as "not deliverable" when I try to place an order. This situation has been both frustrating and inconvenient, as I am eager to acquire the Google Pixel 6a and have chosen Flipkart as my preferred platform.

                I have checked for updates regularly, and the unavailability persists, causing a significant delay in obtaining the desired product. I value the services provided by Flipkart and have been a loyal customer for quite some time. However, this experience is tarnishing my perception of the platform.

                I kindly request your prompt attention to this matter and a resolution to ensure that I can proceed with my purchase of the Google Pixel 6a at the earliest convenience.                   I have ordered a phone OnePlus Nord CE 2 Lite 5G (Blue Tide, 128 GB) (6 GB RAM)
                  Order number OD[protected]
                  Website was showing there is 10% instant discount which was never applied while I placed an order.
                  I spoke to them immediately and they keep on giving me runarounds and have raised over 7 cases.
                  Twice their senior representative contacted
                  they did not know about the issue, they ask me(Strange), Ideally they should go through details.
                  Secondly, they keep telling me irrelevant things, Like explaining me about no cost emi and total mrp on box of packaging never getting to the point.
                  Attaching few screenshots here as well that show offer was applicable.
                  Their system had some issue and never does show discount anywhere on the Bill.
                  Their senior team is telling me if any instant discount is offered it would not be displayed on Bill.
                  I dnt know what is happening, No help and I am feeling being cheated.
                  I call and everytime their representative tells me they are raising it and it would be escalated .
                  it has been 7 days or more.
                  Please see if I can get any help

                  False info, new case was reopened and they closed it mentioning issue is resolved. However, it is never resolved yet.

                  Someone from their senior team contacted and said incorrect things, as per them, Offer was showing before purchase and not reflecting in bill so we can not do anything about it.
                  This is really pathetic to see such service from Flipkart. I am really upset now. Please see if something can be done.

                        I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the product that I ordered from your website on November 13, 2023. The order ID is OD[protected] and the product name is Primebook Wifi MT8183 .

                        The product that I received was defective and did not work properly. The screen was defective, the battery was drained, camera not working. . I tried to contact the seller through the Flipkart app, but I did not get any response from them. I also tried to initiate a return or replacement request, but the option was not available for this product.

                        I am very disappointed with this experience and I request you to take immediate action to resolve this issue. I want a full refund of the amount that I paid for this product, which is Rs. 9040. I also want you to arrange a pickup of the defective product from my address as soon as possible.

                          I am just asking for correction of an error which may be occurred due to Technical error or maybe sellers fault. But i am asking for your help as a platform on which thing issue has happened and you are the only authority through which i can get my issue rectified/ solved. As the problem occured is that there is a order placed on flipkart of Apple iPhone 14 on Firm/Business name by inputting GST Number on flipkart app/website, and the there automatically fetched the name of the firm/business by just entering GST NUMBER of the Firm/business. But to my surprise when the invoice generated there they mentioned the shipping address in the Billing address (where as it should be like when by just typing GST NUMBER website have automatically fetched the firm name in the BILL TO so there should be the address also need to mentioned of the Firm’s Registered office address (Because when you have fetched the firm name by just GST NUMBER then you should mention the firm’s Registered Address there in Billings address)
                          So it is my issue and please resolve it at the earliest because if this issue/ firm’s registered address is not updated in Billing Address under the name of the Firm then i would we( as a flipkart costomer) will suffer a financial loss of almost 10000 as we will not able to take the input of GST. And i am sure that flipkart will never want that their customer should suffer such a huge loss due to non-cooperation of flipkart. As flipkart has to only coordinate with seller and get the invoice just update by mentioning Firm’s registered address under the name of the bill to: ( Firm name is already mentioned in the bill to, just need to update the firm’s registered address in bill to:) I am positively looking towards the flipkart for their needful cooperation in this matter. I am writing here the registered address of the Firm for your reference:

                            My name is sagar pawar. I had ordered Toby Rideons & Wagons Non battery operated Ride on ( Blue ) but it getting delayed to deliver and when I got the order the product was different ( I have attached the photos of both the product's what I ordered and what I received). Then I returned the order but after that I decided to change the refund amount mode means I want that amount to be refunded in my credit card only. Then I took help from your executive for change the refund mode and he asked me to first cancel your return order then initiate fresh order and I done same thing. But when I was trying to return my order your system was not allowed to do that.
                            Then I again contacted with your customer care executive they told me you can't return your order you only get replacement then I told him if I will get right product as replacement then I ok with it. Again I got mail from your team on 12th Nov 2023 that my replacement order has been cancelled however your executive told me that you will get your product replacement. Today when I see the my order status then only I know about my order replacement cancellation.
                            Sorry to say that but this is very bad experience which I got with this order. I need my money back or else I want replacement of product with correct product. You can find all order history and how I got harrased with all these things.

                              Please help to activate my account which is blocked by flipkart as the grocery products which I ordered was auto canceled at system end as the delivery agent could not deliver it to my pincode.
                              Also for the amount already paid for the grocery products worth 2060rs which I ordered was simply marked as delivered without delivering the products. I would like to get the refund for the amount I paid. Please help on this matter asap. Thank you.

                              I have contacted customer care thrice for the blocked account issue and everytime they say i have to wait for 3/4 days but i dont see any resolution as of now.Today talked to senior person Monika and she also advised me to wait till Dec 4. Also I have raised the delivery of grocery products issue once and not sure what has happened on that issue as well.

                                  The amount was deducted, but later understood from helpdesk of Flipkart team that it was not booked.
