    mrp as printed on the packet as received rs. 139/70
    when mrp printed as rs.139/70 then it comes -- rs.460/- (for 200g)
    at local shop it costs -- rs. 139/70
    less 20% rs 27/94
    price rs. 111.76/- per 100gm.
    But it costs as 190/- per 100gms. I.E rs.78/-- charges extra per grams.
    Why this malpractice is going on . Please verify and arrange tp refund the amount charged in excess at an early date.

          On 22nd december i have ordered a product mamaearth rosemery hair oil worth Rs.311.And I choose UPI as payment method and when I opened Google pay for payment there is request from Flipkart Internet PVT Ltd.And I made payment, and my product has not been confirmed yet. Means they didn't receive payment.
          My transaction was successful, and product was not confirmed then I crosscheck with other product payment page, it was different.
          And my amount was debited and credited to merchant.Please resolve this issue and refund my money as soon as possible.

            I exchanged a sweater and they gave me a different sweater. On the app it was stated that exchange completed but when I click on it, it says pickup pending. Now I can't return or replace this wrong sweater. I contacted them and gave them all the proofs but still they are not refunding me! The delivery guy even ask me for OTP at the time of exchange.

              I ordered a dress from Flipkart that was delivered on December 20, 2023, and wanted to return it for a size-fit issue. I was told that the style code was incorrect; later, I was compliant and did everything they said. However, it's been 10 days, and I have yet to receive a resolution. They are rejecting my return request without giving a reason. I have been following up for a week, yet their response has been close to none. Honestly, this is not the first time they have tried to do something like this; either they need to update their website or have stringent checks. Ideally I would like to have it returned completely because I do not want to deal with this issue again.

                I have ordered a set of 3 trolley bags with order ID OD[protected]. Unfortunately, there only comes 2 quantities. I tried some chat on flipkart app also but comes no result. So then finally I put a return request, and I was requested some images of the product which I sent and after some time, my account is blocked.
                I neither got the refund and return of that product and also i had order other products which are in shipping or what i dont know, as i cannot see them also.

                please get my account unblocked and my issues resolve.

                    I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the product that I ordered from your website on November 13, 2023. The order ID is OD[protected] and the product name is Primebook Wifi MT8183 .

                    The product that I received was defective and did not work properly. The screen was defective, the battery was drained, camera not working. . I tried to contact the seller through the Flipkart app, but I did not get any response from them. I also tried to initiate a return or replacement request, but the option was not available for this product.

                    I am very disappointed with this experience and I request you to take immediate action to resolve this issue. I want a full refund of the amount that I paid for this product, which is Rs. 9040. I also want you to arrange a pickup of the defective product from my address as soon as possible.

                      I have raised a return request with Flipkart for above mentioned product on 29th Nov. Accordingly the Flipkart executive came for pickup on 30th Nov, he shown me the reference picture in his mobile for which he came for pickup. And after verifying the product condition, he picked up the product. But the Flipkart status was not updated as picked up. After I found that, I have reported the same issue to the Flipkart Mogappair Warehouse (nearest hub where all my Flipkart delivery and pickup are processed). Warehouse team has agreed the issue is at their side, they missed the product somewhere, they told, they will try to find the product, and process the refund asap. I also reported to the customer care to escalate the issue. But there is no action taken from either of the side. Then due to the recent cyclone in Chennai, I am unable to follow up much on this. Again Flipkart was saying that they not even pick-up the product on 30th Nov. So they were keep rescheduling the product pickup for the last 5 days. Now it is showing as return was cancelled according to our seller policy. Customer care executives and Warehouse team are playing football with my hard earned money. If Flipkart does not train their executives to handle the orders properly, what I could do, why I should suffer from all this annoying situation. Please take action, process the refund as soon as possible.

                        Sir i had ordered HRX EB 500 eliptical with kg 3flywheel 8level in NOV062023 and the product delivered on 17th nov 2023 and cash of 11499 was taken by the Corrier boy, and demo was done on 21 nov 2023, when product was unboxed by the demo person the product which above i ordered was not their and i was asked tge demo person please return the product he said it was not my job and again i contacted to the flif cart service they also said it not up to them, then gain i was lodged at complaint to flif cart services through online 06.12.2023 till now there is no response from them, the product which they delivered behind my order is useless to me please help me

                            VIVO T2 5G phone order in flipkart, Got the defective item, Camera and speaker are not working, for the same i had requested to take the item return and refund money. But flipkart chat services team agreed and finally accepted for replacement, now even replacement request also rejected. I have reported the problem with in return window is open state.

                            I wanted to return the order and full refund requied.

                              I placed an order on Dec 18th 2023 and received the order on the same day. After trying i found out that the product is of no proper fit for me. I wanted to return it which the application is not allowing for. Its says this is under no return category whereas it shows 10days return in the page of order (Attaching the screenshot for reference) Even after multiple discussions with customer care they are not helping. This product is a sweatshirt which is not part of their "Non returnable products" as per their return policy as well. Attaching their return policy screenshot as well for reference.

                                I have purchased IPhone 14 Plus on 19th of December 2023 and we haven’t received our Product yet. Delivery date was 20th December and it got rescheduled to 21st December after that there is no update and still I don't have the Product. It shows that it is to be delivered by Ekart logistics (AWB number- FMPP[protected]), my product is showing at near by hub (Trimulgherry hub). I had multiple call with flipkart support team but no effective update regarding the product they're just responding same on every call that they're looking into it.
                                This is not correct way to respond to customer
                                Hence kindly request you to look this issue and we need delivery as soon as possible.

                                  I had ordered a maya print women nighty (pink coloured) order no OD[protected] on 22 Nov 23. Order delivered on 26 Nov 23 with a different make, nighty. I complained on Flipkart site for the mistaken or push marketing by seller. But 1. Flipkart site did not permitted to refund showing reason that my refund nos is 8 times(, I wish to mention that if their images on site and original product varies then what I ll do with that wrongly sent product)
                                  2. My complain did not responded mean the wrong product issues has been orverlooked by Flipkart while answering me.
                                  3. This site does not have a proper customer complain site

                                    I purchased the PROLIFE Elite mixer grinder on September 21 from Flipkart. Within one month, the grinder stopped working. In the box, I don’t see any service center number. I have tried so many ways to connect with the brand, but I couldn’t find it. Finally, I have connected with Flipkart. Even Flipkart doesn’t have the brand service phone number or email. After my conversion, in three to four days I got the service mobile numbers and email ID from Flipkart. From the past 25 days onwards, I've been trying to connect both the service mobile numbers, but not working, and I tried to reach out through mail. There was also no response via email.
                                    From 25 days onwards, I have been daily connecting with Flipkart to check with the brand and resolve the issue, but they haven't yet either refunded or provided a solution.
