I have purchased a bed from flipkart with order id OD[protected]. It was delivered on 13th September and installed on 19th September. Generally an option to download invoice comes within 24 hrs of product delivery. In my case till now there is no option available to download invoice. And worst part is, there is no option available to contact flipkart customer care also for my grievances other than stupid chat bot. I have tried so many...

An amount of 9927.38 was deducted on 13th August 2023 without the knowledge of the account holder.

Hi i am a regular customer of flip kart. Recently i have ordered a mobile with replacement of old mobile. The delivery agent refused to deliver it in my office room. He said that he can not come to office doorstep. in office, someone can not go outside onduty so i told to come to doorstep. He rudely denied and told that "if you wanted to complain then do it".
