Hello,
This is with regards to my flipkart account which has been dismissed because I raised a issue about a product which was missing in my order and after talking to their customer support they said that I need to put a return request and then I did the same yesterday, but today morning they have left a message saying I’ve been miss using my account and has been dismissed, I have to return two products with that I even have 2 products refund too..
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I just want to say that my Flipkard account has been banned and why it is banned, I myself have not found out so I am just requesting you to unblock my Flipkard account.

    I have bought ADIDAS Merage M Running Shoes For Men on 9th December (Order ID- OD[protected]. But the product delivered to was a different fake adidas shoe. As it was an open box delivery and the box was not opened at the time of delivery they are refusing for refund. When the product delivered my mother was at home and she didn't know about this process. The delivery boy also didn't say that it's a open box delivery. The box was wornout.
    I want to lodge complaint against flipkart for not resolving my complaint. I have talked to them several time but no action taken. Please help.

        Sir,
        My name is Sumayya. I purchased a flipkart perfect homes iris mattress 8 months back worth 8615 rupees.
        I believed in their misleading advertisement. But the product makes me very uncomfortable. After a month o[censored]sage the springs are bulging out completely and makes us severe body pain and big noise. Their is no physical damage even a scratch from my side. But this bulging spring is visible.
        My 6 years old daughter is a cancer patient. She too have severe body pain while using this mattress. I tried to contact customer support many times. Finally I got the higher team customer support number. Just 6 days back based on my request they allowed me a return and refund option. I felt very thank full to flipkart at that time. But yesterday i received a msg regarding cancellation of refund. I dont know why it happen without my knowledge or consent. They have no real reason. The actual pickup date they told me is on 22 december. The date is not due. I already purchased another mattress yesterday in flipkart because of their refund promise. Then why flipkart cheated me? Its really unfair trade practices.
        I dont need replacement. Because the problem of this product will definitely happen in future. So please allow me refund.

          Order Ref: OD[protected]
          Nokia 5.4 was expected to be exchanged with Pixel 7. Agreed value was 6500. First Delivery person started with decolorization. We took photos and color scan and he then back tracked. Then he examined phone for good long time and said phone is bent and screen has come out. Phone has curved screen and phone is new. We asked few other members to check but none could recognize how screen has come out. Delivery boy was pointing to the screen design and refused to explain his point even. Apparently flipkart agrees on one value while selling and increases price through backdoor. This behaviour should be treated with applicable laws and such behavior should be discouraged. We demand to hold on sale value

            Issue about double payment and want refund

            U ordered for shoes from Flipkart last week for worth rs 253 and I order using the CoD mode and after that I payed for that just one day before receiving order...but I received order with CoD mode 😔 I think their was a mistake and I heard that if you pay for don't worry you will get your money back for double payment for the same product... hope you will solve my problem and refund my money....

                      I ordered a mobile phone POCO X5 pro on 14/12/2023 order I'd OD[protected] and I cancelled because of decreasing price. I ordered that phone by PNB debit card. Now they are saying that refund has been initiated (without mentioning reference no.) but I have not received any refund or any reference number in this regard. Please look into this matter and resolve this as soon as possible.

                          Whenever I order grocery from Flipkart the delivery agents don't deliver the orders and they even don't pick up the calls..on the other hand while complaining for the same to customer care they just have few words to say that sorry sir for the inconvenience caused next time you will not face this issue but back to back I am facing this issue..I request Flipkart to please take action against the delivery agents of my place (Budaun, Zip code -243601)

                            I purchased this product from Flipkart on December 3rd from the seller LOOPA and there was a condition that we must buy minimum 2 quantities (Picture 1) each costs Rs.117 so total for 2 belts is Rs.234. So after making order, Flipkart sent me 2 belts (Picture 2)which are completely different by buckle design. So I raised replacement and I returned both belts back as I got 2 belts in one pack so thought that I should return 2 belts but Flipkart considered only 1 belt in return and replaced only 1 belt which is also different again (Picture 3). Now I raised return and refund complaint again...but now Flipkart is saying that I should return only 1 belt instead of 2 and they can refund for only 1 belt. This is a big scam from Flipkart which I didn't expect. They are not even ready to give me seller's contact number.
                            I want my full amount back or the actual products which I ordered earlier. Please go through the pictures where you can get all the details clearly. Please help me out.

                                  I ordered a samsung evo plus 512 gb memory card from flipkart, I got the product it didn't work on my phone I tried it with the 2 other phones I have didn't work.I tried to return the item but couldn't because of oorn bix delivery, I didn't get refund either.Flipkart basically gave me a defective product then trapped me with that product using open box delivery.High level scam by flipkart.I was emailed by the flipkart team asking me to remove the negative review I posted they didn't made my review public either.

                                    I have ordered an Idly stand from flipkart on 3rd dec 2023 and it should be delivered on 8th Dec 2023, but they have not contacted us and suddenly marked as delivered on 08th Dec 2023 night at 08:41 PM. When I have register a complaint on same night via flipkart customer care they just created one incident and closed that saying it is already delivered. When we agin compliant that we have get the product they again open the incident and close within a day with giving any proper answer.
                                    Everytime we ask anything they simply tell it is already delivered.
                                    It seems like Flipkart is not interested solving our issues.
