I have purchased a product from Flipkart on 14 january. And the distance also within 40km from the seller to me to receive, but the promised date was 23 january but not delivered, i have cancelled my trip on that day even after they provided 26 assured delivery not even delivered one this day also and now they not providing a confirmation date to delivery, and they have cancelled also, plz do the need full
And what service numbers are there is not working

    Greetings,
    I am Vibhanshu Sharma. I ordered moto tab g62 on 16th January'24 and it got delivered on 23 January'24. The product's serial number is different from the invoice serial number.
    It is clear case of fraud and scam that is being done. I want a refund for the same.
    Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

      To Whom It May Concern,

      I am writing to formally file a complaint against Flipkart, a leading e-commerce platform, regarding a highly unsatisfactory experience I recently encountered with their services.

      Recently on Flipkart I bought a for a pair of shoes. Unfortunately, upon receiving the product, I discovered significant defects, particularly in the quality of the buckle. In adherence to Flipkart's return policy, I promptly initiated the return process, clearly citing the reasons for the return as the product's defective nature.

      To my shock and dismay, instead of receiving assistance or an appropriate resolution to the matter, I received an email notifying me that my Flipkart account had been blocked. The justification provided was an alleged "unusually high number of returns" in my purchase history.

      I would like to highlight the following concerns:

      Abrupt Account Block: The sudden and unexplained block of my Flipkart account without any prior warning or communication is not only unjust but also leaves me without access to essential services and information related to previous purchases.

      Defective Product: The primary reason for initiating the return was the defective nature of the purchased item. I request a fair resolution to this matter, either through facilitating an appropriate return process or offering a replacement for the faulty product.

      Lack of Communication: Flipkart failed to communicate any concerns about the number of returns or provide an opportunity for clarification before resorting to such a drastic measure as blocking my account.

      I trust that Consumer Complaint Platform will investigate this matter thoroughly and ensure that appropriate actions are taken to rectify these issues. I appreciate your attention to this complaint and look forward to a swift resolution.

        Hi team,

        I wanted to register a complaint regarding two things:
        1. A pending refund of 6k for an order which i will explain in detail
        2. Bad CS experience where the above issue was highlighted multiple times and the Support Team keeps marking the issue as resolved even though it is not.

        ORDER ID: OD[protected]
        For this order the following things happened:
        1. I placed an order for a phone motorola edge 30 which costs around 2100
        2. I applied exchange for my old phone. The value came to 6, 350rs
        3. This was deducted from the cost of the new phone which now came to about 14, 907
        4. I made the payment of 14, 907 and waited for the new phone.

        5. When the delivery agent arrived, he checked my old phone for any issues. There were issues and the final exchange came to only ~4k. I said to cancel the exchange since that was too low and ill pay the excess amount.
        6. He cancelled the exchange and i paid the excess amount of 6350 thru UPI to the delivery agent. So the total amount paid is now 14, 907 + 6, 151

        7. Then when we opened the new phone, we saw that the new phone had scratches. Since it was open box delivery, i cancelled the new phone. He said that i will get the refund.
        8. I waited for a few days and got the refund of only 14907
        CS Support
        9. I filed a complaint with CS Support .
        10. They made a call and i explained the whole issues. They said it will be resolved in 3-4days.
        11. It did not get resolved but they marked the issue as resolved.
        12. When i called again i had again raise issue, again explained the issue
        I explained the issue toe 5 other ppl wasting my time each time for over half hour and all they said is that it will be resolved.

        I still have not got the refund of 6, 350 and after raising the issue multiple times they are simply marking as resolved.
        There have been 13 support tickets opened in this order. Still do not have an issue. I need a resolution for this asap as it has been over 3 months of dealing with people over a plain issue where i have all the details including upi payment details.

          Hi Team,

          Thanks for your help.

          I am Siddharth Gope a very old customer of Flipkart. On 21st of Dec 2023 I bought one BenQ GS50 500 lm DLP Corded & Cordless Mobiles Portable Projector (order ID OD[protected] from Flipkart.

          As the product was damaged on arrival (we have a video of product un-boxing on arrival) and not working well, we asked Flipkart to return that. First of all, they declined all our request three times. In forth attempt the agreed-on replacement.

          On 1st Jan 2024 replacement came and delivery boy denied allowing us to open the product on arrival (the replacement was approved only because we had a video o[censored]n-boxing of original damaged product on arrival). As the earlier product was already damaged, we denied receiving the product replacement and sent back both the original product and replacement with the delivery boy.

          On the same day we opened a ticket with Flipkart for the refund. Even though they are agreeing on all the points from our side they have not refunded the amount yet.

          Even they have sent a written mail to us that we will be getting the amount in 5 business days on 13th Jan 2024. They have not sent anything to us yet.

          And now they are forcing us to keep the damaged product again.

          Her is the timewise details.

          21st Dec 2023: - Ordered Product with online payment.

          23rd Dec 2023: - Product delivered. (Product was damaged on arrival. We have a video or product un-boxing on arrival)

          24th Dec 2023: - we requested return ([protected]) for the first time (Rejected)

          25th Dec 2023: - we requested return ([protected]) for the second time (Rejected)

          26th Dec 2023: - we requested return ([protected]) for the third time (Rejected)

          27th Dec 2023: - we requested return ([protected]) for the fourth time (Replacement Approved)

          1st Jan 2024: - Replacement came. Delivery boy didn't allow us to open the box to check again if product is damaged or not. So, we sent both original product and Replacement with Delivery boy. (We have a video evidence)

          1 Jan 2024: - We raised our first ticket (Incident: IN[protected]) with Flipkart. they said this will be resolved by 4th Jan 2024.

          4 Jan 2024: - They asked bank details saying seller want to refund the amount. and resolved the ticket by them self without my confirmation.

          7 Jan 2024: - We re-opened the ticket and shared the bank details. And specifically shared multiple mobile number as well in case they want to connect us.

          9 Jan 2024: - They asked for the screen shot of message showing us the tracking id of the replacement delivery. We shared the same.

          10 Jan 2024: - They asked for the bank details again. We shared it. They resolved the ticket by them self without my confirmation again.

          11 Jan 2024: - They dropped an email that they will be refunding my money within next 5 business days.

          13 Jan 2024: - They dropped an email again that they will be refunding my money within next 5 business days.

          17 Jan 2024: - We dropped an email to Flipkart saying that we do not have received any amount please update. (No reply)

          19 Jan 2024: - We called them for the update. They said the seller has already approved the refund process. Please wait for 1 day. They resolved the ticket by them self without my confirmation again.

          20 Jan 2024: - We dropped another email again for the update. (No reply)

          21 Jan 2024: - We called them to get the status. This time they said seller declined the refund. please wait for another day.

          22 Jan 2024: - We called them again for update. This time we got an update that delivery boy has marked pick up of original product as cancelled.

          24 Jan 2024: - We visited delivery partner office. We show that delivery partner has sent back the replacement product to seller, and they are keeping original product in their warehouse. When we asked why the product was still in the warehouse? they said they don't have any update all along from Flipkart what to do with the product. They started forcing us to take away the product.

          24 Jan 2024: - We called Flipkart to update the situation. They asked for the time till 25th Jan 2024. we waited.

          25 Jan 2024: - Now Flipkart called us and started forcing us to receive the original product form delivery partner. And after that raise a fresh complain without any guarantee that the return request would be considered or not. As the date of return and replacement of the product has already passed for the product. We asked specifically a written email form Flipkart giving an assurance that the product will be returned after picking up. They specifically denied giving anything. And said you have to receive the product. Resolved my ticket again. (We have audio recording for the same)

          We also have all the chat reference which shows that from day one they have agreed that both the product was with Flipkart and their delivery partner only. And now they are forcing us to receive the damaged product.

          In between they always create multiple ticket for us to get rid of the old ticket. which is very irritating.

          Please help us getting out of the issue. As we need this money on very urgent basis.

            good evening

            had received a pair of shoes from Flipcart and the seder's name and address were not disclosed. since the same was not ordered by me would like to find out the details of the order (send's mail id / phone no / name). we have tried to get in touch with flip cart customer care and they are saying we cannot disclose the same.

            this ordered is not made by me and in my absence unfortunately my driver have received the order in COD basis.

            we would like to know who has arranged the order in my name and address without my knowledge.

              I have repeatedly facing issues with flipkart delivery boy.
              1. The door to door delivery is not done. While other companies’ delivery is done to my flat.
              Thus, wife had to Travel every time to society gate with 2 year old kid

              2. The delivery boy fights with the wife everytime for coming late & dont handover the order

              3. The orders are marked out for delivery for next 2-3 days & cancelled ultimately

              This has been complained to FK for 5 times in last 2 months. No action & same issue.

              This is time waste in overall process, nuisance in front of society, & mental torture.

              This is last resort for me, I’ll leave flipkart forever from here.

                I have order whirlpool Refrigerator.i received on[protected].It's open box delivery. When it's delivery product damaged. So i asked new product but delivery people told will give 20 percentage extra discount. Still am not receive any amount and calls. Still installation also not completed.

                    I bought a TV from flipkart on 15 January after a few days the Tv issued in Wifi disconnection and bad display i called the brand they denied any assistance and told to contact flipkart when i contacted them they also denied the return of the product todays is the last day of the product return policy having a very bad experience in flipkart while being a plus member for almost 4+ yrs

                      I bought a TV from flipkart of brand MI after few days the Tv issued in frequent wifi disconnection and bad display when contacted to the MI help center they denied the return of the product even when contacted to flipkart they also did the same

                        I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with a recent purchase I made on your platform. I ordered a pair of Puma shoes (Order ID:OD[protected] and am extremely disappointed with the quality of the product received.

                        The shoes, which were supposed to be genuine Puma originals, exhibit subpar craftsmanship and material. The build quality is far below the standards one would expect from a reputed brand like Puma. This has not only resulted in a complete loss of value for the money spent but has also tarnished the image of Puma as a brand.

                        I value my time and money, and it is disheartening to see both being compromised in this transaction. I urge Flipkart to take responsibility for the quality of products sold on its platform and uphold the trust customers place in it. It is crucial to maintain the integrity of renowned brands like Puma by ensuring that only authentic and high-quality products are made available to the consumers.
                        To further illustrate my dissatisfaction, I have attached an image that clearly depicts the deteriorated condition of the shoes after just one month o[censored]se. As a responsible customer, I had already shared my concerns in a review on FlipKart platform, hoping for a resolution. However, with no apparent improvement, I am compelled to escalate the matter.

                        I kindly request a prompt investigation into this matter and a suitable resolution, be it a replacement or a refund. I believe that it is in the best interest of Flipkart, Puma, and the customers to address and rectify such issues promptly.

                          I want to order this smsart phone but the required varient is currently out of stock for many day . so, i am compelled to buy the higher varient 8+128 . i think they are doing this on purpose so, that we are compelled to buy the costly varient .

                            I mistakenly made a payment of 48947 rupees to Flipkart from my upi ID [protected]@okaxis, which is showing successfully credited to their account but they are continuing to deny this. They are not refunding my amount and saying they have not received it. I complained it to my bank (axis bank) and they said they can’t guarantee if i will get this money back.

                            Requesting you to kindly look into this matter and help me in getting my amount refunded to my account asap.

                              This is regards to my delivery for Google Pixel 7 (Order ID - OD[protected] with Ekart Logistics - FMPP[protected].

                              I am a premium plus member of Flipkart and my above order was supposed to be delivered to me today i.e 18th January 2023, but the order has not been delivered yet. When contacted to the customer support executive, they were not able to locate my order and read out the exact same status as of what appeared to me in the app.

                              Ekart tracking status shows : Unsuccessful Unable to attempt delivery due to operational issues.

                                Ordered a product in flipkart on 14th Jan. It has been 1 week There is no progress in shipping. Order not even picked by delivery partner. Not yet shipped. No proper consumer support from flipkart. Those who ordered after me also received it. I urgently needed the product . So frustrated. Received tempered glass and cover but tablet is not coming. Now the offer period is over and the price increases 2500rs. I also used super coins. Please resolve my problem.

                                    I order a laptop in flight on 28 dec
                                    And they said that will deliver at 12 Jan
                                    But today itself my order doesn't deliver. And it show unable deliver due to operational issues .

                                    So I need my order now and please deliver my order .

                                        Air pump bought from flipkart stopped working before 3 months
                                        When i asked product brand its asked me to connect to flipkart and fipkart said its not under warranty
