I am unable to use my flipkart account for placing any order for last 6 month
Any kind of prepaid payment option is not working Credit card, debit card, UPI etc. Only cash on delivery option works.

Whenever i try to place an order and make payment i get error on flipkart page" Transaction was declined on the basis of risk checks"

I have been taking constant follow ups with customer care but nothing helps.

    I order a shirt from flipkart on 15th may 2022. i got my product on 21st may . i dint like the quality of the product, cloth quality is sooo poor. so return my item and i hand over it next day 22 may . they send me msg that they send my money on 24 may, which is 300 rs . but havnt receive any money from them . they are saying that they already send my money to my bank account i checked it online but no refund . what to do i need help thanks

      Dear Flipkart.
      I had ordered an android mobile vivo t1 on 12th May. Which was delivered to me on 15th May. When I opened it and saw it, I was shocked because there was no mobile phone inside it. Instead of a mobile phone, it had a TV remote inside. I requested for its return on Flipkart at the same time but flipkart canceled its return. Now I am continuously requesting for my refund from 15th May for this but no solution is being given to me. Time and again I am being given further dates please refund my money. Flipkart is a reliable company. I didn't expect such despair from this. However, whatever is there now, please return my Rupees to me as soon as possible.

        I ordered kent elegant from my flipkart account on 7th May, which got delivered on 11th May and pickup on 23rd May, but now pickup is not showing update on Flipkart account. But pickup boy im confirmed pickup done has said that pick up will show up and customer care is saying that your amount will be refunded for waiting 24 hours, but it is not being done. Again again said wait not give refunded

          I’m a plus member of Flipkart .I’m using the app from last 10 years .I’ve a utmost trust on this app .Most of the things, Infact everything from kitchen ware to decor items, I shop from Flipkart. If a customer doesn’t like the product or received a different product, obviously the product will be returned .They’ve blocked my account coz o[censored]nusual number of returns, why don’t have blocked my account on *unsual number of purchases* . I’ve complained thrice, but getting the same mail . I’ve supercoins in my account & before blocking have ordered a lot of products . This is totally unprofessional.
          Kindly help me to unblock my account .

            1. I've placed an order for Xiaomi 11i 5G (IMEI [protected]) on 7th of May'22 and got it delivered on 9th of May'22. Order Ref. OD[protected].
            2. Within a day or two the receiver stopped responding and I've placed a replacement request on 16th May'22 stating the same. Also the camera was having performance issue.
            3. The technician visit for the replacement request ([protected]) was canceled due to technical reason and I've escalated the same as the handset was not responding properly.
            4. Again by calling the CS Team for ample no. of times another replacement request was raised i.e.[protected] (During call it was explicitly stated about the issue being experienced and to log the same in the ticket which was found later not done) for which the technician visit was done on 22nd May'22.
            5. The technician acknowledged that the issue exists but regarding the camera he is unsure of (he is not technically sound and was unable to diagnose properly). He told that the software update (which will come at a later date) might resolve the issue the the current issue is not resolved.
            6. As soon as the person left my premises I've received an intimation that the replacement request is rejected as the issue is resolved which was not done ideally.
            7. With the complete experience I've visited the MI Service Centre (Infotel Services) Saltlake, Kolkata (Mr. Rajkumar Shaw) today and the service center technician explicitly stated that there are manufacturing defect which was cited to me from CIT console and the rear camera & receiver is not working properly. Also it was stated that it should be dealt by Flipkart accordingly as these was reported within 7 days of purchase
            8. I've called several times (more than 8-10 times) since afternoon to get help from the CS Team and their so called supervisors but till now nobody able to provide an expected resolution.
            Now my question to you guys that
            a) If the technician is incompetent about the technical understanding of such major issue then why the customer is experience this nuisance! I'm copying the MI Team, Consumer Forum & the legal/Grievance desk for an expedited resolution on this?
            b) Why the Flipkart platform is assuring help when you cant' provide the same?
            c) Now the MI Helpdesk & Flipkart are fighting in between under whose scope this issue is falling between?

            Please get this resolved internally and provide an update asap.

                      Hello,
                      My order id= OD[protected]
                      is set for a pickup and then refund.
                      The product is a BlueStar 1.5 Ton Split inverter A.C cost Rs- 34, 499/-
                      The product had some warranty issue as i could not avail the warranty of the product so flipkart decided to return the product and Refund me .
                      Now the the main problem arrising is that the pickup was supposed to happen on 13th May 2022 but due to some unexpected delay they messaged me that it will happen by 18th May then on 18th the pickup did not happen so i called them again .
                      They again made some silly excuse and told to pickup by 21st .
                      Now on 21st i called them again and they said sorry some delay is happening we will pickup by either 23 for sure or 24th .
                      I called multiple times on 23 that pickup did not happen then they said on 24th it will happen but even on 24th i got no update or anything such related to pickup of my Air conditioner.
                      I called multiple times and wasted so many hours talking to customer agent of flipkart but none of them provided any satisfaction resolution.
                      Flipkart has wasted so many days and still not able to pickup my product and refund me my amount.
                      The climate is so hot, unbearable and i don't have A.C, i'm spending my days and night in fan and still sweating.
                      If flipkart can't pickup the product then at least refund me my amount.
                      It's high time now, i'm having issue doing my work from home job as well in this hot climate.
                      I will seek higher authorities and ask refund for all my losses if it occurs due to unabe to do my job.
                      Flipkart, You better pickup the item in a day or 2 otheriwse i'll file a case too.

                      Below are the screenshots of emails they kept of sending after every unsuccessful pickup
                      and keep making excuses again and again.I'm am really fed up by their fake dates and failing to pick my order and provide me refund.
                      A strict action will be taken against flipkart if i don't get my refund within few days

                        My account has been deactivated on account of high number of returns automatically. I don't have high number of returns which can be checked by analysing my order history but there is no resolution as they are not atleast willing to check and confirm. I have only few orders that i returned which too have genuine resons. Account associated with mobile no. [protected]

                          I am a Plus Member since 3 years and have done shopping worth lakhs from Flipkart. But now they have degraded to another level. Ordered a Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 on May 3rd on sale worth Rs. 15000. Delivery date was 6th of May but dint received any watch. Flipkart application didn't showed any status update of my order as well. After complaining the same to customer care many times they arranged a backend call for me and the guy assured me that I will receive my order on or before 13th due to some problem at courier partner end. Finally status update started showing in my Flipkart app and i received my order on 12th of May. Upon opening my order i found out that the product i received was a Fossil Watch worth 12000 that too in a suspicious packaging. It was a totally black plastic bag and there was no Flipkart logo on the packaging, only one bill with my name was there. I opened the package as it was sealed but upon finding totally different product inside i opened return or replacement request for the same and then Flipkart started to act weird. I have placed return request 4 times as on 23rs May 2022 and they are rejecting my return bluntly by giving me bogus reasons. So long for being a loyal Flipkart Customer for many years. Customer care is also unable to help me as they have very limited options at their end and lack of knowledge too. Flipkart app changing my return request status as they will and not even notifying me anymore. Every identification proof (Adhar Card) plus all the photos of the wrong product received was given to Flipkart on timely manner to authenticate my identity and to know that this is a genuine claim but all went to waste. Now the only option i have is to go to Court and fight for this scam they are running. Kindly help may be provided to me to make this reach to the highest authority possible so that my faith can be restored in online shopping once again

                                Hello sir This is Ashutosh Yadav here, i have ordered a pair of Yonex Astrox badminton but item was missing in the box only badminton bag were there . When I call Flipkart agent they told me that's okk you will get refund but no refund is initiated and my account is banned by Flipkart. This is not good i want Flipkart to refund my money otherwise I will go to the court and file a case against Flipkart, this is not the way to treat your customer

                                  I have order mobile on 7 may Samsung f23 6/128 The 1 delivery attempt on 10 may I was not at home 2 delivery attempt on 12, in 2 attempt the delivery boy asking me money to give as I order purchase on exchange and he refuse to take the exchange mobile so I told him I will come office and give money and take product .when I go to office they said the order is canceled so I contact flipkart team they give me assurance that product will deliver but they refunded my request and cancelled my product on 24 may as they policy that delivery attempt 3 time after that order will cancelled.
                                  The price of product increase now I ask them for compensation they told me that they don't have, I think should have to add compensation policy as they are wasting customer time if customer refuse to pay the flipkart pay later bill late they will fine us, so why we customer who give money to them and they even not giving right information about products I have all recoding and screenshot to blame them please help me

                                    I have bought Realme gt neo 3 smart phone on 4th may 2022 which is first day of sale on flipkart. in which they are giving 7000 discount on sbi cards.
                                    The first delivery date was 15 may than they delayed order to 22nd may. On 22nd may they again delayed to 29th may. after complaining many times there customer executive called us Ask me cancel the order and reorder it. But if i cancel the order and reorder it. i will not get benefit of 7000 discount and and i have to pay more 7000 rupees for same product. when i bought the product. it is available then How suddenly it is out of stock. I WANT THAT SAME PRODUCT WITH THE SAME OFFER.

                                      I ordered the Asus vivobook K15 laptop from Flipkart at 18 may and it's available at one day delivery but they could shipped the laptop till 21 may and after 21 may the product is out of delivery but the delivery boy could not delivered yet. And the delivery person is so arrogant and tell lies like the vehicle is not working twice time. And now Flipkart show me in their application my phone is not reachable so they don't deliver. I complaint so many time first they said my laptop delivered till 24 and now they said they will deliver by at 26. Now I'm fell stucked why i booked laptop from Flipkart plz do something and deliver my laptop as soon as possible.

                                        I have ordered a PS5 disc edition from Flipkart on 13th may 2022. I have not at all received any update regarding the shipment of the product and its saying that the product is arriving tomorrow.[protected]. When i searched about the dealer RetailerNet.l, this issue is faced by many people and i think its a scam. I have paid the amount via emi and i want to receive the product atleast before the emi starts.
