I purchased a Voltas 1.5 Ton 4 Star Split Inverter AC - White[protected]V DAZJ, Copper Condenser) from FLIPKART with order id- OD[protected] dated 10-May-2022 (Invoice Number # FADZYH[protected] dated 11-May-2022) worth INR 28749.The order was delivered on 14-May-2022.

The installation of product was done on 15th May 2022 and the AC was not working. The installation person mentioned that due to high temperature, it will take some time for cooling. However, ever after using for 2-3 days, the AC is not able to provide cooling and room temperature remains above 30 degrees Celsius.

I placed the return request on 20th May 2022 vide Replacement ID:[protected] and technician visited on 21st May 2022. He mentioned that the product is defective and there is gas leakage in compressor. He informed that he will send the report accordingly and new product will be received as replacement.

Today on 22nd May, I received a message from Flipkart that the return is rejected without mentioning any details or clarifying the reason.

I have placed the return request again vide new Replacement ID:[protected] on 22nd May 2022 and awaiting resolution.

The last return date is 24th May and hoping to get the replacement or refund ASAP.

I hope this issue gets resolved with a proper action being taken against the Flipkart & Their seller IWQNBecommerce who trick hardworking people into their malicious traps.

    I ordered a mobile phone which was suppose to be delivered on 22nd of may (time wasn't mentioned). I waited till 5 pm only to receive a call from the delivery guy telling me that he wasn't in the city and that he will deliver it by tomorrow. Or else i can get the parcel from their office, he said. Their office is nearly 5.5km away from my house. I wanted that phone urgently that's why I waited the entire day, ditching my work. Utterly disappointed

        I tried so many ways but I can't find a way to update linked mobile number in Flipkart app.
        Because it asks for OTP that is being sent to old number and I don't have old number.

          You disabled my pay later account because of terms and condition.
          By the way i always pay your payment on time and before due and i did not not break any T&C of your financing partner. You were such a irresponsible with giving exact reason you just disabled my pay later due to terms and condition. Flipkart that's your mistake you are not giving my emi paid information to idfc bank that's why they disabled my pay later account

            I am a plus member I bought a air cooler Order Id: OD[protected]. flipkart had deliberately sent wrong product and now they are asking me to prove my identity by asking aadhar or else what???? so that they could sell my data

            1.Scanned copy/ clear photo of both sides of Aadhaar or Driving License or Voter ID. Please ensure that the information on your photo ID should match the details on your recent order(s).

              I have ordered a HP pavilion laptop worth 55, 000 on flipkart on 10th may, at that time expected date of delivery was 13th may but they did not deliver it on 13th may, they extended the delivery date to 16th may without even asking me and they did not deliver the product on 16th may also. I got a message that they are facing issues with delivery wait till 20th to resolve the issue but the next day the product was out for delivery, I also got a delivery agent number when I tried to call him, it was ringing but he did not lift the call, I called him 10 times but he did not answer. At end of day on 17th may I got a message saying that product is undelivered, we'll try to deliver it tomorrow. But on next day they did not try to deliver it. I have waited till 20th, they did not respond to my problems, on 20th may, i got a call saying that they'll definitely deliver it by 23rd may, so I waited but today again they're saying that I have to wait till 26th may. Their customer service is the worst, they're just speaking like robots saying the same thing.

                I bought an IFB Washing machine at may 15 2022,

                2 days later, the demo installing person came and told the top cover is broken and suggested me to apply replacement

                then after applying replacement, we received another machine, unfortunately the machine came for replacement is also damaged as the back screws are bent.

                so the delivery agent took back the new machine which came as replacement and did not picked up the old machine and told us to apply refund.

                Now i have that useless machine which i still didnt used even the demo is not installed for 7 days, i asked flipkart for refund and pick up this machine. they postponing things that issue will be solved at may 25, may 27 etc...

                So frustrating it is, sending back to back faulty products and not even a step taken for refund is so dumb and the experience with flipkart is so so trash

                  Bought a realme wireless buds from Flipkart, item came in damaged, only 1 side works, . Flipkart treats me like I've bought this from someone else.

                  Return still has not been opened.

                  Absolutely terrible service as a customer.

                  They're either fixing this or I'm taking this issue further. I'm tired of this.

                  I buy from you, it comes half working, probably a used older piece and you expect me to spend my time and money getting in touch with the brand to fix it? This is not olx where i bought a used product, this is a new product, take responsibility.

                  I need your final answer for this, either take this back, or let me know in writing that you will not take it back, state your policy and the condition of my item.

                    I have purchased a Samsung 1.5 ton ac in flipkart for Rs.31999/- on 05.05.2022 with by SBI debit card ending with 7174 and cancelled the order on the same day.
                    Flipkart initiated the refund on 09th may 2022 and told me that they have processed the amount and it should be credited in my account by 09th may EOD.
                    I checked my account on 09th May but the amount was still not credited in my SBI account, I followed up with Flipkart and they informed me that they have processed the amount and
                    shared the Refund reference id and Payment reference number. I have been following up with them since but still I have not received the amount in my account. I have shared the
                    bank statement as an evidence to them but every time I call them they gave us the payment reference id and Refund reference number and told me that the refund has been done from seller side
                    and asked me to contact my bank. Please find the details provided by flipkart as a confirmation that the refund has been successful.

                    I have called the SBI customercare to trace the amount but my sbi bank says I myself should contact flipkart as they do not find those reference number valid to trace from bank branch.
                    Please help me out of this I have been calling flipkart and SBI multiple times still I am facing the same issue, kindly do the needful to credit the refund to my account.
                    May be the transaction is pending please clear this

                      Dear sir/madam,

                      I had purchased the soundcore liberty air 2 pro earphones on May 21, 2022. I tried them as soon as I received them and found that the product is not fitting my ears. This is after trying all the ear tips. The Active noise cancellation is also virtually non existent and the sound quality is also average, bordering on bad. The highs are very sharp and hurt my ears while listening. Due to all these reasons, i wanted a refund and not a replacement.

                      However, customer care has been extremely uncooperative. They are refusing to refund stating some product policy. However, I've never had this issue with Amazon. They are more customer friendly and process refunds/replacements much more faster if product doesn't meet customer requirement.

                      Now I am anticipating Flipkart will stall this issue until return period expires and then state return period is expired. I want to state on record that i received product on May 21, 2022 and initiated refund on the same day, within 3 hours of receiving product as the product was not meeting my requirement, hence i did not want a replacement either.

                      I urge you to take my refund request seriously and refund as soon as possible. Order ID: #OD[protected]

                        Now for return of the product they are asking for my govt I'd proof and moreover they are asking for consent to share my I'd proof with third party.

                        I ordered product and returning same because of wrong product delivered. Why they need my I'd proof.

                                I purchased my Samsung Galaxy F62 from a local dealer. My phone locked after a year of purchase which showed flipkart smart upgrade plan. Then you’ll not be able to believe I failed to contact flipkart. No one contacted me after several mails messages tweets and calls. I have full proofs of chats how this flipkart is the worst company. They don’t want to help. They didn’t even talked. Their customer care number just gives features to track order. We can’t even talk to an executive. This is a full scam. This flipkart is a failure company. I have full proofs in messages where it is written that we’ll contact you soon. But no one contacted me . Neither they gave a phone number to contact. My phone is blocked. My data is blocked. And flipkart is hibernated. Please help!

                                    I ordered a trolley bag from Flipkart on dated 05.05.2022 but this bag not delivered to me and after 15 days my order cancelled automatically. Flipkart customer care also not resolved my problem and said sorry for that, you again order this bag but now that time this trolley bag is very high cost.                                       I have received a laptop with a dent on the top of it. The product came in a simple cardboard box without any shock absorbing materials which violets the guidelines of packaging any expensive electronic material. My problem seems to be escalated once more as the wishmaster declined to pick the replacement product and deliver the new one over phone for 2nd time. He is continuously telling that we haven't received any email regarding the damaged product pickup and replace that with a new one. While I called Flipkart support they are telling you don't need to worry, email has been sent and please give a feedback at the end of the call. I am stuck in between both parties. Plz help me out in getting my replacement product.

                                        My order id is OD[protected].I have submitted the review of the product on 14th may, 2022 and under published page it pops up but the same isn't visible under product page.I tried reaching out to the customer care they say we will just collect information and keep on hold for 2-3 minutes and disconnect the call this happens 4-5 times with me. I am attaching proof of same too and also i am sure that i have only written truth about product.
