Tracking no- FMPP[protected] product is not delivered to the customer but it showing delivered and got message about item has been delivered.how with out delivery it was updated as delivered.

I had ordered a ASUS laptop and was certified as defective by the brand itself after which they issue the DOA certificate. A return request was raised for the laptop and flipkart application said that the replacement got damages during the transit the very next day. It has been more than 15-20 days since i got an update for the replacement while the inital product is packed by the brand technician waiting for a pickup. I need a replacement/refund for the product. A month of waiting time for replacement/refund is not a good customer support

Hi i order Reebok gs crafton running shoes on 11 th may 2022 I received on 13 may I found size is not perfect I register refund request but my request cancelled 4 times this is my order id OD[protected]
But flipkart cancel this return request please help me and refund my money

Hello my name is aarohi and i am regular customer of filpkart .

I am shopping from two years regularly average 10 to 15 orders par month from Flipkart .

I ordered fur jaden ear buds worth 1599 from Flipkart .

I got defective piece as battery case battery drained very rapidly and earbuds touch was not working properly as can't receive phone call by single touch etc.

Then placed replacement and i got it but in replacement also same issue happened .

I have video evidence of both times .
Then i placed return and got passed on 19may and 21 may was my return pickup date .

Then game started how filpkart delievery partners make fools and shows disrespect towards customers.

No one came to me no one called me then i talked to filpkart customer service they told me to wait till 25 may and then told to wait till 26 may.

Then on 25 may yesterday i received a mess from Flipkart at 10:28pm that pickup will be done before 9pm oh oh oh then after 10 min a mess came, attempt to pickup was unsuccessful will try Tomorrow.

I talked to customer care about that they told me that it is logistics update issue don't worry tomorrow pickup will be done.

I got a mess today on 25 may 2022 from Flipkart about pickup with a code .
I call on mess no with code my call connected to delivery partner at around 9:40 in morning .

I asked about pickup of my return very humbly, he told will call when will come.

Ok ok
Then i called him at around 6:18 he directly told me don't call me 100 times and abused me, when I request by saying sir my return pickup is due from 21st, it's going to be night soon, still he was abusing and saying don't call me this that, then i told him it's my right to call you and I am calling only second time, he cutted my call from then i am still waiting .

This shows how Flipkart delivery person behave and believe me this is india customer is third class citizen used to be same as in British era .

I Ordered wall sticker for my office but i get wrong sticker. i Ordered divine Designs Aeroplane Runway piece but i got another sticker some got sticker. i want to return but no response from flipkart.

I didn't order anything from flipkart but still I get an delivery . I didn't receive a message by flipkart so that I can call back the person by whom I received this order by using the code given in that message. My tracking Id is FMPC[protected] and the order id se OD[protected]. Please help me get refund . How can you do this .

On 18th may i purchased one apple macbook air 8 gb / 512 gb / m1 laptop from flipkart for rs 104490.00.

On 19th may one used laptop was delivered by their logistics partner. From that day i have been talking to your customer care but no one responded and took my request to check the product or replacement.
Then on 21st may they have accepted our replacement request which was to be delivered by 24th may till now it has not been delivered by their end.
Then on 22nd may your engineer came and he verified the laptop and also assured me that the fault is from the seller end and the mac would be delivered by tomorrow to us and then today morning i got a message and on app tracking id that my replacement is cancelled.
Whenever we call their customer support their executive only ask our concerns and then request us to keep the call on hold for 5 min but they don't replay they suddenly call gets up disconnected every time we call.
I have paid the full amount, hereby enclosed screenshots of product and invoice copy.

I have a flipkart account i have a loan remaining in pay later account but unfortunately flipkart blocked my account the they provide Link to pay loan amount so i have paid all the dues...but suddenly i have contacted to idfc bank the official partner of pay later they said that my loan amount is pending 889 rupees i m said that i have paid all the dues so she told me that contact customer care of flipkart and take NOC by email and send it to idfc by mail ...the flipkart customer care not helping me all the customer cares are listen my voice and cut the phone no resolution provided i m very worried

I have bought a wooden cabinet from Flipkart along which I was committed a product installation. The product is delivered but the installation is not done yet and Flipkart is unable to help.

I have ordered Symphony air cooler and it got delivered on 6th may, next there is water pump issue with it. Logged multiple times but no tech visit, no response form flipkart, no update .

The return request was accepted on 18th May but it got auto cancelled on 21st may, since then i am following up but no proper response from flipkart.

I feel like I have been cheated and harrassed by Flipkart

Someone ordered a product on my family members name. As the family member lives abroad and could not be contacted due to time difference, we paid for the COD order. On contacting the family member we got to now that they did not order anything. It is a fraud and who ordered on his name.

I haven't yet received the refund of my payment.
