I have ordered the "Opus Engineered Wood Queen Box Bed" from Flipkart.com on October 09, 2023. The order ID is OD OD[protected]. The scheduled delivery date was October 14, 2023, but I have not received the item as promised. The tracking details were last updated on October 14, 2023, stating that the item has arrived at a Courier Facility (CentralHub_L_MUMX). Since then, there have been no further updates on the Flipkart app. When I tried to track the item using the Tracking ID on the EKart Logistics portal, it shows an error. It has been one week past the promised delivery date, and I still haven't received the item. I raised a complaint with Flipkart, and they assured me that the issue would be resolved by October 18, 2023, but there has been no resolution or update since then. I lodged another complaint on October 18, and they asked me to wait until October 24 for an update. However, as of October 24, 2023, my issue remains unresolved. The worst part is that this is a furniture order, and I am unable to cancel the order and receive a refund.
