We placed an order of Rs 840 through Order ID: OD[protected] In march, 2022. Its been 2 months we have not received the order nor we have received any refund. We are receiving calls from you every second day and the only answer comes from your team is " you will get the refund within 24 hours' . We placed the order in march and currently today is May 20th, 2022. Neither we have received the order nor we have received the refund. This is the most pathetic website i have ordered from. Your team also calls every second day and assures to get refund within 24 hours but fails to do so. I regret Placing the order from Flipkart.. If i dont receive my refund within 24 hours I will file a case in consumer forum for mental harassment faced by me because of you not able to fulfil your order. Also this incident will be posted on facebook and instagram to let the general public know that its been 2 months and you have not delivered nor refunded the customer money. I have received almost 45 calls from your team and not even 1 person could get me the refund. Honestly the worst experience ever!!!

    Refund not credited on cancelled order - OD[protected]LUMINOUS ZELIO+ inverter 5734/- and installation fee 270/- Total 6004 rupees). This order cancelled on April 15 2022. There is refund amount received on the cancelled order. Daily i am checking with the Flipkart support, but no use. Today is May 20th, it's more than one month, still the order status is cancelled only, refund not processed. I don't think as fo now Flipkart team is actively fixing any issue. So, I've decided to file a complaint on that refund issue here.

        I've ordered
        Asian&Fitch Men Checkered Straight Kurta with
        Order ID: OD[protected] and
        Tracking ID: FMPP[protected]
        Ekart Logistics made false Delivery of the Package and I got no resolution or refund even after 17 Days. I tried the customer executive of Flipkart but they cut the call every time showing rude behavior and no responsibility. Ekart Logistics is running on no customer care number and email and no physical address to be known by anyone. I feel like having now support towards the worst behavior of this company. This had happened the second time in a month and my other 7 Orders were still on Hold.

          I have ordered a pair of shoes from Flipkart on 8th may 2022. When the product got delivered the size of the shoes was different from what I ordered. I ordered 7 number but received 8 number. I requested for return and after one day they rejected the return request without mentioning the cause. I have checked their return policy and the product comes under the 14days return policy of flipkart . I contacted customer care they initiated a new return request but that also get rejected. I requested the return again and again but the request was rejected all the time. I tried customer care but no satisfaction from their side also.
          This is a clear case of fraud by flipkart.
          They are harassing the customers by showing their fake 14 days return policy. They are not even mentioning the cause for which they are rejecting the return instead being under the return time limit.
          If the matter will not get solved by the flipkart team I will proceed towards legal action.

              Order ID - OD[protected], cancel this order and refund with immediate effect

              Shame shame shame Flipkart, why the hell my order is not getting cancelled nor getting delivered. It was a quick order which was promised to be delivered within 45 mins..leave 45 min, 45 hrs are gone but there is no update regarding my order.
              After making n numbers of calls ta Flipkart customer care, still my issue is unresolved.
              Since 16 may 2022 the order is out for deliver and thus making excuse that order cannot be cancelled.
              Why the hell Flipkart is not updating status properly.
              Making fool of customers, cancel my order and refund also update it on the portal.

                  I had open my Flipkart account using (protected) phone number a long time like 5 to 6 years back and have forgotten my password. I try the forgot button and OTP button but it says 'unable to process request, please try again!'. PLEASE HELP!🙏

                    I bought a Whirlpool Refrigerator from Flipkart on May 10th 2022- in exchange of our old fridge. It was delivered on May 13th 2022. The Refrigerator does not work- it does not provide cooling. As per the delivery person, we were supposed to turn the refrigerator on after 4-5 hours because the cooling system takes time to settle down. We followed their instruction and turned it on after 6 hours but it did not start cooling. Even after overnight state of being plugged-in. Flipkart was supposed to send an Installation Technician on 15th May but no one has visited my house till now (time of report- May 20th 2022). We managed to get a Flipkart agent on call on May 14th who asked us to raise a replacement request. We did so. But they are now saying- until and unless a Flipkart technician visits and checks the fridge, a replacement won't be sent. All of these days, we are struggling without a Refrigerator in the high heat month of May (43 Degrees!). It has been 8 days since the delivery/replacement request but there is no action taken from Flipkart to help us get the product that we paid for. They are denying refund and return. We are seriously out of options as purchasing another fridge while our money being stuck with Flipkart is a luxury that I can never afford.
                    Another ridiculous thing is that the Delivery Executive falsely updated on the app that we denied to exchange our old product and instead paid the exchange amount in cash. If that were the case, I would still have my old working fridge and would not be in this much trouble and could manage my household. The Flipkart as a company has so many loopholes and the poorest customer service.
                    Please help us get our "new and working Refrigerator" by May 21st 2022.

                      Recently Buyed Airpods 3rd Gen From Flipkart And I checked The serial Number On Box And Invoice they are Different and When i want to return they are saying no return policy and i contact apple support they are saying no warranty available for your product you have to contact Flipkart and Flipkart is not taking serious of my request and in future i can’t claim my warranty due to serial number mismatch

                        Around 11 months before, I have purchased a realmex7 smartphone from a shop in mumbai with full payment at the time of purchase, I am resident at Kerala .
                        The issue Is today my phone's display shows it is locked due to payment due in Flipkart smart upgrade plan . So currently I was not able to do anything on my phone, and I have an urgent exam on the coming week .                           Sir,
                          I had ordered a supplement namely BCAA XTEND SCIVATION from Flipkart on 3rd may. I had recieved the product on 6th of may.But the product I recieved was not the same( different flavoured) and recieved product is also fake(duplicate) as suggested by the supplement expert.when I got to know that the product is fake, immediately I had opened by flipkart account and raised a return and replacement for this product.But after somedays the replacement itself got cancelled and i called the flipkart customer executive, he again raised a return and replacement for this product but the raised return again got cancelled itself.Then, again i called the customer executive, he told me that give us time( deadline date 19th may) we will sort your issue and call you back. But till now they didn’t called me .After this, i called them again, they said that the replacement and return policy is only for 10 days, we cant do any thing…

                          Its my humble request that i am a student and i cant afford this loss..please do something in this regard..

                              I did purchase mobile device from the flipkart portal with the order number OD[protected], I didn't received the invoice of the mobile device purchase on the registered email. Also the portal doesn't provide the download invoice option for this order only in my order list.

                                      1. I contacted the customer care on 10th may and explained about wrong delivery done by flipkart.
                                      Customer person understood my issue and said that black color is not in stock, once stock is available, we will provide replacement of the same color.
                                      But they didn't contact me back or provided me a solution.

                                      2. Again i contacted customer care on 12th may, they said we are filing the complaint and it will be resolved in 48 hours.
                                      But they didn't contact me back or provided me a solution for the issue.

                                      3. Again i contacted customer care on 14th may, they said we are filing the complaint and it will be resolved in 48 hours.
                                      But they didn't contact me back or gave me a solution for the issue. Back end team will contact, but no response from flipkart side.
                                      Reply was technical issue is there we will sought out issue in 48 hours. No progress in the issue.
                                      Daily am stressful bcoz of this issues and keep on calling customer support they just say we are filling the complaint, but nothing is happens.

                                      4. Again i contacted customer care on 16th may, they said complaint is already registered and it will cleared in 48 hours.
                                      But they didn't contact me back or gave me a solution for the issue. I said the customer care very clear either do replacement or refund my money back.

                                      5. Again i contacted customer care on 17th may, they said complaint is already registered and it will cleared in 48 hours.
                                      But they didn't contact me back or gave me a solution for the issue.I said the customer care very clear either do replacement or refund my money back.

                                      6. Finally today am unable to connect the customer care or they are not calling me back.
                                      It almost nearly 10 day, i keep calling customer care, but progress from flipkart side.

                                      7. I need a solution for this issue happened.
                                      i wand refund of my money.
