I had open my Flipkart account using (protected) phone number a long time like 5 to 6 years back and have forgotten my password. I try the forgot button and OTP button but it says 'unable to process request, please try again!'. PLEASE HELP!🙏

    I bought a Whirlpool Refrigerator from Flipkart on May 10th 2022- in exchange of our old fridge. It was delivered on May 13th 2022. The Refrigerator does not work- it does not provide cooling. As per the delivery person, we were supposed to turn the refrigerator on after 4-5 hours because the cooling system takes time to settle down. We followed their instruction and turned it on after 6 hours but it did not start cooling. Even after overnight state of being plugged-in. Flipkart was supposed to send an Installation Technician on 15th May but no one has visited my house till now (time of report- May 20th 2022). We managed to get a Flipkart agent on call on May 14th who asked us to raise a replacement request. We did so. But they are now saying- until and unless a Flipkart technician visits and checks the fridge, a replacement won't be sent. All of these days, we are struggling without a Refrigerator in the high heat month of May (43 Degrees!). It has been 8 days since the delivery/replacement request but there is no action taken from Flipkart to help us get the product that we paid for. They are denying refund and return. We are seriously out of options as purchasing another fridge while our money being stuck with Flipkart is a luxury that I can never afford.
    Another ridiculous thing is that the Delivery Executive falsely updated on the app that we denied to exchange our old product and instead paid the exchange amount in cash. If that were the case, I would still have my old working fridge and would not be in this much trouble and could manage my household. The Flipkart as a company has so many loopholes and the poorest customer service.
    Please help us get our "new and working Refrigerator" by May 21st 2022.

      Recently Buyed Airpods 3rd Gen From Flipkart And I checked The serial Number On Box And Invoice they are Different and When i want to return they are saying no return policy and i contact apple support they are saying no warranty available for your product you have to contact Flipkart and Flipkart is not taking serious of my request and in future i can’t claim my warranty due to serial number mismatch

        Around 11 months before, I have purchased a realmex7 smartphone from a shop in mumbai with full payment at the time of purchase, I am resident at Kerala .
        The issue Is today my phone's display shows it is locked due to payment due in Flipkart smart upgrade plan . So currently I was not able to do anything on my phone, and I have an urgent exam on the coming week .           Sir,
          I had ordered a supplement namely BCAA XTEND SCIVATION from Flipkart on 3rd may. I had recieved the product on 6th of may.But the product I recieved was not the same( different flavoured) and recieved product is also fake(duplicate) as suggested by the supplement expert.when I got to know that the product is fake, immediately I had opened by flipkart account and raised a return and replacement for this product.But after somedays the replacement itself got cancelled and i called the flipkart customer executive, he again raised a return and replacement for this product but the raised return again got cancelled itself.Then, again i called the customer executive, he told me that give us time( deadline date 19th may) we will sort your issue and call you back. But till now they didn’t called me .After this, i called them again, they said that the replacement and return policy is only for 10 days, we cant do any thing…

          Its my humble request that i am a student and i cant afford this loss..please do something in this regard..

              I did purchase mobile device from the flipkart portal with the order number OD[protected], I didn't received the invoice of the mobile device purchase on the registered email. Also the portal doesn't provide the download invoice option for this order only in my order list.

                    I ordered an calculator on 28th may 2022 and that it showed that the product shall be delivered by 04th may 2022. But the product is still undelivered till today i.e 19th may 2022

                      1. I contacted the customer care on 10th may and explained about wrong delivery done by flipkart.
                      Customer person understood my issue and said that black color is not in stock, once stock is available, we will provide replacement of the same color.
                      But they didn't contact me back or provided me a solution.

                      2. Again i contacted customer care on 12th may, they said we are filing the complaint and it will be resolved in 48 hours.
                      But they didn't contact me back or provided me a solution for the issue.

                      3. Again i contacted customer care on 14th may, they said we are filing the complaint and it will be resolved in 48 hours.
                      But they didn't contact me back or gave me a solution for the issue. Back end team will contact, but no response from flipkart side.
                      Reply was technical issue is there we will sought out issue in 48 hours. No progress in the issue.
                      Daily am stressful bcoz of this issues and keep on calling customer support they just say we are filling the complaint, but nothing is happens.

                      4. Again i contacted customer care on 16th may, they said complaint is already registered and it will cleared in 48 hours.
                      But they didn't contact me back or gave me a solution for the issue. I said the customer care very clear either do replacement or refund my money back.

                      5. Again i contacted customer care on 17th may, they said complaint is already registered and it will cleared in 48 hours.
                      But they didn't contact me back or gave me a solution for the issue.I said the customer care very clear either do replacement or refund my money back.

                      6. Finally today am unable to connect the customer care or they are not calling me back.
                      It almost nearly 10 day, i keep calling customer care, but progress from flipkart side.

                      7. I need a solution for this issue happened.
                      i wand refund of my money.

                            I have ordered a hardisk from Flipkart on 27 April 2022 and the order ID is OD[protected]. They have delivered a wrong product and I have raised an issue as soon as the product was delivered.

                            There is no refund for that product only replacement is applicable. I have requested for a replacement and shared all necessary documents as they requested.

                            They have rejected replacement without any intimation saying that my id proof was not in jpeg form its in pdf form. I have uploaded again and opened a new case.

                            Again they have rejected replacement multiple times for different silly reasons. Till now I dint get any replacement.

                            Every time I am opening the issue and they are closing and rejecting it.

                            every day I am taking to customer support and they are harassing me and its a mental stress and waste of time.

                            The product value is 27999.

                            They are blaming seller which is Retailnet, They are purely cheating customers and denying replacement.

                            I am mentally tired and being tortured by Flipkart support every day, lost my peace of mind.

                            Never buy any product from Flipkart.

                              "I have ordered two sliders from the ShopSy application. But the product is not delivered as per my order. Because one of the sliders pair is damaged. And the second slider pair is a different in colour and because i have ordered black colour and I have received white colour . So the person who came to retrieve the product from your company has not accepted my product under the pretext of being a different product. So due to the negligence of your company I have to face this situation for the second time in a row. Now I regret why I ordered the product from your company. So solve my problem and get my money back soon. Or else take this product away and get me a sliders which i have ordered. This is very irresponsible and i am very unsatisfied. I want my problem to be solved as soon as possible." This mail was sent to Flipkart Customer Support. And despite my repeated mail and complaints, my problem has not been resolved yet. i atteched photo of orderd product in first and what i get, that photo of product in second.

                                Dear sir I would like to inform you that the mobile phone is missing from the package I ordered from your Flipkart. The item is Oneplus 9RT mobile phone with the item No (1) was not included in the box that you sent me on 15 May 2022.
                                On 14 May 22 I ordered One plus 9 RT mobile phone, Screen guard & back cover. On 15 May 22 I received the package from delivery boy. But when i opened the package I just received One plus 9 RT back cover and One plus 9 RT mobile box with only Charger head on it. The Mobile phone & charger cable is missing in the box. I am a regular custumer of flipkarts and have ordered many items from it but this case is the first case I have come across on the item missing.
                                Sir i am totally shocked and can't concentrate on my work also.

                                  I had ordered Moto g71 with an exchange to my Moto G. Before placing order I checked all Flipkart policies, so that I do not waste my time.

                                  After placing order spent 3 days on backup and resetting phone to prepare for exchange.

                                  Flipkart mentions below policy for exchange:

                                  Issues leading to rejection in exchange
                                  Phone does not switch on.
                                  Brand/model is different from what is mentioned.
                                  Screen lock or iCloud lock (Apple phones) are not disabled.
                                  IMEI, on dialing *#06#, does not match.

                                  On the delivery date Flipkart wishmaster checked my phone as per the above Flipkart policy my phone matches model, correct IMEI, it powered on ok. But still he denied exchange just because of few scratches on back cover that too they were because it is rubbery cover.

                                  All this caused 3 days waste of my time spent on backup/reset, mental trauma and now I have to spent time again on setting up old phone back.

                                  There should be strict action taken on misguiding rules about exchanges and if there are rules setup then wishmaster should not be allowed to follow his own rules.

                                    I bought a Butterfly Mixer grinder from flipkart on 13th May 2022. The item got delivered on 15th May. Due to some scratches and damages on the body of the mixer grinder, I requested for a return (replacement). In the status it shows a customer executive will call me by 18th or 19th of May. But without any further procedure my request for return got cancelled on 18th May. The return status shows "Cancelled on Wed May 18 as issue resolved by troubleshooting". I was cheated because nobody did any troubleshooting to solve the issue. Without proper follow up they closed the request. I need this issue to be solved legally. I need a solution. My order id is OD[protected] and Replacement ID:[protected].

                                      I have ordered phone on 4th May 2022, and have received the product on 11th May 2022, but I received the 8gb 128gb variant instead of 8gb 256gb. The product I ordered was out of stock so they told me to get a refund which was rejected by the seller saying that the product was not intact. After which I have been offered a replacement which has not been processed till date so please help me with this issue.

                                        Hello team,

                                        I am complaining because I have bought REDMI 9i Sport (Metallic).
                                        Blue, 64 GB) VENDOR AXIS ONLINE (ARANA ENTERTS PVT LTD) Order ID: OD[protected], Order Date:[protected], Invoice Date:[protected]. The product is eligible for return as per the return policy. Since I was dissatisfied with the product due to its software issue (SIM doesn't work when we turn on WIFI and this device has out of coverage area) I tried to go ahead with replacement and refund. But shocked to know that no technician has come and inform us that the technician is visited and your query is resolved. Last month from 19th April 2022 i generated a lot of time request but every time without any technician visit my query is getting rejected

                                        To solve this problem I request you to please resolved it ASAP.
