know us carrier service man i have replacement product request to 14-05-22 but till date not received my replacement product.

so please solution for the same.

    I have ordered a hardisk from Flipkart on 27 April 2022 and the order ID is OD[protected]. They have delivered a wrong product and I have raised an issue as soon as the product was delivered.

    There is no refund for that product only replacement is applicable. I have requested for a replacement and shared all necessary documents as they requested.

    They have rejected replacement without any intimation saying that my id proof was not in jpeg form its in pdf form. I have uploaded again and opened a new case.

    Again they have rejected replacement multiple times for different silly reasons. Till now I dint get any replacement.

    Every time I am opening the issue and they are closing and rejecting it.

    every day I am taking to customer support and they are harassing me and its a mental stress and waste of time.

    The product value is 27999.

    They are blaming seller which is Retailnet, They are purely cheating customers and denying replacement.

    I am mentally tired and being tortured by Flipkart support every day, lost my peace of mind.

    Never buy any product from Flipkart.

      "I have ordered two sliders from the ShopSy application. But the product is not delivered as per my order. Because one of the sliders pair is damaged. And the second slider pair is a different in colour and because i have ordered black colour and I have received white colour . So the person who came to retrieve the product from your company has not accepted my product under the pretext of being a different product. So due to the negligence of your company I have to face this situation for the second time in a row. Now I regret why I ordered the product from your company. So solve my problem and get my money back soon. Or else take this product away and get me a sliders which i have ordered. This is very irresponsible and i am very unsatisfied. I want my problem to be solved as soon as possible." This mail was sent to Flipkart Customer Support. And despite my repeated mail and complaints, my problem has not been resolved yet. i atteched photo of orderd product in first and what i get, that photo of product in second.

        Dear sir I would like to inform you that the mobile phone is missing from the package I ordered from your Flipkart. The item is Oneplus 9RT mobile phone with the item No (1) was not included in the box that you sent me on 15 May 2022.
        On 14 May 22 I ordered One plus 9 RT mobile phone, Screen guard & back cover. On 15 May 22 I received the package from delivery boy. But when i opened the package I just received One plus 9 RT back cover and One plus 9 RT mobile box with only Charger head on it. The Mobile phone & charger cable is missing in the box. I am a regular custumer of flipkarts and have ordered many items from it but this case is the first case I have come across on the item missing.
        Sir i am totally shocked and can't concentrate on my work also.
        Its my humble request to you to look after my case on priority.

          I had ordered Moto g71 with an exchange to my Moto G. Before placing order I checked all Flipkart policies, so that I do not waste my time.

          After placing order spent 3 days on backup and resetting phone to prepare for exchange.

          Flipkart mentions below policy for exchange:

          Issues leading to rejection in exchange
          Phone does not switch on.
          Brand/model is different from what is mentioned.
          Screen lock or iCloud lock (Apple phones) are not disabled.
          IMEI, on dialing *#06#, does not match.

          On the delivery date Flipkart wishmaster checked my phone as per the above Flipkart policy my phone matches model, correct IMEI, it powered on ok. But still he denied exchange just because of few scratches on back cover that too they were because it is rubbery cover.

          All this caused 3 days waste of my time spent on backup/reset, mental trauma and now I have to spent time again on setting up old phone back.

          There should be strict action taken on misguiding rules about exchanges and if there are rules setup then wishmaster should not be allowed to follow his own rules.

            I bought a Butterfly Mixer grinder from flipkart on 13th May 2022. The item got delivered on 15th May. Due to some scratches and damages on the body of the mixer grinder, I requested for a return (replacement). In the status it shows a customer executive will call me by 18th or 19th of May. But without any further procedure my request for return got cancelled on 18th May. The return status shows "Cancelled on Wed May 18 as issue resolved by troubleshooting". I was cheated because nobody did any troubleshooting to solve the issue. Without proper follow up they closed the request. I need this issue to be solved legally. I need a solution.               I have ordered phone on 4th May 2022, and have received the product on 11th May 2022, but I received the 8gb 128gb variant instead of 8gb 256gb. The product I ordered was out of stock so they told me to get a refund which was rejected by the seller saying that the product was not intact. After which I have been offered a replacement which has not been processed till date so please help me with this issue.

                Hello team,

                I am complaining because I have bought REDMI 9i Sport (Metallic).
                Blue, 64 GB) VENDOR AXIS ONLINE (ARANA ENTERTS PVT LTD) Order ID: OD[protected], Order Date:[protected], Invoice Date:[protected]. The product is eligible for return as per the return policy. Since I was dissatisfied with the product due to its software issue (SIM doesn't work when we turn on WIFI and this device has out of coverage area) I tried to go ahead with replacement and refund. But shocked to know that no technician has come and inform us that the technician is visited and your query is resolved. Last month from 19th April 2022 i generated a lot of time request but every time without any technician visit my query is getting rejected

                To solve this problem I request you to please resolved it ASAP.

                  I have ordered a product on 3rd May 2022 (Kiwi Premium 32 round pocket carrom board with wooden coins, striker and disco powder) which was to be delivered today i.e. 18th may 2022 but it is not yet delivered. In this the delivery time was so long but I kept patience for it.
                  But While checking the status of the product I found that since from (12th May) the same status update was showing on the Flipkart panel.
                  I also checked the status of my package through Tracking id on the courier company through which Flipkart was delivering my product i.e (DELHIVERY) courier company.
                  And there I came to know that my product was to be delivered today but it has even reached to my nearest hub.
                  For this I have complained about two times on the delivery date today i.e 18th May but no response was made from Flipkart for it.
                  So, At last I would only request to solve my grievance as early as possible.

                      I have ordered a product Metronaut S02 on 18 th April and i have requested a return for the product on i.e. 22 nd April its been more than 26 days . more than 12 customer services executive and all senior associates where my call was transferred has put my call on hold and ended the call. Moreover ekart assigned to pick up my order by flipkart had cancel the pickup stating that i have cancel the return but no agent contacted me neither any agent came to my location . poor customer services and pickup services .

                        I was delivered a wrong product and I am unable to find the return/replace option, according to the returns policy of the seller I can only replace the product with in 7 days. How can I submit my request for the same if the option itself is not present and why should I retain a wrong product when delivered and there is no customer care number to reach out to and chat support is awful too

                          I bought bad in Dec 21 from flipkart and its broken due to bad quality of wood it is in warranty but flipkart is not able to help its been 15 days i am calling them daily 4, 5 times they are keeping me hold and not resolving issue they have arrange 4 times same technician, Amit kaushal [protected] but he didnt turn to check the product 4th times he came and without resloving issue he has mentioned issue resolved now i asked him why you have done this i will complain against you he straightly saying go and complain to anyone i dont care i am trying to call flipkart people they are calling and keeping me on hold for 15min-20min and disconnecting .I dont understand to whom to raise my issue very disappointed by flipkart .kindly look into it..Regards

                            I have placed an order for Redmi 9i Sport on 5th May, 2022 with pre-payment for the order.
                            At that time I was provided delivery date of 12th May.
                            However, the product was not dispatched till 10th May 2022; and when we followed up with customer care, they changed the delivery date by delaying it to 19th May.
                            Even after 5 follow ups they have yet not shipped the product and I am not receiving any suo-moto update from the Customer relation or Dispatch team of Flipkart as to what is the issue and when it will be resolved.
                            As on today also the dispatch has not taken place and it is pretty clear that product will not be received tomorrow.
                            They are not resolving the issue to satisfaction.

                                  The customer support team is not helping here with the delivery or cancellation of product order id OD[protected] TNT The Next Trend Cady Easy to Assemble, Space Saving Multipurpose rack. The product should have delivered on 15th may and still now they are investigating. Initially it was extended to 17 then 21 and now 23 May. They are not even cancelling the order since its prepaid Iam really stuck here and the grievance officer not even responding to mails after 48 hours.

                                      Issue - Flipkart Order not delivered yet after multiple complaints paid More than 1 lakhs for order & they are mentally harassing us.

                                      Order not delivered yet after multiple emails and calls, this is complete harassment.
                                      I ordered the tablets for my children's online classes/studies. It was showing that the delivery deadline is 15th May.
                                      The product reaches near my location on 15th, May morning 6:31am itself. But they didn't delivered it on 15th may, instead they extended the deadline to 17th May pathetic, customer service. I was concerned about my order, so I complaint to Flipkart about delivery...they didn't gave any reason for delay. Instead they made false promises to deliver it on 16th, this hampered my children's study... anyways as they promised to deliver it next day..I took leave from office on 16th and waited whole day for order delivery but again no one came for delivery, when I called Flipkart they didn't pickup my call, I chosen call me back option mre than 20 times but not even a single time they called and also messaged them approx 10-12 times but they didn't responded. At the end of the day, I got a call back from Flipkart & told them to talk to Flipkart senior executive, they put me on hold for so long and finally disconnected my call and did not called a me again. This is complete harassment. Because of it I am very much stressed and frustrated, lost our complete peace of mind as I paid 1 lakh 10 thousands rupees for this order. And it is also affecting my children's studies, they are unable to take classes online as the school software is not working with mobile phone. Anyways on deadline 17th May, extended delivery date, again it was not delivered on 17th May also I wasted my 2 hours on talking to multiple Flipkart customer care support executives making false promises that they will deliver it anyhow on 17th end of the day. But disappointing even on 17th May there was no sign of delivery. The same thing is repeating on 18th May also...they are not picking up my calls.

                                      Kindly file a case against flipkart for not fulfilling the commitments, fake promises, worst services, inconvenience to customer and harassing the customers. As ordered the product on discounted price in sale, i don't want to cancel the order, I want my product to be delivered on 18 May asap and also Flipkart should pay us Rs. 20000 for mental Harassment and our loss and such inconvenience strictly.
                                      Kindly resolve my complaint and take a strict action against them as they are doing this with many customers, those who can't reach out to consumer forum or do not know how to deal with such issues and complain against them.
                                      I will be highly thankful to you. Thank for providing us the platform to raise our voice against such pathetic companies.

                                        We placed an order of 11 KG LG Semi Auto washing machine on 04.05.2022 with availing offer of Rs. 1300/- on replacement of 6 KG LG Semi Auto Washing Machine. We got very bad experience. Subjected order was delivered on 12.05.2022 instead of last date of delivery i.e. 10.05.2022. Ekart delivery person delivered item at around 18:38 hrs. and rejected pickup/replacement offer citing mismatch product and taken Rs. 1300/-. They told family members that old machine can not be picked up as it has major damages. Later on around 22:04 hrs. we got an message that your old product pickup cancelled due to "Mis-match". This is absolutely wrong and we have been cheated by these people. Delivery was completed without obtaining our satisfaction and OTP too. A call was made to my no. and asked for OTP, when we raised our concern, it was told that we should be contacted after consulting their seniors but still passing of more than 12 days no one contacted us in this regard and we are still awaiting for pickup. We are attaching messages, offer of replacement, video of old machine and voice call for your kind information and in support of our claim. Kindly look into the matter and hope justice will be given to us. ... Thanking you.
