I have ordered a surya flame 2 burner gas stove but received a damage one... Asked for replacement but got the response that i have to wait more than 10 days for that & even no hane to hand delivery.. As the delivery address is at prime location & the item is used for basic needs I need immediate service.. But did nt get satisfied solution & also they are not ready for refund....

Hi iam from chennai...this is regarding installation problem of Havells fan bought from flipkart on 22/4/2022...till now nobody came for installation...we paid a installation amount of rs..299/- called so many times customer service...but they are telling same thing within 24 to 48 hrs they will come..but nobody came even after one week...we asked to refund our installation amount...but they are blaming that warranty will not be available......

I have purchased a product from flipkart and money was paid via pay on later but after returning the product the money was not sent back to bank account…every time i call them they say they have sent the money back to my account which I haven’t received till now...

I am very seriously taking up this issue on a strict notice to FLIPKART.COM with regards to my Grocery Order ID : OD[protected] placed on April 5th for Rs.857 and, paid through "Flipkart Pay Later".

Until this day the order has not yet dispatched or shipped and delivered. And also, Neither I nor the Flipkart Customer Support Executive is unable to cancel the order (even after cancellation...

I am unable to exchange my phone for which i had purchased buyback gurantee. Everytime i try to exchange my phone for a new one, app shows "ABB is not enabled for this account". I called flipkart helpline, but even their. senior executives were not sure what ABB is. I think flipkart is cheating with their customers by not honoring buy back gurantee...

I ordered Realme wireless earphones from Flipkart and want to return them as I ordered the wrong model by mistake but Flipkart is not letting me return them. I ordered @RockWithboAt boat rockerz 333 pro but got normal version only, and when I placed for return my return was rejected 4 times, and the support team use to drop the call in between more than 10 times this happened I was told wait till 1 may still no resolution I got, Flipkart is doing fraud took extra money also and not returning or giving refund....
