I am CONTACTing your CUSTOMER care team since one month to resolve my issue with Pay Later account, but your team not able to do the same, and I didnât expected & faced this type of services from you, Which is the Worst CUSTOMER service I ever seen in my life.
Here is the highlighted issues. which need to be resolved within a limited time period.
First of all, Currently I have only 3 ongoing EMI transection which are below (as in my Flipkart Pay later account).

But the Bank has some different records in their system and the CREDit Bureau(s) also. (as per the attachments) . Which I want know why there is a difference.
As per the Bank Records below are the LOAN Accounts which show overdue in all accounts.

2. I did all the payments on time From Jan-2022 to May-2022 which are on my bank statement. but the IDFC bank showing overdue amount in their system and the CREDit bureau reports also which is very Nonsense.
I CONTACTed to the bank regarding the overdue, and the Bank answered me that âyour payments are not reached to us from the Flipkart please CONTACT Flipkart or Ask them to send us a E-mail confirmation that there is no overdue amount in your account. So that we will update in our systemâ
So I want to know the ### whoâs responsibility is this, which My CIBIL score is going down day by day and my other finance products are blocked due to the affected CIBIL score.
Your CUSTOMER care team is asking to CONTACT IDFC bank and the Bank is asking to CONTACT Flipkart, So, I want to know a thing from you that, IDFC bank is the financial partner of pay later system, Itâs your Job to CONTACT Finance Partner & resolve the CUSTOMER issues, why we will do your Nonsense Job?

IF THIS ISSUE NOT RESOLVED WITHIN 2-3 DAYS, I WILL FILE TAKE LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THE FLIPKART COMPANY.
