I bought the phone from Flipkart on 4th May whose delivery date was 13th May. I complained due to delay in shipping and delivery. The complainant whose resolve date was 14 May, but the resolve date are extended from 14 May to 16 May. I can't cancel my order, because i bought the phone through EMI. If i cancel my order my My credit score will get worse.

    I ordered RealMe GT 3 neo, 256 GB variant via flikart but received 128 GB variant. I initiated a return request on the same day and after 7 days they rejected the refund stating provided ID proof is not correct. Why flipkart need my Aadhar details for the refund, did they asked the same when I ordered the product? I request was raised from account and that should be enough for them to address the request. They delivered a wrong variant and now denying the return, this is cheating. Kindly resolve my issue as soon as possible.

      My shipment FMPP[protected], are Noise Wireless headphones was supposed to be delivered by 12th May 2pm but now, is still roming the city for no reason at all. It was first sent from Uluberia Hub, to Gariahat Hub, to SNK Hub, back to Uluberia Hub, to Bhawanipur Hub and now again back to SNK Hub. I suspect the package will visit Uluberia Hub once more.

      I can't think of a justification for this. How is Flipkart justifying this?

Why do you eed to wait for my order ID do t you have the technology to go back to my history any way this type of behaviour to avoid and test the customer to his patecence is not new .this has been followed across flipkart . Ok with this though that flipkart is sucha dum and poor company cabt even effird ti check l .y history and get the issue resolve . I am giving you 1 of ethe order I'd i have issue with OD[protected]
        But i have no doubt you gonna come up with next level of a e to avoid the issue and ask me some nonsense qus and answer session which i ma not interested any more .. and with that note i need some one higher level contact detail ? So with clear note give a mail id or any contact detail where u can escilate my issue ( when i say higher level combat detail) dobt feed me with your custome care email id mind struggle to my eed or else i will make sure this gs will go to media to talk about as you ha e no onidwa whome you are speaking with and as you can TT verify my history i think you ah e no idea about the loss i hav e been facing with flipkart it's incredibly a intresting story to put on media and try my level best to keep m awareness about it

        Kindly refer all my Order . I had my complet trust with flipkart 3 month
        back and it has no more and broken with by creating horrible experiances
        by customer care team and the seller s .. i have no idea where to start
        from it started 3 month back when i brought my Dishwasher. It has issue
        .. but no one did nothing .. detail if you check my history fir this
        product you will e shoked to see level of struggle i had to go through
        and it's still on .. many more added to it see below my point

        I had been struggling with Evey product and behaviour which are practiced
        by customer care team is

        1. They frequently disconnecting calls
        2. They frequently calls with out any resolution
        3.if they see issue is complicated they disconnect the call while talking
        4. They don't mind to tell you lie .
        5 they don't check any detail before they call and it leads me to
        frustrated as i will be taking calls for same qus without any resolution
        6. Product detail will be diffrent then what it's get deliver

        I would love to explain you in more detail if i get a reply to my message
        and you will be shocked to see the level of abusive behaviour going on
        with me.
        And it's not just dishwasher after wards each product i got ihad been
        getting into deep struggle abuse and me beingg anxiety disorder health
        issue my health takes a toll on it . I have wallet money of 20 k which i
        am waiting to finishbup or i would won't be continuing with this struggle

        There is no doubt flipkart customer care lacking on skills and this goes
        to high lebel team lead or managers as they failed to understand the
        issue and moniter all this disconnected by representative calls . I am
        just surprise how can not they get the detail. Beause this is a very much a
        common behaviour by all level of customer representative . I definately
        have to try few time to get hold of and explain my issue and belive me it's
        a level where u won't have patcence any more then just leave as it is
        if can listen .. inbound and outbound both team has this behaviour
        pattern.

        i have been loosing money like hell with flipkart and connecting many way possible to you and your team . this is my last email with regards to my complain . as it has been many attampt but dont see any resilution . i am forced to file a complain with consumer court .. it's gonna be big

        50 to 60k lost with flipkart and i assure you i will get back this money . Be ready for a good name for flipkart dealing with media person . It will be worst

              I had purchased galaxy F62 last year from local shop, making full payment of 24K, but now after I don't know how my phone got locked due to FLIPKART SMART UPGRADE PLAN. I had enquired that shopkeeper ab this, & he admitted that he purchased that mobile from someone else, and that person who order it via Flipkart is far from approach now, so that ID is unknown from which it has been ordered. I want to my phone to be unlocked, please solve my issue.

                Defective AC received

                I ordered an AC on 20 April 2022 and it has been delivered on 25 April 2022. Next to the installation engineer came from Samsung and during the mid of installation, they had identified outdoor units switch valve is not functioning, so they advised to return this also Flipkart has 7 days of the return policy. I raised a return request on 26 April and on 27 April it was canceled just because of the Flipkart system glitch which is totally unfair...

                I have ordered samsung smart watch active 2 one week back but exactly on delivery date that too just before one day they cancelled my order and stated it was cancelled as per my request. When i contacted customer service they stated that product is not available. But asper the delivery status product has picked and packed and reached flipkart facility. Now I am trying why they cancelled that order but I am not getting proper response and I am unable to find same watch. Screenshot of delivery attached for your reference Please do the needful

                  I ordered an iPhone charging cable 1 month back which is not working now but seller is not providing the replacement.

                  As per seller's warranty policy, this could be replaced within 19 months but even Flipkart support team is closing the raised requests without any resolution.

                      I bought s20+ from amazon but my phone still got locked due to flipkart smart upgrade plan. I never ordered any phone from flipkart thus my flipkart account is not liked to this phone and im not able to receive any unlock link.

                        Regarding order OD[protected], sir i return the product on 27 April and pickup done by 1st May. Today is 14th May almost 2 week passed still I didn't receive my refund. I called flipkart customer care number on 4, 6, 10, 13, 14 May, they just say wait for 48 hrs and after 48 hrs nothing happens. please look into the matter and refund me as soon as possible.

                                Hi,

                                I had ordered Grocery items on April 16th and my order id is OD[protected]. The items were suppose to be delivered to me in 45 minutes but even after 2 days it was not delivered. Later the order was cancelled by Flipkart. I was assured refund will be made. But even after 20 times me calling them the Customer Support simply cut my call. Flipkart is fraud and I have evident how they cheated me. I have also contacted a Famous Youtuber to spread awareness on how these giant chains fools people. Meanwhile I consult with my Advocate who asked me raise this complaint before filling a petition in court. Flipkart is a cheat and have trained their Support to cut the call. I will provide evident when required. i have call recordings and also chat proof.

                                  Hi Team,

                                  Flipkart Complaint No : IN[protected]

                                  I have placed an Order for Voltas Air Cooler (Model : VOLTAS ALFA 28E WHITE COLOR) in Flipkart and have paid Rs.5, 549 via my PhonePe UPI ID.

                                  I got the product delivered on[protected]. As per the website description, product title and images, the Air cooler must be of WHITE COLOR but I have received MAROON COLOR. I informed this issue on mail, chat, & call to Flipkart and to the Seller (Electronics Mart Limited) on the very Same day.
                                  The seller informed that the mistake was from their end as they currently they don't have WHITE COLOR Model and is ready to process the Refund on Return. Also, I have contacted the VOLTAS Team to check the Air cooler's functionality and found it to be defective piece.

                                  I contacted the Flipkart Customer Support via Call and, they initiated the return. But all of a sudden, I could see my return request is rejected and my Flipkart Account is Blocked for Exceeding the return requests.

                                  (FYI - Most of the cases, the sold products are either defective, damaged or wrong ones. It is the responsibility of Flipkart to make sure the product is delivered as promised. Blocking the account for exceeding return requests has no sense. So do you want me to be silent whenever you're delivering the wrong/defective/damaged products?.)

                                  Moving forward, As the seller is ready to provide a refund, I need Flipkart to arrange a pick up for the wrong Product and Retrieve Back my Blocked Flipkart account. Ignoring on which I will have to file a legal suit in court for delivering me wrong faulty product.
