I ordered a projector from Flipkart, which was delivered to me on 11.10.23. The image for the projector was pixelated and blurry (The image attached shows the blurry left half of the screen).
So, the complaint was raised on 12.10.23. But to my surprise, Flipkart is not able to process the return as the product is non-returnable. So, immediately, I raised a complaint here on the Consumer forum.

But still, the issue is not resolved.
Now my 10k rupees is stuck, and I cannot use the projector.
