Hi,
I have purchased IPhone 14 Plus on 19th of December 2023 and we haven’t received our Product yet. Delivery date was 20th December and it got rescheduled to 21st December after that there is no update and still I don't have the Product. It shows that it is to be delivered by Ekart logistics (AWB number- FMPP[protected]), my product is showing at near by hub (Trimulgherry hub). I had multiple call with flipkart support team but no effective update regarding the product they're just responding same on every call that they're looking into it.
This is not correct way to respond to customer
Hence kindly request you to look this issue and we need delivery as soon as possible.

    I had ordered a maya print women nighty (pink coloured) order no OD[protected] on 22 Nov 23. Order delivered on 26 Nov 23 with a different make, nighty. I complained on Flipkart site for the mistaken or push marketing by seller. But 1. Flipkart site did not permitted to refund showing reason that my refund nos is 8 times(, I wish to mention that if their images on site and original product varies then what I ll do with that wrongly sent product)
    2. My complain did not responded mean the wrong product issues has been orverlooked by Flipkart while answering me.
    3. This site does not have a proper customer complain site

      I purchased the PROLIFE Elite mixer grinder on September 21 from Flipkart. Within one month, the grinder stopped working. In the box, I don’t see any service center number. I have tried so many ways to connect with the brand, but I couldn’t find it. Finally, I have connected with Flipkart. Even Flipkart doesn’t have the brand service phone number or email. After my conversion, in three to four days I got the service mobile numbers and email ID from Flipkart. From the past 25 days onwards, I've been trying to connect both the service mobile numbers, but not working, and I tried to reach out through mail. There was also no response via email.
      From 25 days onwards, I have been daily connecting with Flipkart to check with the brand and resolve the issue, but they haven't yet either refunded or provided a solution.

          My account has been hacked, when i came to know this i called immediately customer care and informed about this and some orders took place without my knowledge but they used my credit amount of flipkart pay later. placed orders . i asked flipkart customer care service about orders they still didn't gave any detailed information about orders. order id's are visible but i don't know what are these products ordered. now flipkart team is calling me to pay that bill, how can i pay such amount which was not used by me and also still i don't know what orders took place. regarding this i called multiple times customer care service they are not solving this. now they send notice to pay bill. order id[protected] and order id[protected]
          please consider my request and investigate this and resolve this issue.

            My order delivery date was 18th dec and it got delayed and rescheduled to 20th dec. I spoke with Flipkart customer service and they told me to wait till 11pm... if order is not delivered then with in next 24 hours we will make sure your order get delivered. That next 24hours and that is today. They have raised a complaint and now telling to wait till 24th December to solve the issue ...

            I need my order to be delivered by EOD(21st dec) or I need compensation.

            How longggggg I should wait .. my order got shipped on 15th December.

            I am not waiting anymore.

                Hi,

                I am Kaushik Nayan Jha from Kolkata, want to file a case against Flipkart that on 9th of December 2023, I Purchased an Acer ONE Laptop bearing order ID: OD[protected].

                On 9th of December when I received the laptop and opened to use, In starting onwards the laptop is going auto reset between the work, and it switch off automatically.

                On Same day on 9th of December after a long time when the same problem persists regularly, I raised a return request to Flipkart.

                They provide me a Timeline of 27th December 2023 that the product will be Technician Visit and after that they will process the Return/Refund Process.

                After that on 13/12/2023 a technician from Acer Team visited my office and checked the necessary things in the laptop and he also told that the product is damaged and provided a Service Letter To me.

                Then after I contacted the Flipkart team, that the Technician team came and verified the same and provided the Document to Flipkart team which is given by the technician.

                Then they told me that within 24-48 hours, I will get the update, but after 48 hours there is no update I reached to them, they told me that there is no update from technician team, so they unable to provide me the update. After that I mailed the concern to the grievance of Flipkart about all the matter and provided the Documents also.

                On next day on 17th of December one of the member from Flipkart Grievance Team call me and ask me all the details, I shared all the details once again to them, on 17th of December 2023 she told me that within next 23-48 hours there will be the resolution they provide me.

                On next day on 18th of December 2023 same member call me and told me that the Seller has approved my return, and the laptop will be Picked up and the amount of Rs 26990/- will be reversed back within next 24-48 hours.

                Now on 20th of December 2023 one of the team members call me and told me that I have to take a DO Letter from the ACER Company, then after they will do the Refund Process.

                I told them that I will purchased the laptop, I have to pay the amount, I have Received the damaged Product, I have to call them or reach them related to my concern. I am fully harassed mentally as well as Financially.

                After that they told me that they cannot do anything.

                Is it fair they are doing with the Customers.

                I attached all the necessary documents and the communication details.

                It's my humble request you to please help me out with this and take a serious action against the Flipkart.

                      Flipkart has blocked by account when i have purchased a printer and got a different model of printer of that brand and when i have raised return request they sayed that it will be returned but after return period is over they blocked my account and when i sayed to customer care they sayed that they had raised a complaint from their side and the concern team will call me in next 72 hours but there i havent get any type of call from their side about 1 week. after that i have called them every week many times and they sayed same thing and i am frustrated by them and raising this complaint

                        I have ordered boat 131 airdopes, After some reasons I cancelled it.I had already Paid for those pods That is Rs.899/-.But when check my balance it is the same no change in my balance. But In my orders it is showing refund completed.

                          I have order iPhone mobile phone on 15th December and Expected delivery date is 18th December.
                          I have not yet received my order and I have spoken with support team, and they told me to wait till 11pm.
                          Status is not Out for Delivery.
                          And now it is showing - expecting to be on 20th December. 2 days later. Why ?? if it is reached my location! Why delay?
                          This is not at all fair. Every time Flipkart fails to deliver the order on time (on expected date). I have experienced it more than 2 times.

                          At any cost I need my order to be delivered by today itself (18th December)

                            Hi, flipkart has processed refund in a closed account.
                            I cannot add and check on flipkart app which bank accounts are listed in their records and they have processed a refund in an account that I haven't been using for 10 years.
                            I have not received my refund yet.
                            Please ask flipkart to give my money to my Upi linked bank account.

                              I’ve raised a complaint regarding one of my missing item from the flipkart delivery and I’ve raised the complaint at customer support and they asked me to put for return and when ive put my order for return yesterday today morning I’ve received a message that my account has been dismissed.                                 This is with regards to my flipkart account which has been dismissed because I raised a issue about a product which was missing in my order and after talking to their customer support they said that I need to put a return request and then I did the same yesterday, but today morning they have left a message saying I’ve been miss using my account and has been dismissed, I have to return two products with that I even have 2 products refund too..

                                  I have bought ADIDAS Merage M Running Shoes For Men on 9th December (Order ID- OD[protected]. But the product delivered to was a different fake adidas shoe. As it was an open box delivery and the box was not opened at the time of delivery they are refusing for refund. When the product delivered my mother was at home and she didn't know about this process. The delivery boy also didn't say that it's a open box delivery. The box was wornout.
                                  I want to lodge complaint against flipkart for not resolving my complaint. I have talked to them several time but no action taken. Please help.

                                      My name is Sumayya. I purchased a flipkart perfect homes iris mattress 8 months back worth 8615 rupees.
                                      I believed in their misleading advertisement. But the product makes me very uncomfortable. After a month o[censored]sage the springs are bulging out completely and makes us severe body pain and big noise. Their is no physical damage even a scratch from my side. But this bulging spring is visible.
                                      My 6 years old daughter is a cancer patient. She too have severe body pain while using this mattress. I tried to contact customer support many times. Finally I got the higher team customer support number. Just 6 days back based on my request they allowed me a return and refund option. I felt very thank full to flipkart at that time. But yesterday i received a msg regarding cancellation of refund. I dont know why it happen without my knowledge or consent. They have no real reason. The actual pickup date they told me is on 22 december. The date is not due. I already purchased another mattress yesterday in flipkart because of their refund promise. Then why flipkart cheated me? Its really unfair trade practices.
                                      I dont need replacement. Because the problem of this product will definitely happen in future. So please allow me refund.

                                        Nokia 5.4 was expected to be exchanged with Pixel 7. Agreed value was 6500. First Delivery person started with decolorization. We took photos and color scan and he then back tracked. Then he examined phone for good long time and said phone is bent and screen has come out. Phone has curved screen and phone is new. We asked few other members to check but none could recognize how screen has come out. Delivery boy was pointing to the screen design and refused to explain his point even. Apparently flipkart agrees on one value while selling and increases price through backdoor. This behaviour should be treated with applicable laws and such behavior should be discouraged. We demand to hold on sale value
