My name is Richa and my registered mobile number is [protected].I am writing you about return request for my recent order which was Purepet cat food adult 6 kg pack .As I have told your customer care team earlier I ordered a 6 kg Purepet cat food but received only 1 kg pack of Purepet cat food. I was assured that I will be helped on early basis and they raised a return request for the wrong product. I have waiting for last one week for resolution but till now no one from your team contacted me regarding my concern. I have been calling your customer care team on my own for last one week regarding update but they are also not helping or able to help .Everytime they create a new issue in help center but without any resolution provided complaint is marked closed.I do not understand what type of service is this wasting a customer time.I am writing this email so that you can help me in my case, I am attaching the images of the product I received. Please look urgently in this matter and let me know about the resolution as soon as possible. All you are doing from last few days is creating a new incident again and again but till now no has reached me within the mentioned time on phone or email. I hope you don't disappoint me and will help me.Flipkart has wasted so much of my time already.

    Wrong Product Received and also not return policy

    Mene Nov-11 Ko Califaornia Almonds 1kh ordre kiya. Nov-19 ko jab parcel received hua ore mene open kiya to boken cashew ka ek 400gm packet mila. jab ki mene almond ordre kiya tha.
    jab iske bare me mene flipkart custmer car ko contact kiya to usne mera return request uske consun team ko forward kiya. dusre din jab me flipkart open karne gaya to mera flipkart ka account he BLOCK kar diya.

    ek to flipkart ke Seller Fraud...

        - I have ordered POCO Phone on 19th Nov 2023 from Flipkart.
        - Defective old POCO Phone was delivered on 19th Nov 2023.
        - Raised compain Flipkart for refund money on 21st Nov.
        - Now they told refund not possible.
        - I visited poco service centre, where they collect my phone and told me that the said phone will be repaired within 12 days[when my return policy will be over within 7 days]
        - FLIPKART neither refund my money, not giving replacement.

              I have purchased A ASUS Vivobook Pro 15 Ryzen 7
              Octa Core AMD R7-4800H - (16 GB/512 GB
              SSD/Windows 11 Home/4 GB Graphics/NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 Max Q) M6500IH-HN701WS
              Gaming Laptop Quiet Blue " from flipkart and the seller is RKLAPTOP.
              But I received different model of asus vivobook pro 15 i have got the invoice of my laptop in my registered email address and a hardcopy of the same inside the box. But it is to my surprise that the serial number of the laptop has not been mentioned in the invoice. You know serial number is very important for warranty.
              Asus would not extend my warranty unless i have the serial number on the invoice
              Therefore i have requested flipkart customer care and the seller RKLAPTOP to please send me another copy of the invoice in my registered email address containing serial number of the laptop.
              Flipkart responded to my complaint and informed me that the seller RKLAPTOP can't modify the invoice that's why they are asking my choice for replacement or refund i already told that i need refund but after that reply they are not creating any return request So my question is, if software used by flipkart allows seller to generate invoice without serial number then there should be a facility to modify it. I think this is not the solution.
              Please help me if you can't provide me proper invoice then create an return request and refund

                I shopping on flipkart boult audio z40 product, he received me 25 date, after check some technical issues I was doing return but flipkart in not policy so he arranged replacement. 28 Oct noon time my replacement came . Wish Master not open box delivery, we want flipkart trust so I given otp, wish master delivery success. After I open box I saw flipkart box tempered and product brand box is open without product seal.., I open then product box.after then I saw product box in not my product in this box uses round shape watch .after I return raised ..but today 21 Nov still return not accept.many time I complant then but cs and gravies not resolved.

                  Hello, order Id OD[protected], I have received this order on 10th November and from the same day I have contacted the customer service via chat as well as via Social media.

                  I am literally getting harrassed here. From that day itself I have contacted at least 50 times with the issue but all I get same Canned responses. Seems like I am talking to a BOT.

                  Few days back I received a call from a lady named Sameena who was again ROBOT to talk with. Surprisingly she was on recorded call yet she kept lying about the details even when I asked the same thing 5 times to her she was not bothered to check and reply to me but just kept lying.

                  I received newspaper instead of the item. I was asked to share images of the packaging after 6 days. They didn't called me on the same day neither they called me on the next day (11th) yet Sameena argued that they called but when I told her I am recording the call she instantly changed the statement that they didn't called me on 11th.
                  Then I received call from 12th and it was a missed call. Again I contacted the customer service reporting the same yet again same response and then next day same thing happen. I faced the same issue until Sameena called and lied about the service.

                  Now as mentioned the lady asked me share image of the packaging after 6 days and I said how do you expect me to keep the packaging with newspaper safe for 6 days. Well she kept arguing like a ROBOT.
                  Still not sure what she wanted to check if the item was completely missing. She didn't even raised complaint.
                  She instead told me she will close complaint and if I share images then I will have to reply to her email and I did. Few days crossed no replies on that too.

                  Again I contacted social media team and from last 2 days I am again speaking with a BOT who keeps saying the same thing instead of calling me.

                  I just want to know how many times does FLIPKART expect me to raise and keep contacting the customer service until I get the resolution.

                  Horrible service. No doubt Amazon is much better than Flipkart here. At least they know how to deal with customers.

                          I ordered a grocery basket worth 3095 Rs from Flipkart on 29th October 2023. It was supposed to be delivered on 31st October 2023. However, I did not get my order on that date. When I called the customer service to understand the reason behind the delay, they said it will be delivered by the 4th of November. I was patient and waited till 4th and when I still did not recieve the order, I called customer support again and they delayed it till 7th. I wanted to cancel the order but they said cancellation was not possible. The date kept getting delayed from 7th to 10th, then from 10th to 12th, 12th to 15th, 15th to 17th, 17th to 20th, 20th to 22nd and now 22nd to 24th of November. I get no update about the order on the flipkart app and everytime I call the customer service, there is a new person at the other end where I have to explain all the issue from the beginning.

                          The customer service executives are completely clueless and repeat the same dialogue everytime where they say " We will highlight your issue and forward it to our seniors" and they have no idea what happened to the order.

                          I am completely fed up with this pathetic treatment by Flipkart where they are unable to cancel the order and refund me and also are unable to give me any details about the order. I need recompense from Flipkart for their treatment of my order during this period that has been mentally exhausting for me.

                            I purchased a refrigerator on October 10th, 2023, by exchanging the old refrigerator on the Flipkart app. The old refrigerator wasn't picked up by the delivery executive because the brand name I provided in the app for the exchange product was 'ALL Others, ' as my refrigerator brand (BPL) was not listed in the options. However, the executive mentioned they didn't have an 'ALL Others' option in their app; they only had 'Others.' Due to this technical issue(APP has only "ALL others" option), I was asked to raise the matter with Flipkart customer service and pay the exchange amount.

                            After raising a complaint on Flipkart, a customer executive assured me it would be picked up within 4 days. However, nobody showed up, and despite raising 15+ complaints, they kept giving different dates for the pickup. Now, after more than 40 days, they claim that the exchange item cannot be picked up.

                            This feels like a form of cheating. It seems they intended to prolong the process to prevent me from returning the product."

                              I lost my previous sim card and is not active. I need to change my registered phone number to a new sim I am currently using. I have been addressing this issue for the past 5-6 months and no appropriate solution had been provided to me yet. Kindly get my registered number changed so I can keep using the plus membership benefits I have secured by using all these years.

                                  I have done 2 international bookings from Flipkart on 19/11/23, first one showed as booking failed and the amount was deducted and not refunded back. Second time also it showed booking under process and then showed as booking pending and showed that I will receive the itinerary by 7:41am and again the money was debited and not refunded back. The worst part no transactions are shown in the Flipkart app. There is no quick support from Flipkart and even the customer executive themselves does not know want to do. We are spending our money and calling you and the are keeping our calls on hold for more than 5mins which is like nonsense. The customer executives if they feel that the customer is not convinced then they won't send any feedback links. This the last and final service that I would take from Flipkart. I need my money back soon. The speed that you show to take the money is not shown for returning the money.

                                    I was order this bottle 16th October 2023 then its my status showing me as delivered today its continue showing me 3 days the i received my order at 21st October 2023 but still status not updated that delivered. so i contacted flipchart support executive they said pleas wait for 24 hours for updating status. after all of this my states showed that cancelled my order at 23rd October2023. also i didn'treceived any invoices which company require, i tried to download from flipkart but i failed. and my big issue is the thing is that, i received wrong item which is i got plastic of cello in blue colour bottle i dont want this type of product i want to return i wanted to my refund amount is rs.585/-
